Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has evolved from a philanthropic initiative to an important strategic component of global business operations. CSR is now seen as an element that influences a company's image, financial performance, and stakeholder relationships. Effective CSR implementation can provide a range of benefits to international companies, including enhanced reputation, customer loyalty, and operational efficiency. This article explores the impact of CSR on firm performance by analyzing case studies from five countries: Turkey, Nigeria, China, Bangladesh, and Spain. The research method used is a qualitative meta-analysis to identify common patterns and findings from various studies. The results show that CSR implementation has a significant impact on firm performance, although it varies depending on the geographical and industry context. This article highlights the importance of a systematic approach in integrating CSR to achieve optimal results for companies.

This research aims to analyze the revision of the Constitutional Court Law (UU MK) which has the potential to cripple the independence of judges and perpetuate authoritarian power in Indonesia. The research method used is critical analysis with a qualitative approach, which involves analysis of legal documents and related literature. This research reveals that the revision of the Constitutional Court Law could have a significant impact on the democratic system in Indonesia, with the risk of weakening the basic principles of the rule of law, separation of powers, and protection of citizens' constitutional rights. It is hoped that the research results will provide a comprehensive picture of the risks and impacts of the revision of the Constitutional Court Law and provide recommendations for strengthening the independence of the Constitutional Court and supporting the democratic system in Indonesia.

The primary objective of this study is to highlight the importance of mediation as a more effective alternative method for resolving joint property disputes compared to conventional litigation approaches. Joint property disputes have become an increasingly pressing issue in the realm of family and civil law. These conflicts often arise in the context of divorce, which can cause tension and uncertainty for the parties involved. According to the decision directory of the Supreme Court of Indonesia, there were 2,316 cases of joint property disputes in 2023, indicating that joint property conflicts are widespread. This underscores the urgent need for a more effective alternative solution. The formal legal approach traditionally used in resolving joint property disputes has various limitations. One major constraint is the lack of integration among the various relevant approaches in the mediation process. This study employs three approaches: psychological, economic, and philosophical. Data collection is based on a literature review and utilizes a qualitative descriptive method for data analysis. The study's findings indicate that mediation offers significant advantages over conventional litigation for dispute resolution. The integrated mediation model developed in this study, which combines psychological, economic, and philosophical approaches, is expected to address the weaknesses of existing mediation approaches. With a holistic and adaptive approach to the complexities of joint property disputes, this model has the potential to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of dispute resolution and provide tangible benefits to the involved parties. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah menyoroti pentingnya mediasi sebagai metode alternatif yang lebih efektif untuk menyelesaikan sengketa harta bersama dibandingkan dengan pendekatan litigasi konvensional. Sengketa harta bersama telah menjadi isu yang semakin mendesak dalam ranah hukum keluarga dan perdata. Konflik ini sering kali timbul dalam konteks perceraian yang dapat menimbulkan ketegangan dan ketidakpastian bagi para pihak yang terlibat. Berdasarkan Direktori Putusan Mahkamah Agung Indonesia pada tahun 2023 terdapat 2316 kasus sengketa harta bersama, ini menunjukkan bahwa persengeketaan harta bersama ada sacara masif. Hal ini menunjukkan kebutuhan mendesak untuk solusi alternatif yang lebih efektif. Pendekatan hukum formal yang selama ini digunakan dalam penyelesaian sengketa harta bersama memiliki berbagai keterbatasan, Salah satu kendala utama adalah kurangnya integrasi antara berbagai pendekatan yang relevan dalam proses mediasi.  Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga pendekatan yaitu pendekatan psikologis, ekonomis dan filosofis. Metode pengumpulan data berbasis studi kepustakaan, dan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dalam menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Mediasi menawarkan keuntungan signifikan dari pada penyelesaian sengketa secara litigasi konvensional, Model mediasi terintegrasi yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini, yang menggabungkan pendekatan psikologis, ekonomis, dan filosofis, diharapkan dapat mengatasi kelemahan dari pendekatan mediasi yang ada saat ini. Dengan pendekatan yang holistik dan adaptif terhadap kompleksitas sengketa harta bersama, model ini berpotensi meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi penyelesaian sengketa, serta memberikan manfaat nyata bagi para pihak yang terlibat.

Penelitian ini membahas konsep belajar dan menuntut ilmu dari sudut pandang Islam, berdasarkan Al-Qur'an dan Sunnah. Pendidikan adalah bagian penting dari kehidupan manusia. Dalam Islam, pendidikan difokuskan pada pengembangan pengetahuan dan akhlak yang baik. Tujuan utama pendidikan Islam adalah mencapai kesempurnaan moral, dan pendidikan berfungsi sebagai alat untuk mencapainya. Dalam artikel ini, subjek pendidikan dan etika menuntut ilmu dibahas dengan menggunakan sumber-sumber Islam. Analisis isi kualitatif digunakan sebagai metode penelitian; data utama berasal dari Al-Qur'an dan Sunnah, serta data sekunder dari literatur yang relevan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Islam menekankan pentingnya pendidikan yang menyeluruh yang mencakup aspek akademik, moral, dan spiritual. Objektif pendidikan, cara belajar, dan peran guru dalam Islam adalah beberapa topik diskusi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman kita tentang perspektif Islam tentang proses belajar dan menuntut ilmu, serta implikasinya untuk praktik pendidikan modern.

Dalam sistem tenaga listrik yang melayani beban secara kontinyu sebaiknya tegangan dan frekuensi harus tetap konstan, namun apabila terjadi gangguan pada salah satu pembangkit atau pada rel maka hal ini tidak dipungkiri akan terjadi gangguan pada penyaluran daya. Untuk itu perluh dilakukan Penelitian tentang Stabilitas Sistem Tenaga yang berkaitan dengan Penentuan Sudut Pemutus Kritis dan Waktu Pemutus Kritis pada generator, guna mengetahui berapa besar Sudut Pemutus Kritis dan berapa besar Waktu Pemutus Kritis. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan Metode Runge Kutta orde 4 dengan bantuan softwere Matlab.

The campus teaching program is a form of program to build collaboration between students and teachers to support the educational process in schools. This service method is a qualitative approach. The location for community service was carried out at SDN 028 Balikpapan Tengah, participants in this activity included students and teachers. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of community service through the contribution of the 6th class of teaching campus students explained that the implementation of the program for implementing numeracy literacy included: integration of literacy, numeracy and technology adaptation (SI 3), literacy and numeracy classes, cognitive and non-cognitive assessments, adaptation technology with the theme "opening the door to the digital world", a library program with the theme "gateway to knowledge adventure", learning outside the classroom and media can improve students' literacy skills, there is an increase of 8% and numeracy has increased by 14%. So it can be concluded that the contribution of campus students to teaching can improve students' numeracy literacy at SDN 028 Balikpapan Tengah.

This research aims to determine the role of good use of Indonesian in the learning process for students, especially in mathematics set material. Apart from that, this research also aims to reveal various theories that are relevant to the problem being researched, and is carried out by re-analyzing data that has been collected from other research results in order to prove the correctness of the data and its validity based on the title of the research. The scope of this research is to measure students' understanding using good Indonesian regarding understanding elements in mathematical set material. The research method used is quantitative research. From the research that has been carried out, it can be seen that every reference used in this research states that the use of Indonesian plays a very important role in the learning process for students.

This research aims to analyze the influence of price, product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions. The population in this study was 400 people. The sample in this study was 80 using the Slovin formula. The sampling method used in this research was accidental sampling. The analysis method used is multiple linear. Hypothesis testing uses a 5% degree of freedom. The results of the reliability and validity tests show that all question items are reliable and the constructs are valid, besides that the regression meets the model fit. Hypothesis testing showed that price (X1) had a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions(Y), so hypothesis 1 was accepted. Product quality(X2) has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions(Y), so hypothesis 2 is accepted. Service quality(X3) has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions(Y), so hypothesis 3 is accepted.

Pengembangan Aplikasi Pemilihan Umum RT02 RW12 di Kelurahan Meteseh, Semarang, oleh tim mahasiswa Universitas Dian Nuswantoro bertujuan meningkatkan efisiensi dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pemilihan ketua RT. Aplikasi ini fokus pada literasi digital, melibatkan masyarakat RT02 RW12, dan memastikan partisipasi maksimal. Tahap pelaksanaan mencakup negosiasi, perancangan, konfirmasi, pengembangan, dan pengujian aplikasi. Sosialisasi berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan literasi digital peserta. Aplikasi berbasis Laravel menyajikan calon ketua RT dan visi misi mereka. Tim mahasiswa juga berperan sebagai fasilitator pada pemilihan, menciptakan kesuksesan dalam meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat. Hasilnya, aplikasi ini bukan hanya meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi dalam pemilihan ketua RT, tetapi juga mendorong partisipasi aktif masyarakat serta memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap demokratisasi tingkat lokal. Dengan demikian, pengembangan aplikasi ini berhasil menciptakan dampak positif dalam proses pemilihan umum di tingkat RT.

Warung makan Warmindo, salah satu bentuk Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) di bidang kuliner, menjadi pilihan yang populer di kalangan mahasiswa. Untuk bertahan dan berkembang di pasar yang kompetitif ini, warung makan Warmindo perlu beradaptasi dengan kemajuan teknologi. Aplikasi kasir sangat penting untuk manajemen keuangan yang efisien dan kepuasan pelanggan. Teknologi yang semakin maju memudahkan bisnis untuk bekerja dengan cepat dan efisien. Aplikasi kasir menawarkan fitur-fitur seperti penghitungan, pencatatan, dan laporan keuangan, sehingga meminimalisir kecurangan dan meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan. Selain itu, aplikasi absensi yang terintegrasi dapat membantu dalam pengolahan data dan pemantauan kehadiran, meningkatkan disiplin karyawan. Penelitian ini menerapkan aplikasi kasir dan sistem absensi terintegrasi pada Restoran WARMINDO NOCTURNAL di Semarang Barat, Kota Semarang, Jawa Tengah. Aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan proses penjualan dan transaksi, serta pemantauan kehadiran karyawan yang terintegrasi.
