This research was conducted at PKBM Berdikari Surakarta and focuses on the self-confidence levels of package A students, as self-confidence is very important for the learning process of students, especially at the elementary school level. The self-confidence of students is crucial for their personal and academic progress, influencing their ability to interact with others and develop their own potential. These findings highlight the need for environmental support to enhance students' self-confidence in both academic and social contexts.

This research identified the types of translation shifts in “Monster Pets: A Hotel Transylvania Short Film”. Qualitative research was employed as the research design. The data were collected using the observational method by (Sudaryanto, 2015) where the researchers closely observed and compared the original and translated versions of "Monster Pets: A Hotel Transylvania Short Film" to identify translation shifts. The data of translation shifts were analyzed using (Catford, 1965) theory of translation shifts. Finally, the outcome of this research were descriptive qualitative study. Through the analysis, three types of translation shifts were identified: level shifts, structure shifts, and unit shifts. A total of 16 data of translation shifts were examined, which included 1 data of level shifts, 8 data of structure shifts, and 7 data of unit shifts. Among the three types of shifts, structure shifts were the most dominant, indicated that changes in the grammatical structure were the most frequent translation strategy employed in adapting the dialogue from English to Indonesian. The findings highlighted the importance of structure shifts in the translation process of this particular source material.

The development of innovative da'wah institutions is increasingly important in addressing the dynamics of social change in the disruptive era. This study aims to explore innovative strategies within da'wah institutions, focusing on clear vision and mission, the utilization of digital technology, and da'wah methods that are responsive to cultural diversity. In the context of Indonesia, which is rich in religious, cultural, and linguistic diversity, da'wah institutions face the challenge of avoiding conflict and fostering social harmony. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative through literature study, encompassing the analysis of literature from primary and secondary sources. The data collected are analyzed to identify key elements that support the effectiveness of da'wah. The results indicate that a strong vision serves as a driver for innovation, while digital technology facilitates broader message dissemination. Additionally, multicultural approaches and creative content have proven effective in reaching diverse audiences. These findings provide guidelines for da'wah institutions to enhance their relevance and effectiveness in spreading religious values within a complex society.

Penelitian ini dilakukan sintesis nanopartikel menggunakan metode hydrothermal. Metode hydrothermal adalah proses pembentukan material dengan penggunaan air pada suhu rendah dan tekanan tinggi untuk merubah struktur kristal dan membentuk material nano-struktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui morfologi permukaan karakteristik nanopartikel TiO2, Al, dan Zn yang disintesis menggunakan metode hydrothermal.  Sejumlah senyawa Co(NO3)2.6H2O dan Ni(NO3)2.6H2O digunakan pada penelitian ini. Setelah tahap dispersi sampel akan dimasukan ke dalam reaktor autoclave. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode hydrothermal yaitu dengan pemanasan tinggi dengan suhu 150 ? dalam waktu 24 jam. Selanjutnya sampel akan dikarakterisasi dengan metode pengujian SEM untuk mengetahui morfologi permukaan nanopartikel. Hasil pengujian SEM sampel TiO2 memiliki bentuk seperti bongkahan yang tidak teratur dan memiliki ukuran yang cukup bervariasi. Pengujian SEM sampel nanopartikel Al menunjukan bentuk yang teratur serta berukuran kecil. Morfologi nanopartikel Zn memiliki bentuk yang sangat kecil dan halus terdapat beberapa partikel yang memiliki ukuran lebih besar dan kurang teratur. Dengan salah satu yang dapat disimpulkan Nanopartikel TiO2, Al, dan Zn, berhasil disintesis dengan metode hydrothermal dan menggunakan Zn(NO3)2.6H2O, Al(NO3)3.9H2O, serta TiO2  sebagai bahan baku dan terjadinya perubahan warna pada sampel pada setiap tahap yang dilakukan. Sampel memiliki warna yang beragam sehingga pada tahap awal menjadi larutan berwarna kuning pekat dan setelah menjadi nanopartikel menjadi hitam.

This study aims to determine the application of personal hygiene in food processing in the main kitchen of Harris Hotel & Conventions Bundaran Satelit Surabaya. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative, data collection methods with observation and interviews. The results of the study obtained are from the scope of cleanliness with a percentage of 87% so that it is categorized as very good seen from grooming that runs well such as shaving mustaches, shaving beards, cutting nails when they are long and using an apron when working in the kitchen to maintain cleanliness when processing food. From the scope of habits/behaviors, it gets a percentage of 97% so that it is categorized as very good seen from the use of hand gloves when touching food, not wearing work clothes during the trip then work clothes start to be worn in the locker room before entering the kitchen, using safety shoes when working, washing hands before and after work, using a mask when coughing, using napkins or rags that are used separately such as for cleaning the working table and rags for cleaning plates before serving, not wearing jewelry when working, always washing knives when finished to avoid contamination. From the health sector, the percentage of 80% is categorized as very good, seen from the provision of sanitation hygiene training, especially personal hygiene and medical check-up examinations.

Abstract, In recent years, there have been challenges faced by MTs Al Abraar in an effort to improve student learning outcomes, especially in creating creative and innovative learning. The partners involved in this program are teachers at the Al-Abraar Tandem Hilir Private Middle School, Hamparan Perak District, where the main problem experienced by partners is the lack of knowledge in using IT in creating creative teaching materials. Therefore, the solution offered is to provide training in creating creative teaching materials to improve teachers' knowledge and skills in creating, using and optimizing the use of Canva. The location for implementing this program has been discussed with partners, namely at the Al Abraar Tandem Hilir Private Middle School located at Jln. Listrik Emplasmen Tandam Hilir I, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. This program consists of stages of preparation, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. In implementing this service, the team implemented the in-house training method. In the implementation of the training, the community service team provided tutorial materials on the use of Canva which would be carried out for 2 meetings (2 meetings per material) and carried out alternately with a duration of 120 minutes each. Training activities on this were carried out on August 8-9, 2024 offline with lecture methods, direct training, discussions and questions and answers. The results of this activity can be seen that the participants of the activity can recognize and can create creative teaching material designs using Canva and its supporting features and are used in teaching. The sustainability of this program can be measured by the existence of teaching materials made using Canva.

This study seeks to examine and assess the influence of Zakat, Infaq, and Sedekah (ZIS), corruption, and education on income inequality in Indonesia. The research uses a saturated sampling method, collecting data from the National Zakat Amil Agency (BAZNAS), Transparency International, the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), and the World Bank. The analysis uses quantitative time-series data from 2011 to 2022, processed with Stata 15, and employs multiple linear regression as the analytical method. The results indicate that ZIS has a significant negative effect on income inequality, while corruption also significantly reduces income inequality. On the other hand, education shows a positive but statistically insignificant effect. The coefficient of determination test reveals that 93.06% of the variation in income inequality can be explained by ZIS, corruption, and education, with the remaining 6.94% attributed to other factors not included in the study. Additionally, the findings suggest that ZIS and corruption together have a notable influence on income inequality.

Pancasila is the foundation of the Indonesian state, therefore Pancasila is very important in everyday life, and the existence of Pancasila can make the Indonesian nation have guiding principles for recognizing and resolving social, political, legal, cultural and other problems. The values ??that Pancasila has are good values. Therefore, the values ??of Pancasila for Indonesian people in their activities are very important, and must be instilled into the souls of every community in Indonesia. In this era of globalization, Pancasila values ??are starting to fade. This situation can be observed from the emergence of various kinds of problems arising from the non-application of the values ??of Pancasila, and if they are not immediately addressed, it is possible that the values ??of Pancasila or the meaning of Pancasila itself will disappear. This research aims to show how important it is to strengthen Pancasila values ??in the era of globalization, and the method used in this research is the interview method or what is usually called an interview.

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of using the Quiz application as an interactive learning medium to enhance cooperation, creativity, and critical thinking skills among fourth-grade elementary school students (SD/MI). The Classroom Action Research (CAR) method was employed to analyze the impact of digital quiz-based learning on students. The study was conducted over two cycles, which included planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results indicated that the use of the Quiz application could improve student cooperation through interaction and group collaboration, foster creativity through innovative problem-solving, and enhance critical thinking skills through analysis and evaluation of issues. Improvement was reflected in the average achievement scores for indicators of cooperation, creativity, and critical thinking, which reached 85%, 82%, and 80% respectively in the second cycle. This research concludes that the Quiz application, as an interactive learning medium, can create a dynamic, enjoyable, and meaningful learning atmosphere, and is relevant to the needs of today's digital generation.
