This research is motivated by the importance of understanding the niqab (face veil) as a religious symbol and an identity marker for Muslim women, which continues to spark public debate in Indonesia. The niqab is often viewed from various perspectives—religious, cultural, social, and political—making it a controversial topic. These differing viewpoints highlight the need for a deeper exploration of the meaning and practice of wearing the niqab, especially within Islamic higher education institutions. The study aims to examine both the normative and sociological aspects of niqab use among female students at Ma’had Al-Birr, Muhammadiyah University (Unismuh) Makassar. This institution is known for having a significant number of students who wear the niqab, each with different backgrounds and motivations, ranging from theological beliefs to personal convictions and environmental influences. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a field-based approach. It combines normative Islamic theological perspectives with sociological analysis, using data collection techniques such as observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that students perceive the niqab not merely as a religious obligation to cover one's aurat (parts of the body that should be concealed), but also as a symbol of piety, honor, obedience, and personal ijtihad (independent reasoning) in practicing Islamic teachings. An inclusive campus environment supports these students in engaging freely in both academic and social activities. However, challenges still arise, particularly in the form of stereotypes and perceptions of exclusivity that some individuals associate with niqab wearers. These misconceptions underscore the importance of cross-perspective understanding in addressing this phenomenon. This study is expected to contribute to the development of campus policies that support freedom of expression, uphold mutual respect, and promote a more inclusive, open, and tolerant atmosphere within Islamic higher education institutions—one that embraces the diversity of religious practices and encourages respectful coexistence.

This community service activity aims to improve access to career and scholarship information for alumni and underprivileged students at SMK Maarif NU 1 Purwokerto through the development and implementation of the Learning Management System (LMS). This LMS is designed as a digital platform that provides job vacancy information, skills training, and scholarship opportunities, supported by interactive features that are easily accessible through a Flutter-based mobile application and API integration from Moodle. The development process is carried out through five stages, namely identification of needs, system development, program implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and sustainability planning. The results of the usability test showed a score of 79.88 with a grade A, indicating that the system has a high level of ease of use. This program not only provides applicable technological solutions, but also strengthens students' readiness to face the world of work and further education independently and sustainably

This study aims to analyze the entrepreneurial potential of Silayung coffee farmers in Karyamukti Village, Garut Regency, with a focus on financial management and coffee-based business practices. Using a qualitative approach involving interviews, observations, and financial document analysis, the study identifies opportunities, challenges, and strategies for coffee-based economic empowerment that can sustainably increase community income. The results show that although farmers possess significant potential in post-harvest processing and the marketing of value-added products, their primary constraint lies in limited financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, and inadequate financial record-keeping. It is recommended that a comprehensive training program on business financial management be implemented, covering budgeting, tracking fixed and variable costs, and conducting profit and loss analyses. This would support business sustainability and significantly improve farmers' incomes. These findings highlight the importance of integrating financial management into coffee-based business empowerment strategies to enhance local economic competitiveness and long-term sustainability.

This research aims to analyze the supervision of the presence of foreign workers by Commission II of the Bangka Tengah Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) and to formulate strategies for strengthening supervision in order to protect the rights of local workers. The background of this research is based on the increasing flow of foreign investment in Central Bangka, which encourages the entry of foreign workers into strategic sectors, particularly mining and processing. This condition has given rise to various challenges, ranging from overlapping authorities, weak verification of foreign workers' competencies, to the suboptimal implementation of knowledge transfer programs. The urgency of the research lies in the importance of the supervisory function of the DPRD as a legislative pillar in the trias politica system to ensure labor accountability and social justice. This research uses a socio-legal approach with qualitative methods through interviews, field observations, and document studies. The research results indicate that the supervision of foreign workers has not been optimal due to the absence of an integrated information system, weak inter-agency coordination, and irregularities in the validity periods of foreign workers permits. The novelty of this research lies in the empirical analysis of the role of the DPRD within the context of local institutions. This research concludes that an integrated technology-based monitoring system, competency verification SOPs, and the formation of cross-agency teams are needed as strategic recommendations to strengthen the supervisory function of the DPRD.
 
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengawasan terhadap keberadaan tenaga kerja asing (TKA) oleh Komisi II DPRD Bangka Tengah serta merumuskan strategi penguatan pengawasan dalam rangka melindungi hak tenaga kerja lokal. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada meningkatnya arus investasi asing di Bangka Tengah yang mendorong masuknya TKA ke sektor-sektor strategis, khususnya pertambangan dan pengolahan. Kondisi ini memunculkan berbagai tantangan, mulai dari tumpang tindih kewenangan, lemahnya verifikasi kompetensi TKA, hingga belum optimalnya program transfer pengetahuan. Urgensi penelitian terletak pada pentingnya fungsi pengawasan DPRD sebagai pilar legislatif dalam sistem trias politica untuk memastikan akuntabilitas ketenagakerjaan dan keadilan sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan socio-legal dengan metode kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi lapangan, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengawasan TKA belum berjalan optimal karena tidak adanya sistem informasi terpadu, lemahnya koordinasi antar lembaga, dan ketidakteraturan masa berlaku izin TKA. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada analisis empirik peran DPRD dalam konteks kelembagaan lokal. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dibutuhkan sistem pengawasan terpadu berbasis teknologi, SOP verifikasi kompetensi, serta pembentukan tim lintas lembaga sebagai rekomendasi strategis untuk memperkuat fungsi pengawasan DPRD.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui isi program percikan iman pada Radio Insania 100,8 FM Makassar sebagai model pengembangan siaran keagamaan, kemudian untuk mengetahui model pengembangan dan penyampaian program siaran keagamaan yang digunakan pada program percikan iman serta mengetahui apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam mengembangkan siaran keagamaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, yaitu bertujuan untuk Menganalilis Isi Siaran Radio Pada Program Percikan Iman Sebagai Model Pengembangan Siaran Keagamaan Di Radio Insania 100,8 FM Makassar. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Jalan Sultan Alauddin No. 259, Kelurahan Gunung Sari, Kecamatan Rappocini, Kota Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan, Radio Insani FM Makassar. Penelitian berlangsung selama kurang lebih 3 bulan mulai dari bulan September hingga November 2023. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program siaran percikan iman menjadi salah satu model pengembangan siaran keagamaan dengan penyampaian pada pukul 05.00-06.00 dalam bentuk ceramah, musik religi dan kajian. Kajian yang dihadirkan sangat menarik dengan menghadirkan narasumber yang sangat berkompeten dibidangya dan dikenal luas dengan beragam tema, seperti Tazkiyatun Nafs, As Shirah An Nabawiyah, Fikih Ibadah, Riyadhus Shalihin, Akhlak dan Fikih Wanita. Selain itu, terdapat satu sesi khusus untuk berinteraksi dengan pendengar melalui telepon baik itu tanya jawab maupun mencurahkan isi hati pendengar. Hal demikian dilakukan sebagai pencerahan dan sebuah pendekatan, adapun Kota Makassar sebagai pendengar utamanya. Faktor pendukungnya dari program ini adalah penyiar radio, peralatan, narasumber, pendengar dan finansial. Adapun faktor penghambatnya adalah tantangan teknis, keterbatasan sumber daya, cuaca ekstrem, persaingan media digital dan kurangnya narasumber.
