.Quality of life impairment, eye complications, and total vision loss are complications if cataracts are not detected or detected too late. Early vision problems detection can prevent these complications. “Posbindu” is the first line of health services in the community in Indonesian country, that place could be used to early detection of visual impairment. The community health worker could do early detection cataract if they have this knowledge and skills. The training community health worker have been done with Cataract Early Detection Module. This module contains: knowledge about cataracts, cataracts early detecetion using the "LIHAT" technique, and pre-post cataract surgery care. The training have been done in Gemahsari, Suradadi subdistrict, Tegal district.

Nowadays, being apart from gadgets is impossible, gadget fever doesn't matter according to age, in fact, many children are addicted to it so parents need wise attitudes in using technology [1]. Using gadgets for too long is very dangerous for children's eye health [2]. Eye contact with the gadget automatically reduces the frequency of blinking. As a result, the eyes are dry, sore and painful. Then, the eyes become red and itchy, and the child even feels nauseous and dizzy [3].
About 83 percent of the information humans obtain comes through the eyes. Research data shows that the prevalence of blindness in children is 0.2 – 0.3/1000 children in developed countries and 1.0 -1.5/1000 children in developing countries, including the majority of countries in Asia. Around 85 percent of the causes of blindness can be avoided or prevented, namely 78.6 percent can be treated and 7 percent are preventable causes [4].
Carrying out regular eye examinations on children from the age of 3 -5 years is very important to detect problems in children from the start. Usually, an eye examination is carried out if parents notice early symptoms such as the child having difficulty seeing up close or far away or if there is a family history of eye problems. In fact, eye examinations for children are very important to ensure that the child's eyes are healthy and do not have vision problems that could interfere with school performance and have the potential to further affect the child's health [5]. This service activity was carried out through material presentation lectures, practice of using APE Fun Thinkers, Role Play, discussion, evaluation and mentoring of posyandu cadres with the result that there was an increase in knowledge from posyandu health cadres about the importance of visual stimulation which can help improve the play experience of early childhood in recognizing the surrounding environment carefully and well through the sensors they have.

This research aims to determine the influence of prestige and social environment on the interest of Islamic Banking Department students at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang to work in Islamic banks. Prestige and social environment are two factors that are thought to influence students' interest in working in Islamic banks. This research used a quantitative method with an incidental sampling technique using the Slovin formula to obtain 93 samples. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis technique via SmartPls. The results of the research show that the Prestige variable obtained a t-statistical value of 4.349 > 1.96 with a p-value of 0.000 < less than the significance level of 0.05, so it can be explained that prestige has a positive and significant effect on student interest and the Social Environment variable obtained a t-value statistics 2,931 > 1.96 with a p-value of 0.004 < less than the significance level of 0.05, so it can be explained that the Social Environment has a positive and significant effect on students' interest in working in sharia banks. The conclusion of this research is that prestige and the social environment influence the interest of students from the Sharia Banking Department at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang to work in a sharia bank. The higher the prestige of a job and the more supportive the social environment, the higher the student's interest in working in a sharia bank.

This research aims to examine the factors that influence the ability of class IX junior high school students in Kotamobagu City, North Sulawesi Province, Indonesia, to solve story problems, both theoretical and applied. A total of two hundred and four students in the 2023/2024 academic year were selected using a double-phased cluster sampling technique. The research instrument used in this research was theoretical and applied mathematics story test questions created by researchers. The data obtained were analyzed using path analysis. The results of the analysis show that solving theoretical and applied mathematics story problems shows the same tendency, which is influenced both directly by mathematical numerical and verbal abilities and indirectly by the ability to create mathematical models. From these results, teachers must strive to improve numerical and verbal mathematical abilities because these two abilities, directly or indirectly through the ability to create mathematical models together, can improve students' abilities in solving theoretical and applied word problems.

Indonesia is home to approximately 400 mountains that attract climbers, both local and international. The increasing number of climbers each year correlates with a rise in accidents. According to data from the National Search and Rescue Agency (BASARNAS), climbing accidents have increased over the past four years. In 2018 alone, there were 23 incidents resulting in 6 fatalities, 4 climbers reported missing, 7 climbers fell ill, and 592 climbers were rescued. Human error, such as choosing the wrong route and adverse weather conditions, remains the primary cause of climbers getting lost. To address these challenges, this research develops a GPS and Long Range (LoRa) based mountain climber monitoring system. The system utilizes GPS to track climbers' locations, heart rate sensors to monitor health conditions, and a buzzer for early warnings when climbers enter restricted areas. It also features a panic button for sending SOS signals to rescue posts. Agile Scrum methodology is employed in the system development, enabling iterative and collaborative software development. Research findings indicate that this system enhances efficiency and effectiveness in monitoring and rescuing climbers in distress, thereby improving mountain climbing safety and comfort.

Abstrak:
Employment agreements are a crucial step in establishing the employer-employee relationship. While both the Indonesian Labor Law and the Job Creation Law encourage written agreements, verbal contracts are also legally recognized. Written employment agreements serve as a binding instrument and evidence, yet many labor relationships operate without them. This can lead to legal disputes, particularly regarding workers' rights, as exemplified in the Mamuju District Court Decision No. 2/PDT.SUS-PHI/2018/PN.Mam. This study employs a descriptive-analytical approach, adhering to the normative legal research method. Secondary data is gathered from primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. The findings reveal that workers' rights under verbal agreements are still protected by the Labor Law and the Job Creation Law. However, the absence of written documentation of agreed-upon terms for termination of employment can pose challenges in proving these terms in court. In the Mamuju District Court Decision No. 2/PDT.SUS-PHI/2018/PN, the court ordered the defendant to pay double the plaintiff's entitlements due to the wrongful termination of employment through coercion. The court found that the plaintiff's termination was unrelated to any company policy violation and could not be substantiated due to the lack of written documentation.

This research is intended to: (1) find out how effective the implementation of Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (ETLE) is for traffic violations based on Law no. 22 of 2009 concerning Traffic in Gorontalo City. The research results show, first, the implementation of the ETLE system for traffic violations based on the LLAJ Law in Gorontalo City is to modernize the system for handling traffic violations, enforce traffic laws, and in order to instill a culture of compliance in traffic. Apart from that, the implementation of the ETLE system in Gorontalo City is quite effective and better than conventional systems because the ETLE system can produce more violation data, is efficient in terms of time, and does not require deploying officers in the field directly. Second, the factors that hinder the implementation of the ETLE system in Gorontalo City are the lack of a culture of traffic compliance by the community, a mismatch between the data held by officers and the data recorded by the ETLE system, and the ETLE system not being able to detect certain types of violations.
