Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze the influence of green advertising, green packaging, and green product on the purchase decision of The Body Shop products, with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The background of this research is based on increasing consumer awareness of environmental issues, which drives changes in consumer preferences towards environmentally friendly products. Green marketing strategies are important in shaping a positive brand image and influencing consumer purchasing behavior. This study uses a quantitative approach with a path analysis method processed using SPSS software. The respondents in this study amounted to 100 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Wijaya Kusuma University Surabaya who had bought The Body Shop products. The results of the analysis show that green advertising, green packaging, and green products have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, green advertising and green products have also been shown to have a direct influence on consumer purchase decisions, while green packaging does not show a significant influence on direct purchase decisions. In addition, customer satisfaction has been shown to play a significant mediating variable in the relationship between green marketing variables and purchase decisions. These findings confirm that the implementation of green marketing strategies not only has a positive impact on the company's image and social responsibility, but also plays an important role in increasing customer satisfaction and encouraging consumers to make purchasing decisions. Therefore, companies are advised to continue to develop and integrate eco-friendly elements in their marketing strategies to increase competitiveness and consumer loyalty. This research also makes a theoretical contribution to the development of consumer behavior studies related to sustainable marketing, especially among the younger generation.

Abstrak:
Along with the increasing public interest in fun recreational activities such as water parks, the tourism sector has grown rapidly in recent years. This study examines the effect of physical evidence and perceived value on revisit intention through visitor satisfaction as an intervening variable for visitors to Labersa Waterpark Riau Fantasi. This research was conducted using quantitative research methods. The sampling technique used was Accidental Sampling with a sample size of 98 respondents. The data obtained is then processed using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this research are : (1) physical evidence has a significant effect on revisit intention, (2) perceived value has a significant effect on revisit intention, (3) physical evidence has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction, (4) perceived value has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction, (5) visitor satisfaction has a significant effect on revisit intention, (6) visitor satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of physical evidence on revisit intention, (7) visitor satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of perceived value on revisit intention.

Abstrak:
The aim of this research is to examine how much influence pricing and promotional activities have on consumers' decisions to repurchase Jelita Cosmetic products in the Tamansiswa area of Yogyakarta. In the face of intensifying business competition, adopting the right marketing strategy becomes increasingly vital. As the business environment grows more competitive, choosing an effective marketing approach is a key factor for success. Indonesia’s beauty sector has seen remarkable growth in recent years. Since its inception in 2005, Jelita Cosmetic has managed to capture consumer attention by offering competitive prices and running consistent promotional campaigns through social media and e-commerce channels. This research employs a quantitative approach by gathering data through surveys conducted with 65 customers of Jelita Cosmetic. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression and supported by validity and reliability tests. The research findings reveal that both price and promotion have a positive and significant effect on consumer repurchase intentions, both individually and collectively. Approximately 58.4% of the variance in repurchase interest is accounted for by the two independent variables studied, with the remaining 41.6% attributed to other factors beyond the scope of this study. These results offermeaningful insights into how effective marketing strategies can be applied within the beauty industry.

Abstrak:
Grapich design training using CorelDRAW is conducted with the aim of enhancing the design cretivity of students at SMK Ibrahimy 1 Sukorejo. This activity is designed as a form of informal learning that emphasizes hands-on practice so that participants can understand the basic techniques to continue with the form of visual works such as logos, brochures, product packaging, and more through an interactive approach involving materials, demonstrations, and individual practice exposure. Evaluation result show a significant improvement in technical skills and originality in the designs produced by the participants. Additionally, this activity promotes students’ confidence in their work and strengthens their willingness to engage with the creative industry. This training has proven to be an effective way to develop soft skills and personal potential in graphic design

Business competition in Indonesia is increasing, many companies operating in the same field, offering similar services make competition unavoidable, one of which is in the aviation industry. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, customer experience and perceived value on customer loyalty of airlines using the services of the AirAsia Pekanbaru Representative Office. This study uses a quantitative method. The sampling technique is Purposive Sampling with a sample size of 98 respondents. The data obtained were processed using SPSS software version 25. The results of this study are: (1) service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty, (2) customer experience has a significant effect on customer loyalty, (3) perceived value has a significant effect on customer loyalty, (4) service quality, customer experience and perceived value together can increase customer loyalty.

Abstrak:
This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on teacher loyalty in the Samarinda City District. The research method used is quantitative, using observational and survey approaches. The sample comprised 93 respondents, consisting of teachers in the Samarinda City District. Data were collected via a questionnaire distributed through Google Forms using a Likert scale. The data were analyzed using SPSS for validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test as model fit tests (Goodness of Fit), as well as the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²). The results indicate that both compensation and work discipline have a positive effect on teacher loyalty. Improvements in fair compensation provision and consistent enforcement of work discipline can enhance teachers’ loyalty to their employing institution. The model fit test (Goodness of Fit) shows that the regression model used in this study meets the criteria for adequacy and significance, making it suitable for predicting teacher loyalty.

Abstrak:
This article discusses the four-month internship experience at PT Pos Indonesia Regional V Surabaya, specifically in the Finance and Accounting section, with a focus on evaluating the effectiveness of using the SAP S/4HANA system in recording financial transactions. The research used a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature study method that was analyzed thematically. The results showed that SAP supports real-time transaction recording, is integrated between modules, has an adequate audit trail, and increases HR competence in terms of accuracy and work efficiency. The conclusion shows that the SAP system has proven effective in supporting operational efficiency and internal control of the company, while providing practical experience and important learning for students in facing the digital and integrated world of work.

Abstrak:
Breast cancer is the leading cancer affecting women, with 2.3 million diagnoses and 670,000 deaths globally in 2022. In Indonesia, there were 66,271 cases, representing 30.1% of all cancer cases. Early detection, such as through Breast Self-Examination (BSE) to identify breast lumps, can reduce mortality. BSE is effective for Women of Childbearing Age (15-49 years). However, early breast cancer detection rates remain suboptimal, potentially influenced by the knowledge and behavior of women of childbearing age regarding BSE. Objective: To determine the overview of the level of knowledge and behavior of Breast Self-Examination (BSE) among Women of Childbearing Age in the Pajang Public Health Center area. Methods: This study employed a quantitative descriptive method using purposive sampling. The population consisted of 7,538 Women of Childbearing Age, and the sample comprised 99 respondents. Results: The majority of Women of Childbearing Age in the Pajang Public Health Center area demonstrated a good level of knowledge about BSE, with 52 respondents (52.5%). Furthermore, most respondents exhibited good BSE behavior, with 65 respondents (65.7%). Conclusion: The majority of respondents had good SADARI knowledge and good Breast Self-Examination (BSE) behavior.

Islam merupakan agama satu-satunya yang berada di sisi Allah swt. Di mana dalam proses penyebarannya Allah mengutus seorang utusan bernama Mu?ammad saw, pada awal penyebaran agama Islam Allah memerintahkannya untuk menyebarkan Islam atau berdakwah secara sembunyi-sembunyi, sampai pada akhirnya Rasulullah diperintahkan untuk berdakwah secara terang-terangan. Islam terus saja berkembang, meskipun Rasulullah saw telah wafat dan perjuangan dakwah Islam diteruskan oleh para Khulafa` al-R?shid?n yang dipimpin oleh Abu Bakr, ’Umar ibn al-Kha??ab, ‘U?man ibn ‘Affan dan yang terakhir ‘Ali ibn Abi ?alib. Namun siapa sangka bahwa Islam yang sangat diperjuangkan oleh Nabi dan para sahabat akan terpecah-pecah menjadi banyak perpecahan. Awal mula dari terjadinya perpecahan tersebut ditandai sejak kepemimpinan Khalifah yang terahir yaitu ‘Ali ibn Abi ?alib dan kelompok perpecahan tersebut diistilahkan dangan sebutan Sy?’ah. Sy?’ah secara bahasa diartikan sebagai penganut atau pendukung, sedangkan secara istilah Sy?’ah diartiakan sebagai golongan yang mendukung ‘Ali. Pada mulanya Sy?’ah hanyalah kelompok biasa yang masih berfaham Ahl al-Sunnah, namun seiring berjalannya waktu faham tersebut mulai terkontaminasi sehingga kelompok Sy?’ah pun terpecah hingga makin ekstrem. Sejak saat itulah perkembangan hadis di kalangan Sy?’ah pun mlai menyalahi Syara’, bahkan sampai menuju arah tersesat.

Abstrak:
The digital divide, resulting from economic limitations in accessing the internet, is a significant problem in many communities, including Pujorahayu Village. This research aims to design and implement a router-based Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP) network as an affordable communal solution. The methodology employed is the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC), which was applied to ten households utilizing TP-Link WR845N routers in WISP mode connected to a single primary internet source. The implementation results indicate that the WISP network successfully provides stable and economic internet access, while also positively fostering participation and a spirit of digital collaboration among residents. Nevertheless, several operational challenges were identified, such as limited signal range and potential bandwidth saturation during peak hours. Based on these findings, this research concludes that the solution is technically and socially viable. Further development of a bandwidth management system, the use of additional devices for coverage expansion, and the establishment of a transparent and sustainable communal management model are recommended. The implementation of this model can be replicated in other regions to support equitable internet access and strengthen digital inclusion on a national scale.
