Religiosity as the internalization of religious values related to belief in religious teachings. These beliefs are then actualized in human behavior. This research is included in the type of qualitative research with a case study approach. The conceptual boundaries of this research are religiosity, teenagers aged 18 - 21 years, and subjects who live in Village "X". The subjects in this research were teenagers who were alcoholics, both male and female, totaling 5 subjects. In this research, nonprobability sampling technique was used with purposive sampling. Subjects have a level of belief in God, religion and sin in their religion. Having high intentions can influence the subject's level of commitment to carrying out ritualistic activities. Subject knowledge regarding religious knowledge is fulfilled through developing digital media. Subjects' feelings towards ritual activities and their experiences of consuming alcohol vary. subject, no one mentioned behaving well because they were motivated by the teachings of their religion. All subjects felt comfortable with the circle of friends that the subjects were now living in. Factors that influence individuals to consume alcohol are environmental factors and the individual's own desires.

This study aims to determine the effect of exemplary Christian Religious Education (PAK) teachers on Christian character building and learning interest of grade XI students of HKBP 1 Tarutung Private High School in the 2023/2024 school year. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with inferential statistics. The study population included all grade XI students, totaling 214 people, with a sample of 43 students (20% of the population). Data were obtained through a closed questionnaire totaling 55 items. The results of the analysis show: 1) There is a significant influence of exemplary PAK teachers on the formation of students' Christian character, with the value of F count 10.628> F table 4.08 and an influence of 20.6%; 2) The exemplary of PAK teachers also affects students' interest in learning, with the value of F count 24.274 > F table 4.08 and an influence of 37.2%; 3) The exemplary of PAK teachers has a simultaneous influence on the formation of Christian character and student interest in learning, with the value of F count 14.411 > F table 3.08 and an influence of 41.9%. This result shows that the exemplary role of PAK teachers plays an important role in the formation of Christian character and increasing students' interest in learning. Thus, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, which confirms that the teacher's example has a significant positive impact on students.

The inaccuracy of the disease diagnosis code is one of the problem affecting the quality of health services. Based on the preliminary result, 89 outpatient diagnosis codes in a medical record found 30 inaccuracies data from SIMPUS result of general poly at Purwoharjo Health Center. The impact of this inaccuracy has been influenced by the accuracy of disease data that resulted from making report data. The purpose of this study was to analyze the inaccuracy of disease diagnosis codes for outpatient medical records with SIMPUS at Purwoharjo Public Health Center. It was a descriptive study with observation, interviews, and documentation data collection. The object of this study was 95 outpatient medical records with simple random sampling. The result of this research was found 42% inaccuracy code of outpatient medical records with SIMPUS. The cause of these problems was the coder less careful in enforcing the disease diagnosis code because of the high workload of the coder and there’s no job description in SOP, so the advice that can be given to Purwoharo Health Center is to hold a division of tasks evenly and can be written in the SOP job description.

The office of the prosecutor, in its efforts to combat corruption, needs to collaborate with the Attorney General's Office, the High Prosecutor's Office, and the District Attorney's Office to protect and reclaim state financial losses. The research aims to understand the role of the prosecutor's office in asset recovery to prevent corruption crimes in Indonesia. The research method used is normative juridical. The findings indicate that asset recovery starts from monitoring the wealth of potential suspects and is followed by an investigation. The government should put in place measures to prevent crime, such as verifying the identities of public officials and their families and monitoring their bank accounts to stop the laundering of criminal proceeds. In 2022, the prosecutor's office successfully recovered IDR 39.207 trillion and has recovered by 2024 of IDR 23 trillion. The conquest demonstrates the effectiveness of the prosecutor's office challenges, including a lack of witnesses, limited resources, lengthy audit processes, inadequate indictment applications, differences in understanding between prosecutors and judges, and difficulties in asset seizure and tracking.

Islamic education at SMPN 02 Abung Pekurun is often perceived as less engaging and fails to receive positive responses from students due to the limited creativity of teachers in utilizing instructional media. A quantitative study was conducted using a Quasi-Experimental approach to evaluate the effect of using the Wordwall website as a learning media in enhancing students' learning interest. The experimental group utilized Wordwall, while the control group employed conventional methods. The t-test results indicate a significant difference in students' learning interest, with the experimental group averaging 59.18 and the control group averaging 47.35. This finding reaffirms that the use of Wordwall can enhance the effectiveness of Islamic education, enrich students' learning experiences, and provide an engaging alternative through technology in the educational process. This research contributes significantly to the development of more innovative and technology-oriented teaching methods.

Inquiry skills are essential for prospective physics teachers. Inquiry skills are a necessary in the educational curriculum because they can help students construct scientific knowledge and skills, essential activities in science learning. This research aims to validate the scientific inquiry skills test used to evaluate the scientific inquiry skills of prospective physics teachers. This research used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional survey design. The adapted inquiry skills test questions consisted of 35 items covering nine aspects of inquiry skills. The participants in this research were 168 prospective physics teachers who were chosen randomly and came from educational institutions on the islands of Indonesia. The results show that the adapted inquiry skills test meets the validity and reliability criteria based on Rasch parameters. On average, students' skills are still low in answering inquiry skills test questions. Analysis of differential item function reveals that the inquiry skills test items contain minimal biases based on university category and gender but are slightly larger based on semester level. The inquiry skills scores of students in semesters II, IV, and VI were not significantly different. The inquiry skills scores of male students are significantly different from the inquiry skills scores of female students. The adapted inquiry skills test instrument has met the criteria of validity, reliability, and slight bias based on university category and gender. A small number of test items need to be corrected so they are not biased based on the student's semester level. The evaluation results show that male students show better inquiry skills than female students. Reorganization is needed in planning and implementing learning strategies that can facilitate the inquiry skills of prospective physics teachers.

This program aims to enhance collective awareness among residents about the importance of waste management and environmental preservation, making Desa Sukaresmi a pioneer in sustainable waste management practices that can be emulated by other villages The method used in this service is direct observation in Desa Sukaresmi The results obtained from this service include the revitalization of a beautiful village park in front of the Desa Sukaresmi office, with a satisfaction rating of 90% from the community of Desa Sukaresmi.

Penelitian ini menggunakan COBIT 2019 sebagai kerangka kerja untuk mengevaluasi tata kelola TI pada PT. Pundi Mas Berjaya (Jova Software) Medan. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan melakukan identifikasi domain menggunakan design factor. Dari hasil identifikasi terdapat 3 domain yang perlu dilakukan evaluasi, yakni BAI.04, BAI.11, dan APO.11. Tahap selanjutnya adalah dengan melakukan penilaian level kapabilitas yang dimulai dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada kepala divisi TI perusahaan, dimana data hasil kuesioner digunakan untuk menilai level kapabilitas dengan hasil BAI.04 berada di level kapabilitas 4, BAI.11 berada di level kapabilitas 3, dan APO.11 berada di level kapabilitas 2. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis kesenjangan berdasarkan hasil penilaian level kapabilitas. Didapati kesenjangan untuk BAI.04 sebesar 0, BAI.11 sebesar 1, dan APO.11 sebesar 2. Pemberian rekomendasi berdasarkan analisis kesenjangan, diberikan sebanyak 13 rekomendasi untuk mengatasi kesenjangan yang terjadi saat ini.

Optimization of community empowerment through mushroom cultivation has a major problem, namely the lack of implementation of digital marketing strategies in oyster mushroom cultivation to increase market access, sales efficiency, and production capacity. With the implementation of digital marketing strategies, the Sukahurip II Farmer Group can promote their products more widely, effectively, reach a larger market and increase sales. The methods used include training and assistance in the use of digital platforms such as social media, e-commerce, and online marketing applications. The results of this implementation show that with the support of digital marketing, the community is able to increase income, expand customer networks, and strengthen their position in the market. This study provides practical guidance for the implementation of digital marketing strategies in oyster mushroom cultivation businesses, as well as providing recommendations for the development of similar empowerment models in other sectors.
