To generate a high quality HR performance demands effective skill management, the variables that might affect the quality of HR performance are communication and work discipline that run simultaneously. The goal of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of communication and work discipline on employee performance, as well as to determine and analyze which of the two variables is the most dominating on the performance of Elisa Malang inpatient clinic staff. The aim of this service is to increase religious moderation for teachers at the Al-Qur'an Education Park and Mosque Takmir in Lemahbang village, Jumapolo sub-district, Karanganyar district so that in carrying out their social activities they can provide coolness and provide a message of peace, especially for the children of the Al-Qur'an Education Park and the community. common for the Takmir of the Mosque. This service was carried out with consideration because Lemahbang village consists of many mass organizations, including Muhammadiyah, Nahdlatul Ulama, Al-Qur'an Tafsir Council, Indonesian Da'wah Council Institute and others. This service activity was carried out in Lemahbang village, Jumapolo subdistrict, Karanganyar district in February 2023. Lemahbang subdistrict consists of 20 RTs and 8 RWs and there are 8 villages in it. This activity involved Al-Qur'an Education Park teachers and mosque Takmirs throughout Lemahbang village which was carried out through three phases, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. This religious moderation service activity is based on 4 things, namely tolerance, accommodating local culture, national commitment and non-violence. The results of this service show that the four things that underlie religious moderation are implemented well by the teachers at the Al-Qur'an Education Park and Takmir mosque in Lemahbang village. This happens because of their commitment to maintaining the calm of Lemahbang village where they live.

Teknologi virtual tour mencapai puncak saat terjadi pandemi covid-19 dan menjadi solusi untuk tetap berwisata meskipun secara virtual saat ada pembatasan aktifitas. Virtual tour juga menjadi solusi untuk tetap menjaga objek wisata cagar budaya (heritage tourism) dari kerusakan sehingga bisa dikelola secara berkelanjutan. Pemasaran digital menjadi metode yang penting untuk diterapkan dalam pembuatan virtual tour. Sehingga pelaku industri pariwisata seperti pokdarwis bisa memaksimalkan metode ini. Sehingga perlu diadakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat terkait pembuatan virtual tour dan pemasaran digital untuk penguatan pariwisata berkelanjutan. Sasaran kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Pokdarwis Ladewa di Desa Trowulan, Kecamatan Trowulan, Kabupaten Mojokerto. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemuda yang tergabung dalam organisasi pokdarwis dalam memasarkan situs cagar budaya di Desa Trowulan melalui pembuatan virtual tour 3600 berbasis eco-heritage. Implementation of the Manhaji Method in understanding the yellow book at the Darul Arifin Muaro Islamic Boarding School, Jambi, Islamic Religious Education Master's Study Program, Sulthan Tthaha Saifuddin University, Jambi 2024.Methods for understanding the Yellow Book in learning activities, especially in the method of reading yellow words, educators must try to achieve the goals as much as possible. One way is to use appropriate teaching methods. Method is one of the tools to achieve learning goals. Therefore, educators should be smart in choosing and using the right methods so that they can support teaching and learning activities and can be used as efficient tools to achieve goals. The purpose of this research is to describe (1) To find out the background and purpose of implementing the Manhaji method in learning the Yellow Book for students at the Darul Arifin Islamic boarding school. (2) To find out the obstacles in the field to the application of the Manhaji method at the Darul Arifin Islamic boarding school. (3) To find out the application of the Manhaji method at the Darul Arifin Islamic boarding school. This research was conducted at Darul Arifin Muaro Jambi using qualitative research and a descriptive approach. Research data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis for this research was carried out using the steps of data collection, data reduction, drawing conclusions and verification. Meanwhile, diligent observation and triangulation as well as discussions were carried out as an effort to test the validity of the data. The results of this research show that: (1) The Manhaji learning concept is divided into several parts, starting from planning objectives, determining learning materials, determining methods, determining time allocation and use of media. (2) The implementation carried out during learning in madrasa classes is divided into three parts, namely preliminary activities, core learning activities, and closing activities. (3) Manhaji content/material, as follows: volume I (Mastering the ins and outs of Isim and fi'il which include, ma'rifat nakirah, Mabni, Mu'rob, Tasrif Fi'il patterns) volume II (Mastering the Tasrif Fi'il patterns il Mazid, and Mustaqqaat such as isim Fail. Maful, isim Zaman and Isim Makan), volume III (Mastering Umdah Sum, Mubtada, Khabar, Fi'il Fail, and Awamil. (Inna, Kaana and Dhzanna) volume IV (Mastering Takmilah Sum (Na'at taukid, Athf Badal Mafu'lat). This research explores the evaluation of financial performance in banking companies through financial ratio analysis and case studies. Analyzing three banks – BNI, BRI, and Bank Mandiri – reveals variations in stock prices, financial efficiency, and net profit performance. The conclusion is that BNI's stock is undervalued, BRI's is overvalued, and Bank Mandiri's situation is mixed. Although debt ratios are safe, both ROA and ROE fall below standards. However, operational efficiency is reflected in a healthy NPM. This study provides in-depth insights into the complexity of banking companies' performance.

Land and Building Tax is a levy that must be paid for the existence of land and buildings that provide benefits and socio-economic status for a person or entity who has rights or receives benefits.Collection of Land and Building Tax is revenue from the taxation sector which is the right of the Regional Government as original regional income and is a source of funds to carry out regional development. Cooperation from all implementing officers and the community must be carried out to support an increase in Original Regional Income, especially Land and Building Tax. This type of research falls into qualitative analysis. Qualitative analysis aims to provide an in-depth explanation of a phenomenon by collecting comprehensive data. To understand and explain the land and building tax collection services at the Sukoharjo Regency Regional Revenue and Asset Financial Management Agency, there are several factors that need attention. The results of the research describing the Land and Building Tax collection services during the research show that land and building tax collection by BPKPAD has been carried out in accordance with the expectations of the local community, namely taxpayers. However, maximum results have not been achieved because there is still one problem. This means that there is no definite date for tax collection by the tax collector. It was also found that there were still obstacles in collecting land and building tax at the Financial Management Agency.

Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kearsipan, observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Terdapat 5 mahasiswa yang dijadikan alternatif sebagai sampel dalam penilaian.Sebagai acuan terdapat empat kriteria yang yaitu Penghasilan Orang Tua, Tanggungan Orang Tua, Kepemilikan Rumah, dan Prestasi.Atribut kriteria terdiri dari benefit atau cost.Pada tahap perangkingan, kita mengalikan bobot kriteria dengan setiap baris matriks nilai normalisasi. This research aims to analyze time and cost control on the ITC Pole Fiber Optic project managed by PT. LUM uses the Earned Value Management (EVM) method. EVM is an effective method for measuring project performance and progress by combining cost, time and completed work data. This case study uses secondary data obtained from project progress reports and PT financial data. LUM. Analysis is carried out to identify cost variance (CV) and schedule variance (SV) as well as cost performance index (CPI) and schedule performance index (Schedule Performance Index - SPI). The research results show that the ITC Pole Fiber Optic project experienced several deviations from the planned budget and schedule, with CV and SV showing negative values ??at several project stages, indicating cost overruns and delays. The CPI and SPI values ??obtained also provide an overview of the efficiency and effectiveness of project implementation. Based on these findings, several improvement steps are recommended to optimize time and cost control to improve project performance in the future. This research makes an important contribution in providing insight into the application of EVM in fiber optic installation projects and can be used as a reference in managing similar projects in the future.

This research aims to examine in depth the application of conflict management in overcoming student discipline problems at the Al-Azhar Jember Islamic Boarding School. Conflict management acts as an effective preventive key to overcoming challenges in maintaining discipline.
