UMKM Fake Nail Art located at Jalan Raya Klareyan RT 04/01, Desa Klareyan, Kecamatan Petarukan, Kabupaten Pemalang, transforms plain fake nail art into beautiful, high-quality pieces that enhance the appearance of the wearer's fingers. The goal of this initiative is to support business development at UMKM by identifying existing problems and providing alternative solutions. After conducting observations, several issues were identified at UMKM, including the lack of business permits, the absence of a business profile, vision, mission, and organizational structure, the desire to create a new business logo, an inadequate business banner, the lack of a business stamp, the absence of simple financial bookkeeping, the lack of an online shop account, the business location not being listed on Google Maps, and ineffective marketing strategies.To address these issues, several business development assistance programs were formulated, including: Obtaining business permits such as the NIB (Business Identification Number), Creating a business profile, vision, mission, and organizational structure, Designing a new business logo, Creating a business banner, Creating a business stamp, Designing new product labels, Implementing simple financial bookkeeping, Calculating the cost of goods sold (COGS), Setting up social media accounts like Shopee store, Listing the business location on Google Maps, Producing various videos for production and promotion. After analyzing and implementing these assistance programs, the UMKM experienced positive impacts. These included obtaining business permits such as the NIB for legal business status, having a business profile, vision, mission, and organizational structure for complete business documentation, and more.

Perkembangan teknologi yang banyak membawa perubahan / globalisasi pada kemajuan suatu negara. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan banyak munculnya inovasi alat canggih yang dibuat untuk memudahkan segala aktivitas manusia. Namun selain membawa dampak positif juga  dampak negatif ,dimana manusia hidupnya serba instan, cepat, dan efektif. Hal itu dikarenakan  aktivitas manusia banyak bergantung kepada alat canggih yang tersedia. Salah satu inovasi canggih yaitu adanya fintech yang merupakan aplikasi dalam bidang jasa keuangan. Dengan adanya jenis sistem ini dapat memudahkan manusia untuk melakukan pinjam meminjam , penawaran ataupun jual beli tanpa harus terjalin kontak fisik. Tetapi dampak dari pinjam online ini , data pribadi kita mudah untuk dilacak oleh orang lain dan disalahgunakan. Hal itu perlu dipelajarin oleh manusia agar tetap waspada dalam melakukan sesuatu. Dalam aturan hukum terkait   penyalahgunaan akun orang lain untuk melakukan pinjaman online ada yang sudah diatur, ada yang belum tergantung dengan bentuk penyalahgunaanya. Oleh karena itu dalam bnetuk pertanggungjawaban ini , kita sendiri yang dapat mewaspadai akan terjadinya hal hal buruk dalam akun pribadi kita

Penerapan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) telah memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan kenyamanan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk lingkungan kantor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem kontrol dan monitoring AC dan lampu berbasis IoT di kantor bagian tata pemerintahan dan kerjasama Kabupaten Bondowoso.
Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode Prototype, dimulai dari identifikasi masalah, desain cepat, perencanaan, pembangunan prototype, evaluasi pengguna. Komponen utama sistem meliputi sensor DHT11, relay untuk kontrol AC dan lampu, mikrokontroler ESP32, dan platform IoT untuk menghubungkan semua komponen.
Sistem ini memungkinkan pengguna untuk mengontrol dan memonitor kondisi lingkungan kantor secara real-time melalui aplikasi blynk atau web. Dengan adanya sensor suhu, pengguna memonitoring suhu ruangan dan relay untuk menyalakan lampu.
Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi energi dengan mengoptimalkan penggunaan AC dan lampu, serta memberikan kenyamanan bagi pengguna kantor. Selain itu, data yang terkumpul dari sistem ini dapat digunakan untuk analisis lebih lanjut dalam upaya meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas kantor.

This study aims to analyze the relationship between the use of social media and sleep quality in FEBI students. This study uses an analytical observational research design with a cross sectional approach. Data was collected using a questionnaire consisting of information about social media usage and sleep quality. The results showed that there was a weak correlation between social media use and sleep quality (?=0.004, R=0.506). This shows that excessive use of social media can interfere with the quality of students' sleep

This study aims to analyze production management at PT Pilihanmu Indonesia Jaya in the workshop and coaching project. The study encompasses various critical stages, including market research and analysis, product strategy development, and the structured development of a product roadmap. The research methodology involves in-depth interviews with prospective users and stakeholders, as well as market data analysis to identify the needs and desires of the target audience. The findings indicate that personalization and high interactivity features are top priorities in product development. The implementation of collaboration tools such as Google Docs, Draw.io, and Figma facilitates effective communication and coordination between the UI/UX, front-end, and back-end teams. With a data-driven approach and a clear strategy, this workshop and coaching project has significant potential to meet market expectations and deliver substantial value. The study concludes that good production management, supported by cross-functional collaboration and the appropriate use of technology, is the key to successful development of innovative products that are relevant to user needs.

This type of research is associative with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 33 Samsat Panda office employees. The sampling technique used in this research was saturated sampling so the number of samples in this research was 33 respondents. Data was processed using SPSS 23.0. From the results of the multiple linear regression test, there is a relationship between workload and communication on work morale. The results of this research indicate that the Workload variable (X1) has a partially significant effect on the Work Morale of the Samsat Panda Office employees. The Communication variable (X2) has a partially significant effect on the work morale of the Samsat Panda Office employees. The variables Workload and Communication simultaneously have a significant effect on Work Morale among Panda Bima Samsat Employees.

The rights of Fiduciary guarantees, in practice, are often violated by Fiduciary guarantee recipients. Even thuggery methods are used for this purpose. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the legal norms formulated in Article 15 of the Fiduciary Guarantee Law and the conflicting norms of Article 15 paragraph (2) and paragraph (3) of the Fiduciary Guarantee Law with the original intense formulation of Article 28G paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia . The research method uses a normative juridical approach. Legal norms which are the legal substance of the formulation of the Fiduciary Guarantee provisions are analyzed through a concept and law approach. Fiduciary towards the 1945 Constitution, caused by the phrase "executive power" and the phrase "the same as a court decision that has permanent legal force" which is contrary to the principles of legal certainty and fairness of the parties to the agreement. The legal argument is the subjectivity of creditors (Fiduciary Recipients) in assessing and determine the circumstances of default (default) of the debtor (Fiduciary Provider).
 




 

This study examines the positive factors of Western culture that contribute to enhancing Islamic religious education. Western culture brings forth various influences that can positively impact the development of Islamic religious education. The study explores factors such as increased access to information, innovative educational approaches, critical thinking, and the promotion of pluralism and tolerance. These factors provide opportunities for Muslims to broaden their knowledge and deepen their understanding of Islamic teachings through wider access to information, engaging educational methods, and the development of critical thinking skills. Additionally, Western culture's emphasis on pluralism and tolerance can contribute to fostering a more inclusive and harmonious environment within Islamic religious education. By analyzing and utilizing these positive factors, Islamic religious education can be enriched and made more relevant in the context of contemporary challenges while upholding the core values of Islam.

Fatty liver is a medical condition in which fat builds up in liver cells, which can develop into steatohepatitis, fibrosis, cirrhosis and liver cancer if not treated properly. Fatty liver in the elderly causes an increased risk of serious complications due to the high prevalence of metabolic risk factors such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia and obesity which are more common in the elderly. The importance of education and understanding risk factors so that the elderly community can adopt a healthy lifestyle is the main focus of this community service activity. Through the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) method, initial assessment, education, implementation of healthy eating and exercise patterns, and evaluation of the effectiveness of the intervention are carried out. The results showed that the majority of elderly people had cholesterol levels and liver function within normal limits, although 9.7% had hypercholesterolemia and 43% had SGOT levels that were not optimal. Continuous education and support are key in preventing and managing fatty liver and dyslipidemia in the elderly, thereby improving their quality of life.

The aim of carrying out this research is to find out the implementation of the Sharia productive financing program in increasing income at PT Pemodalan Nasional Madani Syariah Pujon. The type of research used in this research is field research (Field Research). This research approach is descriptive analysis. This research aims to determine the impact of the Sharia productive financing program on increasing the income of women's MSMEs in Pujon. In preparing this research, the author clarified the data sources into 2 types, namely: 1) Primary data; 2) Secondary Data. Data collection techniques in this research were obtained through the following methods and stages: 1) interviews; 2) Observation and 3) documentation. The results of this research are the productive financing application mechanism at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani, namely that prospective customers submit applications by bringing initial documents and filling in the financing application form. Customers who take out or carry out productive financing with PT Permodalan Nasional Madani as a business need, the micro-business runs by the customer experiences an increase in income. So that with this financing, the business run by the customer can develop and increase the customer's income. By increasing the stock of goods or equipment in the business run by the customer, the business also experiences progress in terms of income, production and performance
