The purpose of this study is to describe the form and function of Jambi Malay customs seloko. Seloko adat here is a custom seloko contained in the procession of customary stir between custom handover at the traditional marriage of Jambi Malay. The method used in this research is descriptive-qualitative. The data of this research are word unit, phrase, clause, sentence, text of the ceremony of repetition between the handover of customary marriage of Fortuna Mazka and the text of seloko in the Customary Principles of Sepucuk Jambi Sembilan Lurah (2001). The two texts are reconstructed philologically (critical edition) as the study material.The results of this study indicate that seloko adat ulur between handover of Jambi Malay custom has five forms: (1) kato adat or kato undang (2) kias word (3) kato penyelo (4) petatah- petitih and (5) pantun. Each form has a typology of rhyme, array, stanza, and conventional formulas. Seloko adat ular between the hand-over of Jambi Malay customary has various functions: (1) informational, (2) expressive, (3) directive, (4) aesthetic, and (5) fatik. These functions are firmly attached to each form of the shell, with Jambi's diction and local ideology

Emergency is defined as a condition that can threaten the safety of life if it is not treated immediately, and this can happen to anyone, anywhere and anytime. First aid is the immediate and temporary care given to a person. Health education with educational method is defined as a method that can increase the insight and knowledge. The objective of this study is to determine the effect of emergency First Aid education on fracture management knowledge in the community around STIKES Muhammadiyah Manado.The research design used was a quasi-experiment, with a one group posttest research design. In this study, the research sample selected was 12 research respondents, in the selection using random sampling. In collecting research data, this was conducted by distributing research questionnaires to the research respondents. Then, the research data that has been collected is processed using with the Mc-Nemar’s test, with a value level of a ≤ 0.05.The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of emergency first aid on fracture management knowledge with value of p = 0,004 where p value is smaller than a = 0.05. There is an effect of education on the effect of emergency First Aid education on knowledge of fracture management in lay people or the community around the STIKES Muhammadiyah Manado.
 

Pembangunan Sistem Informasi Manajemen pada Apotek Budi Farma Putra Tegal memberikan kemudahan dalam pengolahan data penjualan/pembelian baik penjualan kepada konsumen/pembelian terhadap supplier serta pengolahan laporan penjualan/pembelian agar lebih tepat & akurat. Sistem ini dibuat menggunakan metode Waterfall yang dibangun dengan menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP & MySQL sebagai database yang menghasilkan data yang mudah diakses, akurat dan cepat. Hasil pengujian sistem dari pengujian Black Box dengan 100% tercapai, pengujian User Acceptance Testing dari segi kemanfaatan dengan presentase 93,33%, segi antar tampilan muka 93,33% dan segi penggunaan 96,6%. Pada pengujian white-box didapatkan bahwa hasil dari kompleksitas adalah 3.

Pada penelitian ini menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi ketepatan waktu keberangkatan pesawat di bandara internasional Raja Haji Fisabilillah Tanjungpinang. Metode penelitian ni menggunakan observasi dan kuesioner, sedangakan untuk metode analisis data adalah menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Maintenance, Scheduling dan Kapasitas Air Side berpengaruh psitif dan signig=fikan terhadap On Time Performance-nya dengan pembuktian uji t masing-masing variabel mendapatkan t hitung sebesar (0,385), (2,822), dan (5,176).

Pencatatan keuangan yang dilakukan secara manual di dusun Sidawung seringkali menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan. Berdasarkan diskusi awal, beberapa masalah yang pernah terjadi diantaranya adalah kesalahan perhitungan dan pencatatan data dan kemungkinan terjadinya kehilangan data karena berkas tidak terdokumentasi dengan baik. Aktivitas keuangan merupakan permasalahan yang sensitif, sehingga perlu pencatatan dan transparansi yang memadai. Untuk itu penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem informasi keuangan berbasis web dapat melakukan perhitungan secara akurat dan transparan. Sistem berbasis web juga membuat warga masyarakat dapat dengan mudah memantau semua aktivitas dan dana yang mengalir secara detil sehingga mengurangi kesalahan atau kecurangan yang terjadi. Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan metode prototype dengan proses yang terstruktur dan melalui beberapa tahap dimana, jika tahap sistem belum final dan memiliki kekurangan pengembang akan mengevaluasi kembali. Penelitian ini menghasilkan perangkat lunak yang berdasarkan evaluasi dapat diterima dan digunakan dengan baik oleh masyarakat khususnya dusun yang menjadi obyek penelitian.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan supervisi akademik dan perbedaan implementasi supervisi akademik saat pembelajaran luring dan daring yang dilaksanakan di Sekolah Karangturi, Kota Semarang, Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian model data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Implementasi supervisi akademik saat pembelajaran luring menggunakan model Performance Appraisal (PA). Sedangkan saat daring, proses implementasi supervisi akademik mengalami pergeseran cara dengan melibatkan teknologi komunikasi. Dengan demikian peneliti dapat membedakan kedua hasil tersebut  bahwa terdapat perbedaan implementasi supervisi akademik saat pembelajaran luring dan daring di Sekolah Karangturi, antara lain: penyederhanaan aspek penilaian, pergeseran sasaran supervisi, durasi waktu pelaksanaan, proses perencanaan yang melibatkan penggunaan teknologi komunikasi, proses pelaksanaan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan di Sekolah Karangturi, dan belum adanya umpan balik supervisi akademik saat pembelajaran daring.

Problem that occur in the company is: a decrease in employee work performance which is characterized by frequent errors in work, employee attendance rates began to decline and the emergence of procrastination work. The population in this study were all employees in the company of 67 people. The sample is taken by a saturated sampling technique in which all members of the population are used as samples. Thus the sample in this study amounted to 67 people. The simultaneous hypothesis test results show that reward and punishment have an influence on the work performance of employees of PT.Senteral Inti Gas Medan. The results of the partial hypothesis test show that the reward variable has a more dominant influence on the work performance of PT .enteral Inti Gas Medan employees compared to the punishment variable.

Presence is an activity that aims to determine the level of attendance of a person in an agency, school or company. One of the problems that occurs is the student attendance system at STMIK Rosma Karawang due to cheating when making attendance at lecture activities begins. By looking at the problems contained in STMIK Rosma Karawang, a program is needed. To create a program requires a method. The method used is a waterfall as a software development method. The proposed database design is a DFD (Data Flow Diagram). Implementation of the program using Android Studio. With the design of the program is a solution to solve problems that exist in the presence system at STMIK Rosma Karawang, and can achieve an effective activity in supporting activities at STMIK Rosma Karawang.

Indonesia as the largest marine mega-biodiversity in the world makes Indonesia very important to strengthen its maritime security by empowering coastal communities so that the welfare of the community can be achieved. The purpose of this paper is to explain the improvement of welfare through empowerment of coastal communities as an effort to strengthen maritime security in Indonesia. This paper uses a literature research method with a content analysis approach. The findings of this study are that community involvement is needed in empowerment programs that are not only limited to implementing the program, but also involved in the formulation and creation of the program so that the community feels responsible for program implementation and is motivated so that the program runs well. The hope is that with community involvement in efforts to empower technology-based coastal communities, it will take part in supporting Indonesia's maritime security and also improve the welfare of these communities.
