Artikel ini menganalisis pengelolaan evaluasi pembelajaran yang dilakukan dalam konteks Kurikulumdeka. Melalui pendekatan ini, penulis menyoroti keberhasilan serta tantangan yang dihadapi oleh peserta dalam mengimplementasikan sistem evaluasi pembelajaran yang berbasis pada prinsip-prinsip kurikulum baru. Dalam konteks Kurikulum Merdeka, evaluasi pembelajaran memiliki peran yang krusial dalam mengukur pencapaian kompetensi peserta secara holistik dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini secara studi pustaka untuk menyelidiki efektivitas pengelolaan evaluasi pembelajaran dalam mendung kesuksesan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka, sambil juga mengidentifikasi hambatan yang mungkin dihadapi peserta dalam proses ini. Dengan memperhatikanpek kualitatif dan kuantitatif, artikel ini memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang praktik evaluasi pembelajaran yang optimal dalam ranah Kurikulum Merdeka, serta rekomendasi untuk mengatasi tantangan yang mungkin timbul.

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and work ability on the work performance of employees at the Office of the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) of Bima City. The research method used is a quantitative approach with survey techniques. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to Bima City BKKBN employees. The results of the study show that work discipline and work ability significantly affect employee work performance. Good work discipline can improve employee performance, while adequate work skills also make a positive contribution to work performance. This finding provides practical implications for BKKBN management in an effort to improve employee work performance through strengthening discipline and developing work skills.

Disasters are a series of events that disrupt and threaten social life with natural and non-natural causes (human factors) resulting in loss of life, property damage, and psychological impacts. One of the obstacles to overcoming health problems in disaster areas is the lack of knowledge and disaster management skills from nurses and other health workers which has an impact on poor health services. This thing gives the public the impression that medical and nursing personnel are late in responding to all disaster events. The absence of disaster learning during lectures causes graduated nurses to not have adequate knowledge and skills. Tabletop Disaster Exercise (TDE) is one Media to measure preparedness in disaster management by the reactions of training participants through scenarios. Thus, this research aims to determine Tabletop Disaster Exercise (TDE) Simulation Media to Increase Students' Triage Knowledge of Disaster Victims. The Ministry of Health Pangkalpinang Health Polytechnic is one of the higher vocational education institutions having a Nursing study program whose vision is to produce competitive nurse graduates in the emergency field. Students are expected to be equipped with knowledge about providing basic life support and the ability to deal with disasters. This study employed a quasi-experimental method with a non-equivalent control group pre-test and post-test design. The population included all nursing students at the Pangkalpinang Health Polytechnic, with a sample size of 60 respondents identified through non-probability purposive sampling. The sample was divided into two groups: a control group of 30 respondents and a treatment group of 30 respondents. The research instrument was a questionnaire administered before and after the intervention. The dependent variable was the level of student knowledge regarding the use of Tabletop Disaster Exercise (TDE) media.

Abstrak SMK Walisongo merupakan SMK swasta yang cukup terjangkau secara biaya bagi masyarakat semarang dan merupakan SMK yang menyumbang lulusan-lulusan yang ahli sehinga perlu di bekali kemampuan yang sesui dengan perkembangan dunia secara global. Sehingga pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memiliki tujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan bagaimana memanfaatkan sensor Max 30100 dengan menggunakan Internet of Things untuk mengukur kadar oksigen yang sering digunakan dalam sektor kesehatan, Internet of Things sudah menjadi bagian daripada kehidupan manusia di masa kini. Teknologi ini terimplementasi di mana pun dan dalam bentuk apapun mulai dari jam pintar hingga smart grid di industri. Dengan memanfaatkan sensor ini diharapkan dapat melakukan antisipasi apabila terjadi hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan. Information technology continues to evolve over time, and this development can be leveraged across various organizational sectors. CV. Warajaya Solve Techindo, an IT Solution company, relies heavily on the implementation of information technology to support its business processes. With numerous IT services sold and used by WaySolve, new risks or problems are bound to arise. Unfortunately, WaySolve currently lacks clear guidelines for problem management. The aim of this thesis is to create SOP related to problem management that CV. Warajaya Solve Techindo can use as a reference or standard for resolving IT issues. The SOP is developed using the ITIL V3 and COBIT 5 frameworks, as both provide activities relevant to the problem management process based on existing guidelines.This thesis involves several stages: Data Collection and Analysis, SOP Document Preparation, and SOP Document Adjustment. The outcome of this thesis includes two standard operating procedure documents for IT problem management, as well as two forms with six actors assigned roles in each activity.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui isi program percikan iman pada Radio Insania 100,8 FM Makassar sebagai model pengembangan siaran keagamaan, kemudian untuk mengetahui model pengembangan dan penyampaian program siaran keagamaan yang digunakan pada program percikan iman serta mengetahui apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam mengembangkan siaran keagamaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, yaitu bertujuan untuk Menganalilis Isi Siaran Radio Pada Program Percikan Iman Sebagai Model Pengembangan Siaran Keagamaan Di Radio Insania 100,8 FM Makassar. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Jalan Sultan Alauddin No. 259, Kelurahan Gunung Sari, Kecamatan Rappocini, Kota Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan, Radio Insani FM Makassar. Penelitian berlangsung selama kurang lebih 3 bulan mulai dari bulan September hingga November 2023. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program siaran percikan iman menjadi salah satu model pengembangan siaran keagamaan dengan penyampaian pada pukul 05.00-06.00 dalam bentuk ceramah, musik religi dan kajian. Kajian yang dihadirkan sangat menarik dengan menghadirkan narasumber yang sangat berkompeten dibidangya dan dikenal luas dengan beragam tema, seperti Tazkiyatun Nafs, As Shirah An Nabawiyah, Fikih Ibadah, Riyadhus Shalihin, Akhlak dan Fikih Wanita. Selain itu, terdapat satu sesi khusus untuk berinteraksi dengan pendengar melalui telepon baik itu tanya jawab maupun mencurahkan isi hati pendengar. Hal demikian dilakukan sebagai pencerahan dan sebuah pendekatan, adapun Kota Makassar sebagai pendengar utamanya. Faktor pendukungnya dari program ini adalah penyiar radio, peralatan, narasumber, pendengar dan finansial. Adapun faktor penghambatnya adalah tantangan teknis, keterbatasan sumber daya, cuaca ekstrem, persaingan media digital dan kurangnya narasumber.

In the context of modern education, character education goes beyond teaching discipline or enforcing rules; it strengthens the core of good personality and fosters positive behaviors in daily life. This paper reviews character education from various perspectives, including the conceptual understanding, implementation approaches in educational institutions, and its impact on shaping a better future generation. By integrating values such as integrity, empathy, honesty, and responsibility, character education plays a crucial role in shaping individuals who are not only academically competent but also ethically sound and capable of making positive contributions to society. Through a profound understanding of these values, educational institutions can play a crucial role in laying a solid moral foundation for future generations.

Sarcopenia is a progressive degenerative condition characterized by a decrease in muscle mass, strength, and musculoskeletal function, affecting the quality of life of the elderly. This activity aims to screen for vitamin D and educate the elderly about sarcopenia. Community service activities were carried out in nursing homes, involving education and screening of vitamin D levels. The results showed that the majority of respondents were women (79.6%) with an average age of 74.05 years. Most respondents experienced vitamin D deficiency, with 87.1% deficient, 3.2% adequate, and only 9.7% having good levels, with it being found that more women experienced vitamin D deficiency than men. Education regarding the importance of vitamin D and preventing sarcopenia is provided through outreach sessions and poster media. This activity emphasizes the importance of early detection and comprehensive intervention including physical exercise, proper nutritional intake, and lifestyle modification to prevent sarcopenia and improve the quality of life of the elderly. Community-based interventions are needed to address vitamin D deficiency and promote musculoskeletal health in the aging population.

Pancasila as the legal basis for realizing social justice in Indonesia.  Pancasila is also the basis of the State in Indonesia, which contains the values ??of justice, democratic unity and social welfare. Social justice is a fundamental principle in the legal system in Indonesia which aims to create equality, balance and prosperity for all citizens. Pancasila is the basis for the formation of legal regulations oriented towards social justice, as well as how to implement Pancasila values ??in social and political life in Indonesia. Through legal analysis and literature review, it is hoped that this journal will provide a deeper understanding of the relationship between Pancasila and realizing social justice in the legal context in Indonesia.
