This research aims to identify the problems faced by the Karya Prima Computer course study group. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach by collecting data through interviews and observations of residents studying the Karya Prima computer course. The research results show several main problems, namely related to the marketing of Karya Prima computer courses, where information regarding these computer courses is still difficult to reach in the community. As a solution, the group offers a medium, namely, where the group will create a browser/poster to market the Karya Prima computer course so that it can be reached by the local community.

The aim of this research is to understand the extent to which the Sentiong community cares about managing household waste. The method used is descriptive qualitative using data collection techniques carried out through investigations and interviews. The results of the research imply that the awareness of the Sentiong community in dominating household waste is still in the small category. This is due to the large amount of waste being thrown away haphazardly, the lack of waste sorting, and the lack of public knowledge. Throwing away rubbish is a daily activity that everyone does, this can lead to deviant behavior if it is carried out by people who behave badly towards the environment. Waste can cause problems, but it can also strengthen the economic life of the community. Various types of waste produced from industry and households, if not managed well and correctly, will have the potential to weaken the community's economy, this is because it will absorb quite a large amount of funds for handling waste that is not managed well and correctly, which is considered from a hygiene, health and environmental perspective.

In the era of increasingly rapid globalization, the industrial world is faced with inevitable dynamics. One important aspect in industry is optimal layout planning. The right layout determines the effective placement of production facilities, thereby smoothing the production process and increasing productivity. The current layout of production facilities at Bebeke Om Aris Dramaga is not optimal, causing production inefficiencies and increased costs. This research aims to redesign the layout of facilities at Bebeke Om Aris Dramaga. This research examines the design of alternative layouts at Bebeke Om Aris Dramaga with the aim of increasing productivity. The methods used are Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) and Total Closeness Rating (TCR). Production location calculations are carried out periodically to obtain accurate information. The research results show that the proposed layout has shorter distances between facilities. Apart from that, the resulting service time is more optimal. This change in store layout shows that the new layout is more effective and efficient than the old layout. This is proven by research results which show that the new layout design can reduce the time spent by employees in the production process and service to customers and the distance between facilities and increase the efficiency of employee movement.

In the modern era, competition in business and business has become very tight, especially in the cafe business, many cafes have emerged, one of which is in the Kediri area. Kediri City is a small city that has many cafe business people and is not far behind the existing cafes. in big cities, therefore cafe owners have to think hard to be able to innovate and determine the right marketing strategy. A business that people are very interested in is cafes because consumers almost every day visit cafes not only to enjoy a cup of coffee but there are also those who want to enjoy the facilities available. The intense competition in the cafe business that is currently emerging has resulted in a problem often faced by business people, the first of which is a lack of attention to marketing strategies. "This is because in concept, one way to achieve business goals is to know what the needs and desires of consumers or target markets are and provide the expected satisfaction more effectively and efficiently than competitors" (Kolter and Keller, 2013: 18).

This research explores strategies and challenges in education to build integrity, anti-corruption, and shape the character of the nation's next generation. A literature study approach is used to collect and analyze information from various sources such as books, research journals, and related articles. The research results show that humanistic education and anti-corruption education play an important role in shaping the character and positive attitudes of the younger generation. However, in the digital era, new challenges arise with the influence of information technology on character formation. An active role from educators, parents and society is needed to overcome this challenge and create an environment that supports the formation of strong character. Apart from that, anti-corruption education is also faced with challenges in integrating an understanding of corrupt practices in the educational environment itself. In conclusion, education has a very important role in forming the next generation with integrity and ethics, but a holistic and collaborative approach is needed to face the challenges of the times.

Pancasila is the ideology of the Indonesian nation whose values can be a reference for the development of the nation's character to face the development of society 5.0 era. This study aims to measure the readiness of the younger generation in facing technological developments in the era of industrial revolution 5.0 and how the influence of Pancasila in the life of the nation. This study uses a mixed method, in addition to using a conceptual approach, it also uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires to obtain strong data. Conceptually, this research looks at and explores reference sources from books and journals that contain substance about character building based on Pancasila. Meanwhile, quantitative data were obtained from a survey conducted on a number of respondents who were students considered to have a high level of idealism. The problem studied in this study is the values contained in Pancasila to built a society character to face the era of society 5.0. The results show that Pancasila education plays a very important role in character building in this country, but political life has not supported the creation of the Pancasilaist character of the Society.

Melalui pendekatan berbasis pengetahuan dan praktik terbaik, pendampingan menyediakan bimbingan teknis dan manajerial kepada karyaman Bolu Aulia Bakery, membantu mereka dalam mengadopsi inovasi teknologi, memperbaiki proses produksi, dan meningkatkan standar kualitas. Selain itu, pendampingan juga mendorong Bolu Aulia Bakery untuk melakukan diversifikasi produk, memperluas portofolio mereka untuk memenuhi berbagai kebutuhan pasar. Dengan menggabungkan pendekatan partisipatif dan peningkatan kapasitas, pendampingan memberikan dorongan yang signifikan bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal dan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. <p><em>Science and technology are developing very fast from time to time. It requires companies to work quickly, innovatively, and creatively to remain competitive with their competitors and increase purchasing decisions at the Graphic Media Manager store. This research analyzes the influence of Price Perceptions, Product Completeness, and Excellent Service Quality on purchasing decisions at the Graphic Media Mranggen store. This research uses a purposive sampling method. The sample used in this research was 96 respondents from the customers of the Graphic Media Mranggen store. Data analysis in this research used the SPSS version 25 program. Tests included validity tests by comparing calculated r with r tables, reliability tests using Cronbach Alpha, and classical assumption tests, which included normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests. Multiple analysis tests are used to test how much influence the independent variable has on the dependent variable, prove the research hypothesis, and test the hypothesis with the t-test-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination test (R ²). This research shows that the variables of Price of Perception, Product Completeness, and Excellent Service Quality positively and significantly affect purchasing decisions at the Graphic Media Mranggen store. The results of this research give the impression that price perception, product completeness, and excellent service quality are factors that need to be considered to improve consumer purchasing decisions to achieve the goals set by the company.</em></p>

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan spiritual terhadap perilaku menyimpang di tempat kerja melalui spiritualitas di tempat kerja. Subjek penelitian adalah 110 karyawan swasta di Semarang yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisi jalur. Hasil penelitian adalah kepemimpinan spiritual berpengaruh negatif terhadap perilaku menyimpang di tempat kerja, kepemimpinan spiritual berpengaruh positif terhadap spiritualitas di tempat kerja, spiritualitas berpengaruh negatif terhadap perilaku menyimpang di tempat kerja, spiritualitas di tempat kerja memediasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan spiritual dengan perilaku menyimpang di tempat kerja.

This study is aimed to investigate the compatibility of materials in the textbook entitled "Cambridge English for Job-hunting" based on Tomlinson’s theory. The researcher used descriptive approach research as the type of the study. The data of the study were done by follows the process involved several stages, which are as follows: 1) The researcher selected an English textbook for analysis, 2) the researcher read the English textbook thoroughly, 3) the researcher carefully reviewed the content of the textbook, 4) the researcher gathered all the necessary materials from the textbook for analysis. The result of this study shows that the textbook substantially complies with Tomlinson's criteria for useful tools for language learning. It effectively engages students, builds confidence, offers appropriate information, uses actual speech, and accommodates a range of learning preferences and emotional conditions.
