The impact of binge watching is an evolving phenomenon affecting consumers' continuation intention on video-on-demand (VOD) platforms, mediated by cliffhangers. This study targets a population of young individuals aged 17-25 years. The research design is quantitative, aiming to demonstrate the cause-and-effect relationship between binge watching and continuation intention, mediated by cliffhangers. The novelty of this research lies in not only examining the direct relationship between binge watching and continuation intention but also investigating the mediating effect of cliffhangers, providing deeper insights into the underlying mechanisms of consumer behavior. Data analysis was conducted using the Smart PLS application, utilizing primary data for the study. The findings indicate that cliffhangers directly have a positive and significant impact on the continuation intention for video-on-demand and also significantly influence binge watching. Additionally, binge watching has a positive and significant effect on the continuation intention for video-on-demand. However, indirect, binge watching has a positive but not significant effect on the continuation intention for video-on-demand when mediated by cliffhangers.

Indonesia is one of the world's main producers of cinnamon (Cinnamomum burmannii), but in the last five years, Indonesian cinnamon exports have decreased by around 10.13% per year. This decline is influenced by various factors that are closely related to competitiveness. As one of the plantation sub-sector commodities, cinnamon plays an important role in national economic development, especially in improving people's welfare. Cinnamon is used as an ingredient in food, beverages, medicines, cosmetics, and other industries. In addition to supporting income, this plant also contributes to environmental preservation, especially in river basins and conservation areas. Most of Indonesia's cinnamon exports come from areas such as Kerinci, West Sumatra, Central Java, and Yogyakarta, which are dominated by smallholder plantations. One of the MSMEs in Simarito Village, North Sumatra, is a cinnamon exporter with a capacity of 500-1000 tons per year. The success of this MSME is supported by the implementation of an effective STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning) marketing strategy, product innovation, and a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. In an increasingly competitive market, developing marketing strategies and improving quality are the main keys to maintaining the sustainability of Indonesian cinnamon exports.

Abstrak:
This study explores the legal protections against online sexual exploitation of children and online gender-based violence (OGBV) in Southeast Asia, focusing on Indonesia, the Philippines, and Thailand. Using a systematic literature review (SLR) methodology, this research identifies and evaluates legal frameworks, implementation challenges, and the role of digital platforms in addressing these issues. Key regulations such as the Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE) Law in Indonesia, the Cybercrime Prevention Act in the Philippines, and the Computer Crime Act in Thailand were analyzed alongside institutional reports and academic studies. The results reveal that while these countries have made significant progress through the establishment of legal frameworks, implementation remains hindered by limited technical capacity, a lack of digital forensic expertise, and low public digital literacy. Furthermore, weak enforcement and insufficient oversight of digital platforms exacerbate the problem, as many platforms fail to respond promptly to reports of illegal content. Despite progressive laws such as Indonesia's Sexual Violence Prevention Law and the Philippines' international collaborations, slow law enforcement processes and economic vulnerabilities contribute to the persistence of these issues. The study concludes that Southeast Asian countries need to enhance technical capabilities, expand public education, strengthen international collaboration, and ensure greater accountability from digital platforms. These measures are essential to addressing gaps in enforcement and creating a safer digital environment for women and children in the region.

Abstrak:
Puskesmas Kosambi employs Non-PNS staff whose discipline, particularly regarding attendance and work location, needs to be evaluated. The previous manual attendance system was found to be ineffective in monitoring staff discipline. This study aims to develop a mobile-based attendance system equipped with GPS radius and selfie photo features to improve the accuracy and management of attendance. The GPS radius feature ensures that staff can only clock in within the designated area, such as the Puskesmas area, while the selfie photo feature verifies the identity of the staff member clocking in. This study involved 24 Non-PNS staff members and used the K-Means Clustering algorithm to group staff based on their discipline levels. The results showed that the system was effective in improving staff discipline, with 11 employees categorized as highly disciplined, 10 as moderately disciplined, and 3 as lowly disciplined. The implications of this study suggest that the implementation of a mobile-based attendance system can improve attendance monitoring and enhance work discipline at Puskesmas Kosambi.

Abstrak:
Student character development is one of the main goals of education, especially in madrasas based on Islamic teachings. However, there are still many students who have difficulty internalizing Islamic values in their daily lives. This is influenced by a lack of spiritual understanding, weak self-control, and less than optimal guidance methods. Islamic counseling, which is based on the principles of the Qur'an and Hadith, is a relevant holistic approach to strengthen students' Islamic character through the cultivation of spiritual, intellectual, and social values. This study aims to analyze the effect of Islamic counseling on students' character building in madrasah, identify the most affected character aspects, and provide recommendations for integrating Islamic counseling services into the Guidance and Counseling program. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, the research involved in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. Data were collected from students, guidance teachers, and homeroom teachers to explore the experience and impact of Islamic counseling on students' characters, such as honesty, responsibility, discipline, and empathy. The results showed that Islamic counseling is effective in improving student character, especially in terms of self-control and social interaction. The findings support the importance of integrating Islamic counseling services as part of the educational program in madrasah to achieve more optimal character building. This research is expected to contribute to the development of a structured and effective Islamic counseling program.

Abstrak:
Indonesia, as a country with a pluralistic legal system, faces challenges in harmonizing customary law and state law, particularly in resolving disputes over customary land that involve traditional values of indigenous communities. This study aims to analyze how customary values are integrated with state law through a case study of court decision Number 94/Pdt.G/2022/PN Jap. The research employs a qualitative approach with content analysis techniques applied to court decision documents, supported by relevant literature reviews. The findings reveal that the court in this case not only applied positive legal norms but also considered relevant customary aspects, including the legitimacy of indigenous leaders and the recognition of communal land rights (ulayat). The panel of judges issued a decision that accommodated customary values in accordance with Article 18B paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution, while still adhering to the formal procedures of state law. This study identifies challenges in integrating customary law into the national legal system, such as the lack of formal regulations related to customary courts and the limited understanding of legal officers regarding local cultural contexts.
