This project is motivated by the high risk of work accidents in the concrete production process, especially at night when there is poor lighting. Based on observations, there were various significant work incidents, such as injuries from sharp objects and being caught in heavy equipment, which indicate the need for increased risk control. This study aims to design personal protective equipment in the form of an innovative safety helmet using the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) method to improve occupational safety and health (K3) at PT Adhi Persada Beton Batching Plant Kebonarum. The methodology used includes hazard identification, risk analysis, and solution development in the form of designing a safety helmet that is adjusted to the ergonomic needs of workers. This study also includes analysis of work accident data, identification of potential hazards, and evaluation of the effectiveness of existing personal protective equipment. The results of the study indicate that the application of the JSA method can identify risks in a more structured manner, as well as produce recommendations for safety helmet innovations that can improve worker protection against potential hazards.

The Consumer Protection Law (UU 22/2020) has provided a legal basis for consumer protection in the banking industry. The implementation of this law is important in the Islamic banking industry due to its consistency with sharia values which place justice and balance as the main principles. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of the Consumer Protection Act in the Islamic banking industry and evaluate the effectiveness of its implementation. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study. Data was collected through analysis of book literature and analysis of documents related to the implementation of the Consumer Protection Act. The results of the study show how actual implementation of the Consumer Protection Law is in its operational procedures. However, there are several challenges in implementation, such as the lack of awareness and understanding of customers about their rights, as well as a lack of adequate human resources and information technology to meet the requirements of the law. This study recommends that Islamic banks increase consumer empowerment campaigns and invest in adequate human resources and information technology to increase the effectiveness of the implementation of the Consumer Protection Act. This is expected to increase customer confidence in the sharia banking industry and support sustainable industry growth.

Microorganisms are highly beneficial in sustainable agriculture as they are key components of the soil ecosystem and participate in various processes that enhance soil fertility, improve crop quality, and reduce reliance on synthetic chemicals. This study employs a meta-analysis or literature review method to examine previous research on the role of microorganisms in agriculture, specifically on how microorganisms play a critical role in sustainable farming. Most available studies rely on qualitative data or case studies, limiting the ability to conduct more in-depth quantitative analysis. The results indicate that waste processing into organic compost fertilizer is crucial. Applying organic farming methods improves crop quality while maintaining ecosystem balance.

Abstrak:
Corporations, as legal entities, can be held criminally liable for corruption offenses under Indonesian law. The legal framework in Indonesia recognizes corporations as subjects of criminal law, as outlined in Law No. 20 of 2001 concerning the Eradication of Corruption Crimes (UU Tipikor). However, there are still gaps in the law, particularly regarding main and additional penalties for corporate entities. The introduction of Law No. 1 of 2023 concerning the Criminal Code (KUHP Nusantara) addresses these shortcomings by providing more comprehensive regulations on corporate criminal liability, particularly for corruption-related offenses. This study employs a qualitative research approach, using legislative analysis, case law examination, and conceptual analysis. The research is doctrinal and juridical-normative, relying on literature studies and document analysis of statutory regulations and court decisions regarding corporate corruption. The study focuses on the corruption case involving PT. Sinarmas Asset Management (PT. SAM), where the corporation was held criminally liable under both the Anti-Corruption Law and the Indonesian Criminal Code. The research reveals that the Indonesian Criminal Code offers more detailed provisions, including additional penalties for corporations convicted of corruption. The case study also highlights significant legal developments in the trial process. Initially, the District Court convicted PT. SAM of corruption, but this verdict was overturned by the Jakarta High Court, which acquitted the company. However, the Supreme Court disagreed with the lower courts and upheld the conviction, continuing to impose penalties on PT. SAM for the mismanagement of unauthorized funds. This case underscores the complexities of corporate criminal liability in corruption cases and the evolving nature of judicial interpretations of corporate accountability in Indonesia.

Abstrak:
People's mining activities in Gamey Village, Uwapa District, Nabire Regency, Central Papua Province are carried out to meet daily needs and improve the welfare of the local community. This mining activity is based on alluvial deposit conditions and is applied for mining sediments on the surface and using alcon machines. for high pressure water spray. This community mining activity is divided into several stages starting from preparation of mining land, processing and production processes as well as selling gold products for sale. This research aims to examine the gold processing used by small-scale miners in Uwapa District, Gamey Village, and its impact on the environment and public health. The main focus of this research is on the use of the sluice box method, which is the gold processing technique most commonly used by local communities. This method was chosen for its simplicity and low cost, although the gold recovery efficiency varies between 50-70%. Additionally, this research evaluates alternative technologies such as shake tables and centrifuges that can increase gold recovery efficiency and be more environmentally friendly. The research results show that the implementation of alternative technology requires training, procurement of adequate equipment and infrastructure as well as ongoing monitoring. By adopting better technology, it is hoped that gold mining activities in Gamey Village can run more productively and sustainably, improving community welfare without damaging the environment.
