Abstrak:
This article discusses the use of Coulomb's law and electric fields to improve air quality in conventional cars. This method utilizes electrostatic principles to attract and capture air pollutant particles. This research introduces the practical application of this concept by integrating electrostatic technology into car ventilation systems. Experimental results show significant improvements in the reduction of in-vehicle air pollutants, with the potential to improve the health and comfort of car users. With wider application, this technology can help reduce the negative impact of air pollution on the environment and human health.

This journal aims to provide an explanation of Article 5 of Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence which states that every person is prohibited from committing domestic violence against people within their household by means of: physical violence, psychological violence, sexual violence. and/or household neglect. In reality, even though there is Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence, domestic violence still occurs frequently. The purpose of writing this article is to explain the factors that cause domestic violence and the suitability of the Perempuan Academy program as a sustainable non-penal effort to tackle domestic violence and its obstacles in Kel. Karang Anyar, Samarinda City. The data in this article was obtained from secondary data by conducting library research and reviewing textbooks and statutory regulations. The primary data in this article was obtained by carrying out data collection techniques and also interviews with a number of respondents and informants. The results of this research show that the factors that cause domestic violence are economic inequality and the community's lack of knowledge about domestic violence. Efforts to reduce domestic violence in Kel. Karang Anyar has been carried out in various ways, one of which is through mediation and through the Perempuan Academy which is appropriate as a sustainable non-penal effort. The obstacles faced in implementing this program are the aspect of activity support tools which are considered to be less than optimal. The factors that cause domestic violence resolutions do not reach the courts are because victims do not want to report them for various reasons. Meanwhile, efforts that can be made by law enforcement officials are repressive and preventive efforts by providing education about domestic violence. It is recommended that all relevant parties, including the police, legal aid institutions, government and society, continue to increase integrated cooperation in dealing with domestic violence.

Samarinda City is one of the cities located in East Kalimantan Province and is often found to have cases of Domestic Violence. The implementation of Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence should be a solution to participate in preventing and overcoming acts of Domestic Violence as a law enforcement effort. However, in its implementation it turns out that there are still cases of Domestic Violence. The research approach used in this research is a Social Legal Research approach which aims to examine two main points of discussion, first to examine the handling of victims of Domestic Violence in Samarinda City. Second, to examine the role of the Perempuan Academy program in empowering community groups for Family Welfare Empowerment to prevent Domestic Violence in Samarinda City. The results of the research show that the handling of Domestic Violence in the City of Samarinda is provided both repressively and preventively, not only to deal with it after it occurs and is experienced by the victim, but also to participate in preventing it before the crime occurs in order to reduce cases of Domestic Violence in the City Samarinda and the Women's Academy program is considered sufficient to help the Family Welfare Empowerment group in Karang Anyar Village, Samarinda City to prevent Domestic Violence.

This research uses empirical legal methods to examine the integrity and credibility of the 2024 election organizers in Indonesia. Data was collected from various sources, including MK decisions, DKPP, election observer reports, academic publications, and related news. Data analysis was carried out to identify patterns, trends and implications for the integrity and credibility of election organizers, as well as evaluate the implementation of the General Principles of Good Government (AUPB) in organizing elections. The main objective of this research is to update the electoral system in Indonesia and ensure that elections are of quality, integrity and reliability. The research approach focuses on collecting empirical data from concrete cases during the 2024 Election and in-depth analysis of this data to identify emerging patterns and trends. Data analysis aims to evaluate the influence of political intervention, conflicts of interest, and compliance with legal rules and decisions on the integrity and credibility of election organizers. The results of the research will be compiled in a report that includes in-depth analysis of concrete cases, policy recommendations to improve the integrity and credibility of election organizers, as well as suggestions for improving the implementation of AUPB in the 2024 Election. This research is expected to provide a better understanding of the challenges and opportunities to ensure the integrity and credibility of election organizers in Indonesia, as well as providing concrete steps to improve the implementation of AUPB principles in the election context.

Technological developments ultimately require judicial bodies in various countries, including Indonesia to adopt the use of technology. Because the administration of Indonesian justice is based on the principle of simple, fast, and low cost. Utilization of information technology in the judicial process can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the performance of the judiciary, so that it can answer the public's sense of justice. Because the main problems that are often faced in our judiciary are the slow handling of cases, the difficulty of accessing cases and the integrity of the judicial administration apparatus. This article is intended to examine how to regulate the use of technology in the judiciary, and how it impacts on access to justice. This article concludes, Electronic court proceedings need to be regulated in the law itself or accommodated in the current procedural law. Because the mission of adaptation and harmonization of various legal developments is very necessary. In addition, the government must also pay more attention to the readiness of courts in Indonesia to carry out using technology. Financial statements are closely related to the field of accounting. Financial statements prepared by a company can be used as a tool for making internal managerial decisions as well as for external parties of the company. A company's financial statements can be analyzed using several financial ratios. Financial statements (Financial Statment) is the end product of a series of processes for recording and summarizing business transaction data, accountants are expected to be able to organize all accounting data so as to produce financial statements and even must be able to integrate and analyze the financial reports they make. <p class="Abstract" align="center"><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p><p class="Abstract">The fence acts as the first layer in maintaining the security of a building. One of the technologies used to control the opening and closing of the gate is the use of fingerprint sensors. The fingerprint sensor functions by recording and storing a person's fingerprint pattern through the sensor module, then using Arduino to make identification. If the detected fingerprint matches the stored data, the stepper motor will be activated to open the gate. The door will remain open until an object is detected on the track by the infrared proximity sensor, which will then cause the gate to close again. From the results of the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the performance of the automatic turnstile controller prototype is in accordance with the predetermined design. The fingerprint sensor successfully detects five fingerprints that have been recorded, with verification that matches the database, causing the stepper motor to rotate to open the gate. In addition, the fingerprint sensor was also able to identify one fingerprint that was not registered in the database, so the stepper motor was not activated to open the gate. The infrared proximity sensor successfully detects the presence of objects on the track, and the program commands the stepper motor to close the gate. From the results of five tests, the average motor voltage was 5.0 V, the current was 0.0490 A, the rotation was 12.0 rpm, and the time required to open the gate was 5.18 seconds. As for closing the turnstile, the average motor voltage is 4.9 V, current is 0.0488 A, rotation is 11.7 rpm, and the time required is 5.22 seconds. This shows that the prototype has successfully achieved the expected performance.</p><p> </p><p class="IndexTerms">Keywords: Automatic Turnstile, Sensor, Fingerprint, Infrared Proximity, Arduino Uno.</p><p> </p><p class="Abstract" align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p><p class="Abstract">Pagar berperan sebagai lapisan pertama dalam menjaga keamanan suatu bangunan. Salah satu teknologi yang digunakan untuk mengontrol pembukaan dan penutupan pintu pagar adalah penggunaan sensor sidik jari. Sensor sidik jari berfungsi dengan cara merekam dan menyimpan pola sidik jari seseorang melalui modul sensor, kemudian menggunakan Arduino untuk melakukan identifikasi. Jika sidik jari yang dideteksi sesuai dengan data yang tersimpan, motor stepper akan diaktifkan untuk membuka pintu pagar. Pintu akan tetap terbuka sampai ada objek yang terdeteksi di lintasan oleh sensor proximity infrared, yang kemudian akan menyebabkan pintu pagar tertutup kembali. Dari hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja prototipe pengendali pintu pagar otomatis sesuai dengan perancangan yang telah ditetapkan. Sensor sidik jari berhasil mendeteksi lima sidik jari yang telah direkam, dengan verifikasi yang sesuai dengan database, mengakibatkan motor stepper berputar untuk membuka pintu pagar. Selain itu, sensor sidik jari juga mampu mengidentifikasi satu sidik jari yang tidak terdaftar dalam database, sehingga motor stepper tidak diaktifkan untuk membuka pintu pagar. Sensor proximity infrared berhasil mendeteksi keberadaan objek di lintasan, dan programnya memerintahkan motor stepper untuk menutup pintu pagar. Dari hasil pengujian sebanyak lima kali, diperoleh rata-rata tegangan motor sebesar 5,0 V, arus sebesar 0,0490 A, putaran sebesar 12,0 rpm, dan waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk membuka pintu pagar adalah 5,18 detik. Sedangkan untuk menutup pintu pagar, rata-rata tegangan motor adalah 4,9 V, arus 0,0488 A, putaran 11,7 rpm, dan waktu yang dibutuhkan adalah 5,22 detik. Ini menunjukkan bahwa prototipe telah berhasil mencapai kinerja yang diharapkan dan dapat digunakan secara efektif dalam aplikasi sehari-hari.</p>
