Media VR memiliki sifat yang interaktif, cepat, fleksibel dan dapat diakses di seluruh dunia dan telah berkembang menjadi sumber informasi yang dinamis serta alat komunikasi yang efisien untuk menjangkau wisatawan. Banyak organisasi pariwisata telah berinvestasi dalam menciptakan tur virtual berbasis web atau Web-based Virtual Tour dan dianggap sebagai media baru yang efektif untuk branding destinasi wisata. Wisata Sumber Gentong Malang merupakan salah satu tempat wisata yang dikelola oleh organisasi Badan Usaha Milik Desa. Namun potensi Wisata Sumber Gentong belum dikelola dengan maksimal, dikarenakan pembangunan infrastruktur masih kurang masif. Perlu membuat alternatif penyampaian informasi destinasi wisata dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang mampu menggambarkan hal yang abstrak menjadi sesuatu yang seperti nyata melalui implementasi Web-based Virtual Tour. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan melalui media pemasaran wisata, dan mensosialisasikan Web-based Virtual Tour menjadi salah satu media alternatif pemasaran wisata di Wisata Sumber Gentong Malang.

Gamification merupakan fenomena luar biasa mengenai bagaimana kita dapat melibatkan pengguna untuk dapat memahami bisnis yang kita miliki. Para pengguna akan dapat memperoleh banyak hal yang menarik dari gamification yang ditawarkan oleh para pemilik bisnis, mulai dari game, bonus, discount, dan masih banyak hal lainnya yang dapat membuat pengguna atau konsumen menjadi lebih loyal dan memiliki hubungan yang erat dengan bisnis tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan konsep dari innovation profiling, dimana konsep ini menjelaskan mengenai tujuh tipe inovasi dan di sini gamification merupakan salah satu inovasi yang akan kami bahas. Pada penelitian ini, gamification dibagi menjadi tiga bagian penting, dimana hal ini merupakan kesatuan yang tidak boleh dipisahkan satu sama lain. Pada bagian pertama adalah tentang the big picture of gamification profiling dan formula GMF = P. B2. E2. I2. U2. Pada tahap kedua adalah empat tipe gamification- open gamification (OP), specific gamification (SG), innovative gamification (IG), undeveloped gamification (UG). Pada tahap ketiga, yang merupakan tahap akhir adalah Business gamification profiling (BG), Education gamification profiling (EG), Psikologi gamification profiling (PG), Future gamification profiling (FG). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah framework gamification profiling dan penerapannya pada bidang education, sebagai studi kasus utama dalam menerapkan hal ini.

Kecamatan Wadaslintang, Kabupaten Wonosobo, merupakan salah satu daerah di Jawa Tengah yang memiliki potensi wisata yang menjanjikan. Sayangnya potensi wisata tersebut kurang terpublikasi sehingga belum banyak masyarakat yang tahu. Kecamatan Wadaslintang membutuhkan peningkatan literasi digital terutama untuk digitalisasi dan promosi potensi wisata pada perangkat desa. Sebagai solusi untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, kami melakukan pelatihan penggunaan New Media khususnya Canva, CapCut, dan Instagram bagi perangkat desa. Ada lima tahapan utama pelatihan ini, yaitu pembekalan dan sosialisasi, paparan konsep new media, demonstrasi dan praktek pembuatan konten, distribusi, dan pendampingan. Kegiatan tersebut dilakukan di kantor Kecamatan Wadaslitang Kabupaten Wonosobo dengan 30 peserta perangkat desa. Perangkat desa dapat membuat konten gambar dengan Canva dan konten video dengan CapCut yang kemudian di bagikan pada sosial media Instagram. Perangkat desa cukup menggunakan smartphone masing-masing dalam melakukan kegiatan ini, sehingga mereka merasa antusias dan lebih leluasa dalam melakukan praktik. Sebagai evaluasi kegiatan ini, dilakukan pengujian pre-test dan post-test. Hasil evaluasi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa tingkat literasi dan komunikasi digital perangkat desa Kecamatan Wadaslintang meningkat seiring dengan pelatihan yang sebelumnya telah dipraktekkan. Pendampingan daring dilakukan sebagai tindak lanjut dari pelatihan sehingga perangkat desa bisa saling bertukar informasi dan berkolaborasi seusai pelatihan.

Waste management in Karang Bawang Village is only transported by garbage officers, garbage transportation is carried out once a week or twice still using the transportation system, then disposed of to the landfill. The problem found in Karang Bawang Village is that there is organic waste that is disposed of carelessly and not managed specifically so that the waste causes environmental problems such as unpleasant odors, damaging the scenery, as a hotbed of disease and others. One way of processing waste is by processing the waste into liquid organic fertilizer. Liquid organic fertilizer (POC) is a solution resulting from the decay of organic materials derived from crop residues, household waste, animal urine, animal and human waste. In this community service activity, a training method for making liquid organic fertilizer was carried out with PKK women in Karang Bawang Village. The results of this community service can increase knowledge for PKK mothers to be able to utilize the remains of household waste to make liquid organic fertilizer which can be used to fertilize plants. And as an effort to utilize abundant household waste and reduce household waste in the community.

The web-based Village Fund Management Accounting application has been designed to increase efficiency and transparency in managing village funds at the Muara Lematang Village Head's Office. This study aims to develop a system that facilitates the process of recording, reporting, and monitoring village finances in real-time. The research methods used include literature studies, needs analysis, system design, and implementation. A literature study was conducted to understand the existing accounting application models and features relevant to the needs of village fund management. At the needs analysis stage, data was collected through interviews with village finance officers and analysis of documents related to village fund management. From the results of the analysis, it was found that several important features that must be owned by an application, including recording transactions, preparing financial reports, budget management, and monitoring the realization of funds. Based on the needs analysis, a system design was carried out by developing an intuitive and responsive user interface design. In addition, a database was also designed to store and manage village financial data in a safe and structured manner. At the implementation stage, a web-based village fund management accounting application has been successfully developed and tested at the Muara Lematang Village Head's Office. The trial was carried out by involving users involved in managing village funds to evaluate the performance and usability of the application. The results of this study indicate that web-based village fund management accounting applications can increase efficiency and transparency in village fund management. The use of this application can assist the Muara Lematang Village Chief's Office in keeping accurate records, compiling financial reports quickly, and monitoring the allocation and realization of village funds more effectively.

This study explains the effect of word motivation and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT Lexxa Data Indonusa Tulungagung. The analysis technique in this study used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis test and the samples used in this study were 46 employees at PT Lexxa Data Indonusa Tulungagung. From the results of the analysis that has been done, it shows that work motivation has no partial and significant effect on employee performance, but organizational culture has a partial and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation and organizational culture simultaneously influence the performance of PT Lexxa Data Indonusa Tulungagung employees.

This research discusses how the activity of drinking becomes a space that differentiates between the home and the workplace, serving as a means of release from hierarchical structures present in the working world. The objective of this study is to understand the role of drinking activities in the lives of Japanese workers. This qualitative research was conducted using the thematic analysis approach. The data for this study were derived from two Japanese dramas titled "Platinum Town" (2012) and "Hanzawa Naoki" (2013), with a focus on scenes depicting social drinking gatherings. Data collection involved identifying relevant drinking scenes, followed by data cleansing and subsequent analysis. The concept of this "third space" serves as a medium for employees in Japan to release status and hierarchy constraints within their work environment. Additionally, this third space also functions as a means of maintaining harmonious relationships in Japanese society, supported by the cultural factors of "Uchi" and "Honne."

Tanara Village as a Coastal Village has a potential source of food that comes from the sea, but the people around Tanara Village are still very low in consuming sea fish directly, therefore a way is needed so that the nutritional intake / nutrition consumed is able to meet the needs of the community's body. In supporting and encouraging nutritional intake, business actors have an important role to play in creating processed fish products made from marine fish with the aim of increasing appetite because they are stimulated by the results of the product variants created. Business actors must have the courage to innovate their product variants. The Lecturer Team and the KKM Group help provide solutions through assistance in terms of strategies to create innovative variants of processed seafood products for business people. This step is carried out through mentoring and training in creating flavor variants, product packaging and marketing. Another thing is that it is hoped that after the service assistance for business actors they can be more prosperous in the economic field.

The aim of this study is to find out and analyze the role of controllers in protecting the interests of publicly-listed company investors by ensuring the implementation of good corporate governance principles. The delay of the implementation of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the publication of annual financial statements are two examples of non-fulfillment of the principles of good corporate governance namely transparency and accountability, which resulting temporary suspending trading of its shares by Indonesia Stock Exchange. When the role of the controller as shareholder who has the ability to control the company is ineffective because the shareholding of the company is less than 50%, the undertake of investors protection become an issue. This research was conducted based on a juridical-normative approach with analytical descriptive specifications based on secondary data. The results of this study revealed that the controller has several mechanisms to control the company to reduce losses for shareholders. However, the determination of a controller with less than 50% shareholding of the company’s shares results in the controlling role towards the company become ineffective and potentially detrimental to the interests of investors. The difference between this research and the previous lies in the object of this study which discusses the role of controllers in ensuring the fulfillment of the principles of good corporate governance so that they can provide protection to investors.

Meanwhile, to analyze the data obtained used descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the application of just in time in increasing production effectiveness and efficiency at PT Albasi Priangan Lestari is carried out by: close communication with suppliers. Then Closeness of Communication with Customers. Furthermore, Responsiveness in Information Change. Accuracy of Executing Schedule. As well as the ability to reduce costs. Barriers to implementing just in time to increase production effectiveness and efficiency come from supporting tools for mobilizing materials and goods such as forklifts, dump turcks and losbak, supply of electrical energy and shipping costs. The solution to overcome these obstacles is to equip supporting equipment such as handlifts. Meanwhile, to handle the supply of electricity, the company built two power substations.
