Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana bahan ajar Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) berbasis multimedia interaktif dapat membantu meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara dan observasi yang melibatkan peserta didik dan pengajar. Penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa materi pembelajaran berbasis multimedia interaktif, yang menggabungkan teks, gambar, suara, dan unsur interaktif, efektif dalam mendorong minat belajar siswa. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas bahan ajar ini meliputi kualitas konten, desain antarmuka, serta dukungan teknis dan pedagogis dari pengajar. Namun, tantangan seperti keterbatasan akses teknologi dan resistensi terhadap metode pembelajaran baru masih menjadi hambatan dalam penerapannya. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi pengembangan bahan ajar PAI yang lebih efektif dan menarik, serta mendorong inovasi dalam pembelajaran di era digital.

People's mining activities in Gamey Village, Uwapa District, Nabire Regency, Central Papua Province are carried out to meet daily needs and improve the welfare of the local community. This mining activity is based on alluvial deposit conditions and is applied for mining sediments on the surface and using alcon machines. for high pressure water spray. This community mining activity is divided into several stages starting from preparation of mining land, processing and production processes as well as selling gold products for sale. This research aims to examine the gold processing used by small-scale miners in Uwapa District, Gamey Village, and its impact on the environment and public health. The main focus of this research is on the use of the sluice box method, which is the gold processing technique most commonly used by local communities. This method was chosen for its simplicity and low cost, although the gold recovery efficiency varies between 50-70%. Additionally, this research evaluates alternative technologies such as shake tables and centrifuges that can increase gold recovery efficiency and be more environmentally friendly. The research results show that the implementation of alternative technology requires training, procurement of adequate equipment and infrastructure as well as ongoing monitoring. By adopting better technology, it is hoped that gold mining activities in Gamey Village can run more productively and sustainably, improving community welfare without damaging the environment.

Ketidaksetaraan pendidikan masih menjadi tantangan besar dalam sistem pendidikan Indonesia, terutama dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Artikel ini membahas bagaimana optimalisasi sumber ajar dapat menjadi solusi untuk menghadapi tantangan educational inequality.  Dengan pendekatan studi pustaka (library research), penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor penyebab ketidaksetaraan, seperti keterbatasan anggaran pendidikan, distribusi sumber ajar yang tidak merata, dan kualitas guru yang belum optimal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi digital, pelatihan guru, dan kolaborasi dengan lembaga keagamaan serta komunitas dapat memperbaiki akses dan kualitas sumber ajar dalam PAI. Dengan strategi ini diharapkan kesenjangan pendidikan dapat dikurangi dan kualitas pembelajaran PAI menjadi lebih merata di seluruh Indonesia.

The prevalence of Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) diseases presents diagnostic challenges, especially in resource-limited settings. At THB Bekasi Hospital, constrained specialist availability and long consultation queues highlight the need for an accessible diagnostic solution. This study aims to develop an expert system for diagnosing ENT diseases using the Extreme Programming (XP) methodology, incorporating the forward chaining technique for inference. The research includes assessment, knowledge acquisition through expert consultations, system design, and rigorous testing. The system was developed as a mobile application using Android Studio, enabling users to input symptoms and receive real-time diagnostic insights. The knowledge base integrates data from medical experts, synthesizing 11 diseases and 35 symptoms into a robust decision-making framework. The diagnostic process applies predefined rules to ensure accuracy in identifying conditions such as sinusitis, laryngitis, and otitis. Evaluation results demonstrate a 100% match accuracy during testing with 15 test cases, confirming the system’s reliability. The application offers users rapid diagnostic assistance, promoting timely treatment for ENT issues, although it does not substitute medical professionals. By leveraging ubiquitous smartphone access, this system addresses gaps in healthcare accessibility and enhances patient autonomy. This research contributes a scalable framework for deploying expert systems in other medical domains. Future improvements include integrating geolocation services for nearby specialist referrals and adopting backward chaining for more complex diagnoses, thereby broadening its applicability and utility

Tobacco is one of the leading commodities in the agricultural sector. In the Indonesian agricultural sector, tobacco has been widely exported to various countries. Of the several tobacco export destination countries, Cambodia dominates the Indonesian tobacco export market. Problems related to fluctuations in Indonesia's export volume need serious attention, because this is important to understand the factors that influence the increase and decrease in the volume of Indonesian tobacco exports to Cambodia. Based on the description, the objectives of this study are (1) To analyze the influence of production volume, inflation, and the dollar exchange rate simultaneously on the volume of Indonesian tobacco exports to Cambodia, (2) To analyze the partial influence of production volume, inflation, and the dollar exchange rate on the volume of Indonesian tobacco exports to Cambodia. The data used in this study are secondary data with a total of 32 observations (years), using the multiple linear regression method. This study found that (1) Simultaneously, production volume, inflation, and the dollar exchange rate significantly affect the volume of Indonesian tobacco exports to Cambodia, and (2) Partially, production volume, inflation, and the dollar exchange rate have a positive and significant effect on the volume of Indonesian tobacco exports to Cambodia. Based on the results of the study, it is hoped that the government can pay attention to the causes of fluctuations in the volume of Indonesian tobacco exports.
 

Introduction: On restrictions during the pandemic, significantly reducing passenger numbers. PT KAI adapted by introducing innovations like Genose testing, online ticketing, and vaccination services to ensure safety and compliance. This paper examines PT KAI’s customer relations via Instagram (@kai121) during the pandemic. It focuses on using digital public relations and the SMART Relationship Management Process Model to maintain engagement and satisfaction. These efforts highlight KAI’s adaptability in meeting customer needs.

Methods: This research employs Virtual Ethnography to observe interactions on 427 KAI posts made between March 2020 and October 2021. The data is then analyzed using Customer Relationship Management theory, incorporating the stages of Scan, Map, Act, Roll Out, Track, and Stew.

Findings: The study found that during the pandemic, KAI’s Instagram content focused on various topics: corporate events (13.81%), national transportation policies (15.45%), health protocols (11.07%), train service promotions (38.38%), railway education (13.38%), and giveaway content (7.96%). The content prominently highlighted KAI services such as Rail Express, schedule updates, rapid/antigen testing, and KAI Access. Posts related to transportation policies and health protocols received significant engagement, with transportation policy updates garnering the most comments as followers sought the latest travel information. KAI effectively utilized digital public relations through Instagram to engage with customers.

Originality: This study is novel as it is the first in Indonesia to analyze KAI’s customer relations through digital public relations during the pandemic.

Utilizing digital technology in business enhances competitive advantage, significantly improving performance, particularly for small and medium firms. (UKM). This study seeks to investigate the impact of social media marketing and the integration of financial technology (FinTech) on company performance, with competitive advantage serving as a mediating variable within the small and medium-sized companies (SMEs) of the Lombok pearl sector. The study methodology employs a quantitative approach utilizing Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) analysis. The research sample comprises 120 players in the Lombok pearl industry SMEs utilizing social media marketing and finance technology, selected via the census technique through the SME association. The research findings indicate that social media marketing does not immediately boost company performance; nonetheless, it greatly adds to the augmentation of competitive advantage, which subsequently enhances business performance. The implementation of financial technology significantly influences corporate performance and enhances competitive advantage. Moreover, competitive advantage has demonstrated its role as a mediating variable that enhances the association between social media marketing and the adoption of financial technology in relation to company success.

According to the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the level of education and welfare in the family greatly influences the quality of human resources in Indonesia. Therefore, efforts to strengthen family functions, such as increasing parental education and social welfare programs, are key in accelerating national development. This increase in human resources includes knowledge and skills in processing agricultural products, especially rambutan fruit, crystal guava and longan into processed food products with higher selling value such as chips. Apart from that, this program also trains them in creative product packaging, marketing, bookkeeping, simple financial management, and the use of digital technology, including online learning applications and social media. With these skills, they are expected to be able to contribute to improving the family's economy, as well as opening up new business opportunities that support financial independence.

This research aims to design and simulate a DC motor speed control system using integral state feedback (KISF) control. This control is designed to maintain DC motor speed stability with high accuracy despite disturbances or load changes. The research stages include mathematical modeling of the DC motor, PID control design, integral state feedback control design, simulation implementation and simulation results analysis. The show that althought integral state feedback control has a rise time 273.501 ms, slightly slower than PID 197.604 ms, integral state feedback compensates with higher slew rate of change 6.540 V/ms compared to PID
4.344 V/ms. Integral state feedback offers greater
flexibility through pole placement values with Ackerman’s formula J3 = [-12 -100 -600], indicating that this system has good capability in responding to input changes, thus maintaining motor speed stably and efficiently. This indicates that integral state feedback control is superior in system adaptation and handling complex dynamics.

Interpretation of hijrah verses, as in QS. Al-Baqarah: 218, QS. An-Nisa: 100, and QS. At-Taubah: 20, emphasizes the importance of steadfast faith, sacrifice and struggle in achieving Allah's approval. Hijrah is seen as a form of obedience that is highly valued by Allah, with a guarantee of great rewards for those who do it with sincere intentions. The interpretation of these verses also contains a spiritual dimension, where hijrah is defined as moving from a state of sin to the path of obedience. Thus, hijrah is not only limited to the physical aspect, but also includes changes in mental and moral attitudes to improve the quality of faith and piety.This abstract explains the concept of hijrah in the Al-Qur'an and its interpretation, covering historical, spiritual and social aspects in the life of a Muslim.
