PT EQY is a textile company, especially yarn spinning. The activities of the staffing/packing department at PT EQY are packing, lifting, and moving cardboard boxes. This activity still relies on human power or manual material handling. This work is carried out repeatedly and continuously, causing complaints of pain in several parts of the body during work. This raises the risk of work postures such as Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). This research aims to produce a design for work aids that can reduce the risk of Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) using the Ovako Work Analysis System (OWAS) method. Based on the problem, work posture analysis was carried out using the OWAS method to find out whether the work posture of staffing/packing employees falls into the risky posture category or not. Based on the results of the Ovako Work Analysis System (OWAS) analysis research, it shows that the posture of staffing/packing workers is included in the high risk category and needs immediate improvement. This improvement involves designing work facilities, namely a handlift and packing table with an ergonomics approach, resulting in a handlift design with a height of 200 cm (2000 mm) and a packing table with a width of 200 cm (2000 mm) and a packing table with a length of 60 cm (600mm), width 60 cm(600mm), and height 104 cm(1040mm).
 
 
 

Financial literacy, financial behavior and income are driving factors for an individual to make an investment decision. This study aims to determine the influence of financial literacy, financial behavior and income on investment decisions. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique uses the random sampling technique. analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis, partial test, simultaneous test and coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that financial literacy has a positive and significant direction with a large influence of 48.6% on investment decisions, financial behavior has a positive and significant direction with a large influence 12.5% on investment decisions, income has a positive and significant direction with a 9.4% influence on investment decisions, financial literacy, financial behavior and income have a simultaneous influence on investment decisions of 65.1% and 34.9% in influenced by other factors or variables that are not examined.

This research aims to find out the causes of default in the construction service procurement contract. This research also aims to find out the substance of the contract that causes one of the parties to default and the judge's consideration in making a decision. This research is based on the claim for compensation due to default. This research uses a normative legal approach method, statutory regulations, and jurisprudence (court decisions). The results of this study indicate that this agreement regulates legal relationships that contain rights and obligations. The construction work contract becomes an important instrument both in accommodating and limiting the rights and obligations of the contractor and the government during the implementation of the development process. In reality, in the process of implementing the contract, there is often a default from the contractor in the form of late implementation or non-performance of the work. But it is not uncommon for the government to default on making payments that are not on time and not in accordance with their achievements. The characteristics of default in the procurement of construction services must refer to the contract of both parties, and the indicator is that one party feels harmed by the actions of the other party. Legal protection in the event of default in the procurement of construction services is that the party who feels harmed should be able to request reimbursement of costs, losses, and interest payments even though they are outside the contract agreement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab terjadinya wanprestasi dalam kontrak pengadaan jasa konstruksi penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui substansi kontrak yang menyebabkan salah satu pihak melakukan wanprestasi serta pertimbangan hakim dalam menjatuhkan putusan. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada tuntutan ganti rugi akibat wanprestasi, penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan hukum normatif, peraturan perundang-undangan serta yurisprudensi (putusan pengadilan) Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perjanjian ini mengatur hubungan hukum yang berisi hak dan kewajiban. Kontrak kerja konstruksi menjadi instrumen yang penting baik dalam mengakomodasi maupun membatasi hak dan kewajiban dari kontraktor maupun pemerintah selama terselenggaranya proses pembangunan. Pada kenyataannya dalam proses pelaksanaan kontrak tersebut, sering dijumpai wanprestasi dari kontraktor berupa terlambatnya pelaksanaan atau tidak dilakukannya pekerjaan tersebut. Namun tidak jarang pula pemerintah wanprestasi dalam melakukan pembayaran yang tidak tepat waktu dan tidak sesuai prestasinya. Penelitian ini dikaji berdasarkan peraturan UndangUndang Nomor 2 Tahun 2017 tentang Jasa Konstruksi. Karakteristik wanprestasi dalam pengadaan jasa konstruksi harus mengacu pada kontrak kedua belah pihak dan indikatornya adalah salah satu pihak merasa dirugikan oleh tindakan pihak lain dan perlindungan hukum dalam apabila terjadi wanprestasi dalam pengadaan jasa konstruksi adalah pihak yang merasa dirugikan seharusnya dapat meminta penggantian biaya, kerugian dan pembayaran bunga meskipun diluar kontrak perjanjian. 

This study aims to determine the impact of market relocation on the income of traders in the Talang Banjar People's Market, the factors that affect the income of traders after being relocated and how traders perceive the market relocation. In this study using qualitative research methods. As for the type and source of data needed, namely primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by observing, interviewing and documenting while data analysis methods include data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the study showed that the income of traders after being relocated experienced a change in income where out of the 40 traders who had been interviewed, 38 traders had a decrease in income while as many as 2 traders had an increase in income. As for the factors that affect traders' income, namely location factors, trading hours, mods and competition. the perception of traders regarding the relocation of the Talang Banjar People's Market is not as expected, mainly because the number of traders' income has decreased. So it is hoped that government traders can make improvements to bring changes in a better direction, namely by repairing the market building, expanding road access, expanding stalls and kiosks according to the needs of traders and traders hope that all traders will be included in the market building.

This research aims to describe the multi-representation instrument's feasibility and analyze students' multi-representation ability in solving problems regarding work and energy materials. This research uses a mixed methods approach with sequential explanatory design. The analysis results show that seven items are feasible to measure students' multi-representation abilities. Students' level of multi-representation ability in solving problems on work and energy material in the category needs some improvement 20%, inadequate 69%, and missing 11%. Students in the needs some improvement category were interested in the format of the questions used in the test. However, students still have difficulty representing the problem. They made some efforts to understand the problem, answered according to the steps, and had a strategy to answer the question correctly. Students in the inadequate category had difficulty representing the problem but still had a strategy to answer it. Meanwhile, students in the missing category struggled to represent the problem because they did not have steps and strategies to answer.

In this research, we analyze compliance with aflatoxin standards on the productivity of Indonesian nutmeg exports to the European Union. This study examines previous journals that have topics relevant to the topic being studied, sourced from Google Scholar. We use a methodology that includes literature study, data and information collection, and data analysis. The results of this research show that a country's commodity export volume, whether positive or negative, is influenced by food safety regulations. In addition, we found that difficulties in fulfilling these standards still frequently occur, indicating that the requirements cannot be met by Indonesian nutmeg farmers or exporters. In the context of this research, we take the example of Indonesian nutmeg commodities exported to the European Union. We analyze the steps that can be taken so that the nutmeg commodity can penetrate the European Union market and its relationship to the productivity of nutmeg exports to the European Union so that it can reach its maximum point. The difficulty in fulfilling this standard shows that the conditions cannot be met by Indonesian nutmeg farmers or exporters. From this research, we conclude that the productivity of Indonesia's nutmeg commodity exports to the European Union needs to be carried out by meeting the food safety standards set by the European Union, especially the aflatoxin content which refers to European Commission Regulation (EC) No.1881/2006. In addition, we suggest increasing the productivity of Indonesian nutmeg exports to the European Union by ensuring product quality and meeting European Union import standards.

Locutionary speech acts are a type of speech act that focuses on the meaning of a sentence. This research is based on speakers whose pronunciation does not emphasize actual speech. The aim of this research is to describe the form and intent of locutionary speech acts in the "Zental Health"playlist on the Zenius YouTube channel. The research approach used is pragmatic, with qualitative methods in the form of descriptive research. This research uses a data collection method using free listening and note-taking techniques. At the data analysis stage, we used the divide and match method. Meanwhile, the analysis presentation technique used is informal. This research produced several locutionary speech acts contained in 4 videos on the "Zental Health" playlist on the Zenius YouTube channel, which contains 40 data points, including 16 news speech acts, 19 question speech acts, and 5 command speech acts. With this research, the author hopes that it can provide benefits for readers and other researchers as a reference source regarding locutionary speech acts.

Penerapan sistem e-reservasi di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Kota Mataram belum maksimal karena beberapa kendala seperti error dan waktu loading yang lama. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan hasil evaluasi sistem e-reservasi rawat jalan di RSUD Kota Mataram dengan PIECES Framework. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang menyajikan hasil wawancara dan observasi yang dilakukan peneliti dan dievaluasi dengan PIECES Framework. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 15 orang, yaitu 9 pasien rawat jalan, 1 petugas pendaftaran rawat jalan, kepala rekam medis, kepala sistem informasi manajemen rumah sakit (SIMRS), 1 petugas programmer, 1 petugas software dan jaringan, 1 petugas SIMRS. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini yaitu performance sistem e-reservasi sudah menghasilkan data sesuai kebutuhan pengguna, mempermudah pengguna dan masih terjadi error, loading lama dan kegagalan. Information sudah dapat memberikan informasi yang akurat, konsisten dan relevan namun masih mendapatkan ketidaksesuain informasi dengan pelayanan yang didapatkan. Economic sumber daya manusia maupun sumber daya penunjang sudah mendukung dan membantu meminimalisir pengeluaran rumah sakit. Control setiap pegawai memiliki hak akses dan keamanan sistem sudah baik. Efficiency sudah dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam mendaftar melalui sistem  e-reservasi. Service sistem e-reservasi sudah dapat membantu petugas dalam ketelitian input, output data dan dapat mengurangi waktu tunggu. Kesimpulannya adalah sistem e-reservasi dapat membantu pengguna dalam proses pelayanan dan mempermudah pendaftaran sehingga tidak menunggu lama.

The implementation of coding in labor cases at DKT Sidoarjo Hospital still has inaccuracies of 61.73%, while the accuracy of medical records is 38.27%. The accuracy and inaccuracy of disease diagnosis coding will affect data and information in the health service process and reduce the quality of service in the hospital. The purpose of this study was to analyze the accuracy of the diagnosis code for labor cases in inpatients at DKT Sidoarjo Hospital. This type of research uses quantitative and qualitative methods, with data collection in the form of observation and interviews. The number of samples used was 81 medical records in July–November 2022 cases of childbirth in inpatients, and the number of informants was 1 person who was a key informant. In this study, the accuracy of the results of the maternal complication component was obtained with 55.56% accuracy, the method of delivery with 61.73% accuracy, and the outcome of delivery with 67.90% accuracy. Then the total results were obtained with 38.27% accuracy. The results of the interview found that the accuracy of coding can be influenced by the 5M factors (man, method, material, machine, and money). Conclusion: Most of the diagnosis codes in labor cases are incorrect. So the coding officer should be more careful in coding, both regarding the rules and procedures for coding diagnoses based on ICD-10.
