This study aims at analyzing the existence of Constitutional Court Ruling No. 91/PUU-XVIII/2020 (Job Creation MK Decision) after Law No. 6 of 2023 concerning Job Creation. This research is a normative legal research by prioritizing case approaches, concepts, and legislation. The results of the study confirmed that the existence of the Job Creation MK Decision after the passage of the Job Creation Law was as if the Job Creation MK Decision was between "there and not". It is said that there is because it is used as a juridical basis in the Job Creation Law, however substantively the Decision of the Job Creation MK, especially the constitutional order to substantively improve the Job Creation Law by involving meaningful community participation, has not been implemented. Because, the government (in this case the President) actually uses the Job Creation Law instrument which substantively denies the Job Creation MK Decision. The legal implications of the Job Creation MK Decision after the Job Creation Law was passed is that the Job Creation Law has actually violated the substance of the Job Creation MK Decision. It can be seen that the Job Creation MK Decision orients the reformulation of the Job Creation Law through meaningful participation involving all components of society. The existence of disobedience to the Job Creation Law against the Decision of the Job Creation MK has the potential to cause a phenomenon of disregard for the constitution (constitutional disobedience). Therefore, in the future it is necessary to formulate the forms and types of sanctions against the Constitutional Court's Decision and also be oriented to the Constitutional Court being able to review a Law or UU that contradicts the Constitutional Court's Decision. Penelitian ini bertujuan pada analisis atas eksistensi Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi No. 91/PUU-XVIII/2020 (Putusan MK Cipta Kerja) pasca disahkannya UU No. 6 Tahun 2023 tentang Cipta Kerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif dengan mengedepankan pendekatan kasus, konsep, dan perundang-undangan. Hasil penelitian menegaskan bahwa eksistensi Putusan MK Cipta Kerja pasca disahkannya UU Cipta Kerja seolah-olah Putusan MK Cipta Kerja adalah antara “ada dan tiada”. Dikatakan ada karena dijadikan landasan yuridis dalam UU Cipta Kerja akan tetapi secara substantif Putusan MK Cipta Kerja khususnya perintah konstitusional untuk memperbaiki UU Cipta Kerja secara substantif dengan melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat secara bermakna, justru tidak dilaksanakan. Pemerintah (dalam hal ini Presiden) justru menggunakan instrumen UU Cipta Kerja yang secara substantif mengingkari Putusan MK Cipta Kerja. Implikasi hukum Putusan MK Cipta Kerja pasca disahkannya UU Cipta Kerja adalah bahwa UU Cipta Kerja sejatinya telah melanggar substansi dari Putusan MK Cipta Kerja. Hal ini dapat dilihat bahwa Putusan MK Cipta Kerja mengorientasikan perumusan ulang UU Cipta Kerja melalui partisipasi yang bermakna dengan melibatkan segenap komponen masyarakat. Adanya ketidaktaatan UU Cipta Kerja terhadap Putusan MK Cipta Kerja berpotensi membuat adanya fenomena pengabaian terhadap konstitusi (constitutional disobedience). Oleh karena itu, ke depan perlu diformulasikan bentuk dan jenis sanksi terhadap Putusan MK serta diorientasikan pula MK dapat melakukan pengujian terhadap suatu undang-undang atau UU yang bertentangan dengan Putusan MK.   

The Ciptaker Law functions to increase investment and create new jobs, but is controversial because of workers' rights. Dalam penelitian ini, sebuah aplikasi Android dikembangkan menggunakan MIT App Inventor untuk mengontrol robot mobile berpenggerak empat roda berbasis bluetooth. Pendekatan flowchart digunakan dalam merancang aplikasi ini. Percobaan dilakukan untuk memvalidasi pengendalian robot menggunakan aplikasi tersebut. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa robot dapat dikendalikan secara efektif dan aplikasi ini memiliki potensi pengembangan lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam bidang pengembangan aplikasi kontrol robot berbasis mobile dan meningkatkan pemahaman tentang implementasi teknologi dalam konteks robotika

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris mengenai Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Earning Power, dan Growth Terhadap Earning Management. Populasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sector Consumer Non Cyclical. Teknik Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Metode Analisis data menggunakan Analisis Regresi Data Panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, Profitabilitas (ROA) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Earning Management. Earning Power tidak berpengaruh terhadap Earning Management, Growth berpengaruh negative terhadap Earning Management.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of applying the Cooperative Learning Model to volleyball game material in increasing student motivation. Quantitative research with an experimental approach. The sample in this study amounted to 30 students. The results showed: the sig value for the control class data was 0.082 with a normal distribution and the sig value for the experimental class data was 0.131 (sig. > 0.05) with a normal distribution. Based on the Levene's Test the sig value was 0.196 and the t test with a sig value of 0.000 (sig. <0.05) which indicated that there was a significant difference in the control and experimental classes in increasing student learning motivation where the increase occurred in the experimental class.

Tujuan dari penerapan metode Student   Teams Achievement  Division (STAD) pada pelajaran PAI yaitu untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa pada materi PAI di SMAN 1 Tambun Utara. Sasaran dalam kegiatan ini mengambil kelas XI sejumlah 30 siswa. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menerapkan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun teknik Analisa data dilakukan dengan naratif deskriptif yang diterapkan melalui tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Permasalahan yang sering dijumpai dalam pendidikan salah satunya  pada penerapan metode pembelajaran yang monoton akan terkesan membosankan bagi beberapa siswa sehingga guru dituntut untuk senantiasa kreatif dalam menerapkan metode pembelajaran, salah satunya dengan metode STAD. Hasil belajar melalui metode STAD memaparkan bahwa prestasi siswa pada materi PAI mendapatkan peningkatan yang signifikan, siswa menunjukkan kekatifan, semangat, dan kekompakan saat bekerja sama antar kelompok selama mengerjakan pertanyaan dari guru. Agar lebih maksimal, maka  keterampilan guru dalam menerapkan metode pembelajaran PAI senantiasa diasah sehingga siswa merasa nyaman selama belajar.

In the Civil Code, there are 3 principles that describe heirs who are entitled to and can obtain inheritance distribution according to the Civil Code inheritance system. The legacy of the heir can not only be in the form of valuable assets, but can also be tangible objects, intangible objects or just a testamentary message conveyed. In life in society, the division of inheritance creates conflict between families which causes the division of one family. In dealing with inheritance problems that will cause conflict between families, the government allows lawsuits related to this inheritance. The Civil Code regulates the principles governing heirs, namely the personal principle, the bilateral principle and the principle of equalization. In addition to regulating these 3 principles, the Civil Code also regulates the elements included in the law of inheritance, namely there are heirs, heirs and also inherited assets as assets that will be delegated by the heir to the heirs. Heirs are also classified into 4 groups, namely Group I, Group II, Group III, and group 4. In addition, the Civil Code also regulates the absolute share of assets in inheritance. UMKM Prima Global Mart masih banyak menghadapi masalah termasuk penggunaan teknologi digital yang masih rendah. Serta kurang pengetahuan  dalam memanfaatkan  branding usaha  dalam memperkenalkan produk ke konsumen. para pelaku UMKM masih berfokus pada perdagangan produk tetapi masih belum menerapkan branding produk yang baik. ketidaktahuan dan minim pengetahuan , ego dan percaya diri yang berlebih serta  sifat tertutup para pelaku atas ide baru dan merasa cepat puas dengan cara berdagang yang telah dijalankan.Serta masih kurang familiar dengan penggunaan pemasaran secara digital dengan memanfaatkan media sosial dalam mendukung perluasan dan jangkauan pasar atas produk yang dihasilkan. Untuk itu sebagai dosen dengan melibatkan mahasiswa membantu dengan meberikan solusi dengan mengadakan pengabdian masyarakat dengan sosialisasi dan pelatihan stretegi branding produk UMKM dalam menunjang kemantapan usaha dan menjangkau pasar yang makin luas, metide pelaksanaan dilaksankan secara off line yang dihadiri oleh pelaku usaha UMKM 19 orang. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat diperoleh bahwa peserta pelaku usaha UMKM merasa puas dengan materi yang disampaikan serta meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya menggunakan branding produk sebagai ujung tombak atas produk yang dihasilkan serta dengan pelatihan pembuatan branding produk  dengan canva dengan mempraktekkan secara langsung telah meningkatkan kemampuan untuk membuat branding produk yang menarik sesuai dengan keiinginan sehingga mampu menciptakan loyalitas konsumen terhadap produk yang dihasilkan..

Observing the news of crime committed by minors today certainly raises concerns and unrest in social life. The disturbing behavior of children, such as the behavior of children away from religious teachings, disrespecting their parents, dressing inappropriately, saying dirty words, smoking, and the most troubling thing is that children are now involved in criminal acts. This issue has become a hot topic that is often reported on television, such as news about crimes committed by students, violence against friends, brawls, rape, and even murder. Responding to the negative behaviors of children that often appear in the news of child crimes need special attention. Therefore, as a form of attention, it is necessary to first understand the condition of the child himself and his relationship with the surrounding environment, both parents and family as well as the school as the smallest unit in society that has the responsibility to help children grow and develop optimally. Parents are the first people to be known by children, the first people to give life understanding to children, so parents play an important role in the formation of children's character. However, ironically, the family becomes a source of threat and unrest for children, because of the wrong treatment given by parents to children. Basically, the relationship between children and their parents is an emotional and cognitive source for children. These relationships provide opportunities for children to explore the environment, including school and social life, and children's early relationships can serve as models for later relationships. This initial relationship begins when the child is born into the world, in fact it has started since the fetus was in the womb (Sutcliffe, 2002: 15).1. Furthermore, the role of Christian Religious Education is an effort made by educators continuously to equip students with sources of faith. Character formation is very important in the educational process which is a process of internalizing the values ​​of the Christian faith through education. So that the personality or noble character of students is formed through habituation that is constantly practiced, without stopping.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kesejahteraan guru PAUD terhadap etos kerja guru PAUD di desa Tegalrejo Gunung Kidul. Untuk memenuhi sumber daya manusia yang berkulitas, dibutuhkan etos kerja dari setiap sumber daya manusia yang terlibat dalam suatu organisasi termasuk dalam suatu lembaga pendidikan. Kesejahteraan merupakan suatu bentuk usaha yang digunakan oleh perusahaan dalam rangka meningkatkan  semangat kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode kuantitatif, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik sampling jenuh, dengan jumlah populasi dan sampel sebanyak 14 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi linierdengan menggunakan program SPSS (Statiscal Product and Service Solution). Hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kesejahteraan guru PAUD berpengaruh positif dan  signifikan terhadap etos kerja guru PAUD dengan nilai signifikansi 0,005 < 0,05. Temuan dari penelitian ini yaitu pemimpin dalam suatu organisasi atau lembaga berperan besar dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai melalui kekuasaan yang dimiliki dengan memberikan kompensasi atau penghargaan terhadap pegawainya.
