CV. Madu Apiari Mutiara is a company that operates in the field of derivative honey products such as pure honey, candy, soap, and health products such as propolis and other derivative products which have various shapes and compositions. This condition makes it necessary to have the most efficient spatial layout of work areas and production facilities in order to increase work morale and work productivity in terms of the layout of production facilities. The method used to solve this problem is the BLOCPLAN method. This method can solve facility layout problems in CV Madu Apiari Mutiara production houses with the level of close relationship, area requirements, taking into account the distance of material movement and final layout. The area on CV. Madu Apiari Mutiara is 100 m2, the total area requirement is 70.48 m2. There are 3 alternative layouts in the BLOCPLAN method, the proposed layout chosen is based on the R-Score value which is close to 1, namely the 2nd layout with a material movement distance efficiency of 8.1 meters or 20.9%.
 
 

With advances in information and communication technology, with the presence of the internet, the internet is often used as a means of communication, namely what we usually call social media. The business world is currently contributing to online promotions via social media, one of which is cosmetic products, namely Secondate. This research aims to determine sales promotion in a Secondary purchasing decision and determine the influence of sales promotion on purchasing decisions. The theory used in this research is marketing communication from Hermawan 2012 and Kotler & Keller's sales promotion theory which includes discounts, game contests and sweepstakes, package prices, premiums, and related promotions. The theory used in purchasing decisions from Kotler & Keller includes problem recognition, information search, alternative evaluation, purchasing decisions, and post-purchase behavior. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach with survey methods and data collection techniques carried out using questionnaires. The population in this study was 354 and the sample used was 78 respondents using the Slovin formula.

Indonesia adheres to a democratic government system that relies on the principle of checks and balances. This principle is inherent in the legislative institution, namely the DPR, which has the right to carry out its duties, one of which is the right to inquiry. In the election context, the right to inquiry can be used to investigate fraud or violations that occur in the election administration process. However, the use of the right to inquiry currently still raises pros and cons among the public. In response to this, this research aims to understand the juridical considerations regarding the right to inquiry in holding elections and analyze the influence of the right to inquiry on elections. The method used in this research is descriptive normative law by studying or reviewing primary and secondary legal materials. This research shows that the DPR’s right to inquiry cannot influence or cancel the election results. However, the DPR’s right to inquiry can be used to request information from the government regarding the implementation of elections.

In the modern era of education, the focus of learning has shifted from teacher orientation to student orientation. As educators, it is important to design learning methods that are in accordance with technological developments. Today, learning that is too teacher-centered and theoretical tends to reduce student interest. Therefore, the use of audio-visual media such as learning videos can increase student engagement, provide deep meaning, and arouse high enthusiasm for learning. This study aims to 1) explain the level of student enthusiasm when using audio-visual learning media, and 2) evaluate the impact and interest of students on audio-visual based learning media in the learning process. This research was conducted at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ibn Aqil Pekanbaru. This research is a descriptive qualitative research that uses data collection methods in the form of direct observation, interviews, and literature studies. Research findings show that lecture-dominated learning tends to make learners lose interest and focus on themselves. The results of the study showed that 1) when students were introduced to the use of audio-visual media such as learning videos, most of them felt very enthusiastic and excited in following the learning process, while only one student showed less interest. 2) Thus, it can be concluded that the use of audio-visual learning media can increase student enthusiasm at the elementary school level.

This study aims to describe artificial intelligence (AI) and education in the era of society 5.0. This research is a descriptive-qualitative research with a method in the form of journal meta-analysis by complementing and comparing previous information through literature review using data from 22 journal articles to be collected then further studied and analyzed related to the results of their findings and draw a conclusion. This study examines about: (1) artificial intelligence (AI) in the field of education; (2) the role and position of artificial intelligence (AI) in the field of education; (3) the advantages and disadvantages of artificial intelligence (AI) in the field of education; and (4) artificial intelligence (AI) in the field of education to face the era of Society 5.0., which is to overcome the challenges and problems of the times quickly. AI has the advantage of being able to quickly create and score content, automate tasks in education, but it also has the disadvantage of having risks in handling privacy issues, algorithmic bias, and transparency controls. AI itself cannot replace the position of teachers because it cannot monitor student development significantly, how character morally and emotionally, so it would be better if AI is used as a tool that can help teachers do learning and also an emotional approach in building student character to face the era of Society 5.0.

This research has a purpose to analyze the influence of proficiency, transformational supervision and enjoyment of work on PT performance. SF Garment Manufacturing. Data collection is carried out through questionnaire techniques using survey method. Data analysis uses SPSS 23 software which includes multiple linear regression test, classical test and hypothesis test, Based on the results of the analysis, research shows that proficiency has significantly give a positive influence both simultaneously and partially on the employee productivity. Transformational supervision also has significantly give  a positive effect simultaneously and partially on employee productivity. Meanwhile, enjoyment of work simultaneously has significantly give a positive effect on PT performance. SF Garment Manufacturing. Research variables have coefficient determination 83,6% to influence the productivity of company’s employee. So, research in the future still needed to analyze other variable out from the research variables that already exist in this study.

The purpose of this study is for the implementation of Human Resources Administration at the Office of Human Resources and Human Resources Development Ciamis Regency. In this study, a qualitative descriptive method is used which is a study designed to describe the atmosphere of a location based on observation data, actions, language and text. Based on the observations made in this study, the observation of the authors can be concluded that the implementation of Human Resource Management to the agency for Human Resource Development and Human Resources Ciamis Regency is still less than optimal. Some employees are not distributed according to their area of expertise or expertise. The process of work performed is less than optimal and the results of the work are not good enough. The recruitment process is also less than optimal and can have a bad impact on the institution and the organization itself. The assignment of employees must be carried out in accordance with their individual abilities. PT EQY is a textile company, especially yarn spinning. The activities of the staffing/packing department at PT EQY are packing, lifting, and moving cardboard boxes. This activity still relies on human power or manual material handling. This work is carried out repeatedly and continuously, causing complaints of pain in several parts of the body during work. This raises the risk of work postures such as Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). This research aims to produce a design for work aids that can reduce the risk of Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) using the Ovako Work Analysis System (OWAS) method. Based on the problem, work posture analysis was carried out using the OWAS method to find out whether the work posture of staffing/packing employees falls into the risky posture category or not. Based on the results of the Ovako Work Analysis System (OWAS) analysis research, it shows that the posture of staffing/packing workers is included in the high risk category and needs immediate improvement. This improvement involves designing work facilities, namely a handlift and packing table with an ergonomics approach, resulting in a handlift design with a height of 200 cm (2000 mm) and a packing table with a width of 200 cm (2000 mm) and a packing table with a length of 60 cm (600mm), width 60 cm(600mm), and height 104 cm(1040mm).
