Tujuan dari penerapan metode Student   Teams Achievement  Division (STAD) pada pelajaran PAI yaitu untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa pada materi PAI di SMAN 1 Tambun Utara. Sasaran dalam kegiatan ini mengambil kelas XI sejumlah 30 siswa. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menerapkan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun teknik Analisa data dilakukan dengan naratif deskriptif yang diterapkan melalui tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Permasalahan yang sering dijumpai dalam pendidikan salah satunya  pada penerapan metode pembelajaran yang monoton akan terkesan membosankan bagi beberapa siswa sehingga guru dituntut untuk senantiasa kreatif dalam menerapkan metode pembelajaran, salah satunya dengan metode STAD. Hasil belajar melalui metode STAD memaparkan bahwa prestasi siswa pada materi PAI mendapatkan peningkatan yang signifikan, siswa menunjukkan kekatifan, semangat, dan kekompakan saat bekerja sama antar kelompok selama mengerjakan pertanyaan dari guru. Agar lebih maksimal, maka  keterampilan guru dalam menerapkan metode pembelajaran PAI senantiasa diasah sehingga siswa merasa nyaman selama belajar.

In the Civil Code, there are 3 principles that describe heirs who are entitled to and can obtain inheritance distribution according to the Civil Code inheritance system. The legacy of the heir can not only be in the form of valuable assets, but can also be tangible objects, intangible objects or just a testamentary message conveyed. In life in society, the division of inheritance creates conflict between families which causes the division of one family. In dealing with inheritance problems that will cause conflict between families, the government allows lawsuits related to this inheritance. The Civil Code regulates the principles governing heirs, namely the personal principle, the bilateral principle and the principle of equalization. In addition to regulating these 3 principles, the Civil Code also regulates the elements included in the law of inheritance, namely there are heirs, heirs and also inherited assets as assets that will be delegated by the heir to the heirs. Heirs are also classified into 4 groups, namely Group I, Group II, Group III, and group 4. In addition, the Civil Code also regulates the absolute share of assets in inheritance. This research will use a normative legal research method that uses literature review as an effort to find the required data. Reviewing legal documents that focus on Legislation.

UMKM Prima Global Mart masih banyak menghadapi masalah termasuk penggunaan teknologi digital yang masih rendah. Serta kurang pengetahuan  dalam memanfaatkan  branding usaha  dalam memperkenalkan produk ke konsumen. para pelaku UMKM masih berfokus pada perdagangan produk tetapi masih belum menerapkan branding produk yang baik. ketidaktahuan dan minim pengetahuan , ego dan percaya diri yang berlebih serta  sifat tertutup para pelaku atas ide baru dan merasa cepat puas dengan cara berdagang yang telah dijalankan.Serta masih kurang familiar dengan penggunaan pemasaran secara digital dengan memanfaatkan media sosial dalam mendukung perluasan dan jangkauan pasar atas produk yang dihasilkan. Untuk itu sebagai dosen dengan melibatkan mahasiswa membantu dengan meberikan solusi dengan mengadakan pengabdian masyarakat dengan sosialisasi dan pelatihan stretegi branding produk UMKM dalam menunjang kemantapan usaha dan menjangkau pasar yang makin luas, metide pelaksanaan dilaksankan secara off line yang dihadiri oleh pelaku usaha UMKM 19 orang. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat diperoleh bahwa peserta pelaku usaha UMKM merasa puas dengan materi yang disampaikan serta meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya menggunakan branding produk sebagai ujung tombak atas produk yang dihasilkan serta dengan pelatihan pembuatan branding produk  dengan canva dengan mempraktekkan secara langsung telah meningkatkan kemampuan untuk membuat branding produk yang menarik sesuai dengan keiinginan sehingga mampu menciptakan loyalitas konsumen terhadap produk yang dihasilkan..

Observing the news of crime committed by minors today certainly raises concerns and unrest in social life. The disturbing behavior of children, such as the behavior of children away from religious teachings, disrespecting their parents, dressing inappropriately, saying dirty words, smoking, and the most troubling thing is that children are now involved in criminal acts. This issue has become a hot topic that is often reported on television, such as news about crimes committed by students, violence against friends, brawls, rape, and even murder. Responding to the negative behaviors of children that often appear in the news of child crimes need special attention. Therefore, as a form of attention, it is necessary to first understand the condition of the child himself and his relationship with the surrounding environment, both parents and family as well as the school as the smallest unit in society that has the responsibility to help children grow and develop optimally. Parents are the first people to be known by children, the first people to give life understanding to children, so parents play an important role in the formation of children's character. However, ironically, the family becomes a source of threat and unrest for children, because of the wrong treatment given by parents to children. Basically, the relationship between children and their parents is an emotional and cognitive source for children. These relationships provide opportunities for children to explore the environment, including school and social life, and children's early relationships can serve as models for later relationships. This initial relationship begins when the child is born into the world, in fact it has started since the fetus was in the womb (Sutcliffe, 2002: 15).1. Furthermore, the role of Christian Religious Education is an effort made by educators continuously to equip students with sources of faith. Character formation is very important in the educational process which is a process of internalizing the values ​​of the Christian faith through education. So that the personality or noble character of students is formed through habituation that is constantly practiced, without stopping.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kesejahteraan guru PAUD terhadap etos kerja guru PAUD di desa Tegalrejo Gunung Kidul. Untuk memenuhi sumber daya manusia yang berkulitas, dibutuhkan etos kerja dari setiap sumber daya manusia yang terlibat dalam suatu organisasi termasuk dalam suatu lembaga pendidikan. Kesejahteraan merupakan suatu bentuk usaha yang digunakan oleh perusahaan dalam rangka meningkatkan  semangat kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode kuantitatif, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik sampling jenuh, dengan jumlah populasi dan sampel sebanyak 14 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi linierdengan menggunakan program SPSS (Statiscal Product and Service Solution). Hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kesejahteraan guru PAUD berpengaruh positif dan  signifikan terhadap etos kerja guru PAUD dengan nilai signifikansi 0,005 < 0,05. Temuan dari penelitian ini yaitu pemimpin dalam suatu organisasi atau lembaga berperan besar dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai melalui kekuasaan yang dimiliki dengan memberikan kompensasi atau penghargaan terhadap pegawainya.

Sedangkan secara substansi, Islam adalah agama penerang dimana semua ilmu pengetahuan bisa berkembang karena islam memiliki al-qur’an dan hadis sebagai pedoman dan setiap manusia diberi hak untuk mengembangkan setiap wawasan ilmu pengetahuan yang mereka miliki karena allah sudah memberikan akal kepada setiap manusia, dan salah satu bukti manusia berakal yaitu berkeyakinan sebagai bentuk rasa syukur atas anugrah allah yang luar biasa, Ilmu yang allah berikanlah yang mebuat manusia bisa berkembang. Dengan ilmu lah manusia bisa membedakan mana yang baik dan mana yang buruk sehingga manusia lebih terarah dalam menajalani hidup, Allah juga memberikan anugrah emosi kepada manusia untuk manusia bisa semangat dalam menjalankan segala sesuatu, Gabungan ilmu dan emosi lah yang membuat manusia bisa berkembang dan bermanfaat.dan fungsi ilmu pengetahuan dalam proses kehidupan manusia tidak akan pernah berjalan sesuai fitrah tanpa adanya suatu pedoman maka kita selaku umat islam harus meletekan segalal sesuatu berdasakan Al-qur’an dan Hadis.
 

The purpose of this study is to overcome the problem of learning that is not optimal in class XI students of SMA 1 Tambun Utara, and the lack of attractiveness in PAI lessons because the method used is too monotonous so that it makes students feel bored quickly, there are problems in the use of learning media that make student learning outcomes not good. In the case of SMA 1 Tambun Utara, the delivery of material by the teacher in the learning media uses the lecture method, where the teacher is more active in speaking and students tend to be silent to listen, thus making students unable to master the material well. To overcome it all, researchers suggest using new media such as demonstrations, as a way to increase students' interest in learning. The Demonstration Method is a medium that has elements of demonstration. This study is intended to answer the problem "Whether the use of demonstration methods in PAI subjects can improve student learning outcomes at SMA 1 Tambun Utara", these problems are discussed through classroom action research carried out through the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Research data obtained through classroom observation and documentation of the results of actions carried out data from effective teachers, with this research it will be known that there will be an increase or decrease in student learning outcomes after the implementation of the demonstration method in PAI subjects at SMA 1 Tambun Utara.

This study aims to explain the implementation of the demonstration method in learning Islamic religious education at SMA Negeri North Tambun. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Methods of data collection using non-participant observation methods, semi-structured interviews and documentation. The subjects of this study were the principal, Islamic education teachers and class XII IPA students. The data validity was done by using data triangulation technique and source triangulation technique. Data analysis includes data collection (data collection), data reduction (data reduction), data display (data presentation) and conclusion drawing / verification. The result of this research is that in teaching Islamic Education the teacher uses the demonstration method by applying three stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation of learning. Preparation for learning the teacher prepares learning tools, formulates goals to be achieved, prepares the necessary tools or media and estimates the time that will be used in learning. The supporting factors are the presence of professional teachers, media, adequate facilities and infrastructure, making it easier for students to understand what is being learned..

Pemimpin adalah seseorang yang memliki kuasa dan tanggung jawab untuk mengatur suatau hal dalam sebuah wilayah atau tempat. Kepemimpinan mencangkup proses seseorang memengaruhi dalam menentukan arah dan tujuan untuk mencapai suatau hal. Kepemimpinan dalam islam dapat diartikan sebagai kepemimpinan yang didasarkan pada Quran dan hadist. Kepemimpinan dalam islam memiliki nilai-nilai yang sangat kuat dan kokoh yang dibangun berdasarkan ajaran-ajaran islam. Seorang pemimpin yang menjalankan kepimimpinan berdasarkan aturan yang terdapat dalam Al Quran dan Al Hadits. Syariat dalam islam menjadi dasar tata pemerintahan yang dijalankan sejak masa Nabi Muhammad SAW dan selanjutkannya sistem khilafah islam yang dipegang oleh seorang Khalifah.
