This study investigates how the Pancasila philosophy is applied in the lives of students in the Industrial Engineering Study Program at PGRI Adi Buana University, Surabaya. Data was collected through interviews with Industrial Engineering Study Program students to gain a complete understanding. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach and phenomenological methodology. This research found that the application of Pancasila values in students' lives had a positive impact on the development of their character, ethics and national spirit. In addition, this research found that collective efforts from various parties can strengthen the internalization of these values, even though there are obstacles in implementing these values. Recommendations include increasing Pancasila-based character education programs and collaboration between universities and related institutions to increase the implementation of Pancasila values.

Community Service Activities (Abdimas) aim to improve students' knowledge and skills in the RT01/RW14 environment, Kelapa Dua Village, Tangerang, in the field of information technology, especially the introduction of web servers. In this activity, students are given a basic understanding of the concept of web servers, their functions, as well as the steps in installing and configuring a simple web server. The methods used include lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on practice. The results of this activity show that students are able to understand the basic concept of web servers and apply them in the form of a simple website. This activity is expected to increase interest and ability in information technology among students, as well as provide a solid foundation for further skill development in the future.

Abstract The utilization of information technology plays a crucial role in the operations of organizations or companies, including the Communication and Informatics Agency of East Java Province. The utilization of information technology is governed by Presidential Regulation No. 95 of 2018 on the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE). The purpose of conducting risk management evaluation is to reduce the impact of risks within the organization and to determine the level of SPBE risk management capability. This research uses the Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies (COBIT) 5 framework. The current assessment results for EDM03 Ensure Risk Optimization (as is) have reached Level 2 – Managed Process with a score of 74.9%, and APO12 Manage Risk (as is) has reached Level 1 – Performed Process with a final score of 79.39% with the category of L (Largely Achieved). Based on this assessment, the gap for EDM03 is one level, and the gap for APO12 is two levels

This study aims to examine the relationship between critical thinking and scientific argumentation in the context of science learning. This research method is a systematic literature review of articles published between 2012 and 2022 and indexed in Scopus at least Quartile 2 (Q2), so the quality of the articles is high. This research found 17,800 articles in the search results for related articles published in the last decade, but only 11 met the criteria. Findings from the literature review indicate an interdependent relationship between critical thinking and scientific argumentation, and both make significant contributions to science learning. Other information obtained from this research is that there are several methods for training and developing critical thinking and scientific argumentation in science learning: argument maps and concept maps, essential reading activities, argumentative texts or discourse, discussion activities, analytical questions, learning technology, and specific learning strategies. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that critical thinking and scientific argumentation are interconnected skills and contribute to learning. The complexity of the relationship between critical thinking and scientific argumentation in science learning can encourage deeper learning and understanding of concepts.

This research aims to understand and analyze the implementation of a Regional Regulation related to the Organization of Child Protection in Karanganyar Regency and the factors that hinder the Organization of Child Protection in Karanganyar Regency. The type of research used is empirical research. The nature of this research is descriptive with an approach based on data obtained from a source or focused interview and a legislative approach or statute approach. The type of data used includes primary and secondary legal materials. The data collection techniques used in this research include surveys through document study methods, interviews, and observations. Primary data is collected by studying related legislation and regulations as legal materials and conducting observations and interviews with sources as research objects, while secondary data is collected through literature studies of scientific books, law journals, theses, dissertations, legal articles, and legal materials relevant to this legal research.  The results of the research show that the implementation of a Regional Regulation related to the Organization of Child Protection serves as legal protection that acts as a guarantee to provide justice and legal certainty for children, especially in protecting children's rights. The obstacles in the Organization of Child Protection in Karanganyar Regency are due to the handling being based on community reports and the lack of education, understanding, and knowledge of the community regarding Karanganyar Regency Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2021 on the Organization of Child Protection, which is caused by limited funds for its implementation.

The implementation of e-government in Surabaya is based on regional regulations that provide a strong legal basis for developing digital population services. The development of the Klampid New Generation application is a manifestation of the Surabaya City Government's commitment to realizing digital transformation in the field of population administration.

Character education has become the primary focus in efforts to develop individuals with strong moral values and ethics. In the context of modern education, character education goes beyond teaching discipline or enforcing rules; it strengthens the core of good personality and fosters positive behaviors in daily life. This paper reviews character education from various perspectives, including the conceptual understanding, implementation approaches in educational institutions, and its impact on shaping a better future generation. By integrating values such as integrity, empathy, honesty, and responsibility, character education plays a crucial role in shaping individuals who are not only academically competent but also ethically sound and capable of making positive contributions to society. Through a profound understanding of these values, educational institutions can play a crucial role in laying a solid moral foundation for future generations.

The purpose of this research is to conduct an analysis of possible ethical violations contained in the episode "CRAZY KAYA GINI TURNS OME TV?? - CATHEEZ - WHERE IS THE BOCIL OME TV!?" from the "Close the Door" podcast narrated by Catheez. This research uses a qualitative approach to identify and evaluate ethical aspects that appear in the conversations and narratives in the podcast. This research also integrates feminist discourse theory with Vand DJik which is divided into 3 structures, namely macro structure, super structure and micro structure to explore the influence of this episode on gender construction and social norms in the context of conversation. The results of the research identified several forms of ethical violations which were emphasized in the episode  including gender stereotyping, verbal harassment, as well as the use of derogatory language. With a feminist discourse perspective, this research also reveals the ways in which these episodes may strengthen or undermine gender norms in society. The results of this research provide important insights regarding the influence of podcasts on understanding ethics and social norms, taking into account gender and feminist perspectives. This research makes an important contribution to understanding the ethical issues that arise in the world of podcasts and also how feminist discourse theory can be applied to analyze the impact of audio media such as podcasts in the social and cultural realm.

The purpose of the article writing program and publication strategy for PPKn high school teachers in the city of Surabaya is to support Surabaya teachers who do not understand article writing. This program aims to increase knowledge and improve the quality of writing for PPKn teachers, as well as support the process of applying for promotion. This training uses methods, including lectures, discussions, and simulations. The subjects of the training were 29 PPKn high school teachers throughout the city of Surabaya. The purpose of this training is to motivate teachers to be more motivated in writing scientific articles and understanding how to publish. In addition, teachers will gain skills in writing articles and understanding the publishing process so as to improve their professionalism.

Management Information Systems (MIS) are an integral part of modern enterprise operations. This article discusses the application of SIM in improving company efficiency. This research uses a qualitative approach to analyze how SIM can optimize management processes, decision making, and operational control. The results show that effective implementation of SIM can help companies to increase productivity, reduce operational costs, and improve customer satisfaction. In addition, this article also discusses the challenges and barriers that may be faced in SIM implementation as well as strategies to overcome them.
