Technological developments ultimately require judicial bodies in various countries, including Indonesia to adopt the use of technology. Because the administration of Indonesian justice is based on the principle of simple, fast, and low cost. Utilization of information technology in the judicial process can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the performance of the judiciary, so that it can answer the public's sense of justice. Because the main problems that are often faced in our judiciary are the slow handling of cases, the difficulty of accessing cases and the integrity of the judicial administration apparatus. This article is intended to examine how to regulate the use of technology in the judiciary, and how it impacts on access to justice. This article concludes, Electronic court proceedings need to be regulated in the law itself or accommodated in the current procedural law. Because the mission of adaptation and harmonization of various legal developments is very necessary. In addition, the government must also pay more attention to the readiness of courts in Indonesia to carry out using technology. For example, providing direction for building or upgrading electronic facilities for trials, both in courts and correctional facilities, as well as recruiting and providing IT human resources. So that by using technology can run effectively and efficiently.

Financial statements are closely related to the field of accounting. Financial statements prepared by a company can be used as a tool for making internal managerial decisions as well as for external parties of the company. A company's financial statements can be analyzed using several financial ratios. Financial statements (Financial Statment) is the end product of a series of processes for recording and summarizing business transaction data, accountants are expected to be able to organize all accounting data so as to produce financial statements and even must be able to integrate and analyze the financial reports they make. Even the benchmark for whether or not a financial institution or company is healthy is seen from the financial statements and this will affect the decisions of external parties in terms of investment or others, in this case the author presents two financial statement materials as a comparison, namely conventional and sharia financial statements, where both have similarities and differences in many ways.

<p class="Abstract" align="center"><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p><p class="Abstract">The fence acts as the first layer in maintaining the security of a building. One of the technologies used to control the opening and closing of the gate is the use of fingerprint sensors. The fingerprint sensor functions by recording and storing a person's fingerprint pattern through the sensor module, then using Arduino to make identification. If the detected fingerprint matches the stored data, the stepper motor will be activated to open the gate. The door will remain open until an object is detected on the track by the infrared proximity sensor, which will then cause the gate to close again. From the results of the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the performance of the automatic turnstile controller prototype is in accordance with the predetermined design. The fingerprint sensor successfully detects five fingerprints that have been recorded, with verification that matches the database, causing the stepper motor to rotate to open the gate. In addition, the fingerprint sensor was also able to identify one fingerprint that was not registered in the database, so the stepper motor was not activated to open the gate. The infrared proximity sensor successfully detects the presence of objects on the track, and the program commands the stepper motor to close the gate. From the results of five tests, the average motor voltage was 5.0 V, the current was 0.0490 A, the rotation was 12.0 rpm, and the time required to open the gate was 5.18 seconds. As for closing the turnstile, the average motor voltage is 4.9 V, current is 0.0488 A, rotation is 11.7 rpm, and the time required is 5.22 seconds. This shows that the prototype has successfully achieved the expected performance.</p><p> </p><p class="IndexTerms">Keywords: Automatic Turnstile, Sensor, Fingerprint, Infrared Proximity, Arduino Uno.</p><p> </p><p class="Abstract" align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p><p class="Abstract">Pagar berperan sebagai lapisan pertama dalam menjaga keamanan suatu bangunan. Salah satu teknologi yang digunakan untuk mengontrol pembukaan dan penutupan pintu pagar adalah penggunaan sensor sidik jari. Sensor sidik jari berfungsi dengan cara merekam dan menyimpan pola sidik jari seseorang melalui modul sensor, kemudian menggunakan Arduino untuk melakukan identifikasi. Jika sidik jari yang dideteksi sesuai dengan data yang tersimpan, motor stepper akan diaktifkan untuk membuka pintu pagar. Pintu akan tetap terbuka sampai ada objek yang terdeteksi di lintasan oleh sensor proximity infrared, yang kemudian akan menyebabkan pintu pagar tertutup kembali. Dari hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja prototipe pengendali pintu pagar otomatis sesuai dengan perancangan yang telah ditetapkan. Sensor sidik jari berhasil mendeteksi lima sidik jari yang telah direkam, dengan verifikasi yang sesuai dengan database, mengakibatkan motor stepper berputar untuk membuka pintu pagar. Selain itu, sensor sidik jari juga mampu mengidentifikasi satu sidik jari yang tidak terdaftar dalam database, sehingga motor stepper tidak diaktifkan untuk membuka pintu pagar. Sensor proximity infrared berhasil mendeteksi keberadaan objek di lintasan, dan programnya memerintahkan motor stepper untuk menutup pintu pagar. Dari hasil pengujian sebanyak lima kali, diperoleh rata-rata tegangan motor sebesar 5,0 V, arus sebesar 0,0490 A, putaran sebesar 12,0 rpm, dan waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk membuka pintu pagar adalah 5,18 detik. Sedangkan untuk menutup pintu pagar, rata-rata tegangan motor adalah 4,9 V, arus 0,0488 A, putaran 11,7 rpm, dan waktu yang dibutuhkan adalah 5,22 detik. Ini menunjukkan bahwa prototipe telah berhasil mencapai kinerja yang diharapkan dan dapat digunakan secara efektif dalam aplikasi sehari-hari.</p>

This study aimed to find out whether Good Corporate Governance and Risk Management affected reputation with financial performance as an intervening variable in the case study of Bank Central Asia Syariah. In addition, this study also aimed to test whether financial performance variables mediatd the relationship between each variables. The sample used in this research was Bank Central Asia Syariah's quarterly and annual reports published for 2017-2022. The method used was a quantitative approach with data analysis using smartPLS, the data used was secondary data. The research results showed that Good Corporate Governance has significant effect on reputation.Good Corporate Governance has not is proven significant to financial performance. Risk management has proven to have a significant effect on reputation. Risk management has a significant effect with a negative influence on financial performance. Financial performance has proven to have a significant effect on reputation. The path test showed that financial performance is unable to mediated Good Corporate Governanceon and risk management on reputation.

Sedimentasi menjadi salah satu permasalahan pada Sungai Klagison, pencucian pasir menghasilkan limbah air yang mengandung padatan terlarut dan padatan yang tidak terlarut. etika endapan lumpur terakumulasi dan berlebihan maka dapat mengakibatkan pendangkalan pada sungai dan menyebabkan terjadinya luapan air sungai, terutama ketika musim hujan. Namun selain dampak negatif akibat sedimentasi di DAS Klagison, Yang mana matereial ini bisa dimanfaatkan untuk banyak hal, salah satunya adalah paving block. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental, dengan menguji 2 jenis material sedimentasi, yang mana material tersebut merupakan sedimentasi tanpa di oleh dan sedimen yang telah di olah, dengan melakukan 2 pengujian yaitu pengujian kadar lumpur dan uji kuat tekan terhadap paving block yang telah di buat dengan 1 komposisi perbandingan yaitu 1:3. Untuk selanjutnya dibandingkan hasil kuat tekan dari kedua sampel yang di uji. Dari hasil pengujian didapatkan karakteristik penggunaan sedimen yang sudah diolah lebih baik dibandingkan dengan sedimen yang belum diolah. yang mana nilai kuat tekan mengalami peningkatan dari 9,59 Mpa ke 14,96 Mpa. Dan untuk klasifikasi mutu paving yang diperoleh setelah diolah adalah mutu C dan B yang digunakan untuk perlatan parkir dan pejalan kaki.

Regency, with an increase in the number of vehicles, it will automatically result in an increase in fuel demand as a result of fuel scarcity, causing motor vehicles owners to be able to queue for hours at public fuel filling stations. This Research aims to determine the length of queues that occur due to delays in fuel. supply and the level of service and arrival at the Maccorawalie gas station.Using quantitative research methods, using Model B Formula calculations: (M/M/S) (Multiple Line Queue Model). The research results show that the queue length that occurs due to delays in fuel supply at peak hours 10:00–11:00 WITA On Monday, 21 August 2023, is 44 meters, and on Thursday, 24 August 2023, is 12.75 meters, and on Saturday, August 26, 2023, namely 31.5 meters. The level of service on Monday, August 21 2023 is 3 vehicles per hour on Thursday, August 24. 2023, it is 8 vehicles/hour, and on Saturday, August 26, 2023, it is 4 vehicles/hour. Climate change is driven by a combination of natural fluctuations and human activities, particularly the widespread use of fossil fuels (such as coal, oil, and natural gas) and alterations in land use practices such as logging, farming, and clearing land for agriculture. This global phenomenon encompasses various end-of-use activities, including agriculture, forestry, and consumerism. An inherent challenge in the global carbon dioxide (CO2) trading landscape lies in the competition between developed and developing countries, stemming from inconsistent CO2 prices. This competition manifests in three primary areas. Firstly, in the context of internationally transmitted mitigation outcomes, involving international trade aimed at surpassing Nationally Determined Contributions (NDC) targets. Secondly, it pertains to sustainable development mechanisms, specifically the use of carbon offsets derived from projects implemented by both public and private entities worldwide. The third aspect revolves around non-market approaches, encompassing emission reduction through mitigation and adaptation efforts, financial support, technology transfer, and capacity building, which may involve tools like carbon taxes and Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM). This research adopts a legal norm perspective, delving into methods that investigate, describe, synthesize, interpret, evaluate, and analyze positive approaches. The findings signify a paradigm shift aligning with the "polluter pays principle," recognizing that entities and individuals responsible for environmental pollution should bear the associated costs. In the quest for a new paradigm of sustainable development, a carbon market ecosystem assumes a pivotal role. This ecosystem contributes to enhancing sustainability by curbing greenhouse gas emissions and offering economic incentives to address climate change. It acts as a cornerstone in constructing a fresh paradigm for potential development.
