The Indonesian capital market recovered in 2021 after a decline due to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. The role of the capital market is crucial for economic growth, and investors need to pay attention to factors such as financial reports and company performance. Investors in LQ45 companies, consisting of 45 stocks with high liquidity, make selections based on transactions and market capitalization. This research focuses on the influence of Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Price to Book Value (PBV) on the stock prices of LQ45 companies in the period 2018-2021. The research problem involves questions about the influence of each ratio on stock prices. The research objective is to examine the influence of these ratios. The results of the research are expected to provide important information for readers about the factors affecting stock prices and insights for researchers into the dynamics of the capital market. This research can also serve as a reference for further studies. The results of the analysis indicate that Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Price to Book Value (PBV) significantly influence the stock prices of LQ45 companies.

. Bank BJB is a banking industry operating under the auspices of the Regional-Owned Enterprises located in West Java. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of marketing strategies and service quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty at Bank BJB Branch Office in Mojokerto. This research uses a qualitative method with data obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that marketing strategies and service quality have a significant impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty, as evidenced by the increasing number of customers using products and programs offered by Bank BJB Branch Office in Mojokerto.
 

<p>Pengukuran kinerja merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting bagi sebuah rumah sakit dengan didasarkan pada standar nasional pelayanan yang sudah ditentukan oleh pemerintah yaitu menilai kinerja dari aspek keuangan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa, menguji dan mengukur kinerja RSU Muhammadiyah Darul Istiqomah Kendal dengan menggunakan 4 perspektif dalam <em>Balance Scorecard.</em><em> </em>Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan dan pasien/keluarga pasien RSU Muhammadiyah Darul Istiqomah Kendal pada tahun 2019 sampai dengan tahun 2020. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan kuesioner dan wawancara. Tekjnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa dari perspektif pelanggan, retensi pelanggan dan kepuasan pelanggan RSU Muhammadiyah Darul Istiqomah Kendal masuk dalam kategori baik. Sementara dari proses bisnis internal, perlu adanya perbaikan proses bisnis internal di RSU Muhammadiyah Darul Istiqomah Kendal terutama dari sisi BOR, ALOS, NDR dan GDR. Sedangkan dari perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan, retensi karyawan, tingkat pelatihan, kepuasan dan motivasi karyawan RSU Muhammadiyah Darul Istiqomah Kendal ada pada kategori baik.</p><p><em>Performance measurement is a very important factor for a hospital-based on national service standards that have been determined by the government, namely assessing performance from a financial aspect. The purpose of this study was to analyze, test and measure the performance of Muhammadiyah Darul Istiqomah Kendal General Hospital by using 4 perspectives in the Balanced Scorecard. The type of research used is a case study. The population in this study were all employees and patients/families of Muhammadiyah Darul Istiqomah Kendal Hospital from 2019 to 2020. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis techniques used are quantitative and qualitative analysis. Based on the results of the study it is known that from a customer perspective, customer retention and customer satisfaction at Muhammadiyah Darul Istiqomah Kendal General Hospital are in the good category. Meanwhile, from internal business processes, it is necessary to improve internal business processes at Muhammadiyah Darul Istiqomah Kendal General Hospital, especially from the BOR, ALOS, NDR and GDR side. Meanwhile, from the perspective of learning and growth, employee retention, level of training, employee satisfaction and motivation of Muhammadiyah Darul Istiqomah Kendal Hospital are in a good category.</em></p>

In line with the concept of environmentally friendly national development, every commercial and industrial activity must be committed to preserving the environment. This is in accordance with Law no. Regulation Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management. Referring to Law No.30 of 2007 concerning Energy, which was then followed up with Government Regulation No.33 of 2023 concerning Energy conservation which requires energy users above TOE to carry out Energy conservation by conducting periodic Energy Audits of Lighting Systems and Air Conditioning Systems . This research conducted an audit of lighting and air conditioning systems by collecting data on lighting intensity, temperature and humidity in each room in the office from 08.00 – 17.00 using a lux meter measuring instrument, then the results were analyzed by referring to the Indonesian National Standards (SNI) regarding lighting and Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation No. 13 of 2012 concerning Saving on Electricity Use. The use of electrical energy in the office work environment is still not optimal and even though the density value is satisfactory, the lighting level in the office still has rooms that do not meet SNI standards. Apart from that, the use of electrical energy for the air conditioning system is also considered insufficient so several recommendations need to be made

Local cultural tourism in the village has become an increasingly interesting topic in the context of local economic development and preservation of cultural heritage and exotic experiences for tourists. The implementation of this service aims to provide a deeper understanding through socialisation activities in the application of local cultural tour packages as alternative tourist attractions in the Huta Tinggi Tourism village. The method of implementing this service activity is through a one-day seminar with the stages of observation, building communication regarding the willingness of partners, presentation of material, questions and answers and preparation of reports on the programmes that have been carried out. The focus of this socialisation presentation examines the economic impact, cultural preservation, and community participation in tourism development. By presenting tourist attractions that highlight the uniqueness of Huta Tinggi's local traditions, arts and culture, the village can maintain their heritage and encourage a better understanding of their cultural wealth, which is where the importance of this activityties.

The service's goal is to promote public understanding of domestic violence prevention and build awareness among the inhabitants of Mojorejo Village. Counseling activities in the community are motivated by phenomena that occur in the community. The problem of domestic violence itself is actually a problem that often occurs in married life, but some people do not consider what they experience as an act that is wrong in the eyes of the law. Therefore, the community needs to be given an understanding of domestic violence, so that if it occurs or experiences domestic violence, the victim can take legal steps. The method used is a participatory method which is expected to play an active role in legal counseling activities in the form of; Lecture on the Socialization of Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning Domestic Violence; Legal counseling regarding the material of Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning Domestic Violence;  Question and answer session about domestic violence through mediation.

Dalam suatu konteks pewarisan adat disini ditujukan untuk melakukan suatu penerusan harta warisan baik itu berupa harta yang berwujud fisik atau materiil atau harta warisan yang tidak berwujud fisik atau immaterial. Sistem pewarisan yang diterapkan oleh suku Jawa disini adalah sistem kekerabatan parental dan sistem  pewarisan secara individualis, dimana terdapat suatu keterkaitan dalam kedua unsur pewarisan tersebut. Dalam pewarisan yang telah diterapkan oleh suku Jawa disini telah memberikan ruang terhadap para ahli waris untuk memiliki kedudukan yang sama dalam pewarisan. Sistem individualis yang diterapkan dalam sistem pewarisan suku jawa juga memberikan bahwasanya dalam pewarisan tersebut harta benda akan menjadi hak milik dari ahli waris. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis empiris dengan pendekatan studi pustaka, dimana dengan penerapan metode tersebut akan memberikan penjelasan yang lebih detail terhadap sistem pewarisan yang terjadi dalam suku Jawa dengan sistem kekerabatan parental dan penerapan sistem pewarisan individualis.

Basically, the ijon system is asystem of agreement or trade ia an item that arises in the community that is not clear about the goods or thre results that will be obtained. The method that is appropriate or has relationship with the material that we will discuss, namely the descriptive research method. Descriptive research method is research that aims to describe something is acertain area and at a certain time. Usually in this reseach the research already gets or already has a picture in the form of initial data about the problem to be studied. Buying and selling coffee with a bond system is not made in writing but is only confirmed by the buyer’s deposit receipt. In the practice of the coffee bond system in Colol village, two parties are involved, namely: 1. Coffee Farmers 2. Ijon Buyers/Middlemen to solve any problems related to the bond system in their Village, can use several alternatives and step taken by Colol villagers if a problem occur, namely: 1. Done in a family way 2. Done at the village office 3. Done in court.
 

This research aims to determine the various kinds of learning experiences carried out in schools both in terms of strategies and methods in learning. The method in this research uses the literature review method by exploring various reference sources critically to obtain correct data in explaining the topic of discussion. The results of the research show that from learning experiences there are several strategies and methods that can be implemented in schools which can help teachers significantly to achieve learning objectives.

Penelitian I bertujuan untuk I mengidentifikasi i dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan investasi saham pada lima perusahaan tercatat pada industri makanan dan I minuman di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan Capital IAsset I Pricing IModel I(CAPM) sebagai dasar analisis yang mengevaluasi kinerja investasi saham pada industri yang berhubungan dengan konsumen.
Metode penelitian   I melibatkan pengumpulan data historis harga saham, sukuIbungaIbebas risiko, Idan pengembalianIindeks II pasar saham, serta analisis statistik untuk mengukur risiko sistematis dan imbal hasil dari investasi dalam perusahaan-perusahaan Food and Beverages. Data yang diambil mulai Desember 2021 hingga Desember 2022. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan rata-rata ?i bernilai kurang dari  I1 (0,2930 < 1) sehinggaisecaraiumum 5 saham perusahaan yang dijadikan sampelipenelitian memilikiirisiko sistematisiyang rendah dan cenderung kurang aktif dalam merespon perubahanI harga pasar. Berdasarkan hasil analisis selama 2022, dari 5 saham I perusahaan Iyang dijadikan sampel terdapat 1 saham yang Efisien yaitu saham PT Kino Tbk (KINO). I
Kriteria penentuan keputusan investasi adalah dengan memilih I saham-saham yang efisien, yaitu saham-saham yang mempunyai I tingkat pengembalian tunggal yang lebih besar  I dari tingkat I pengembalian yang I diharapkan (Ri>ERi), ?I?dan mengeliminasi saham-saham yang berefisiensi I rendah, yaitu saham-saham dengan tingkat pengembalian tunggal. kurang dari tingkat pengembalian yang diharapkan. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan I panduan I kepada investor dalam memilih saham yang sesuai dengan profil risiko dan tujuan investasinya dengan mempertimbangkan  IIaspek-aspek yang relevan dalam model  I CAPM.
