Abstrak:
The maritime industry, traditionally reliant on intuition and experience-based decision-making, is undergoing a transformation with the increasing adoption of digital marketing strategies. However, the epistemological foundations of this transition remain underexplored, particularly in the context of leadership and strategic decision-making. This research examines how maritime leaders, lecturers, and postgraduate students perceive and integrate data-driven marketing strategies into maritime business management. The study provides original value by addressing the gap in maritime leadership research regarding digital marketing epistemology. Unlike previous studies that primarily focus on technical adoption, this research critically analyzes the philosophical and cognitive frameworks influencing digital marketing decision-making. The primary objective is to explore the extent to which digital marketing decisions in maritime leadership are guided by empirical data rather than intuition. Using qualitative research and descriptive analysis, semi-structured interviews were conducted with maritime experts, lecturers, and postgraduate students. Data were analyzed thematically, categorizing responses into competency development, sustainability, and digital transformation barriers. Findings reveal that while data-driven strategies are acknowledged as valuable, traditional leadership models still dominate. Digital marketing adoption is constrained by limited expertise, regulatory challenges, and skepticism toward analytics. The study concludes that bridging this gap requires integrating epistemological inquiry into maritime education and fostering collaboration between industry and academia. Strengthening digital literacy among maritime leaders is essential for ensuring the sustainable and strategic use of digital marketing in the sector.

The Community Service Program (KKN) provides students with the opportunity to directly contribute to society, especially in rural areas. This research aims to analyze the role of KKN-MB Posko 43 students in supporting the blood donation program in Penggaron Kidul Village, Semarang City. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation during the implementation of the KKN program. The research findings show that KKN students played a significant role in raising public awareness about the importance of blood donation through intensive socialization and education. In addition, students also contributed by facilitating blood donation activities through coordination with the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) and the local village government. The impact of this activity was reflected in the increase in the number of blood donors in the village, as well as the establishment of a sustainable blood donor community. The study concludes that the involvement of KKN students can have a positive impact on the sustainability of blood donation programs in rural areas, and this model is expected to be applied in other regions.

Indual Work Program Real Work lecture (KKN) in making this fertilizer aims to process kitchen waste in the form of residual stale rice and rice washing water into liquid organic fertilizer (POC) and reduce the volume of organic waste and improve the quality of the environment through the use of kitchen waste. The fermentation process using effective mocroorganisms and molasses is carried out throught the fermentation process using EM4 and molasess of organic waste can be converted into nutritional liquid fertilizer. The variables studied include ratio of raw materials, fermentation time, and EM4 doese. The results of the work programof individual real work lecture (KKN) show that the rresulting (POC) CAN Increas plant growth and improve soil quality with a ratio of raw materials 1:1 (waste:water), 10 days fermentation time, and 1% EM4 doese produces (POC) with quality best. Nutritional content analysis show a significant increase in nitrogen, phosporus, and potassium levels. Trial on herbal plants and vegetables showed a significant increase in growth in plants given (POC) compared to control. The use of (POC) is an environmentally friendly solution toovercome the problem of organic waste and increase sustainable agricultural productivity.

The integration of digitalization and Management Information Systems (MIS) has profoundly enhanced human resource efficiency, service quality, and operational effectiveness at Klinik Pratama Bunda Sarini. This study explores the role of MIS in optimizing workforce management and improving patient-centered care, highlighting both its advantages and the challenges encountered during implementation. Researchers employed a qualitative case study approach, utilizing semi-structured interviews and document analysis to examine HR professionals' experiences with digital transformation. The findings indicate that MIS has streamlined administrative workflows, reduced clerical inefficiencies, and improved real-time data accessibility, facilitating faster decision-making and higher patient satisfaction. However, workforce resistance, digital literacy limitations, and data security concerns created obstacles in the transition process. Structured HR-led training programs and phased implementation strategies effectively addressed these challenges. The study underscores the importance of sustained investment in workforce development, cybersecurity measures, and digital infrastructure to support long-term healthcare digitalization. Future research should evaluate the long-term impact of digital adoption in small-scale healthcare institutions.

This study aims to analyze the relationship between gadget usage and sleep quality among high school students at SMA Pertiwi Medan. Excessive gadget use, especially before bedtime, is often associated with sleep pattern disturbances that can affect students' sleep quality. This research employs a quantitative method with a descriptive correlational approach. Data were collected through questionnaires involving 100 students selected using random sampling techniques. The results show a significant relationship between the duration and frequency of gadget use and students' sleep quality. The higher the intensity of gadget use, the lower the quality of sleep experienced by students. Factors such as usage time, types of activities on gadgets, and sleep duration also influenced the findings. These results provide important implications for students, teachers, and parents to regulate gadget usage

This research aims to analyze school operational assistance policies towards improving facilities and infrastructure. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research type by descriptively explaining qualitative data taken from various articles. The method used is systematic literature review (SLR). The results of this research show that the procurement of school facilities and infrastructure still requires clear and sufficient funding sources. Where before procuring all the facilities and infrastructure that will be used, you must make a clear plan for the needs and expenditure of money that will be used. Facilities and infrastructure that have been met can be put to good use to support the smooth running of learning and attention must be paid to their maintenance.

Survey research is one of the methods often used in social sciences, education, and various other fields to collect data efficiently from large populations. This study aims to describe the concept, steps, types, advantages, and disadvantages of survey research, and provide guidance in selecting representative samples. The method used in this study is a literature review with a descriptive analysis of relevant theories. The results of the study indicate that survey research has the advantage of being able to collect large amounts of data quickly and support statistical analysis. However, this method also has weaknesses such as the risk of sampling bias and limitations in extracting in-depth information. The implications of this study are the need for careful design, including the selection of appropriate sampling techniques and the development of valid instruments, to improve the quality of survey research. This study is expected to provide practical guidance for researchers in designing and implementing effective and ethical survey research.

Many high school students lack certainty in determining their future careers after graduation. This quasi-experimental study examined the significant improvement in career maturity of grade 12 students through the application of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) and the use of a career guidance board game, "Career Racing," in group guidance. The subjects were 10 students from grade 12 IPS 1 selected using purposive random sampling based on low and moderate career maturity characteristics. Data were collected through observation and a career maturity scale developed based on Donald Super's theory of career maturity. Data analysis employed the Mann-Whitney U test to compare the career maturity levels of the experimental and control groups after treatment. The results showed a significant difference in post-test career maturity scores between the experimental and control groups (asymp. sig. = 0.046), with the experimental group exhibiting a higher mean rank (6.83) than the control group (3.50). Therefore, the career maturity of the grade 12 students improved significantly through the implementation of PBL and the use of the "Career Racing" board game.
