This study explains the using innovative technologies in the process of teaching maritime English. English is always important in Maritime, especially in using innovative technologies such as: robotic technology, Artificial Intelligence (AI), networked sensors, advanced monitoring system, and blockchain technology. In teaching Maritime English, the maritime sector needs English as a language in communication medium to promote understanding between the teachers and students. The Maritime Communication Program helps maritime industry professionals to communicate better in English and across cultures. Through a research approach qualitative descriptive, to get the innovative technologies in teaching Maritime English. By using the theory of Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW). The results in this study are developed business English course for the shipping industry and other maritime sectors, help professionals with different nationalities and cultural backgrounds communicate effectively and with ease. This is imminent for safety reasons, but it also supports companies that employ people from all over the world maintain main quality standards in a very dynamic and competitive environment.

In criminal cases, particularly corruption cases, judges have the absolute authority and duty to decide and follow up on these matters. The background of this writing is that corruption is an extraordinary crime that hinders national development and must be prosecuted according to applicable regulations. The issue with this decision is that the judges were not meticulous enough, as they acquitted the defendant despite the defendant's actions causing state losses. An acquittal (Onslag Van Vervolging) means that the suspect or defendant in a corruption case is not subjected to any punishment or sanction.The analysis focuses on the verdict No. 56/Pid.Sus-Tpk/2017/Pn.Kpg, highlighting specific details that deserve further scrutiny. The juridical analysis of this decision will address the formulated issues, namely the basis for the judge's consideration in issuing an acquittal and how the judge should have ruled. The judge's considerations encompass three aspects: Philosophical, Juridical, and Sociological. This juridical analysis will include an understanding of the arguments presented, the legal basis used, and the factors influencing the court's decision to acquit the defendant of all charges. Therefore, in ruling on this case, the judge must ensure the utility aspect so that the defendant is penalized according to the applicable regulations.The method used in this journal is the normative juridical method, employing legislative and conceptual methodologies, providing an analytical perspective on problem-solving from the standpoint of the underlying legal concepts, utilizing data from literature and the internet as sources.Top of FormBottom of Form

The aim of this research is to analyze and evaluate the work ethics and performance of tellers at Bank XXX, Tanjung Pinang Branch, and their impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty. The research method used is descriptive research with data collection through questionnaires and interviews. The research population includes all tellers and customers of Bank XXX, with a sample of 11 people selected using purposive sampling technique. The results show that the work ethics and performance of Bank XXX tellers are highly rated by customers, with the majority of respondents giving positive evaluations of teller services. Cooperation between tellers and Customer Service is also considered important in providing integrated and comprehensive services to customers. This research provides valuable insights for banking companies in improving services and maintaining customer loyalty.

Rock strength is the ability of a rock to maintain its strength until it breaks when a force is applied. Rock compressive strength is a very important parameter in the world of mining. The compressive strength of the rock determines the mining method that will be used. Several things that influence the compressive strength of rock include porosity, true specific gravity, and water content. With the same volume, if the porosity value is high, the true specific gravity value will be low because of the large number of pores in the rock. This allows the compressive strength value to be low because the rock will crumble more easily when pressure is applied. After testing, the highest compressive strength value was in the Pulaubalang Formation, location 2, with a value of 2.19 MPa. Meanwhile, the lowest compressive strength value was in the Kampungbaru Formation, location 1, with a value of 1.49 MPa. In accordance with the stratigraphic layers in the Kutai Basin, the Pulaubalang Formation is older than the Kampungbaru Formation.
 
 

Folklore is part of cultural history that reflects the past and thoughts of the community, passed down from generation to generation orally or in writing, and contains various values of life. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with a structural approach, aiming to analyze the religious values contained in the folklore “Sunan Muria Mosque” contained in the book “East Coast Folklore” by Mohammad Kanzunnudin, published by CV Adhigama in 2024. The data is a fragment of the story “Masjid Sunan Muria”. The research data are facts about the structure and religious values found in the folklore. The data collection technique used reading and listening methods. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman method which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the analysis show that the folklore “Masjid Sunan Muria” contains motifs of shortcomings and shortcomings that can be overcome as well as exemplary religious values, including aspects of belief, worship, knowledge, and practice. Sunan Muria, the main character in the story, shows a strong belief in the teachings of Islam and his ability to practice these values in real actions. The implication of this research is to provide inspiration and learning about the importance of religious values in everyday life and how these values can be applied for the common good.

Hal ini melibatkan pengalihan beberapa aset konvensional ke perusahaan lain dalam Kelompok Usaha Bank, sehingga jumlah cabang berkurang secara signifikan dari 16 menjadi hanya 2. Dengan meminimalkan cabang dan jaringan ATM dan berfokus pada pengembangan sistem dan teknologi untuk menyediakan layanan perbankan digital dan peningkatan pengalaman nasabah melalui aplikasi Allo Bank,perseroan telah mampu menekan biaya operasional dari 82% (2021) menjadi 60% (2022) dari pendapatan operasional (PT Allo Bank Indonesia Tbk., 2022). Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif karena dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data empiris yang berupa fakta atau angka yang bisa dihitung yaitu laporan arus kas PT Allo Bank Indonesia. Penelitian ini menyelidiki dampak pelaporan keuangan terhadap kinerja ekonomi PT.Allo Bank Indonesia adalah bank terkemuka di dunia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan bank, seperti dampak pelaporan keuangan terhadap kinerja perekonomian, dan dampak pelaporan keuangan terhadap rasio aset bank terhadap kinerja perekonomian.

Financial distress is a situation felt by a company facing a financial downturn which is very detrimental to the company's development, so that it will trigger many losses. This research aims to understand what influences the probability of financial distress in a company. This research uses Profitability (ROA), Leverage (DER), Liquidity (CR), Firm Size (LnTA), and Sales Growth (SG) for financial distress. The sample used for observations was 28 industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018 - 2022 period. The sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is logistic regression analysis. The observation results show that the ROA, CR and Firm Size proxies have a significant negative influence on financial distress and DER has a significant positive influence on financial distress. Meanwhile, Sales Growth results show that it has no effect on financial distress in industrial sector companies

Madu Apiari Mutiara is a company that operates in the field of derivative honey products such as pure honey, candy, soap, and health products such as propolis and other derivative products which have various shapes and compositions. This condition makes it necessary to have the most efficient spatial layout of work areas and production facilities in order to increase work morale and work productivity in terms of the layout of production facilities. The method used to solve this problem is the BLOCPLAN method. This method can solve facility layout problems in CV Madu Apiari Mutiara production houses with the level of close relationship, area requirements, taking into account the distance of material movement and final layout. The area on CV. Madu Apiari Mutiara is 100 m2, the total area requirement is 70.48 m2. There are 3 alternative layouts in the BLOCPLAN method, the proposed layout chosen is based on the R-Score value which is close to 1, namely the 2nd layout with a material movement distance efficiency of 8.1 meters or 20.9%.

This research aims to determine sales promotion in a Secondary purchasing decision and determine the influence of sales promotion on purchasing decisions. The theory used in this research is marketing communication from Hermawan 2012 and Kotler & Keller's sales promotion theory which includes discounts, game contests and sweepstakes, package prices, premiums, and related promotions. The theory used in purchasing decisions from Kotler & Keller includes problem recognition, information search, alternative evaluation, purchasing decisions, and post-purchase behavior. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach with survey methods and data collection techniques carried out using questionnaires. The population in this study was 354 and the sample used was 78 respondents using the Slovin formula.

Indonesia adheres to a democratic government system that relies on the principle of checks and balances. This principle is inherent in the legislative institution, namely the DPR, which has the right to carry out its duties, one of which is the right to inquiry. In the election context, the right to inquiry can be used to investigate fraud or violations that occur in the election administration process. However, the use of the right to inquiry currently still raises pros and cons among the public. In response to this, this research aims to understand the juridical considerations regarding the right to inquiry in holding elections and analyze the influence of the right to inquiry on elections. The method used in this research is descriptive normative law by studying or reviewing primary and secondary legal materials. This research shows that the DPR’s right to inquiry cannot influence or cancel the election results. However, the DPR’s right to inquiry can be used to request information from the government regarding the implementation of elections.
