Pengembangan Chatbot Dialogflow Untuk Rekomendasi UMKM Kuliner Kota Semarang Berbasis Natural Language Processing

Abstrak:
Chatbot berbasis Dialogflow ini dapat membantu mempromosikan UMKM kuliner di Kota Semarang yang belum terekspos secara optimal. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi Natural Language Processing (NLP), penelitian ini bertujuan merancang chatbot rekomendasi tempat kuliner yang diintegrasikan dengan platform Telegram. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan model waterfall yang mencakup analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, serta pemeliharaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa chatbot mampu memberikan rekomendasi sesuai preferensi pengguna, termasuk lokasi, jam operasional, nomor telepon, estimasi harga, tautan google maps, gambar produk dan tempat UMKM dengan akurasi pengujian mencapai 100%. Evaluasi melalui System Usability Scale (SUS) menghasilkan skor rata-rata 85,75 yang mengindikasikan sistem ini mudah digunakan dan memiliki potensi untuk diterapkan secara luas, dimana chatbot ini tidak hanya memudahkan pengunjung menemukan kuliner yang sesuai tetapi juga menjadi media promosi efektif bagi UMKM untuk meningkatkan daya saing serta mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal.

Abstrak:
The digital transformation has significantly reshaped marketing strategies, especially for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. In digital marketing contexts, honesty emerges as a crucial ethical concern, as business actors face temptations to manipulate information for immediate gains. This study aims to explore the practice of honesty in digital marketing among MSMEs and examine the role of Islamic business ethics in shaping ethical behavior. Employing a qualitative case study approach, in-depth interviews were conducted with MSME actors actively utilizing digital platforms for product promotion. Findings reveal that honesty in conveying product information is a key factor in building consumer trust, and MSMEs internalizing Islamic ethical values demonstrate greater consistency in practicing honest marketing. This research offers significant implications for developing sustainable, value-based MSME business models and provides strategic input for policymakers to design contextual digital business ethics regulations and training programs.

Abstrak:
Digital transformation has fundamentally changed the marketing strategies of higher education institutions, requiring universities to adapt to increasingly fierce competition. This article aims to conceptually examine the role of digital marketing in shaping institutional image and increasing interest in enrollment, with a focus on Universitas Pahlawan Tuanku Tambusai. The study was conducted through a qualitative descriptive conceptualization approach by reviewing literature and previous research results. The results of the study indicate that digital marketing makes a significant contribution to the formation of campus image through digital channels such as social media, websites, and visual content. As much as 57% of the data shows a strong correlation between digital marketing and institutional image, and 47% of the data shows a strong correlation with interest in enrollment. A consistent, interactive, and value-based digital communication strategy has been shown to strengthen brand awareness, increase audience engagement, and shape positive perceptions of the university. Therefore, digital marketing not only functions as a promotional tool, but also as a strategic instrument in building the competitiveness of higher education in the digital era.

Abstrak:
This study examines the effectiveness of training in communication skills and privacy communication management in dealing with domestic conflicts. Data was taken from female informants, giving this study a female perspective. The research was conducted experimentally with a pre-test and post-test design, plus a control group. Some of the participants were training participants in communication skills and privacy communication management in the family, while others were the control group. Using Knapp's relational model instrument as an indicator, data was collected through questionnaires for the control group and pre-test and post-test questionnaires for the test group that participated in the training. Post-test data was collected after the first data collection to determine the effectiveness of communication skills training. The results showed that, compared to the control group, communication training significantly reduced domestic conflicts; communication training influenced aspects of cooperation, emotional reactions, personal relationships, and family communication with relatives and friends. Therefore, this study recommends providing communication training for women in dealing with domestic conflicts. The results of this study can be used to develop criteria for communication skills and privacy communication management, as well as to create a model of privacy communication management strategy as a solution to domestic conflicts.Penelitian ini menguji efektivitas pelatihan keterampilan berkomunikasi dan melakukan manajemen komunikasi privasi dalam menghadapi konflik rumah tangga. Data diambil dari narasumber perempuan sehingga penelitian ini berperspektif perempuan. Penelitian dilakukan secara eksperimental dengan desain pre-test dan post-test ditambah dengan kelompok kontrol. Sebagian partisipan merupakan peserta pelatihan keterampilan berkomunikasi dan manajemen komunikasi privasi dalam keluarga, sebagian yang lain merupakan kelompok kontrol. Dengan menggunakan instrumen model relasional Knapp sebagai indikator, data diambil melalui kuesioner untuk kelompok kontrol dan kuesioner pre-test dan post-test untuk kelompok uji yang mengikuti pelatihan. Data post-test diambil setelah pengambilan data pertama untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelatihan keterampilan komunikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dibanding kelompok kontrol, pelatihan komunikasi secara signifikan mengurangi konflik rumah tangga; pelatihan komunikasi mempengaruhi aspek-aspek kerja sama, reaksi emosional, hubungan personal, dan komunikasi keluarga dengan relasi dan teman. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini merekomendasikan diberikannya pelatihan komunikasi bagi perempuan dalam menghadapi konflik rumah tangga. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk menyusun kriteria-kriteria keterampilan komunikasi dan manajemen komunikasi privasi, serta membuat model strategi manajemen komunikasi privasi sebagai solusi konflik rumah tangga.

Abstrak:
This study aims to assess how financial performance influences stock returns amid political uncertainty, specifically during the 2024 general election in Indonesia. The focus is on understanding the impact of various financial performance indicators on the stock returns of property and real estate firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. A sample of 64 companies was observed during two critical periods: the pre-election period in the fourth quarter of 2023 and the post-election period in the second quarter of 2024. To analyze the data, the study employed an event study approach, utilizing multiple regression analysis to identify the relationship between financial performance and stock returns, and paired sample t-tests to compare pre- and post-election performance. The findings revealed that prior to the election, the variables Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Revenue Growth did not significantly affect the stock returns of property and real estate companies. However, after the election, only ROA was found to have a significant impact on stock returns, while DER and Revenue Growth continued to show no effect. A comparative analysis of the two periods indicated no significant differences in the financial performance variables (ROA, DER, and Revenue Growth) between the pre- and post-election periods, yet a clear shift in stock returns was observed. This study contributes to the literature by offering a fresh perspective on how political uncertainty affects stock returns, using the framework of signaling theory, trade-off theory, and market efficiency theory to interpret the results.

Abstrak:
This research aims to examine the influence of profitability, liquidity and operating leverage on capital structure. The population in this research is Construction Sub-Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2023 period. The sample of companies that meet the purposive sampling criteria is 16 companies. The research data that can be processed is 96 data. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. The research results show that profitability and liquidity have a significant negative effect on capital structure. Meanwhile, operating leverage has a significant positive effect on capital structure.

Abstrak:
Stunting is a public health problem caused by chronic malnutrition and recurrent infections, especially in toddlers. This study aims to analyze the relationship between giving additional blood supplements (TTD) during pregnancy and the incidence of Stunting in toddlers at the District Health Center, Tasikmalaya West Java. The research used a correlational design with a cross-sectional approach on 133 respondents from pregnant women and toddlers aged 24–35 months. The research results showed that 52.6% of toddlers experienced Stunting, while 72.2% of mothers did not comply with taking TTD during pregnancy. Data analysis using the Chi-Square test did not find a significant relationship between adherence to TTD consumption and the incidence of Stunting (p-value = 0.568). This study emphasizes the importance of a holistic approach in dealing with Stunting, including nutritional education, pregnancy monitoring, and increasing awareness of the importance of consuming TTD.

Marriage certainly has legal consequences, and if the religion is different, various problems will certainly arise. These problems affect the relationship between husband and wife and their children if they have children. In terms of juridical legal regulations regarding interfaith marriages, formally and legally, have not been clearly and firmly regulated in Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage, Article 2 paragraph 1 of the Marriage Law only states that the validity of a marriage must be carried out according to the laws of each religion and its beliefs. Legal certainty in regulating interfaith marriages in Indonesia still does not have normative legal certainty in legal texts related to marriage. This has clearly given rise to multiple interpretations of the law on interfaith marriages, whereas the unity of meaning in the legal text in a Law is absolute, there should be no double meaning in the legal text or Law, because legal certainty refers to the implementation of clear, permanent, consistent and consequential laws whose implementation cannot be influenced by subjective circumstances.

This research aims to examine the influence of convenience, business expectations, and social factors on interest in using accounting information systems. The population in this study were employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia in Jayapura. The questionnaire data that can be processed has been filled in by 87 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. The research results show that convenience, business expectations, and social factors have a significant positive effect on the interest of Bank Syariah Indonesia employees in Jayapura City in using accounting information systems.

Indonesia merupakan negara yang rentan terhadap berbagai macam bencana alam, salah satunya adalah banjir. Kabupaten Cilacap di Jawa Tengah merupakan daerah yang sering mengalami banjir akibat curah hujan yang tinggi, kondisi geografis yang rendah, banyaknya sungai yang melintas, serta perubahan iklim yang menyebabkan cuaca tidak menentu. Bencana banjir di Kabupaten Cilacap berdampak signifikan terhadap perekonomian dan kehidupan masyarakat, sehingga pada penelitian ini dikembangkan model premi asuransi sebagai salah satu upaya mitigasi dalam pengelolaan risiko bencana. Risiko yang dialami masyarakat akibat bencana banjir diasumsikan variabel acak yang mempunyai distribusi tertentu, sehingga perhitungan risiko bencana, berhubungan dengan model probabilitas seperti model kerugian agregat. Kerugian agregat dapat memodelkan jumlah klaim dan besarnya klaim, dimana pada penelitian ini jumlah klaim dan besarnya klaim mengikuti distribusi Gamma dan distribusi Generalized Extreme Value (GEV). Selanjutnya diterapkan metode perhitungan premi asuransi yang mencangkup prinsip varians premium, dan prinsip standard deviation premium untuk memodelkan premi asuransi banjir. Besarnya premi yang dihasilkan dari masing-masing prinsip adalah sebesar 9,91964 × 1018 dan 39.521.895.722, dimana besarnya premi ini merupakan premi kolektif dalam jangka waktu satu tahun. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan risiko yang sama, prinsip premi standard deviation menghasilkan harga premi yang lebih ekonomis dibandingkan dengan prinsip variance premium. Hasil ini dapat memberikan pertimbangan dan manfaat bagi pemerintah Kabupaten Cilacap dalam menentukan premi asuransi banjir, sekaligus meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan dan perlindungan ekonomi terhadap dampak bencana banjir di Kabupaten Cilacap, Jawa Tengah.
