Untuk bertahan dan berkembang di pasar yang kompetitif ini, warung makan Warmindo perlu beradaptasi dengan kemajuan teknologi. Aplikasi kasir sangat penting untuk manajemen keuangan yang efisien dan kepuasan pelanggan. Teknologi yang semakin maju memudahkan bisnis untuk bekerja dengan cepat dan efisien. Aplikasi kasir menawarkan fitur-fitur seperti penghitungan, pencatatan, dan laporan keuangan, sehingga meminimalisir kecurangan dan meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan. Selain itu, aplikasi absensi yang terintegrasi dapat membantu dalam pengolahan data dan pemantauan kehadiran, meningkatkan disiplin karyawan. Penelitian ini menerapkan aplikasi kasir dan sistem absensi terintegrasi pada Restoran WARMINDO NOCTURNAL di Semarang Barat, Kota Semarang, Jawa Tengah. Aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan proses penjualan dan transaksi, serta pemantauan kehadiran karyawan yang terintegrasi.

MSME Tofu Bu Ida is a processed tofu business located in Sengkan RT 07 RW 59 Njoho Depok, Sleman. Along with the development of MSME Tofu Bu Ida, which has long started a business since 1980, it turns out that these MSME are still found errors and product defects in every production process. The general problem in MSME Tofu Bu Ida is that there are defective production results and an undisciplined workforce. These problems certainly interfere with the production process and partially inhibit and reduce product quality. This research produces data containing several types of tofu damage accompanied by the amount of damage and corrective steps that can be taken to overcome the problem.The results of the analysis show that there is a lot of damage that occurs during the production process, therefore it is necessary to provide repairs to prevent damage from continuing. Improvement steps that can be taken are using a tofu cutter, using a press, increasing lighting, and establishing SOP.
 
 

The aim of this thesis is to: Explain how the Merdeka Curriculum is applied to the subjects of Islamic Religious Education and Character at Darunnajah Vocational School, Banjarmangu; and Provide an explanation of the design for the development of the Independent Curriculum in the subjects of Islamic Religious Education and Character at Darunnajah Vocational School, Banjarmangu.The author uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach and field research.  To collect data, this research uses observations, in-depth interviews (in-depth interviews), and documentation. On the other hand, the author uses data reduction methods, data visualization, conclusions, or verification in data analysis techniques which are carried out with the aim of facilitating understanding of problem phenomena that occur and providing solutions to problems.The results of the research show that the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in Islamic Religious Education and Character Education Subjects at Darunnajah Banjarmangu Vocational School has been carried out well. This starts with PAI teachers preparing themselves to apply learning, namely creating learning tools and learning flows, from initial, core, and closing. Students then carry out the Project for Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile (P5) outside the classroom. At Darunnajah Banjarmangu Vocational School, the design for developing the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in PAI subjects is to take part in workshops, increase teacher creativity, and share to change the way of teaching to make it better.

Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Neurosains dalam konteks Problem-Based Learning (PBL) telah menjadi fokus penelitian yang berkembang dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran. Studi ini mengeksplorasi integrasi prinsip-prinsip neurosains ke dalam pendekatan PBL sebagai cara untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dan hasil pembelajaran. Dengan memadukan pengetahuan tentang bagaimana otak belajar dan merespons informasi dengan pendekatan pembelajaran yang menekankan pada pemecahan masalah, penelitian ini menunjukkan potensi besar dalam menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang lebih bermakna dan efektif. Melalui tinjauan literatur yang komprehensif dan studi kasus implementasi PBL berbasis neurosains, jurnal ini mengidentifikasi strategi dan praktik terbaik untuk mengintegrasikan konsep neurosains ke dalam desain pembelajaran PBL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini dapat meningkatkan retensi informasi, keterlibatan siswa, dan penerapan keterampilan dalam konteks dunia nyata. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi yang berharga bagi pengembangan pendidikan yang inovatif dan berbasis bukti, serta memberikan panduan praktis bagi pendidik dalam merancang pengalaman pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan.

Pengertian Pendidikan Islam adalah suatu upaya proses yang dilakukan untuk membimbing tingkah laku manusia, baik individu, maupun sosial untuk mengarahkan potensi, baik potensi dasar, maupun ajar yang sesuai dengan fitrahnya melalui proses intelektual dan spiritual berlandaskan nilai Islam untuk mencapai kebahagiaan hidup di dunia dan akhirat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana potensi dan kelemahan manusia menurut Alquran dan sunnah berdasarkan surah Al-Ma’arij ayat 19-27. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian riset kepustakaan (Library Research), Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu sumber primer dan sumber sekunder. Sumber data primer dalam penelitian ini berupa jurnal yang membahas tentang Potensi dan Kelemahan Manusia Menurut Al-quran dan Sunnah Berdasarkan Surah Al-Ma’arij Ayat 19-27. Sementara sumber data sekunder terdiri dari buku dan jurnal yang relevan. Kesimpulan dari penellitian ini adalah Setelah penulis mengkaji dan menganalisis tentang konsep Pendidikan Akhlak yang terkandung dalam Qs. al-Ma?arij (70) ayat 19-35, penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa surat Al-Ma?arij ini mengandung petunjuk kepada manusia bagaimana untuk menghindari dari penyakit hallu?a dan Jazu?a atau keluh kesah dan kikir yang melanda jiwa seseorang.

Human rights, these are rights that humans have, in several countries there are discussions about the rights of children who are victims of bullying. There is legislation that discusses this right, children have the right to be protected from all forms of violence, bullying is behavior that is degrading. The rise of this case in Indonesia has had a negative impact on victims, perpetrators and sanctions, but it has had a very serious impact on the victims. The factor that causes cases of bullying is that when there is no adequate supervision from adults in the school environment, at home, or in other public places, perpetrators of bullying can feel that they can do it without consequences. Therefore, cases of bullying must be prevented and monitored very closely, so that there are no more cases of this increasing over time.

In education, choosing the right college major is crucial for students to achieve their academic and career potential. However, many students in Indonesia still choose majors that do not suit their interests and talents, which hurts their academic achievement and psychological well-being. This research aims to identify the impact of errors in choosing a major on students' academic achievement and psychological well-being. This research used quantitative methods with a cross-sectional design to collect data from 90 students who experienced a mismatch with their major. The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The research showed that most respondents were dissatisfied with their academic results and often had difficulty understanding lecture material. Most respondents agreed that a mismatch between majors interests and talents can affect academic results, and they frequently feel stressed or depressed because of studying. In conclusion, mistakes in choosing a major can hurt students' academic achievement and psychological well-being. The government and educational institutions must develop more effective and relevant educational programs and provide academic counseling and guidance to help students overcome difficulties and improve their academic performance.

This research aims to analyze how Okura tourist park marketing communications in an effort to increase tourists' visiting decisions. The method used in this research is a qualitative method to produce descriptive data with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the research results, it was found that Okura Tourism Park has implemented various marketing communications to increase tourists' visiting decisions. Internet marketing is divided into social media marketing & websites, internet marketing has a big impact in attracting a wide range of visitors, social media marketing uses Instagram, Facebook, TikTok. Sales promotion is simply done by giving discounts to camping land renters and reducing the price of visiting tickets, which has an impact on attracting visitors, but its implementation cannot be done sustainably and is not well publicized. Public relations & publicity is carried out by carrying out event activities with the community and establishing relationships with external parties, and utilizing mass media and journalists who come to cover tourism for news so that it can have a significant influence in increasing visiting decisions.

Pentingnya peran Tata Usaha (Tu) dalam mengelola administrasi pegawai di lingkungan pendidikan menjadi fokus utama dalam penelitian ini. Studi dilakukan di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu (SDIT) Semarak Rejang Lebong untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana peran Tu dapat meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi pegawai di sekolah tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif, melibatkan wawancara dengan staf Tu dan observasi langsung terhadap proses administrasi.
