<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ukuran dewan direksi, dewan komisaris independen, kepemimpinan ganda, jenis perusahaan, <em>sustainability committee</em>, aktivitas perusahaan, kepemilikan asing, dan struktur kepemilikan terhadap pengungkapan <em>sustainability report</em>. Populasi penelitian adalah perusahaan-perusahaan di Asia yang mengikuti ASSRAT tahun 2018-2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan <em>purposive </em>sampling dan terpilih 23 perusahaan dengan 69-unit analisis. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi serta teknik analisis statistik menggunakan deskriptif dengan alat analisis data IBM SPSS <em>Statistics</em> 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ukuran dewan direksi, dewan komisaris independen, kepemimpinan ganda, jenis perusahaan, <em>sustainability committee</em>, aktivitas perusahaan, kepemilikan asing tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan <em>sustainability report</em>. Struktur kepemilikan berpengaruh negatif terhadap pengungkapan <em>sustainability report</em>. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya agar dapat menggunakan variabel lain yang diduga dapat mempengaruhi variabel <em>sustainability report.</em></p><p><em><em><span>This study analyzes the effect of board size, independent board of commissioners, dual leadership, company type, sustainability committee, company activities, foreign ownership, and ownership structure on sustainability report disclosure. The research population is companies in Asia that participated in ASSRAT in 2018-2020. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and selected 23 companies with a 69-unit analysis. Data collection techniques used documentation and statistical analysis techniques using descriptive data analysis tools using IBM SPSS Statistics 23. The results showed that the size of the board of directors, independent board of commissioners, dual leadership, type of company, sustainability committee, company activity, and foreign ownership do not affect the disclosure sustainability report. Ownership structure has a negative effect on sustainability report disclosure—suggestions for further research to use other variables that are thought to affect the sustainability report variable.</span></em></em></p>

Community service activities to provide knowledge about MSME tax preparation and reporting training. this activity was carried out on May 3 2023. The method of activity is with presentation of material, discussion, training and evaluation. a series of community service activities as follows: the implementing team presented material on the Basic Principles of Imposing Final MSME Income Tax, tax incentives provided by the government to MSME actors, Calculation and Payment of MSME Final Income Tax, and Reporting of MSME Income Tax and Tax Sanctions. The result of this community service activity is that activity participants are capable of making and reporting MSME taxes

Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Layanan Jasa pada masa pandemi dan Strategi Pembiayaan yang dilakukan di PT. Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Jambi. Sebagaimana tujuan diantaranya adalah keadaan Pelayanan Jasa pada masa pandemi dan juga Strategi Pembiayaan di PT. Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Jambi. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan penarikan kesimpulan sebagai berikut : 1) Dalam pelayanan yang dilakukan di masa Covid di PT. Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Jambi, yaitu : a)Pelayanan sedikit ada perubahan baik dari dalam outlet maupun diluar outlet demi mencegah penularan covid-19. b)Yang biasanya bisa bertatap muka langsung terhadap nasabah dan pada masa covid terpaksa disekat atau online. c)Pelayanan PT. Pegadaian syariah juga dilihat dari perubahan pegawai yang biasanya bekerja langsung dikantor dan ada juga yang berkerja WFH (Work From Home. 2) Dalam strategi pembiayaan yang dilakukan PT. Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Jambi pada masa pandemi adalah sebagai berikut: a)Memperbaruhi cara bisnis penjualan yang tadi nya bisa kurang sekarang lebih banyak dimedsos maupun aplikasi digital. b)Memberikan diskon untuk nasabah pembelian emas maupun pengunaan produk tertentu dipegadaian syariah. c)Untuk yang mikro pada masa pandemi ada pelonggaran bagi usaha nasabah yang terdampak dengan cara memberikan subsisdi UMKM dari pemerintah. d)PT.Pegadaian syariah cabang jambi melakukan sosialisasi untuk mendorong nasabah dalam menggunakan pegadaian digital sehingga bisa bertransaksi dirumah

This research is about the Implementation of the Project to Strengthen Pancasila Student Profiles to Strengthen Love for Culture and the Region through Sapoe Nyunda Activities. This independent curriculum is different from the previous curriculum, namely there is a Project to Strengthen Pancasila Student Profiles. This project is to improve student character as a Pancasila profile through projects in the surrounding environment. Implementation of the Project to Strengthen Pancasila Student Profiles at Al-Ma'soem Elementary School through the sapoe nyunda activity, namely rampak sekar to strengthen a sense of love for culture and the region. Data collection techniques used are in the form of interviews and documentation. The results of the study showed that teachers and students were very enthusiastic about sapoe nyunda activities. Implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project is practiced directly so that learning will be more meaningful and memorable for students.

This study aims to analyze financial performance using financial statement ratios in a merger company, namely PT Ciputra Development Tbk. This research uses quantitative research methods. Quantitative data used were obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange www.idx.co.id and the company's website. In this study, we will discuss the ratios of financial statements that have a relationship with financial performance.

Diabetes mellitus is a degenerative disease that cannot be cured and has a risk of complications if not adequately controlled. Self-care is an important aspect of managing diabetes mellitus independently to improve the quality of life and well-being of the diabetic. One of the strategies to enhance the self-care management skills of the diabetic is to provide education through the booklet SECARIC Diary. This type of research is a quasi-experimental quantitative study with a pre-test-post-test design with the control group. Sampling was conducted using purposive sampling technique at several Posyandu in Desa Karang Asem Barat with a total sample of 22 respondents for the control group and 22 respondents for the intervention group. Data analysis used paired t-tests on self-care and quality-of-life variables with a p-value of 0.000 at a significance level of α = 0.05. Furthermore, data analysis was performed using an independent t-test with a p-value of 0.000 and a t-count of 4.756 on the self-care management variable and a p-value of 0.042 and a t-count of 2.098 on the quality of life variable. The results showed that the SECARIC Diary booklet media intervention could improve self-care management abilities and quality of life for type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in Desa Karang Asem Barat.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Untuk teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan dokumen pendukung untuk menjawab rumusan masalah penelitian maka peneliti melakukan 3 tahapan analisi data yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan bagasi berbayar pada Maskapai Lion Air di Bandar Udara Komodo Labuan Bajo, Nusa Tenggara Timur adalah penerapan bagasi berbayar lion air memberikan fasilitas pre-paid baggage (bagasi prabayar) yang dapat dibeli oleh calon penumpang paling lambat 6 jam sebelum keberangkatan. Maksimal pembelian bagasi prabayar adalah 30kg per penumpang, minat penumpang terhadap penerapan bagasi berbayar pada maskapai Lion Air di Bandar Udara Komodo Labuan Bajo, Nusa Tenggara Timur masyarakat kurang tertarik dengan pelayanan yang diberikan maskapai seperti kelayakan pesawat dan displin waktu. Masyarakat menyampaikan bahwa kebijakan tersebut sungguh memberatkan penumpang, khususnya penumpang dengan kelas ekonomi atau masyarakat menengah
 

Service quality is built on a comparison of two main factors, namely customer perceptions of the real service they receive with the service they actually expect or want. If the reality is more than expected, then the service can be said to be of high quality, whereas if the reality is less than expected, then the service can be said to be of poor quality. And if the reality is the same as the expectation, then the service can be said to be satisfactory.
This research is a quantitative research, quantitative research is a research method based on the philosophy of potivism, used to examine certain populations or samples. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data, primary data obtained from Citilink airline passengers at Yogyakarta International Airport who were asked for responses through questionnaires given about service quality variables and passenger satisfaction variables.
Based on the data analysis, it was concluded that the effect of the variable quality of boarding gate services significantly on the variable of passenger satisfaction. And the contribution between the variables of service quality boarding gate (X) contributed 0.863 or 86.3% to passenger satisfaction on the Citilink airline at Yogyakarta International Airport, the remaining 13.7% was influenced by other factors not included in this study.

At present, the widespread influence of globalization is no stranger to the ears of modern society. Globalization is a worldwide process that causes the emergence of science and technology advances that affect the pattern of changing lifestyles that are becoming more modern. This also coincides with the emergence of modernization in society which then has an impact on the emergence of individualism in society. individualism is considered as an attitude of prioritizing personal needs without thinking about the needs of society at large. During a pandemic, for example, due to the application of restrictions on interactions between individuals that make individuals spend more time at home and take advantage of available technological sophistication, this is also the reason for the emergence of individualism. Also during the pandemic, the attitude of individualism that appeared in society was the emergence of the term panic buying where individuals buy daily needs on a large scale without having a sense of care for other people who also need those needs. This paper aims to find out how globalization and modernization have affected the emergence of panic buying during a pandemic. Data collection in this paper uses literature studies, where data collection uses books, journals, and other written works. The theory used is the theory of Anthony Giddens about modernity. h the covid 19 pandemic that hit various countries has affected human life in various ways. The pandemic has also led to an attitude of individualism that has diluted the original values that are deeply embedded in the Indonesian nation.

Tuberkulosis (TB) merupakan penyakit menular yang menjadi permasalahan kesehatan sampai saat ini. Indonesia  menempati urutan  ketiga  terbanyak  kasus  TB  di dunia. Pengobatan TB minimal selama 6 (enam) bulan sehingga membutuhkan kepatuhan tinggi dari penderitanya. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan kontrol adalah adanya dukungan keluarga. Kurangnya kepatuhan kontrol dan dukungan keluarga yang kurang sangat mempengaruhi keberhasilan pengobatan pasien sehingga dampaknya tidak tercapai kesembuhan dan terjadi resistensi obat. Tujuan: Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan Kepatuhan Kontrol Pasien Tuberkulosis di Puskesmas Bukit Hindu Kota Palangka Raya. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah korelasional dengan menggunakan pendekatan Cross sectional. Variabel penelitian yaitu dukungan keluarga sebagai variabel independen dan kepatuhan kontrol sebagai variabel dependen. Teknik penentuan responden menggunakan Accidental sampling, data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan diuji dengan uji statistik Chi Square. Populasi penelitian adalah pasien yang menjalani pengobatan TB di Puskesmas Bukit Hindu tahun 2022 berjumlah 35 responden. Hasil: Hasil penelitian didapat bahwa p = 0,000, α = 0.05, sehingga p < α maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, menunjukan hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan keluarga dengan kepatuhan kontrol. Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan kepatuhan kontrol pasien TB di Puskesmas Bukit Hindu Kota Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu instansi kesehatan, instansi pendidikan, pasien TB dan keluarganya dalam meningkatkan informasi tentang pentingnya dukungan keluarga dengan kepatuhan kontrol pasien TB.
