The military intervention carried out by the Indonesian National Army (TNI) in the conflict in Intan Jaya Regency, Papua, has raised serious concerns regarding compliance with legal standards and human rights (HAM). The actions of the Indonesian National Army (TNI) which resulted in the deaths of three Papuans raise doubts about respect for individual rights to life and security. In conflict situations, it is important to ensure that human rights, especially the right to life, are respected and protected. For example, in Law no. 34 of 2004 which regulates the use of weapons by the Indonesian National Army (TNI) in peaceful conditions, allows the use of weapons only with written permission from superiors and in the context of maintaining security and requested. In the context of this case, the shooting at the Sugapa Community Health Center did not have written permission from the Indonesian National Army (TNI) superiors, which is a serious violation of law. This violation raises questions about the accountability of security forces and the need for law enforcement in cases of gun shooting by members of the Indonesian National Army (TNI) outside of emergency situations. The situation in Papua creates ongoing challenges. Armed groups in the region often threaten national security and the safety of security forces. In the face of serious threats to state sovereignty, the government, and the Indonesian National Army (TNI) may feel forced to take decisive action. However, these actions must still comply with legal and human rights standards and ensure that human rights and the right to life of individuals are fully respected. This research is normative in nature with a focus on analysis of the legal framework that regulates the use of weapons by the Indonesian National Army (TNI). Normative research methods are used to state consistency and compliance with applicable regulations. Through this approach, the research aims to provide a legal perspective on erasure actions in Papua, as well as asking whether these steps are in accordance with applicable legal and human rights principles. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a basis for recommending improvements to policies and actions that support law enforcement and human rights protection in the context of conflict in Papua

Penentuan kualitas ubin keramik sudah dilakukan secara otomatis dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Kendala saat penentuan ubin keramik bercacat dapat berpengaruh terhadap penurunan kualitas produk akhir. Isu yang menjadi fokus dalam penelitian yaitu perbandingan metode antara KNN dengan SVM untuk mendeteksi cacat pada ubin keramik untuk mencapai hasil yang lebih akurat. Untuk mengatasi isu ini, proses yang dilakukan meliputi pengumpulan data gambar dari ubin keramik, yang kemudian diikuti oleh tahap preprocessing dan ekstraksi fitur berdasarkan tekstur. Data gambar tersebut kemudian diklasifikasikan dengan metode KNN dan SVM. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengklasifikasian dengan metode KNN pada k = 3 mampu memberikan hasil yang lebih unggul, yaitu mencapai akurasi 98.947%, sedangkan pengklasifikasian dengan metode SVM hanya mencapai akurasi 85.263%.

The purpose of this study wass to determine whether or not effect of academic stress levels on the learning outcomes of VI grade of SD 3 Bacin students. The subjects of this study consisted of 27 students of VI grade SD 3 Bacin. The method used inthis study is quantitative. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Then the data obtained will be analized using a simple linear regression tes with the help of SPSS version 21 program. The results of data analysis show that the calculated f value = 7.552 and the sig. 0.011. If the sig. < 0.05, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Conversely, if the sig. > 0.05, then H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. Based on the result of the hypothesis that has been formulated, it can be concluded that there is significant effects between the level of academic stress on the mathematics learning outcome variables for VI grade SD 3 Bacin because the value is 0.011 < 0.05.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh dari strategi marketing digital melalui program Shopee Affiliate terhadap minat beli pelajar pada jurusan Sistem Informasi di Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS). Marketing digital telah menjadi aspek integral dalam era e-commerce yang berkembang pesat, dan program afiliasi Shopee merupakan salah satu metode yang menonjol dalam mencapai audiens target. Minat beli mahasiswa, sebagai variabel kunci, menjadi fokus utama dalam pemahaman perilaku konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linear untuk mengukur sejauh mana dampak dari pemasaran digital Shopee Affiliate terhadap minat beli mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa menunjukkan bahwa marketing Shopee Affiliate memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan  sebesar 31,7% terhadap minat beli mahasiswa Sistem Informasi ITS. Penambahan nilai dalam marketing Shopee Affiliate akan meningkatkan minat beli secara statistik signifikan, yakni 0,257 satuan.

This research discusses how the application of business ethics principles can influence a company's internal dynamics.
The Research was conducted through direct observation. Research shows that business ethics have become the basis for internal policies, decision-making, and management-employee relations.
Researchers took two divisions as samples for comparison, namely the construction division and the marketing division. There are differences between the two divisions in maintaining the work environment. Considering that the marketing division has tighter competition between sales some business ethics are not paid attention to, which causes frequent conflicts in the work environment.
The results of this research indicate that ethical business practices are critical to maintaining a fair, inclusive, and productive work environment, which will ultimately support the company's long-term success.

Tax compliance is an obedient and obedient attitude carried out by taxpayers in carrying out tax obligations. Therefore compliance has always been an important factor in increasing tax revenues as the country's main source of national development. This study aims to analyze the effect of taxpayer knowledge, quality of tax authorities and tax sanctions on individual taxpayer compliance in DKI Jakarta Province. This study uses primary data obtained from respondents' answers to the statements given in the form of a questionnaire. The population of this study is individual taxpayers who have a NPWP and are registered at the KPP DKI Jakarta Administrative City Region. Sampling in this study used a convenience sampling technique which then obtained 100 respondents. The data analysis used in this research is validity and reliability test, descriptive statistical analysis, classic assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis with the help of SPSS software, it shows that taxpayer knowledge has a significant effect on taxpayer compliance, while the quality of tax authorities and tax sanctions do not have a significant effect on taxpayer compliance.

Dalam keadaan Indonesia yang terus kehilangan lahan kosong, bangunan gedung bertingkat menjadi salah satu jalan keluar untuk memperluas area beraktivitas. Namun perlu digarisbawahi bahwa gedung bertingkat juga memiliki risiko terbakar sehingga dapat menyebabkan kerugian materi maupun korban jiwa yang lebih besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun perencanaan Emergency Response Plan (ERP) pada gedung bertingkat yang memiliki tujuh lantai. Perencanaan ini diharapkan dapat memenuhi standar yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah melalui undang-undang maupun peraturan lain agar suatu gedung memiliki prosedur tanggap darurat. Penelitian ini diawali dengan pendataan dimensi dari bangunan gedung dan fungsi setiap lantai pada bangunan. Dari data tersebut kemudian didapatkan estimasi kapasitas bangunan yang selanjutnya dapat dihitung kebutuhan pintu darurat, tangga darurat, dan waktu yang diperlukan untuk dapat menyelamatkan diri dari gedung. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan dan analisis, bangunan gedung yang diteliti membutuhkan dua unit pintu darurat masing-masing untuk seriap lantai. Pintu darurat yang dibutuhkan dengan ukuran paling lebar adalah pada lantai 5 karena banyaknya orang yang berada di tempat tersebut. Ukuran lebar tangga yang diperhitungkan adalah satu meter yang mana sudah sesuai dengan rancangan bangunan. Selanjutnya waktu perhitungan matematis total untuk waktu evakuasi yang paling besar adalah lantai 5 pada koridor I, yaitu selama 3,13 menit. Hal tersebut karena kecilnya ukuran lebar dari koridor.

Purpose – Using a Literature Review, the purpose of this research is to see and discuss the negative impact of emerging digital technology on the mental well-being of employees. Next, this article explores various efforts that can be made to overcome digital stress, both efforts that can be made by companies, leaders and managers, as well as employees themselves. Design/methodology/approach – Directed literature review is carried out to search for relevant sources on Google Scholar to form the basis of research. Findings – Based on these findings, technological advances in the world of work have been proven to be able to increase productivity and provide access to the desired information. However, excessive use of technology can actually have a negative impact on employees' mental health due to digital stress. Therefore, it is necessary to implement measures that can be taken to help overcome this. Originality/value – Apart from conducting a LR analysis of the problems to be discussed, which are limited in the field, this paper also underlines the need for ongoing discussions apart from previous discussions to increase our understanding of the impact of digital stress.

PKU Muhammadiyah Sukoharjo Hospital is a type C hospital that is currently developing offering health services with target service coverage in Sukoharjo Regency. Currently, the marketing team at PKU Muhammadiyah Sukoharjo Hospital is starting to pioneer the development of marketing efforts which are expected to increase patient visits. High competition between hospitals is one of the factors that patient visits at PKU Muhammadiyah Sukoharjo Hospital tend to fluctuate. The marketing team's lack of knowledge regarding marketing strategies and the large number of job desks for each marketing member result in less than optimal marketing efforts. The use of empty yards or that has not been used optimally by rural communities who still have a low economy is the basis for the use of yards for planting medicinal family plants, vegetables and various types of flower plants to be able to support the economic needs of the people in Gadungan Village, Gandusari District, Regency Blitar. The purpose of community service is: 1). To find out community empowerment through the utilization of house yards in a livelihood perspective. 2) To determine the impact of empowerment on the welfare of society. The service method used is Active and Participatory Learning. This method is carried out by cultivating vegetable and toga seeds to utilize the yard around the house. This activity consists of self-education and assistance in planting seeds. Periodic monitoring and assistance needs to be done to get maximum results.
