Management of education in an educational organization is very important to do to create a special educational atmosphere for effective, efficient and conducive learning so that educational goals can be easily achieved. The purpose of this research is to describe the management of education, namely the management of learning, classrooms, teachers and offices and to describe the impact of education management on the quality of education in KB Nur-Masithah Sampang. The research method is a case study approach. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis technique with reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. While the data validity technique is triangulation of sources and techniques.
The results showed: the management of education in the aspect of learning management by setting the learning schedule into three parts, namely thematic, religion and sports and educational games. Aspects of classroom management by grouping the class into 2 parts, namely the age group of 3-4 years and the age group of 5-6 years. Aspects of teacher management by dividing teachers based on class groups. Aspects of office management by arranging the teacher's room and office. While the impact of education management on school quality is that learning runs and is efficient, principals can measure learning success and teachers can measure and control student achievement.

<p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of the variables of professionalism, placement, experience and work discipline on the performance of the employees of the Klaten Regency Education Office. This research method uses a quantitative research design. The population in all employees who work in the Klaten Regency Education Office is 86 people. The sampling technique used in this study is the Census technique with a sample of 86 respondents. Collecting data by using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression test, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination.</em><em>The results showed that professionalism, placement, experience and work discipline had an effect on employee performance at the Klaten Regency Education Office.</em><em>Suggestions from this research, the Education Office of Klaten Regency continues to improve professionalism, placement, experience and work discipline, so that employee performance will increase and be better than before.</em></p>

<pre><em>This research aims to offer new insights on the influence of safety leadership and safety climate on safety performance with safety behavior as a mediating variable. The population of this research is all top and middle management workers of tanker crew management companies in the Central Java and Yogyakarta areas, totaling 44 respondents using the census method. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this research is path analysis (part analysis). The results showed that safety leadership had a positive and significant effect on safety behavior, safety climate had a positive and significant effect on safety behavior, safety leadership had a positive and significant effect on safety performance, safety climate had a positive and significant effect on safety performance and safety behavior could mediate the behavioral relationship safety to safety performance.</em><em></em></pre><p>Penelilitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan keselamatan dan iklim keselamatan terhadap kinerja keselamatan dengan perilaku keselamatan sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi riset ini ialah seluruh pekerja <em>top</em> dan <em>middle management</em> perusahaan pengelola awak mobil tangki area Jawa Tengah dan daerah Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 44 responden dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur (<em>part analysis</em>). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan keselamatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keselamatan<em>, </em>iklim keselamatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keselamatan<em>, </em>kepemimpinan keselamatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keselamatan, iklim keselamatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keselamatan dan perilaku keselamatan dapat memediasi hubungan perilaku keselamatan terhadap kinerja keselamatan.</p><pre><em><br /></em></pre>

Combining culture and technology is one solution to digitizing an area's local wisdom. Technology is expected to be an educational medium for the younger generation to know the history and meaning of a historical story. The island of Bali has a lot of the previous history, one of which is about the Puputan Klungkung war. Based on the results of questionnaires to 40 respondents by simple random sampling, 77.5% of respondents did not know the history of the Klungkung puputan and its meaning. To maintain the history of the puputan war, it is necessary to introduce the next generation but keep abreast of technological developments so that the research aims to design a media in the form of a mobile game. This mobile game media was chosen because of its popularity in Indonesian society, both among children to adults, thus creating interest in playing media games. The game design adapts to the scheme of the design pattern by using simple, cultured, and informative concepts. This development resulted in the design of the character of the king of Klungkung and the Dutch army and the layout design of the game Puputan Klungkung.

Home security system is a term to describe a system of protection for residents in the environment and its surroundings from the interference of crime. A house has been equipped with high technology and can be connected to the security equipment in the house. Home security is made in order to create security, comfort and safety for residents of the house and can maintain the security of the environment without monitoring. Home security can be operated via a microcontroller and a mobile device. Home security in Indonesia is currently classified as very important, this is because the crime rate is increasing every year. The development of home security has been carried out using various existing technologies, such as the nodemcu microcontroller, which is a hardware platform intended to create prototypes of interactive electronic equipment based on flexible and easy-to-use hardware and software.
This research was conducted to produce a simple home security system by utilizing nodemcu technology and a combination of sensors and an ESP32 cam as a medium to be able to run sensors and home security cameras. This research was conducted by conducting a literature study, exploring the technologies used, as well as the concept of mobile-based software development. The next step is to define requirements, analysis, design, and implementation (programming and testing the system that has been built).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap pemahaman generasi milenial terhadap financial technology dengan studi kasus mahasiswa Universitas STEKOM yang berada di wilayah Sruwen, Tengaran, Kabupaten Semarang. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 30 responden mahasiswa Universitas STEKOM Kampus Sruwen program studi Komputerisasi Akuntansi dan Teknik Informatika dengan teknik sampling nonrandom sampling. Metode analisa data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana (simple linear regression). Karakteristik responden didominasi mahasiswa sebanyak 21 orang (70%) dan mahasiswi sebanyak 9 orang (30%). Berdasarkan hasl uji t didapatkan t-hitung 2,560 (df=2,045) dengan Sig. 0,023 < 0,05 dan menunjukkan bahwa variabel Literasi Keuangan (X) memberi pengaruh  positif serta signifikan atas Pemahaman Fintech (Y).  

Peneliti menilai bahwa penurunan prestasi kerja karyawan dapat disebabkan kurangnya kerjasama antar tim dan setiap individu cenderung menjatuhkan. Hal ini mungkin dapat disebabkan oleh penempatan kerja yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan saat ini yang tidak tepat dikarenakan perusahaan menerima orang-orang yang tidak berpengalaman untuk mengisi beberapa posisi. Akibatnya karyawan lama sering mengeluh karena karyawan baru tersebut sering bertanya kepada mereka. Dan juga pada hal kinerja, pimpinan sering memberikan instruksi yang tidak jelas serta penilaian kinerja yang tidak sesuai harapan karyawan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT Harini Mandiri Medan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 42 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan hasil kuesioner yang telah dibagikan. Sedangkan untuk analisis data, peneliti menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa penempatan kerja dan kinerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT Harini Mandiri Medan. Secara parsial penempatan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja PT Harini Mandiri Medan. Secara parsial kinerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja PT Harini Mandiri Medan.

UPTD Puskesmas Cepiring yang terletak di Desa Cepiring Kec. Cepiring, yaitu di Jl. St. No. 9 Duwet-Cepiring. Letak UPTD Puskesmas Cepiring sangat strategis karena mudah dijangkau dari berbagai arah. UPTD Puskesmas Cepiring ini masih menggunakan cara konvensional, dengan mencatat pada buku dan Microsot Excel didalam menjalankan sistem keuangannya terutama dalam Laporan Keuangan sehingga sering mengalami masalah seperti ketidakcocokan antara pemasukan kas dan pengeluaran kas.
Sistem pelaporan UPTD Puskesmas Cepiring meliputi pencatatan pendapatan, pencatatan biaya, dan penyajian laporan keuangan, untuk itu sebagai suatu instansi yang sedang berkembang UPTD Puskesmas Cepiring membutuhkan perkembangan teknologi informasi untuk mencapai kualitas yang lebih baik. Kepala bidang keuangan yang selama ini masih menggunakan format penulisan konvensional tersebut, beberapa permasalahan yang masih sering muncul adalah dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan atau laba/rugi disebabkan terjadinya human eror, karena pencatatan juga terkadang dilakukan seadanya. Selain itu belum adanya suatu sistem informasi akuntansi keuangan yang memenuhi pada bagian Keuangan sehingga sering mengalami beberapa permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan data keuangan

Autopsi forensik tidak dapat dilepaskan dari tujuan utama penemuan penyebab pasti kematian seseorang. KUHP Pasal 222 dan KUHAP Pasal 133 dan 134, telah mengatur mengenai autopsi forensik. Adanya ketentuan mengenai pemberitahuan kepada keluarga korban untuk dilakukannya autopsi forensik, merupakan kendala tersendiri di dalam implementasinya, yang justru menghambat penegakan hukum dalam kasus-kasus kematian yang tidak wajar. Padahal, hanya melalui autopsi forensik suatu kebenaran materiil dapat diungkap kebenarannya secara ilmiah, baik pada saat dimulainya penyelidikan perkara sampai dengan pembuktian perkara di pengadilan. Beberapa kasus dan putusan pengadilan yang telah berkekuatan hukum tetap mengindikasikan mengenai pentingnya posisi autopsi forensik dalam pembuktian kasus-kasus kematian yang diformulasikan sebagai tindak pidana materiil. Oleh karena itu, dalam kasus-kasus kematian tidak wajar, seyogianya pelaksanaan autopsi forensik tidak harus menunggu persetujuan keluarga korban demi tercapainya kepastian hukum yang adil, baik bagi korban, pelaku maupun masyarakat.

This study aims to see how much influence the financial technology variable with the e-commerce variable has on the financial satisfaction variable in the city of Salatiga, Central Java province. Data collection was carried out for one month using Googleform to find out answers related to research variables and respondent biodata. Respondents consist of SMEs in the city of Salatiga with a total of 100 respondents. The assessment of the answers to the questionnaire uses a Likert scale. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression assisted by SPSS 23 software to process it. The final result shows that financial technology and e-commerce variables have a significant influence on financial satisfaction. The e-commerce variable is the most dominant in achieving optimal financial satisfaction for respondents.
