ABSTRACT
The growth of the both traditional and fast-food culinary sector has been rapid and to maintain consumer satisfaction, it is a crucial factor for determining the progress of culinary business growth. Therefore, the objective of the study is to examine the influence of prices, promotions, and quality of service on consumer satisfaction at McDonald's Restaurant Semarang. The data was collected through the completion of questionnaires and it was analysed by using the double linear regression. The research findings indicate that the factors of price, promotion, and quality of service affect significant impact on consumer satisfaction at McDonald's Restaurant Semarang. Through the partial test, it revealed that consumer satisfaction is significantly impacted by both promotion and quality of the service, while the price has no significant influence on customer satisfaction.
 
ABSTRAK
Perkembangan industri kuliner terjadi dengan sangat pesat dan tidak terbatas pada makanan tradisional, namun juga restoran cepat saji. Kepuasan konsumen menjadi indikator penting dalam menentukan arah pengembangan bisnis kuliner. Tujuan riset ini ialah guna menganalisis dampak harga, promosi, dan kualitas pelayanan akan kepuasan konsumen restoran McDonald’s Semarang. Data diperoleh dari pengisian kuisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Keluaran penelitian mengunjukkan bahwa harga, promosi, dan kualitas pelayanan mempunyai dampak signifikan secara simultan akan kepuasan konsumen restoran McDonald’s Semarang. Uji Parsial (Uji t) mendapati bahwa promosi dan kualitas pelayanan mempunyai dampak signifikan akan kepuasan konsumen sementara harga tidak mempunyai dampak signifikan akan kepuasan konsumen.
 

This study explores the significance of suprasegmental features in English phonology, focusing on prosodic hierarchy and intonation patterns. The analysis delves into how these features play a crucial role in structuring spoken language, particularly in conveying nuances, emotions, and pragmatic information. The study highlights the importance of understanding suprasegmental features in enhancing speaking proficiency in English and their relevance to English language curriculum development. Further research opportunities in English phonology, such as investigating other suprasegmental features and adopting an interdisciplinary approach, are suggested to deepen the understanding of English phonological structures and improve the quality of teaching speaking skills in English. This study emphasizes the valuable insights gained from a deeper understanding of the role of suprasegmental features in English phonology for teaching, research, and overall understanding of oral language

Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui lebih jauh bagaimana proses mekanisme alih kelola yang terjadi pada RSKB IPHI Pedan oleh RS PKU Muhammadiyah Delanggu serta untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat unsur pidana dalam proses tersebut ditinjau berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2004 tentang yayasan. Pengelolaan kegiatan usaha yayasan terkait erat dengan pembangunan yayasan kekayaan karena hasil kegiatan usahanya merupakan salah satu sumber pendapatan yang menjadi yayasan kekayaan. Dan dalam hal rumah sakit yang didirikan oleh yayasan, maka kegiatan operasional rumah sakit merupakan peserta dari kegiatan usaha yayasan. Selain itu, sesuai dengan Undang-Undang yayasan, yang menetapkan bahwa jika tujuan yayasan bergeser dari tujuan sosial atau nirlaba, asetnya tidak dapat dialihkan. Serta, segala kegiatan yang menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan aset milik yayasan haruslah mematuhi ketentuan formal sebagaimana dijelaskan pada UUY dan AD Yayasan, begitupula dalam hal alih Kelola RSKB IPHI Pedan kepada Pimpinan Cabang Muhammadiyah (PCM) Delanggu, harus tetap dilakukan sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku.

The part of the basil plant is the leaves which have various types of benefits if studied further. With the introduction of secondary metabolites, it can be said that basil leaves contain eugenol compounds. The eugenol compound can be used as a reducing agent in the synthesis of TiO2 nanoparticles. The precursor used in the synthesis of TiO2 is titanium isopropoxide which has an oxidation state of +4. By utilizing the green synthesis method, TiO2 was reacted with basil leaf extract and then characterized using XRD and FTIR. The resulting particle size is 10.86 nm. And FTIR shows a wave number of 874.59 which represents the Ti-O functional group. Photocatalytic activity can take advantage of the synthesis of TiO2 nanoparticles by placing the nanoparticles in a methylene blue solution which has a concentration of 20 ppm and varies based on contact time and adsorbent mass. Photocatalytic activity testing obtained a degradation percentage of 79%-84% which varied based on adsorbant mass and contact time. Varying the adsorbant mass and time results in a degradation percentage that increases with each additional mass but will not increase again if it has reached the optimum phase and can reduce the degradation percentage.

Stunting yaitu kekurangan gizi menahun atau kronis yang dapat terlihat pada tinggi badan balita lebih pendek dari balita seusianya. Pravelensi balita yang terjangkit stunting secara nasional sebesar 37,6 persen (2007) dan mengalami penurunan menjadi 35,8 persen (2010). Namun meningkat kembali menjadi 37,2 persen (2013) dan menurun kembali menjadi 29,9 persen (2018). Data tersebut menunjukkan pravelensi stunting yang tidak menentu. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi stunting khususnya pengetahuan orang tua mengenai mengenai gizi seimbang pencegah stunting. Pencegahan stunting perlu dilakukan dengan pemantauan status gizi secara berkala dan pemenuhan gizi seimbang Balita. Berdasarkan penelitian tersebut, maka dilakukan pemberian makanan bergizi seimbang pencegah Stunting dan sistem pakar deteksi dini stunting dengan sistem pakar. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa metode Dempster Shafer dapat mendeteksi stunting balita lebih baik dengan akurasi  90% dibandingkan metode Naive Bayes dengan akurasi 75%. Aplikasi ini bertujuan membantu menurunkan angka stunting balita yang masih menjadi masalah saat ini.

This research explores the obligations of Electronic System Providers in protecting the personal data of consumers in electronic services during digital transactions in e-commerce, particularly in the applications Akulaku, Lazada, and Tokopedia. In the field of digital economic transactions, the significance of personal data is increasing, driven by the widespread use of big data. Although the digital economy undoubtedly contributes to overall economic growth, consumer data protection is still inadequately addressed, leading to concerns about numerous data breach cases. This research analyzes the extent to which these three platforms fulfill their legal obligations. The issues are examined through the lens of legal certainty, utilizing a normative juridical method focused on the analysis of legislation, legal norms, and often-used legal principles. Compliance of electronic service providers is reflected in the privacy policies and usage regulations implemented by each platform. Additionally, non-compliance with these obligations results in administrative sanctions. Proactive efforts such as improving security systems, community training, and the involvement of certification institutions are also focal points in minimizing the risks of data breaches. It is crucial to continually monitor the developments in data protection practices on these platforms, given their dynamic nature, and ensure that regulations and policies remain up-to-date. Thus, the results of this research provide insights into the extent to which e-commerce electronic service providers have fulfilled their obligations in protecting consumer personal data. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi kewajiban Penyelenggara Sistem Elektronik dalam perlindungan data pribadi konsumen pada layanan elektronik dalam transaksi digital pada e-commerce, khususnya pada aplikasi Akulaku, Lazada, dan Tokopedia. Dalam bidang transaksi ekonomi digital, pentingnya data pribadi semakin meningkat, hal ini dipicu oleh meluasnya penggunaan data besar. Meskipun ekonomi digital mempunyai kontribusi yang tidak dapat disangkal terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi secara keseluruhan, perlindungan data konsumen masih belum ditangani secara memadai, sehingga menimbulkan kekhawatiran akan banyaknya kasus pelanggaran data. Penelitian ini menganalisis sejauh mana ketiga platform tersebut memenuhi kewajiban hukum mereka. Persoalan ini dikaji melalui lensa kepastian hukum dan penelitian ini menggunakan metode hukum yuridis normatif yang terfokus pada analisis peraturan perundang-undangan, norma hukum, dan asas hukum seringkali digunakan. Kepatuhan penyelenggara layanan elektronik tercermin dalam kebijakan privasi dan regulasi penggunaan yang diterapkan oleh masing-masing platform. Selain itu, ketidakpatuhan terhadap kewajiban ini mempunyai konsekuensi yaitu dikenakan sanksi administratif. Upaya proaktif seperti peningkatan sistem keamanan, pelatihan masyarakat, dan keterlibatan lembaga sertifikasi juga menjadi fokus dalam meminimalkan risiko pelanggaran data. Penting untuk terus memantau perkembangan praktik perlindungan data pada platform ini, mengingat sifat dinamisnya, dan memastikan bahwa regulasi dan kebijakan tetap terkini. Dengan demikian, hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang sejauh mana penyelenggara layanan elektronik e-commerce telah melaksanakan kewajiban perlindungan data pribadi konsumen.

Information technology has emerged to make various activities easier. One of the important roles of information technology is in providing disaster information. River Care Communities (KPS) which are currently spread across several regions in Indonesia, one of which is River Care Communities Opak Gajah Wong. River Care Communities have an important role in helping reduce disaster risks along river flows. There are various kinds of events that have the potential to cause disasters along river flows, including accumulation of rubbish, landslides on river walls, narrowing and shallowing of rivers, rising water discharge above normal limits and the growth of wild plants that can obstruct river flow. Currently the River Care Community only reports its activities conventionally and has not maximized the existence of information technology. With this conventional method, the delivery of incident reports along the river which is their area of ??activity is often late, the coordinates are inaccurate and confusing because they are not accompanied by visual images. The conventional pattern of submitting reports means that these reports are too late to be followed up by the relevant agencies and are often simply overlooked. To answer the problems mentioned above, the author conducted research by developing an E-Report application based on Android mobile application using the prototyping method. Currently, there are already several similar complaint applications, but they are not specific to problems that exist along the river flow. The form of complaints and reports in river basins has unique characteristics, where the reporter must enter certain values ??to determine the level of urgency of the report. With this application, it is hoped that every report from River Care Communities Opak Gajah Wong can be conveyed in real time and immediately receive follow-up from the relevant agencies.

This research delves into the challenges and opportunities posed by integrating Internet of Things (IoT) into telecommunication networks. By analyzing government roles and strategic planning, it aims to harness the full potential of IoT-telecom convergence. Adopting a qualitative approach, this study aims to offer profound insights into the complexities of this integration. Through examining challenges and opportunities, it strives to contribute significantly to technological and societal advancement. Emphasizing literature review techniques and focused data analysis, this research aims to inform policy, foster innovation, and deepen comprehension of advanced technology's impact. IoT links physical devices to the internet, enabling innovations like smart homes and environmental monitoring, while telecom networks facilitate data exchange with a focus on infrastructure development and security. Integration of IoT into these networks enhances efficiency and security, with forecasts indicating continued expansion of IoT's role in telecom networks.
 
 

This research aims to explore a combined model of leadership and power in the context of influencing organizational outcomes. The focus of this study is on the relationship between leadership style, influence tactics, and distribution of power and the achievement of organizational goals. Through an analytical approach, this study evaluates various possible integration models between these three factors, as well as their impact on organizational effectiveness. In-depth analysis is conducted to highlight the ways in which the combination of leadership and power can shape internal dynamics that influence overall organizational outcomes.
 
 

Tongue tie cases at the Columbia Asia Surgical Hospital in Semarang in the last two years have experienced an increase, where in 2021 there were 438 cases and in 2022 there were 447 cases. Tongue tie babies have a poor breastfeeding mechanism, this is caused by limited tongue movement, so tongue tie babies cannot attach properly when breastfeeding. These conditions result in the maximum intake of breast milk not being obtained and the mother feeling uncomfortable due to sore nipples which can cause premature cessation of breastfeeding. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of frenectomy in tongue tie babies with breastfeeding ability. This research is a type of quasi-experimental research with a one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were tongue-tie babies without complications who were still being hospitalized at the Columbia Asia Surgical Hospital in Semarang. Using a purposive sampling technique, a sample of 30 babies was obtained. The instruments used in this study were LATCH and ATLFF scores. Data analysis was performed using univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. The results of the study showed that the Frenectomy procedure was effective in increasing the ability to suckle in tongue tie babies, the Wilcoxon test results were obtained (pvalue 0.000 <0.05), where all (100%) tongue tie babies experienced an increase in the ability to suckle after a frenectomy. The action of a frenectomy is effective in increasing the ability to suckle, this can be due to the fact that with a frenectomy the mobility of the tongue increases, so that the baby can latch on properly, can swallow milk well, the mother feels comfortable while breastfeeding because the nipples are not painful.
