Mood or mood is an important part of a person's psychological well-being. Several studies show that physical exercise can positively influence mood. One of the factors that influences an athlete's mental and emotional readiness is mood. Mood Profile for Weightlifting athletes is an important factor that needs to be analyzed. This research aimed to determine the relationship between athletes' moods and the success rate of snatches in weightlifting athletes at PABSI Jatim Surabaya before PORPROV 2025. This qualitative research used mixed methods. Mixed methods is a research approach that combines or associates qualitative and quantitative forms. A research method that uses qualitative data and is described descriptively. The Total Sample Method is a sampling method with the number of samples equal to the population. The sample was taken using total sampling because the population was less than 100 and the entire population was used as the research sample (Masturoh & Anggita, 2018). The sample that can be used is the population sample taken from Provincial Weightlifting athletes (aged 13 - 23 years) totaling 8 people and is only limited so that they can be used as one training group by filling in a mood profile questionnaire and recording the snatch technique. Of the 8 respondents who took the snatch test, all appeared confident. However, when holding and doing the snatch, there is a feeling of doubt and anxiety about whether or not you can accept the weight of the snatch if it is already above. However, after doing the snatch test, he also felt happy by releasing endorphins in his body. The results of the before and after research show that the "Medium" category with the highest percentage is the anger indicator (AMR) of 71.43% and 42.86%, and the confused mood indicator (SSB) of 53.57% and 71%. Indicators with moderate percentages include full energy indicators (PNT) of 85.71% and 75%, self-assessment (PDR) of 80.36% and 80%, and depression (DPS) of 44.64% and 63%. The percentage of fatigue indicators (KLH) was 53.57% and 42.85% and tension indicators (KTG) were 57.14% and 50%. The conclusion of the research on the analysis of the relationship between athlete's mood and the success rate of snatches in weightlifting athletes at PABSI East Java, Surabaya is in the "Medium" condition. Negative mood conditions in the "Medium" category such as fatigue, anger, tension, confusion, and depression indicate that athletes are not feeling stressed mentally and physically. Meanwhile, positive mood conditions in the "Medium" category make athletes have a good mood, such as being full of energy and self-confidence. This is possible because the training portion is good and the conditions leading to PORPROV 2025 are still quite long. So there are still many athletes who experience good mood conditions so the presence of this athlete's mood also supports the athlete's successful performance both during training and during competitions.
 
 
 

This journal discusses the potential and challenges of Islamic da'wah in the digital era, especially through social media. Technological transformation has changed the way da'wah communication is carried out, allowing broad and interactive access. The millennial generation is recognized as agents of change who can utilize social media to spread moderate and inclusive da'wah messages. Despite huge opportunities, challenges such as the spread of hoax content, extremism and lack of digital competence are recognized as risks. The research uses quantitative research which emphasizes collecting and analyzing numerical data from respondents to understand certain phenomena. This method involves designing a structured questionnaire for data collection. The research results provide insight into effective strategies for using digital media for da'wah and efforts to overcome potential challenges and risks. The importance of da'wah on social media in introducing Islamic teachings, preventing Islamophobia, educating the younger generation, creating inclusive da'wah, and establishing dialogue between religions is the focus of implementation. The implementation discussed is the spread of Islamic teachings through the Tiktok platform. This research is expected to make a major contribution to the development of contemporary Islamic teachings in the digital era.
 

Increased activity in the business sector has led to competition, which has led to business disputes between business actors. Arbitration is a form of non-litigation dispute resolution with confidential, fast, simple, and measurable costs. This research uses a normative-dogmatic judicial research method with a statutory and regulatory approach and a conceptual approach. It is hoped that the presence of BANI Surabaya will be able to play a significant role in answering the needs of business actors in a non-litigation manner, especially in the city of Surabaya and its surroundings. The majority of dispute completions completed by BANI Surabaya are construction projects involving technical matters. The diversity of backgrounds and experiences of the arbitrators at BANI Surabaya can complement the results of the decisions made. BANI Surabaya has a role in administering the settlement process through arbitration based on applicable provisions.

This research aims to determine and test the influence of several financial ratios, namely liquidity, leverage, sales growth and debt maturity on financial performance. This type of research is quantitative research that uses secondary data sourced from the website www.idx.co.id. The population in this study are food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with an observation period of 2018-2022. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method and a total sample of 44 companies was obtained. The analysis method in this research uses a multiple linear regression test with the research results showing that the current ratio and sales growth have a significant effect in a positive direction on financial performance, while leverage and debt maturity have a significant effect in a negative direction on financial performance.

This study aims to analyze gross profit, operating profit and net profit in predicting future cash flows in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the IDX for the 2020-2022 period. Sampling using purposive sampling with time series data in order to obtain a sample of 84. The data method in this study used descriptive statistics test, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing with F test, t test and R test. F test results obtained a significance value of 0, 00 < 0.05 then the model is feasible to use, this means that all independent variables have an effect on the dependent variable. From the results of the hypothesis test, namely the t test, it shows that the gross profit variable has an effect on predicting cash flows, this is evidenced by the significance value of 0.00 < 0.05. The operating profit and net income variables have a significance value greater than 0.05, namely 0.425 and 0.60, thus it can be concluded that operating income and net income have no effect in predicting future cash flows. From the results of the R test, the adjusted R square value is 0.426 or 42.6%. This shows that the variables of gross profit, operating profit, and net profit simultaneously have an effect on predicting future cash flows by 42.6%. While the remaining 57.4% is influenced by other factors outside the study.

AbstrakKunci sebuah perubahan adalah perubahan yang dimulai dari diri sendiri dan kemudian berubah dengan pikiran terbuka untuk dapat terus mengembangkan diri terus menerus. Pada pengabdian masyarakat yang kami lakukan di SMA Masehi 1, kami berfokus bagaimana siswa dapat mengembangkan perusahaan Startup dengan mengimplementasikan business online sebagai acuan utamanya. Permasalahan seperti literasi digital yang masih belum mencapai tingkat maksimum, bagaimana cara tahapan dalam menerapkan business online dan bagaimana memulai bisnis Startup merupakan masalah inti yang harus segera mendapatkan solusi pada pengabdian masyarakat ini. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah siswa akan mampu memahami tahapan-tahapan bagaimana membangun perusahaan Startup dalam skala kecil terlebih dahulu, yang kemudian akan dikembangkan untuk dapat meningkatkan kompetensi serta taraf hidup yang lebih baik. Global competition demands significant changes, we cannot just stick to what is old without making drastic changes. Problems such as the unavailability of infrastructure and human resources are two problems that can actually be solved by implementing training consistently. In this service, we will use infrastructure that is generally available, such as Blibli, Shopee and others. This has supported students in implementing smart online business. This community service will produce basic knowledge for students about smart online business, how we implement it, create an account for an online business, start opening an online shop for the first time and how students can apply e-marketing. In this community service, we will also be able to raise the motivation of students and teachers to increase entrepreneurship and also their motivation to achieve the future, by providing a big picture of time management and mentoring. Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran warga RT.10 Kaliabang Tengah terhadap Bank Sampah. Masalah yang kami temukan yakni kurangnya kesadaran warga dalam menjalankan kegiatan Bank Sampah, dapat dilihat dari jumlah partisipan Bank Sampah yang tidak mengalami peningkatan. Melalui pendekatan komunikasi persuasif kami mencoba untuk miningkatkan kesadaran warga RT.10 Kaliabang Tengah terhadap kegiatan Bank Sampah. Metode pelaksananaan yang kami lakukan yaitu observasi dan wawancara, penyusunan materi, pelaksanaan kegiatan, serta evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil yang kami dapatkan dari penelitian ini yaitu bahwa komunikasi persuasif dapat meningkatkan kesadaran warga dan mengajak warga untuk berpartisipasi dalam mendukung program Bank Sampah. Terbukti dari peningkatan kehadiran partisipan saat kegiatan sosialisasi dilaksanakan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 50%.

Artikel ini membahas tentang edukasi pemanfaatan home charging sebagai alat yang berperan penting dalam mendukung penggunaan kendaraan listrik ramah lingkungan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi terkait manfaat dan dampak penggunaan home charging. Metode yang digunakan meliputi perencanaan, implementasi dan evaluasi yang dilakukan di tempat pengguna instalasi home charging. Dalam kesimpulannya, pemanfaatan fasilitas home charging memiliki potensi besar untuk mendukung penggunaan kendaraan listrik ramah lingkungan. Dengan peningkatan infrastruktur yang tepat dan dukungan dari berbagai pihak, pemanfaatan ini dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif dalam mengurangi emisi gas rumah kaca dan mendorong perkembangan lebih lanjut dalam teknologi kendaraan listrik. 

This research aims to examine the transformation of traditional expressions in the Makassar traditional wedding procession in the modern era. The main focus of the research is to understand how these expressions adapt to social change, technology and modern values, as well as their impact on preserving the culture and identity of the Makassar community. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with in-depth interview techniques and participant observation. The research results show that although some traditional expressions have undergone modifications to adapt to the modern context, the core of the cultural values ??contained are still maintained. This transformation reflects adaptive cultural dynamics and shows that modernization does not always threaten tradition, but can serve as a means of strengthening and enriching cultural heritage. This research emphasizes the importance of striking a balance between preserving traditions and innovating so that these traditions remain relevant amidst changing times.
