The research aims to examine awareness of the use of standard indonesian words through soscial media namely. With the davelopment of social medai, the language used tends to be freer and less struvtured. The research method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach on accounts that focus on indonesian language learning. Data isi collected through observation of uploaded content as well as analysis of audience and follower interaction. The reserach results show tha the use of instagram can be an effective medium in introducing and educating the oublic about the importance of using standard words. The interactions  that occur between account managers and followeres help strengthen understanding and practice of using indonesian properly and correctly. It can be concluded that 75% of instagram accounts still need coaching regarding standard words and 35% have had increased coaching so that this research is expected to be a focus for instagram users tp be wiser in using social media.

Food waste is a global issue that continues to be discussed. This is because the problem of food waste can have an impact on the environment, health and climate. Through the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) initiative, creating a sustainable community through food waste management is made a top priority. This article discusses the implementation of the Zero Food Waste program at SDN Ekologi Kahuripan Padjajaran using the Black Soldier Fly (BSF) maggot bioconversion approach. This community service was carried out by P3K UPI Purwakarta students who collaborated with TPS 3R Ciseureuh Purwakarta to manage food waste. This service activity is carried out through several stages which include preparation, implementation and evaluation, involving students and their parents in managing organic waste. The results of bioconversion are maggots and organic fertilizer which will be used into products with economic value. This program has succeeded in increasing environmental awareness, reducing food waste, and can create sustainable solutions in managing organic waste. It is hoped that this article can make recommendations for implementing similar methods in other areas as an environmentally friendly waste management model.

Letjen Sutoyo RW 03 Lowowaru is an urban area in Malang City. This area has a Health Center that plays a vital role in maintaining public health. The aging process is characterized by a decrease in the body's ability to adapt to external stress, which leads to a decrease in the physiological function of organs, systems, and overall body ability. One of the important functions of the body is to form balance, which refers to the ability to maintain the center of the body's position against the supporting base when standing, sitting, moving, or walking (Winter, 1995 in Howe, et al., 2008). This balance is essential to maintain stability when moving from one position to another (Lee & Scudds, 2003).

The increasing incidence of leprosy in the community causes individuals with leprosy to experience psychological stress. This pressure can come from the individual's internal perceptions such as feeling insecure, feeling embarrassed, and feeling afraid of being shunned. Apart from that, the psychological pressure experienced by individuals can originate from external factors such as discrimination from society, labeling, and isolation in social life. The method used in preparing this article is the PRISMA method with database searches including Google Scholar, Digital Reference Garba, and Science Direct. There are 15 articles selected based on the criteria, namely published in 2018-2023, can be accessed in full text, articles in Indonesian and English, and are qualitative research using the keywords stigma, leprosy sufferers, and community. The articles analyzed were selected according to criteria with results showing that the stigma experienced by leprosy sufferers in the community consisting of self-stigma and public stigma. These two stigmas cause psychological problems in leprosy sufferers.

Kegiatan "Sosialisasi Penggunaan Aplikasi Quizizz sebagai Media Pembelajaran Interaktif" dilaksanakan pada tanggal 12 Oktober 2024 di SMA Swasta Santo Petrus Medan. Tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan partisipasi dan motivasi siswa dalam pembelajaran melalui penggunaan teknologi. Dalam acara yang berlangsung selama dua jam pelajaran ini, mahasiswa Magang III memberikan pemaparan tentang fitur dan manfaat aplikasi Quizizz, yang memungkinkan siswa untuk berinteraksi secara aktif dalam proses belajar. Kegiatan diadakan di lapangan, di mana seluruh siswa dan guru turut berpartisipasi, menciptakan suasana belajar yang dinamis dan menyenangkan. Siswa menjawab kuis secara langsung menggunakan ponsel mereka, yang berhasil meningkatkan keterlibatan dan rasa ingin tahu mereka. Umpan balik dari peserta menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Quizizz tidak hanya membuat pembelajaran lebih menarik, tetapi juga meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi yang diajarkan. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi langkah awal dalam integrasi teknologi ke dalam proses pendidikan di SMA Swasta Santo Petrus Medan, serta mendorong rencana tindak lanjut untuk penggunaan aplikasi serupa di masa depan.

Banking is crucial in efforts to prevent corruption, serving as the frontline in financial management and transactions. This article examines the role of education and training in combating corruption within the banking sector. The study aims to demonstrate that corruption in banking can undermine public trust and economic stability. I employ a literature review and observations of education and training initiatives aimed at corruption prevention in banking. Key issues identified include employees' inadequate understanding of work ethics and anti-corruption policies, along with insufficient systematic training. This research analyzes various education and training programs implemented in banks and assesses their effectiveness in enhancing employee awareness and commitment to anti-corruption practices. I highlight that comprehensive education and continuous employee training are essential for significantly mitigating the risk of corruption in banking by fostering a transparent and ethical organizational culture. It is critical for banking institutions to enhance anti-corruption awareness among their employees. Training programs should engage all employee levels and include regular evaluations to assess their effectiveness. Ultimately, the goal is to create a safer banking environment free from corrupt practices.

The effectiveness of recruitment and selection is a measure of a company's success which lies in its quality if the availability of a number of human resources is sufficiently qualified and professional to support it. Internal recruitment, especially interesting limitations open new insights with a variety of experiences and solutions. To avoid these unpleasant internal recruiting deficiencies, it is recommended to equip employees with development programs that allow them to be up to date with changes in the external environment. Employee rotation is one of the internal recruitment which is to reduce employee boredom, increase employee motivation in the form of new work variations, create a fresh feeling at work, increase skills and more experience for staff employees, so if an employee is absent, it is the employee's job may be replaced by another employee. By holding employee rotation, employees can improve competence according to their expertise, because of course it can affect an employee's work productivity.

Drone Spray for Base Rot Disease Detection in Oil Palm Plants aims to increase the effectiveness of disease detection and control using drone technology. Stem base rot disease, caused by the fungus Ganoderma boninense, threatens oil palm productivity in Indonesia. Drone technology with near-infrared (NIR) sensors and image processing is used to detect early signs of the disease, enabling timely preventive action. A drone equipped with a Raspberry Pi camera and NoIR V2 pro-duces high-resolution images for NIR reflectance analysis. The research included field observations, expert interviews, and sensor data collection for evaluation of the effectiveness of this technology. Results show that the use of drones can in-crease disease detection efficiency by 85%, reduce operational costs, and minimize health risks for workers. This drone technology has great potential to improve the productivity and sustainability of the palm oil industry in Indonesia. This research recommends the adoption of drone technology in the agricultural sector to address plant disease challenges more efficiently and effectively.

ABSTRAK

Drone Semprot untuk Deteksi Penyakit Busuk Pangkal Batang pada Tanaman Kelapa Sawit bertujuan meningkatkan efektivitas deteksi dan pengendalian penyakit menggunakan teknologi drone. Penyakit busuk pangkal batang, disebabkan oleh jamur Ganoderma boninense, mengancam produktivitas kelapa sawit di Indonesia. Teknologi drone dengan sensor inframerah dekat (NIR) dan image processing digunakan untuk mendeteksi tanda-tanda awal penyakit, memungkinkan tindakan preventif yang tepat waktu. Drone yang dilengkapi kamera Raspberry Pi dan NoIR V2 menghasilkan citra yang memiliki resolusi tinggi untuk analisis reflektansi NIR. Penelitian ini mencakup observasi lapangan, wawancara dengan pakar, dan pengumpulan data sensor untuk evaluasi efektivitas teknologi ini. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan drone dapat meningkatkan efisiensi deteksi penyakit hingga 85%, mengurangi biaya operasional, dan meminimalkan risiko kesehatan bagi pekerja. Teknologi drone ini berpotensi besar dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan keberlanjutan industri kelapa sawit di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan adopsi teknologi drone dalam sektor pertanian untuk mengatasi tantangan penyakit tanaman secara lebih efisien dan efektif.

This study aims to solve the population dynamics model using the Euler method, where the model is a nonlinear differential equation. The research methods used are literature study and simulation methods. In theory, the Euler Method is a numerical method that is often used in solving initial value problems. The Euler method is obtained by decomposing a function into a Taylor series up to two initial terms. This method has an accuracy of one.

Kemampuan dalam mengelola dan melaksanakan manajemen kelas yang baik merupakan upaya penting dalam mendukung peningkatan kualitas pendidikan yang berhubungan dengan proses belajar mengajar di dalam kelas. Oleh karena itu, manajemen kelas yang efektif sangat diperlukan untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Dalam hal ini, guru memiliki peran kunci yang menentukan keberhasilan siswa dalam belajar. Guru perlu terus menerus memastikan dan menciptakan suasana yang kondusif dan efektif di dalam kelas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif, mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, dengan objek penelitian di MTs Darunnajah Cipining. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guru telah merancang dan mengelola proses pembelajaran dengan baik, yang meliputi: (a) Perencanaan manajemen kelas yang melibatkan penyusunan silabus dan RPP atau I’dad; (b) Pelaksanaan manajemen kelas yang mencakup tindakan mengatasi hambatan dalam proses manajemen kelas serta menciptakan iklim atau suasana kelas yang mendukung; (c) Aktivitas penutup pembelajaran berupa evaluasi yang diberikan kepada siswa secara lisan dan tulisan; (d) Efektivitas pembelajaran yang diukur dari kemampuan guru mengelola kelas, ketuntasan belajar, aktivitas belajar siswa, dan respon positif siswa terhadap pembelajaran, faktor-faktor pendukung dalam implementasi manajemen kelas untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran siswa kelas IX Putri di MTs Darunnajah Cipining yang telah dipaparkan diharapkan dapat dijadikan sebagai sarana dan solusi bagi guru untuk mengatasi hambatan dalam pelaksanaan manajemen kelas di MTs Darunnajah Cipining Bogor.
