It is expected that UMKM will become a leading economic sector in order to achieve its building goals. This is due to the fact that UMKM is one of the few businesses that can thrive in challenging economic conditions. Due to this, in order for UMKM to be able to continue, UMKM has to have sound financial management practices. The first is having accurate financial knowledge and the ability to create financial reports that are needed to formulate business strategies that will eventually emerge. The financial performance of East Sudimara Culinary MSME in Ciledug, Tangerang does not reflect a sound financial performance. Training and mentorship outcomes, such as basic accounting and financial report writing, raise MSME actors' knowledge of the value of the information collected.

Ships is used in trading activities between islands in Indonesia. Discharge is one of the most important activities in trading. Loading and discharge activities include document preparation, preparation of discharge equipment, preparation of the required workforce, preparation for the discharge, preparation for the actual discharge and the completion of discharge activities. This study discusses preparation procedures for coal discharging and the process of the actual coal discharge by PT Anugerah Jaya Mandiri Tubanan Bangkit. The data collection methods used in this study were observation, interviews, and library research. In this study, we can find out about the documents in the process of coal discharge and the process of carrying out coal discharge. PT. Anugerah Jaya Mandiri Tubanan Bangkit Jepara collaborates with various parties involved in the cargo unloading process. The process that must be gone through is the stevedoring and cargodoring process or moving the coal after it is unloaded from the ship.

Salah satu cara melaksanakan bauran pemasaran yang mendukung promosi produk adalah dengan memanfaatkan 7P yang mencakup produk, harga, promosi, serta bukti fisik yang kesemuanya berkaitan dengan pemasaran. Ketujuh variabel tersebut merupakan suatu campuran yang mempunyai pengaruh yang sama dan merupakan satu kesatuan yang menunjang usaha dan pencapaian keberhasilannya. Dengan menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang sukses dan memanfaatkan peluang pasar, perusahaan dapat meningkatkan atau mempertahankan posisinya. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yakni guna mengetahui bauran pemasaran yang digunakan Vicco Kopi dan Kakao Jember. Metodologi penelitian yang dipakai ialah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, data dikumpulkan dengan cara wawancara dengan karyawan serta pelanggan Vicco Kopi dan Kakao Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bauran pemasaran yang digunakan Vicco Kopi dan Kakao Jember untuk memaksimalkan penjualan biasanya dilakukan melalui penerapan produk, harga, promosi, lokasi, proses dan orang. Selain itu, bukti fisik digunakan guna memaksimalkan penjualan. Penerapan bauran pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh Vicco Kopi dan Kakao Jember bersama dengan strategi 7P sangatlah bermanfaat.

This paper examines the considerations of Supreme Court (MA) judges in reducing sentences for defendants of corruption crimes in Indonesia. The problem in this paper is what are the considerations of Supreme Court judges in reducing sentences for defendants of corruption crimes juridically. This research uses a juridical method by analyzing relevant theories, concepts, and laws and regulations. The results show that the judge's consideration is based on the good character of the defendant, the social impact, and the facts of the trial, referring to Law Number 48 of 2009 and Law Number 8 of 1981. Edhy Prabowo's case shows that the sentence reduction does not reflect public justice, on the contrary, Idrus Marham's case shows weakness due to the sentence reduction received.

The purpose of this study is to assist tourists in providing information on tourist services for the waterfall at the foot of Mount Salak, so as to produce precise and accurate information reports. The development method used in this research is the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) system. SDLC System Development Method This SDLC method is a method with a system development and design process through several stages, starting from system planning to operation and maintenance. Data collection methods used in this study are: observation, interviews, and literature study. This research produces an application that can assist tourists in providing more accurate information on waterfall tourism services at the foot of Mount Salak.

Masyarakat desa Sidomulyo kecamatan Silo Jember mengolah umbi gadung menjadi chips dengan perendaman biasa yang kurang efisien selama 5 hari. Perendaman dengan air mengalir sangat memungkinkan mempercepat proses pengolahan umbi  gadung. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh lama perendaman dan debit aliran air terhadap karakteristik fisik. kimia termasuk kadar HCN chips umbi gadung. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan kelompok faktorial dengan 2 faktor, yaitu lama perendaman (24, 48 dan 72 jam) dan debit aliran air (0,05, 0,15 dan 0,25 L/jam/kg chips basah) yang diulang 3 kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semakin lama perendaman dan tinggi debit aliran air menurunkan rendemen, daya kembang, kadar air, kadar abu chips gadung, sedangkan nilai kecerahan warna (L) meningkat. Kadar HCN chips kering semua perlakuan di bawah 50 ppm yang aman untuk dikonsumsi. Kadar HCN pada debit aliran air 0,05 L/jam/kg di jam 24, 48 dan 72 berturut-turut adalah 17,35 ppm, 15,34 ppm, dan 12,10 ppm. Kadar HCN pada debit aliran  air 0,15 L/jam/kg di jam 24, 48 dan 72 berturut-turut adalah 15,33 ppm, 12,19 ppm, dan 9,98 ppm. Dan kadar HCN pada debit aliran air 0,25 L/jam/kg di jam 24, 48 dan 72 berturut-turut     adalah 12,89 ppm, 10,29 ppm, dan 9,17 ppm.

The decline in cognitive function can be influenced by various factors, both individual and environmental. Individual factors include age, gender, level of education, genetic factors, and medical history. Meanwhile, environmental factors include social engagement and activities, both physical and cognitive activities. This research aims to investigate the Relationship between Social Interaction and Physical Activity with Cognitive Function in the Elderly Population in Neighborhood 05 of Cilangkap Subdistrict, Tapos District, Depok City. The method used in this research utilizes a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design, involving a sample of 55 respondents. The research results showed that the majority of respondents had good social interaction, totaling 32 respondents out of the total respondents. Of these, 23 (71.0%) respondents had a normal cognitive function, while 9 (28.1%) respondents experienced moderate cognitive impairment. Additionally, the majority of respondents with good physical activity and normal cognitive function amounted to 22 respondents (75.9%), while respondents with good physical activity and moderate cognitive impairment numbered 7 respondents (24.1%). In conclusion, the majority of respondents with good social interaction and good physical activity tended to have normal cognitive function.
 
 

This study aims to determine the criteria for plagiarism of fine arts according to Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright. In addition, it also seeks to determine the basis for the judge's consideration in Decision Number 31 / Pdt.Sus-Copyright / 2020 / Pn.Jkt.Pst. In this study, normative legal research was prescriptive. Normative is prescriptive, namely, examining library materials indicated in written regulations. The approaches used in writing this law are the case and statutory approaches. The results of this research, according to Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright, the criteria for plagiarism of works of fine art are if they meet the elements of 1) the existence of similarities in whole or in part that are substantial, 2) the recognition of private property to imitation works and 3) cause losses to the creator of imitation of works. In the judge's consideration in deciding the alleged case of plagiarism, the judge should take into account the following: 1) Proving the similarity between Love Light and Urban Light; 2) There is a loss incurred by the Plaintiff. In this case, the judge's consideration is based on the regulations of Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning copyright, and the plaintiff can also prove all of them so that the defendant is found guilty.
 
 

Stunting is a developmental disorder in children caused by poor nutrition, repeated infections, and inadequate psychosocial stimulation. A child can be defined as stunted if his age height is more than two standard deviations, below the provisions of the Child Growth Standard. The high incidence of stunting in Indonesia is one of the factors due to people's misunderstanding about stunting where they consider it reasonable about the proportion of their children's height, the mother's understanding factor is a very important factor in preventing stunting where stunting in children tends to occur in mothers who have less understanding. Understanding from mothers/expectant mothers really needs to be improved optimally to prevent and break the chain of stunting.

Berita online berasal dari berbagai sumber portal berita yang tersedia secara luas di dunia maya. Namun, berita online yang melimpah dapat mengesampingkan detail dan keakuratan berita karena tujuannya untuk memberikan informasi terkini sebanyak mungkin. Ketersediaan berita online di internet dapat menyebabkan penerimaan informasi yang berlebihan, memberikan pemahaman yang kurang jelas mengenai substansi berita tersebut. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk menemukan representasi dokumen berita online guna memahami inti dari berita tersebut. Penelitian ini fokus pada menghasilkan ringkasan berita online multi dokumen dari ekstraksi fitur dan proses klasifikasi menggunakan support vector machine. penelitian ini mengklasifikan berita multi dokumen menggunakan ekstraksi fitur Sentence Scoring dan SVM. Sentence Scoring digunakan untuk input pada metode SVM agar dapat melakukan proses klasifikasi untuk menentukan hasil ringkasan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa Fold 3 memberikan hasil terbaik, dengan rata-rata Recall 0.946, Presisi 0.487, dan F-Measure 0.634. ROUGE-1 juga mencapai nilai tertinggi pada Fold 3, yaitu 0.946. Faktor kunci dalam hasil peringkasan adalah proses ekstraksi fitur menggunakan Sentence Scoring dan pelatihan data dengan SVM. Fitur seperti data numerik dan kemiripan antar kalimat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil akhir dari peringkasan.
