Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Nahdlatul Ulama 01 Kendal adalah Sekolah Kejuruan kelompok Bisnis-Manajemen dan Pariwisata dibawah naungan Lembaga Pendidikan Ma arif NU Kabupaten Kendal. Salah satu keahlian jurusan yang ada adalah Tata Boga yang berfokus pada kompetensi keahlian kuliner. Peserta didik diajarkan membuat, meramu dan menyajikan kuliner dengan baik tetapi belum ada penjelasan tentang strategi dalam dunia pemasaran diantaranya adalah dengan desain produk yang baik dan menarik. Kemampuan membuat desain yang baik dan menarik tentunya dibutuhkan kompetensi atau keahlihan dalam pembuatannya dengan menggunakan aplikasi yang sudah ada saat ini. Salah satu aplikasi desain yang ada saat adalah canva. Aplikasi ini bisa digunakan dengan ponsel pintar dan memiliki banyak kelebihan dibandingan dengan aplikasi yang lain. Kelebihan dari aplikasi diantaranya adalah gratis, bisa diakses menggunakan web ataupun android, tampilan sederhana tapi fitur lengkap dan tidak memerlukan ruang penyimpanan karena berbasis web dan cloud. Kegiatan   ini   dilaksanakan   dengan   metode   pendampingan   secara   komprehensif kepada mitra melalui   sosialisasi   aplikasi canva, penjelasanan aplikasi canva, fitur, kelebihan dan kekurangannya. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan cara praktik langsung penggunaan aplikasi canva melalui ponsel pintar dari masing-masing mitra. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah peingkatan kemampuan mitra dalam penggunakan aplikasi canva untuk membuat desain yang baik dan menarik sehingga     membantu     mitra dalam melakukan pemasaran produk. Luaran   akhir   yang   akan   dicapai   dari   kegiatan   ini   adalah   meningkatnya kemampuan   mitra dalam   penggunaan   ponsel pintar untuk mendesain produk makanan.

This study aims to determine the partially significant effect of work from home (WHF) on workproductivity at the Bima City Transportation Service. To find out the partially significant effectof the work environment on work productivity at the Department of Transportation of the Cityof Bima. To find out (WHF) and the work environment have a significant simultaneous effecton the work productivity of employees at the Department of Transportation of the City of Bima.The instrument in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population in thisstudy were 80 employees consisting of 34 civil servants and 46 honorary employees. Thesample in this study were 34 civil servants. The sampling technique used by the researcherwas purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation andliterature studies, data analysis techniques using validity tests, reliability tests, classicalassumptions test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, coefficient ofdetermination, t test and f test with the help of SPSS. The results showed that Work FromHome (WFH) significantly affected employee productivity at the Department of Transportationof the City of Bima, the work environment significantly had an influence on the productivity ofemployees at the Department of Transportation of the City of Bima, simultaneously thevariables (X1) Work From Home (WFH) and the work environment (X2) at the Department ofTransportation of the City of Bima has a significant effect on employee work productivity (Y)

Man-made fish pond is an artificial pond filled with brackish water and located near seawater border to allow mixing with fresh water. These ponds were used as aquaculture for fish, shrimp, shellfish, and others. The success factors are determined by the quantity of brackish water in the pond. If the seawater level not reached 25cm-30cm above normal level, then the seawater can't be flowed into the river. In order to solve the problem, an Internet of Things based model is proposed to assist the onwer to obtain the seawater level information. This research utilized Arduino Uno microcontroller to control the sensor and communication module. This model able to send messages to owner in realtime. The main purpose of this model is to help fish pond owner to get seawater information easily without checking directly.

This study aims to determine the effect of Capital and Sales Volume on the Income of Traders in the Banyuasri Market. The data collection technique used in this study was in the form of a questionnaire with a Likert Scale measuring instrument, where 80 respondents were selected as electronic money users. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression Model, which is know as SPSS Statistic.
The variables used in this research are Capital and Sales Volume. The results of this study indicate that the capital has a positive and significant with the result (4.024) with a t-count value that is greater than the t-table (1.989). Sales volume has a positive and significant with the result (3.898) with a t-count value that is greater than the t-table (1.989). And capital has a positive and significant on the sales volume with the result (6.276) with a t-count value that is greater than the t-table (1.989).

Background : Muscle pain or it can also be called myalgia is one of many disorders and diseases in the body. In general, myalgia is caused by misuse of muscles or muscles that are too tense. Several nursing action therapies for joint pain management using non-pharmacological therapy, one of which is Cupping Therapy, Research Objectives: The results of the application of the wet cupping technique to reduce the pain scale in the shoulder with Trapezius Myalgia in the work area of the Sidorejo Health Center 2022., Research Methods: The Type of This research is descriptive by using the case method. The study was conducted in April 2022. The subjects in this case study were two clients with a diagnosis of Trapezius Myalgia who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Research Results: After cupping therapy was performed for 1 time in 2 weeks, the results showed that the pain scale in the subjects decreased in Subject I from pain scale 5 (moderate pain) to pain scale 2 (mild pain) and in subject II there was a decrease in pain scale from pain scale 6 (moderate pain) to pain scale 3 (mild pain). Conclusion: The implementation of cupping therapy can reduce the pain scale in patients with Trapezius myalgia according to the subject's condition and lifestyle factors in each subject in the working area of the Sidorejo Health Center, Lubuklinggau City.

This study aims to determine the effect of partially significant career development on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Communication and Informatics Statistics Bima Regency, to determine the effect of partially significant work motivation on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Communication and Informatics Statistics Bima Regency, to determine the development of career and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Communication and Informatics Statistics Bima Regency. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population in this study was 61 employees consisting of 41 civil servants, 7 regional honorary employees, and 13 non-permanent employees at the Department of Communication and Information, Bima Regency. The sample in this study were 41 civil servants with the sampling technique used, namely the purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation. The data analysis technique uses validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, classical assumption test, multiple correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination, t test and f test with the help of SPSS version 22 for windows. The results showed that career development had no significant effect on employee job satisfaction, work motivation had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, career development and work motivation had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Communication and Informatics Statistics Bima Regency.
 

Penelitian ini didasarkan adanya turn over karyawan di PT XYZ yang diduga dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor pengaruh yaitu lingkungan kerja (X1) dan hubungan pekerjaan (X2) terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan (Y) menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan secara parsial dan hubungan kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan secara parsial.

The theory used in this refrain is Zygmunt Bauman's Heurmenetic theory which focuses on the clarity of the message and the basic understanding of an obscure speech or writing. The method used in this analysis is a qualitative descriptive method where this research is carried out to examine an object with natural characteristics to create factual research results. The stages carried out in this discussion begin with analyzing the array, analyzing the structure that composes the text of the poem, objectifying the structure of the text, and interpreting the text of the poem. Thus, the results of this study can show the hidden meaning in the poem "Not Beta Bijak Berperi" by Rustam Effendi as a form of ideology that the poet uses in representing ideas in the form of poetry.

Sicepat Ekspress Bima Branch. The type of research used in this study is associative. The instrument used in this research is in the form of data collection by using the method of observation, bibliography,and questionnares with a Likert scale. The population used in this study were all employee at PT. Sicepat Ekspress Bima Branch, totalling 30 people. The type of sample used in this study is saturated sampling. The location in this research is JL. Gajah Mada RT.09 RW.03 Penatoi subdistrick, Mpunda Dictrick, Bima City NTB Province with a postal code of 4115. The data analysis technique used SPSS Version 26. The data testing technique used Validity and Reliabilty test,simple linear regression test, correlation coefficient, determination, and T test or significant test.

 Internet cafes is a place which provides internet access infrastructure with a variety of connections and using computer as access device so that users can access the Internet and acquire services in the field of information technology. The purpose of this study is to find factors that exist in the service quality cafe business and know the dimensions of service quality are the most influential in the Internet service industry. The method used in the analysis is descriptive analysis Statistik, T test and regression analysis. With the object of a study internet cafes in Malang. From the results of research to know If construct originally by parasuraman etall initially 22 items consisting of 5 dimensions constituent, on a case study in the cafe reduced to 9 items, Gaps on Internet services as measured by the concept servqual. Produce a measure of quality service at the internet cafe. In this study the gaps in the service quality dimensions sequentially from the largest value to the smallest value is Assurance (-1.1115), Empathy (-1.0732), Responsiveness (-0.7834), Tangible (-0.1847) and Reliability (0.0191). Value of r = 1 = 100% means that the quality of service on Internet service can be described by the five constituent dimensionsthat is, empathy, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, and tangible. Standard error of estimate are at zero (0) proves that the regression model appropriate was used to predict the dependent variable or the quality of service.
