This study aimed to find out whether Good Corporate Governance and Risk Management affected reputation with financial performance as an intervening variable in the case study of Bank Central Asia Syariah. In addition, this study also aimed to test whether financial performance variables mediatd the relationship between each variables. The sample used in this research was Bank Central Asia Syariah's quarterly and annual reports published for 2017-2022. The method used was a quantitative approach with data analysis using smartPLS, the data used was secondary data. The research results showed that Good Corporate Governance has significant effect on reputation.Good Corporate Governance has not is proven significant to financial performance. Risk management has proven to have a significant effect on reputation. Risk management has a significant effect with a negative influence on financial performance. Financial performance has proven to have a significant effect on reputation. The path test showed that financial performance is unable to mediated Good Corporate Governanceon and risk management on reputation.

Sedimentasi menjadi salah satu permasalahan pada Sungai Klagison, pencucian pasir menghasilkan limbah air yang mengandung padatan terlarut dan padatan yang tidak terlarut. etika endapan lumpur terakumulasi dan berlebihan maka dapat mengakibatkan pendangkalan pada sungai dan menyebabkan terjadinya luapan air sungai, terutama ketika musim hujan. Namun selain dampak negatif akibat sedimentasi di DAS Klagison, Yang mana matereial ini bisa dimanfaatkan untuk banyak hal, salah satunya adalah paving block. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental, dengan menguji 2 jenis material  sedimentasi, yang mana material tersebut merupakan sedimentasi tanpa di oleh dan sedimen yang telah di olah, dengan melakukan 2 pengujian yaitu pengujian kadar lumpur dan uji kuat tekan terhadap paving block yang telah di buat dengan 1 komposisi perbandingan yaitu 1:3. Untuk selanjutnya dibandingkan hasil kuat tekan dari kedua sampel yang di uji. Dari hasil pengujian didapatkan karakteristik penggunaan sedimen yang sudah diolah lebih baik dibandingkan dengan sedimen yang belum diolah. yang mana nilai kuat tekan mengalami peningkatan dari 9,59 Mpa ke 14,96 Mpa. Dan untuk klasifikasi mutu paving yang diperoleh setelah diolah adalah mutu C dan B yang digunakan untuk perlatan parkir dan pejalan kaki.

Quality improvement can be achieved by making innovations in the development of rubber asphalt material. This research was conducted to determine the effect of adding natural rubber as an additive to the wear-resistant Laston mixture (AC-WC). This study made 33 total samples, which were divided into 18 conventional asphalt mixtures and 15 rubber asphalt mixtures, with normal asphalt variations ranging from 5.5% - 8% and for rubber with variations of 5% - 7% of optimum asphalt weight, respectively each with an interval (0.5 %). It was mixed using a wet process. Based on the 2018 General Highways Specifications, Optimum Asphalt Content (OAC) was obtained at 7.5% and Optimum Rubber Content (ORC) at 6%. The test results for the stability and melting values of normal asphalt were 1786.22 kg and 3.56 mm, while the tests for the stability and melting values for rubber asphalt were 1181.22 kg and 3.6 mm. It can be interpreted that adding this rubber content increases the stability of the value 2x greater than the point where the stability value falls on the normal asphalt content variation of 8%.

This Research aims to determine the length of queues that occur due to delays in fuel. supply and the level of service and arrival at the Maccorawalie gas station.Using quantitative research methods, using Model B Formula calculations: (M/M/S) (Multiple Line Queue Model). The research results show that the queue length that occurs due to delays in fuel supply at peak hours 10:00–11:00 WITA On Monday, 21 August 2023, is 44 meters, and on Thursday, 24 August 2023, is 12.75 meters, and on Saturday, August 26, 2023, namely 31.5 meters. The level of service on Monday, August 21 2023 is 3 vehicles per hour on Thursday, August 24. 2023, it is 8 vehicles/hour, and on Saturday, August 26, 2023, it is 4 vehicles/hour. The arrival rate on Monday, August 21, 2023, is 7 vehicles per hour.On Thursday, August 24, 2023, it is two vehicles per hour, and on Saturday, August 26.In 2023, it will be 5 vehicles per hour.

Secondly, it pertains to sustainable development mechanisms, specifically the use of carbon offsets derived from projects implemented by both public and private entities worldwide. The third aspect revolves around non-market approaches, encompassing emission reduction through mitigation and adaptation efforts, financial support, technology transfer, and capacity building, which may involve tools like carbon taxes and Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM). This research adopts a legal norm perspective, delving into methods that investigate, describe, synthesize, interpret, evaluate, and analyze positive approaches. The findings signify a paradigm shift aligning with the "polluter pays principle," recognizing that entities and individuals responsible for environmental pollution should bear the associated costs. In the quest for a new paradigm of sustainable development, a carbon market ecosystem assumes a pivotal role. Scholarships are an appreciation given by universities in the form of educational assistance, one of which is for prospective students who have achievements in non-academic fields. Mercu Buana University Jakarta provides as many as 20 quotas per year for merit scholarships. The decision-making process for merit scholarship recipients is still focused on manual calculation using the average value method process. Based on these problems, a study was conducted to design a decision support system using analytical hierarchy process and weighted product methods. Variables used in achievement weighting, level, test scores. The process of weighting the AHP method produces an achievement priority value of 0.260, a level of 0.633, and a test score of 0.106 and the results on the consistency criteria matrix are 0.033. The results of the WP ranking are the scores on the achievement criteria, namely -0.260, the level is 0.633 and the test score is 0.106. The results on the user acceptance test are 84.4%, it can be concluded, functionality can be accepted by users

In higher education settings, undergraduates also face complex dynamics that include academic pressures, social changes, and personal development demands which can negatively impact aspects of psychological well-being in students. Various elements can affect a person's psychological well-being, including culture, age, gender, and the way a person interprets experiences in their life. This study aims to determine the effect of optimism and problem-solving skills on psychological well-being in college students. This research is correlational quantitative research. The subjects in this study amounted to 135 students. The sampling technique used is random sampling. The results showed that the F value was 152.525 with a significant value of p = 0.000 where (p <0.05) which means that there is a significant effect of optimism and problem-solving ability on psychological well-being, so Ha is accepted and the R2 coefficient value (R Square) of 0.835 or (84%) which this value shows the influence of optimism and problem-solving ability on psychological well-being by 84% while the remaining 16% is influenced by other variables not examined. This study concludes that optimism and problem-solving ability affect psychological well-being positively and significantly, which means that the more optimism and problem-solving ability increase, the more psychological well-being levels will increase

Basically risk management includes activities to plan, organize, lead, coordinate, and supervise risk management programs. Financing is one of the activies, including the Jambi Syariah Health Family Cooperative. And at the time of doing the financing of course will not be separated from the name of risk. So cooperatives need to implement risk management in order to be able to minimize the possibility of risks that will occur at some point in time. The purpose pf this research is to find out how to apply risk management to murabahah financing in the Jambi Syari’ah Health Fsmily Cooperatives. The type of research used is field (field research). This research is descriptive, namely research that tries to determine the solution to the current problem based on the data. The types and sources of data used in the research are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. To check the validity is to use triangulation of sources and reference materials is used. The method consists of three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The result of the research carried out are the application of risk management murabahah financing at the Jambi Sharia Health Family Cooperative has bee carried out correctly by using a referral pr referensi system,surveyor scoring, useof goods, guarantees, committee meetings, reserves for earning assets write-of (PPAP), and make the remainingoperating results (SHU). Although the implementation of financing risk management has been carried out properly. But whose name is risk cannot be eliminated can minimize it.
