Implementing the Independent Curriculum faces challenges; principals' transformational leadership is needed to improve teacher readiness and performance. This study aims to analyze the principal's transformational leadership implementation in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum at State Senior High School 6, Jambi City by reviewing four main aspects: ideal influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individual consideration. This research uses qualitative methods with a case study approach through observation, interviews, and documentation of school principals, deputy principal for curriculum, and teachers. The research results show that in the aspect of ideal influence, the school principal has been optimal in providing an example through integrity and commitment. Regarding inspirational motivation, school principals have not been optimal in encouraging teachers to innovate, so learning innovation is still limited. Regarding intellectual stimulation, school principals have not been optimal in encouraging teacher creativity and critical thinking, especially in developing project-based and differentiated learning models. Regarding individual consideration, the principal has been optimal in providing personal support through mentoring and training. Supporting factors include the principal's commitment, training, and adequate facilities. The obstacle faced is the lack of teacher skills in methods. In the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project, conventional methods are still used, and teaching materials are limited. The solutions implemented include regular training, mentoring by young teachers, and collaboration with external parties to support project-based learning.

The child-friendly city program is one of the programs where an area implements a child rights-based development system by trying to integrate several aspects such as government and community commitment and supported by human resources which in implementing it is carried out systematically, structured and sustainable, both in terms of policies that regulate this, to programs or activities. This research tries to see how the implementation of the child-friendly city program in providing special protection for children in Serua Village, South Tangerang. The research approach is qualitative with data collection techniques, namely interviews and documentary studies. This research uses George Edward's implementation theory which includes 4 aspects, namely resources, communication, bureaucratic structure, and disposition. The results showed that the implementation of the child-friendly city program in Serua Village has several success factors that have been carried out well, namely disposition and bureaucratic structure. Disposition is carried out with synergized cooperation between stakeholders, while the bureaucratic structure is well displayed in the form of coordination in the implementation of the child-friendly city. Meanwhile, other aspects that should be improved are communication and resources. Communication in this case is in the form of lack of public awareness and understanding of the program, while resources are related to budget limitations.

 Purpose: The study's aim to highlight how the relationship between the auditing standard Analytical Procedures (520) and reducing audit sample risks, a study according to the standard of auditing (530), and the complementary role between them. The sample chosen for the community matches the financial operations after a thorough assessment using analytical methodologies to gain reasonable certainty that the information presented in the financial statements and management report is reliable, fair, and unbiased. Theoretical framework: The theoretical framework of the study included introductory frameworks for analytical procedures in terms of the concept, objectives and methods they contain, as well as introductory frameworks for the concept of audit samples, their risks and the factors influencing their size, as well as the theoretical relationship between the impact of analytical procedures on audit samples. Design/methodology/methodology: In order to accomplish the aims of the study, the focus was on the inductive approach by highlighting the impact of the relationship to the standard of auditing for analytical procedures (520) in preventing the risks of audit samples, a study according to the standard of auditing (530), and the complementary role between them, And the impact and then the transition to the general path by generalizing the results that have been reached. Also, the deductive approach was relied on to strengthen definitional frameworks for the independent variable, analytical procedures, and the dependent variable, audit samples, through what is contained in books, theses, and scientific research, identifying the general aspects, and delving into the results of the practical side of the study. Findings: The results of the statistical analysis showed the following the existence of a significant relationship between the impact of the methods of analytical procedures in preventing the risks of statistical samples in the audit process. It measures either the significance level (Sig. F) of the model as a whole is (0.000), which is less than (5%) hypothesized by the researcher and should be analytical The analysis accepts the hypothesis of the model that there is a significant effect relationship between the utilization of the analytical procedures approach in the reduction of statistical sampling risk in the audit study based on auditing standards (520, 530).

The biological activity of the prepared compounds was studied and its effect on two bacteria (Escherichia coli)positive bacteria and (Staphylococcus aureus) negative bacteria.

This systematic review aimed to contribute to insights into the vital role of implementing independent ICT tools in teaching with video-conferencing (VC). The study focused on what technological tools EFL teachers’ use in VC-based contexts, how and why teachers use these tools, and the impact of the tools on the development of students’ language skills. The analysis of 64 studies published between 2010 and 2022 indicated that teachers mostly use learning management systems and various additional tools such as PowerPoint slides, websites, and online quizzes. The results also indicate that the number of studies that targeted speaking skills was higher than those that focused on other skills, with reading being investigated by very few studies. Concerning the challenges, a lack of digital preparedness on the part of both students and teachers was reported. The impact of these tools was mostly positive in terms of raising the interaction and communication elements along with skills improvement. The findings can be beneficial for EFL teachers, course designers and EFL trainers in VC-based contexts by developing their awareness of the necessity of implementing specific technological tools to gain the expected skills-related outcomes.

Penurunan defect dalam produksi sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk dan efisiensi operasional. PT Yonghen Motor Komponen (YMK) menghadapi permasalahan defect pada linepackingconnectorwiringharness, yang berdampak pada kualitas dan produktivitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis defect dan menerapkan metode Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) guna menurunkan tingkat defect. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis defect pada line packing di PT YMK selama Maret–Juni 2024. Hasil analisis menunjukkan empat jenis defect utama: Scratch, Short Mold, Dirty, dan Burry, di mana Short Mold memiliki Risk Priority Number (RPN) tertinggi sebesar 576, sehingga menjadi prioritas utama perbaikan. Faktor penyebab utama meliputi kurangnya ketelitian operator, minimnya pelatihan, kesalahan dalam handling, serta ketidaksesuaian parameter pencetakan. Sebagai solusi, penelitian merekomendasikan pelatihan operator, penerapan SOP yang lebih ketat, pemeliharaan mesin berkala, peningkatan kebersihan, dan sistem inspeksi kualitas yang lebih efektif. Implementasi perbaikan ini diharapkan dapat menurunkan tingkat defect, meningkatkan efisiensi produksi, serta memastikan kualitas produk yang lebih baik.

The study aims examine the role of green market orientation, green entrepreneurial orientation, and green supply chain mamnagement on environmental performance. The research conducted used in quantitative with  questionnaire instrument. Study uses quantitative data types. the data source in this study is primary. The primary data of this study will use a questionnaire that will be filled out by the manager of SMEs dijepara. The population in this study were SMEs in Jepara, using the slovin method with an alpha of 10%, the minimum number sample 97 respondents. Sampling technique is done use one of the non probability sampling methods. The results green entrepreneurial orientation has a positive effect on environmental performance, green market orientation and green supply chain management have no effect on environmental performance.

Stunting remains a significant public health concern despite a decline in prevalence from 24.4% (2021) to 21.6% (2022), as reported by the Indonesian Nutrition Status Survey (SSGI). One strategy to address stunting is preventing anemia in adolescents. This study examines the effectiveness of a sweet potato leaf-based functional drink in preventing anemia among adolescents in the Nusaherang Health Center, Kuningan Regency, where sweet potato cultivation is abundant. A quasi-experimental pre-test and post-test control design was used, with stratified random sampling to select adolescents aged 10–19 years who met inclusion criteria. Hb levels were measured before and after the intervention. Results showed a median Hb level increase from 11 to 12, with a p-value 0.001, indicating a statistically significant improvement. These findings suggest that sweet potato leaf-based functional drinks are effective in preventing anemia, offering a cost-efficient and accessible intervention for adolescent health.

Stunting is a significant public health issue and the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia was reported at 21.6% in 2022. This study used a mixed-methods approach. The qualitative component employed a single-case embedded study design, data were collected through semi-structured interviews involving 15 participants and analyzed by using a thematic approach using NVivo-12. Meanwhile, the quantitative component utilized a one-group pre-test post-test design involving 155 respondents, data were gathered using questionnaires and were analyzed using paired t-tests with SPSS-26.Participants had a lack of knowledge about stunting. However, they acknowledged various healthy nutrition and health programs for stunting prevention. There were also various programs managed by local government involving multisector bodies, and communities focusing on reducing stunting prevalence. However, there were expectations to strengthen the program strategies by providing home visits, online educational media, adequate facilities, and infrastructure within Integrated Community Services (ICS (Posyandu)). The paired t-test revealed a significant average difference between pre-test and post-test values, with a mean difference of 1.167 and a p-value of <0.008. The ongoing stunting alleviation program demonstrates the government’s commitment to multi-sectoral collaboration and the use of educational media, such as videos, significantly enhances respondents’ knowledge about stunting.

Pendekatan berbasis Deep Neural Network (DNN) menawarkan akurasi yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan metode tradisional seperti Hidden Markov Model (HMM)-Gaussian Mixture Model (GMM) dalam pengembangan model akustik. Dalam penelitian ini, tiga varian DNN populer dievaluasi: Time-Delay Neural Network (TDNN), Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), dan kombinasi hibrid TDNN-LSTM untuk pengembangan model akustik dalam pengenalan wicara bahasa Indonesia. Data wicara yang digunakan adalah KDW-BPPT-50K-ASR1 dengan durasi lebih dari 92 jam, model akustik dilatih dan eksperimen dilakukan untuk menganalisis kinerjanya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model hibrid TDNN-LSTM mencapai kinerja terbaik dengan Word Error Rate (WER) sebesar 9,67%, mengungguli TDNN dengan WER 12,16% dan LSTM dengan WER 10,6%. Penemuan ini menegaskan bahwa model hibrid mampu meningkatkan akurasi pengenalan wicara bahasa Indonesia dibandingkan dengan penggunaan TDNN atau LSTM secara terpisah. Hasil ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengembangan sistem pengenalan wicara yang lebih akurat dan efisien.
