Hospitals certainly have strategic policy formulation in internal parts, especially organization, management and human resources (HR) and must be able to make decisions effectively to improve the quality of health services. So by increasing this vision it is necessary to use information management systems in hospital services. Health services are the main topic because of the high complexity of challenges in the health sector. The purpose of this study was to determine the Implementation of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) in the influence of SIMRS on health services. With various service management information systems and different features, it is necessary to have regulations and make minimum standards that must be set by the ministry of health in order to achieve uniform services and be able to carry out full electronic-based activities, the need for the capacity of the ministry of health to provide applications for hospitals that are still unfamiliar with SIMRS and ongoing training and need more monitoring. The research design used in the preparation of this article is a literature review method related to Hospital Management Information Systems in Health Services. Search results using several databases such as Scopus, Google Scholar and also by collecting information that has been obtained from online journal article literature sourced from reference books and books related to the topic. The results of 8 articles obtained that the Effect of Utilizing Management Information Systems on Health Services in Hospitals by increasing Human Resources (HR), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Facilities and Infrastructure, Implementation of Hospital Management Information Systems (SIMRS), Improving the Quality of Health Services, and Hospital Promotion and Service Policy. It can be concluded that the management information system in health services is something that integrates the entire process flow of hospital services in the form of a network that improves human resources for health services, quality information systems in hospitals. This strategy becomes an arrangement or equipment that provides information to develop to achieve the objectives of its activities.
 

The agricultural sector is one of the main and very important sectors for Indonesian economy because many Indonesian people work as farmers spread throughout Indonesia. the number of requests for rice raw materials is not fulfilled due to various kinds of obstacles experienced by farmers. One of the problems in Musir Lor Village as a village with a majority of the population working as farmers is the lack of land that can be used for farming and the weakness of farmers' ability to be able to develop their agricultural products. For this reason, technology is needed to be able to help solve the problems faced by farmers in Musir Lor Village. KKNT 65 students from UPN Veteran Jawa Timur help them to overcome the existing problems by holding discussion about Hydroponic planting media also practice to make simple Hydroponics for the people of Musir Lor Village The implementation of socialization activities carried out at the Musir Lor Village Hall on May 11th 2023 which was attended by around 32 people. The socialization included an explanation of the meaning of hydroponics, presentation of material about the advantages of hydroponics, explanation of the tools and materials needed, then there was a training session for installing hydroponic frames and carrying out seeds who then transferred the planting from rockwool to the hydroponic framework, the series of hydroponic socialization events was closed with a question and answer session related to what had been conveyed. Furthermore, there are also controlling activities that will last for few weeks to ensure that the plants can grow properly.

The purpose of this research is to get a theory about the behavior of the principal, the professionalism of the principal, and the professional behavior of the principal. This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of literature study. Data collection techniques with documentation studies. Data processing with reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. While the data validity technique with source triangulation. The results show that: (1) The principal's behavior is an action taken based on legal stimuli at school. (2) The professionalism of the school principal is a leader who works according to the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of Indonesia Number 40 of 2021, (3) The professional behavior of the school principal, first is the act of regulating learning activities in schools. Second, the action of developing school entrepreneurship. Third, the act of assessing the performance of teachers and education personnel. Fourth, the act of guiding and fostering teachers. The impact of this research can be used as a literacy reference for all school principals in Indonesia in improving and developing the quality of work in schools.

Stress is the body's reaction to various demands of life and may become the triggering factor in the emergence of disorders or diseases. Parents who experience stressful conditions will affect social anxiety in children. Stress is hard to avoid in life. Social anxiety in children can occur due to the parent's experience of stress. The study aimed to determine the relationship between parents' stress and social anxiety levels among children in Sukun District, Malang City. The design of the research was analytic observation with cross-sectional. The instrument used was a stress and social anxiety level questionnaire. The sampling technique was simple random sampling. The population in this study was 40 parents who live in the Sukun District RT 03, and 32 respondents were included as study participants. The results of the Spearman-rank test showed a relationship between parents' stress and social anxiety levels among children in Sukun District with p = 0.000 (p 0.05). This study concludes that the respondents have high stress and mild social anxiety in children.

Chronic Energy Deficiency is a malnutrition problem during pregnancy caused by an unbalanced nutritional intake that resulted from a long-term energy deficiency. According to the Indonesian Primary Health Research data in 2018, only 25.2% of pregnant women received the supplementary feeding program, and the remaining 74.8% failed to receive the program. The data also states that the proportion of Indonesian pregnant women aged 15-49 years old were 17.3% high risk of Chronic Energy Deficiency. The study aimed to determine the community health degree based on the risk of events related to behavioral factors and husband support for pregnant women with Chronic Energy Deficiency, alternative problem solving, and problem-solving. The descriptive-analytic method was used with a qualitative approach through interviews with ten participants, stakeholders, and Chronic Energy Deficiency pregnant women. In addition, this study also uses the Ichikawa method to determine the problem cause. The results showed there was a lack of utilization of health service programs among pregnant women. To solve this problem, the alternative priority is to create educational content through the Instagram platform in terms of handling, monitoring, and preventing Chronic Energy Deficiency in pregnancy by taking into account the level of effectiveness and efficiency.

This study aims to analyze the effect of employee additional income (TPP) on employee performance with employee competence as a mediating variable at the Regional Secretariat of Mojokerto City during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory method. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 55 employees selected using proportional random sampling. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression and path analysis to examine the relationships between variables. The results of the study indicate that TPP has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Additionally, TPP also positively influences employee competence, which ultimately improves employee performance. Employee competence was found to mediate the relationship between TPP and employee performance, so that the increase in TPP not only has a direct impact on employee performance but also strengthens employee competence, contributing to overall performance improvement. This study also shows that other supporting factors, such as leadership and organizational culture, play an equally important role in improving employee performance. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that providing TPP can be an effective strategy to improve employee performance, especially when supported by continuous competency development programs and efforts to improve managerial quality.

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki kontribusi besar dalam menopang perekonomian daerah di Indonesia. Salah satu daerah yang menjadi fokus pengabdian adalah Desa Kucur di Kabupaten Malang karena berdasarkan RPJM-DES, kondisi UMKM di Desa Kucur membutuhkan pendampingan, pengembangan dan pemberian pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kualitas operasional UMKM. Tahun 2021 Desa Kucur membentuk komunitas pelaku usaha yang disebut Klinik Usaha dengan tujuan agar warga Desa Kucur dapat memperoleh pelatihan dan pendampingan pengembangan UMKM. Pada kesempatan ini, tim abdimas berkolaborasi dengan komunitas Klinik Usaha membuat pemetaan potensi usaha Desa Kucur dan sosialisasi teknik pemasaran bagi pelaku UMKM di sana. Diawali dengan forum group discussion (FGD) secara mendalam dengan Ibu Wiwin selaku Ketua Komunitas Klinik Usaha Desa Kucur kemudian dilakukan profiling peserta komunitas dan diketahui terdapat 11 UMKM dari perwakilan dusun Klaseman, Klampok, dan Krajan di komunitas Klinik Usaha Desa Kucur dengan kondisi 90% UMKM tergolong industri Mikro, 50% belum memiliki ijin legalitas usaha, dan pemenuhan sumber daya produksi dan permodalan berasal dari lingkungan setempat. Dari 11 UMKM tersebut hanya 27% yang memperluas pasar ke luar kota serta hanya 18% yang melakukan pencatatan keuangan secara rutin. Pengetahuan tentang strategi pemasaran terutama mengenai e-marketing juga lemah. Dengan permasalahan tersebut diperlukan pelatihan dan pendampingan lanjutan tentang pengelolaan usaha UMKM khususnya dari bidang yang menjadi kelemahan pelaku UMKM di Desa Kucur saat ini, seperti tentang literasi keuangan, strategi penetapan harga, serta aplikasi digital marketing.

Kondisi pandemi COVID-19 tahun selama kurang lebih 2 tahun menjadi pembelajaran bagi Indonesia khususnya di bidang kesehatan. Problematika di bidang kesehatan semakin terlihat jelas di era pandemi COVID-19 ini. Suhu tubuh normal berkisar antar 36,5?C - 37,5?C dan bila melebihi 38,5?C maka ada indikasi terinfeksi covid-19 yang kemudian akan diarahkan untuk isolasi baik mandiri atau di tempat yang telah disediakan. Tujuan adanya ruang isolasi adalah untuk mengendalikan penyebaran penyakit menular yang bisa mewabah. Ruang isolasi adalah ruangan khusus, orang-orang yang bisa masuk ke ruangan ini juga sangat terbatas. Mengingat di ruang isolasi tidak bisa sembarangan keluar masuk, untuk itu dikembangkanlah sistem monitoring yang mampu memantau beberapa parameter yang dibutuhkan agar ruangan tersebut memenuhi standar operasional prosedur. Salah satunya adalah pengelolaan tata udara yang harus dijaga yaitu suhu ruangan dan kelembapan ruangan. Udara dalam ruangan dan kontaminan dalam ruangan minimal 6x pertukaran udara perjam dengan suhu ruangan 24 - 26 C dan kelembaban relatif 40 - 60%. Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas penulis ingin menerapkan Fuzzy logic metode Mamdani pada sistem monitoring suhu dan kelembapan ruangan pasien isolasi Covid-19 berabsis IOT ( Internet of Things ). Hal ini tentunya sangat membantu berbagai pihak mulai perorangan, hingga lembaga kesehatan utamanya rumah sakit umum. Dari pengujian metode Fuzzy Logic tersebut diambil 10 data yang dibandingkan nilainya dengan Matlab, dapat dihasilkan rata-rata error output PWM sebesar 0.1%. Bedasarkan pengujian metode black box yang dilakukan dapat diketahui tampilan sistem sesuai dengan tampilan yang diharapkan, dengan persentase kesesuaian 100%. Untuk pengujian fungsional dapat diketahui tampilan website dapat berfungsi dengan baik pada browser Opera, Chrome, dan juga Microsoft Edge.

Trotoar adalah bagian dari jalan yang ditempatkan sejajar dengan jalur lalu lintas dan digunakan untuk pejalan kaki Salah satu permasalahan yang timbul mengenai trotoar terletak di Jalan Raya Menur Kota Surabaya. Trotoar seharusnya dibangun sesuai dengan pedoman standar perancangan. Trotoar juga diharapkan digunakan sesuai fungsinya dan tidak ada penyimpangan serta penyalahgunaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merekomendasikan mengenai evaluasi pemenuhan standar trotoar di Jalan Raya Menur Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan yaitu observasi di lapangan. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu trotoar dimanfaatkan penggunanya kurang sesuai dengan pedoman. Trotoar juga kurang layak untuk digunakan oleh pedestrian. Trotoar digunakan sebagai tempat PKL dan parkir kendaraan bermotor. Terdapat berbagai alasan beragam mengenai penyalahgunaan fungsi trotoar salah satunya adalah tempat tersebut berdekatan dengan area sekolahan. Kedua profesi tersebut juga menolak adanya pemindahan lokasi karena munculnya kekhawatiran tidak ada pembeli dan pemasukan keuangan.
 

Vaksinasi COVID-19  untuk mengurangi transmisi/penularan COVID-19, menurunkan angka kesakitan dan kematian akibat COVID-19 dalam mencapai kekebalan kelompok di masyarakat (herd immunity) dan melindungi masyarakat dari COVID-19 agar tetap produktif secara sosial dan ekonomi. Kekebalan kelompok hanya dapat terbentuk apabila cakupan vaksinasi tinggi dan merata di seluruh wilayah.  Vaksinasi dilakukan pada masyarakat atau sasaran yang hendak melakukan vaksin dosis 1, dosis 2 dan booster yaitu untuk memutuskan mata rantai penularan penyakit, yaitu melalui upaya vaksinasi. Vaksinasi COVID-19 bertujuan untuk mengurangi transmisi/penularan COVID-19. Tujuan Implementasi Kebidanan Komplementer Aromaterapi dan Hand Sanitizer  Lemon dan Pelayanan vaksinasi COVID-19 pada masyarakat khususnya pengunjung     Mall Manado Town Square 3 Kota Manado
