Data networks are the lifeblood of modern life, connecting people and information at high speeds. Frame Relay technology plays an important role in delivering efficient and reliable data connectivity, like a water pipe that flows information seamlessly. Specifically designed for Wide Area Network (WAN), Frame Relay works at layer 2, optimizing data transmission between remote locations. This research uses experimental research. Experimental research is a manipulative process that needs to be carried out by applying certain treatments/treatments to research subjects and observing/measuring the effects. This research was conducted by looking at the results of the ping test on Router 1, Router 2 and Router 3 in sending messages over the network in 1 cloud The "ping" command is used to test the network connection by sending packets to the specified IP address. The results of the "ping" command show that the network connection to IP address 192.168.5.100 can be guaranteed successfully, with an average response time of about 16 ms. The frame relay circuit on the cloud router uses frame relay technology to send data between connected devices. The cloud router becomes the center of the frame relay network and manages the data traffic between the devices. IP network configuration can be done automatically through DHCP Ping also shows that the network is reliable with a minimum response time of 13 ms, a maximum of 19 ms, and an average of 16 ms.

This community service activity was conducted in RT 004, Tebet Timur Dalam, with the aim of introducing and promoting Microsoft Project as a tool to enhance project management skills. Microsoft Project is software that facilitates efficient project planning, management, and evaluation. The implementation methods included material delivery, discussions, and practical simulations using simple case studies relevant to the participants' needs. The results of this activity demonstrated that participants gained a basic understanding of project management concepts and fundamental skills in using Microsoft Project. This training is expected to enhance the community's ability to design and manage projects, whether for personal or communal purposes, thereby supporting more structured and effective activity management.

The maritime industry, as one of the vital sectors in the global economy, plays an indispensable role in facilitating international trade and the transportation of goods worldwide. However, confronted with challenges of heightened global competition and fluctuations in fuel prices, the industry needs to seek solutions to enhance efficiency and overall performance. This study assesses the application of Lean Management Principles in the maritime industry, emphasizing strategies such as value stream mapping, waste identification, and employee training as crucial for success. Findings reveal potential for enhancing operational efficiency and reducing waste, along with additional benefits such as heightened customer satisfaction and contributions to environmental sustainability. Recommendations for further research encompass case studies on Lean Management implementation in the maritime industry, the development of tailored implementation models, and investigations into the environmental ramifications of Lean Management application. In conclusion, the implementation of Lean Management holds significant promise for improving the performance of the maritime industry and fostering its overall development.

This research is a type of quantitative research with non-probability methods. The population of this study is unknown, so it uses the Lemeshow formula, and the number of samples used is 100 respondents. The data collection technique used convenience sampling with the distribution of questionnaires that had been tested for the validity and reliability of the data. The data analysis method used consisted of descriptive analysis, evaluation of the outer model, evaluation of the inner model, and evaluation of indirect effects (mediation). The data analysis tool in this study uses the SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that perceived of usefulness has a positive and insignificant effect on online purchasing behavior with a significance value of 1.326 < 1.96. Perceived of usefulness has a positive and significant effect on e-wallet user satisfaction with a significance value of 2.685 < 1.96. E-wallet user satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on online purchasing behavior with a significance value of 3.794 < 1.96. Perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on e-wallet user satisfaction with a significance value of 8.397 < 1.96. E-wallet user satisfaction has a positive and significant effect in mediating the relationship between perceived of usefulness and online purchasing behavior with a significance value of 2.685 < 1.96.

The aim of this service is to increase religious moderation for teachers at the Al-Qur'an Education Park and Mosque Takmir in Lemahbang village, Jumapolo sub-district, Karanganyar district so that in carrying out their social activities they can provide coolness and provide a message of peace, especially for the children of the Al-Qur'an Education Park and the community. common for the Takmir of the Mosque. This service was carried out with consideration because Lemahbang village consists of many mass organizations, including Muhammadiyah, Nahdlatul Ulama, Al-Qur'an Tafsir Council, Indonesian Da'wah Council Institute and others. This service activity was carried out in Lemahbang village, Jumapolo subdistrict, Karanganyar district in February 2023. Lemahbang subdistrict consists of 20 RTs and 8 RWs and there are 8 villages in it. This activity involved Al-Qur'an Education Park teachers and mosque Takmirs throughout Lemahbang village which was carried out through three phases, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. This religious moderation service activity is based on 4 things, namely tolerance, accommodating local culture, national commitment and non-violence. The results of this service show that the four things that underlie religious moderation are implemented well by the teachers at the Al-Qur'an Education Park and Takmir mosque in Lemahbang village. This happens because of their commitment to maintaining the calm of Lemahbang village where they live.

Sasaran kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Pokdarwis Ladewa di Desa Trowulan, Kecamatan Trowulan, Kabupaten Mojokerto. Implementation of the Manhaji Method in understanding the yellow book at the Darul Arifin Muaro Islamic Boarding School, Jambi, Islamic Religious Education Master's Study Program, Sulthan Tthaha Saifuddin University, Jambi 2024.Methods for understanding the Yellow Book in learning activities, especially in the method of reading yellow words, educators must try to achieve the goals as much as possible. One way is to use appropriate teaching methods. Method is one of the tools to achieve learning goals. Therefore, educators should be smart in choosing and using the right methods so that they can support teaching and learning activities and can be used as efficient tools to achieve goals. The purpose of this research is to describe (1) To find out the background and purpose of implementing the Manhaji method in learning the Yellow Book for students at the Darul Arifin Islamic boarding school. (2) To find out the obstacles in the field to the application of the Manhaji method at the Darul Arifin Islamic boarding school. (3) To find out the application of the Manhaji method at the Darul Arifin Islamic boarding school. This research was conducted at Darul Arifin Muaro Jambi using qualitative research and a descriptive approach. Research data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis for this research was carried out using the steps of data collection, data reduction, drawing conclusions and verification. Meanwhile, diligent observation and triangulation as well as discussions were carried out as an effort to test the validity of the data. The results of this research show that: (1) The Manhaji learning concept is divided into several parts, starting from planning objectives, determining learning materials, determining methods, determining time allocation and use of media. (2) The implementation carried out during learning in madrasa classes is divided into three parts, namely preliminary activities, core learning activities, and closing activities. (3) Manhaji content/material, as follows: volume I (Mastering the ins and outs of Isim and fi'il which include, ma'rifat nakirah, Mabni, Mu'rob, Tasrif Fi'il patterns) volume II (Mastering the Tasrif Fi'il patterns il Mazid, and Mustaqqaat such as isim Fail. Maful, isim Zaman and Isim Makan), volume III (Mastering Umdah Sum, Mubtada, Khabar, Fi'il Fail, and Awamil. (Inna, Kaana and Dhzanna) volume IV (Mastering Takmilah Sum (Na'at taukid, Athf Badal Mafu'lat). (4) Evaluation of Manhaji material is carried out during the learning process and outside the learning process, in the form of written tests and oral tests.

This research explores the evaluation of financial performance in banking companies through financial ratio analysis and case studies. Analyzing three banks – BNI, BRI, and Bank Mandiri – reveals variations in stock prices, financial efficiency, and net profit performance. The conclusion is that BNI's stock is undervalued, BRI's is overvalued, and Bank Mandiri's situation is mixed. Although debt ratios are safe, both ROA and ROE fall below standards. However, operational efficiency is reflected in a healthy NPM. This study provides in-depth insights into the complexity of banking companies' performance.

Land and Building Tax is a levy that must be paid for the existence of land and buildings that provide benefits and socio-economic status for a person or entity who has rights or receives benefits.Collection of Land and Building Tax is revenue from the taxation sector which is the right of the Regional Government as original regional income and is a source of funds to carry out regional development. Cooperation from all implementing officers and the community must be carried out to support an increase in Original Regional Income, especially Land and Building Tax. This type of research falls into qualitative analysis. Qualitative analysis aims to provide an in-depth explanation of a phenomenon by collecting comprehensive data. To understand and explain the land and building tax collection services at the Sukoharjo Regency Regional Revenue and Asset Financial Management Agency, there are several factors that need attention. The results of the research describing the Land and Building Tax collection services during the research show that land and building tax collection by BPKPAD has been carried out in accordance with the expectations of the local community, namely taxpayers. However, maximum results have not been achieved because there is still one problem. This means that there is no definite date for tax collection by the tax collector. It was also found that there were still obstacles in collecting land and building tax at the Financial Management Agency.
