The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of accountability accounting, organizational goals and budget participation on managerial performance of the Solo Representative Office of Bank Indonesia. This study uses data collection methods with questionnaires. The population used is Bank Indonesia Solo employees from all units (Rupiah Money Processing Unit, SP Policy Implementation Unit and SP PUR Supervision, Internal Management Unit and Kekda Implementation Unit). Data analysis methods with descriptive data of respondents, data quality test (validity test, reliability), classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedaticity test) and for hypothesis testing using multiple linear analysis, F test, t test and coefficient of determination test. In this study obtained a sample of 65 people. Based on the test results it can be concluded that Accountability Accounting affects Managerial Performance, Organizational Goals affect Managerial Performance and Budget Participation has no effect on Managerial Performance.

Crab is one of protein resource with high economic value. The vertical system is a crab farming method that provides several advantages including increasing space utility, minimizing crab mortality that is affected by cannibalism, and improving precision farming. As a continuation of 2024 research under the strategic collaboration (Katalis) scheme, a community service project has been conducted by implementing the Internet of Things (IoT) based water monitoring system to support precision farming in vertical system-based crab farming. Surabaya crab supermarket has become the partner in this community service. The objective of this activity is to implement this prototype in the real crab farming environment to investigate its effectiveness. This activity also gives experience for students at Telkom University that are involved in this project of implementing the developed precision farming system in the real environment despite the laboratories scale environment. Moreover, this project is also important to give insight from the crab farmer regarding the real problems that occur in crab farming. In the future, the system can be expanded by adding more features including the machine learning method to give predictions regarding the water quality and the growth of the crabs.

Proses electrorefining merupakan metode penting dalam pemurnian tembaga untuk menghasilkan logam berkualitas tinggi (>99,99%). Keberhasilan proses ini sangat dipengaruhi oleh parameter operasional, terutama konsentrasi larutan elektrolit dan tegangan arus listrik. Seiring meningkatnya kebutuhan tembaga di berbagai industri, optimalisasi proses electrorefining menjadi semakin diperlukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh variasi konsentrasi larutan elektrolit dan tegangan arus terhadap efisiensi dan kualitas hasil pemurnian tembaga. Eksperimen dilakukan menggunakan sel elektrolisis dengan elektroda plat tahan karat, memvariasikan konsentrasi dan tegangan secara sistematis. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan konsentrasi larutan dan pengaturan tegangan yang tepat dapat meningkatkan laju deposisi serta kemurnian tembaga. Namun, konsentrasi atau tegangan yang berlebihan justru menurunkan efisiensi proses. Pemahaman terhadap pengaruh kedua parameter ini diharapkan dapat mendukung pengembangan proses pemurnian tembaga yang lebih efisien, berkelanjutan, dan sesuai kebutuhan industri.

Baja karbon ST 40 sering digunakan dalam industri pembuatan kapal, khususnya untuk konstruksi lambung dan dek kapal. Mengingat bahwa lambung adalah bagian pertama dari kapal yang bersentuhan langsung dengan air laut, maka bagian ini memiliki risiko tinggi terhadap korosi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui laju korosi baja karbon ST 40 (40 mm x 40 mm x 4 mm) dalam sampel air laut yang diambil dari Pelabuhan Gresik. Korosi sangat memengaruhi umur pakai baja dan besi, sehingga penelitian ini menjadi penting. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kehilangan berat (weight loss method) dan proses perendaman dengan menggunakan pengaduk magnetik (magnetic stirrer) dan tanpa pengaduk magnetik untuk mengukur laju korosi. Pengukuran dilakukan setiap 7 hari selama 28 hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa laju korosi tertinggi terjadi pada air laut dengan pengaduk magnetik, dengan nilai laju korosi (CR) sebesar 13,72 mpy, sedangkan laju korosi terendah terjadi pada air laut tanpa pengaduk magnetik, dengan nilai CR sebesar 0,19 mpy. Selain itu, analisis regresi linier menunjukkan bahwa laju korosi pada air laut dengan pengaduk magnetik adalah -37 mg/cm², dibandingkan dengan -6,06 mg/cm² tanpa pengaduk magnetik. Temuan ini mengonfirmasi bahwa penggunaan pengaduk magnetik mempercepat laju korosi pada baja karbon ST 40.

Orthosiphon stamineus Benth., commonly known as kumis kucing, is a widely recognized medicinal herb in traditional medicine, particularly valued for its diuretic properties. This study aims to evaluate the potential of active compounds in O. stamineus as diuretic agents through an in silico approach using molecular docking methods. A total of 98 compounds were screened against three diuretic target receptors: 1Z9Y (furosemide receptor), 3HS4 (acetazolamide receptor), and 3VHU (spironolactone receptor). The docking results revealed that lithospermic acid I, dicaffeoyl tartaric acid, and orthosiponone C exhibited lower binding energies compared to standard ligands, indicating higher affinity and stronger molecular interaction stability. Molecular visualization showed that these compounds formed specific interactions, such as hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking, resembling the binding mechanisms of synthetic diuretics. This study highlights the significant potential of O. stamineus to be developed into a natural diuretic phytopharmaceutical. However, further validation through in vitro and in vivo studies is necessary to confirm their efficacy and safety in complex biological systems.
 
 

Arya Global Dinamika adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur yang dimana barang produksinya melibatkan penggunaan mesin bubut CNC (Computer Numeric Control). Kekasaran permukaan merupakan indikator penting dalam menilai kualitas hasil pembubutan pada mesin CNC. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh variasi kecepatan putar spindle terhadap kekasaran permukaan pada baja karbon rendah S45C. Pengujian ini dilakukan pada pembubutan rata dengan kecepatan putar 600 rpm, 800 rpm, 1000 rpm, 1200 rpm dan 1500 rpm, kecepatan pemakanan 0,5 mm/rev. Hasil ini menunjukkan kekasaran permukaan menurun secara signifikan seiring peningkatan kecepatan dari 600 rpm hingga 1000 rpm, dari 3,085 µm menjadi 1,049 µm. Namun, pada kecepatan 1200 rpm hingga 1500 rpm kekasaran meningkat kembali menjadi 1,718 µm hingga 2,197 µm. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya kecepatan optimum, dimana kecepatan berlebih justru menurunkan kualitas akibat getaran dan panas berlebih. Dengan demikian, kecepatan putar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kekasaran, namun perlu dikendalikan untuk hasil maksimal.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, serta mengetahui hasil dari pengaruh tersebut dimediasi oleh Keputusan Investasi, Kebijakan Dividen, dan Relevansi Nilai Informasi Akuntansi. Populasinya adalah seluruh perusahaan manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dengan jumlah 178 perusahaan dengan periode penelitian selama tahun 2016 sampai dengan tahun 2020. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 105 data perusahaan selama lima tahun. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2020. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Path Analysis dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa koefisien determinasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 56,7%. Artinya, bahwa variabel Nilai Perusahaan mampu dijelaskan oleh variabel Keputusan Investasi, Kebijakan Dividen,dan Relevansi Nilai Informasi Akuntasi. Sedangkan untuk uji statistik F menunjukkan bahwa variabel Profitabilitas, Keputusan Investasi, Kebijakan Dividen,dan Relevansi Nilai Informasi Akuntansi terhadap Nilai Perusahaan adalah model yang diterima dan layak untuk digunakan. Dan hasil pengujian hipotesis secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara Profitabilitas, Keputusan Investasi,dan Kebijakan Dividen terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, serta Profitabilitas terhadap Kebijakan Dividen. Sedangkan untuk Relevansi Nilai Informasi Akuntansi terhadap Nilai Perusahan,Protabilitas terhadap Keputusan Investasi,dan Profitabilitas terhadap Kebijakan Dividen menunjukkan hasil tidak berpengaruh.

Land acquisition is an activity to provide land by providing adequate and fair compensation to the entitled party, either in the form of money, replacement land, resettlement, share ownership, or other forms agreed by both parties. The issue of compensation is one of the disputes that must be resolved in court and takes quite a long time. This study aims to determine how the judge's considerations are in decision Number 46 / Pdt.G / 2021 / Pn Rno and to find out the legal consequences for both parties in decision Number 46 / Pdt.G / 2021 / Pn Rno. This research is a normative legal research. Normative legal research, or legal research, is generally based on document studies by relying on legal sources such as laws and regulations, court decisions, legal theories, and expert opinions. The object of research in this writing focuses on a case study of a court decision with case number 46 / Pdt.G / 2021 / Pn Rno. The results of the study indicate that the unlawful act case filed at the Rote Ndao District Court has been implemented. The case has been decided fairly by the judge without harming either party/ so that the defendant, as the losing party, is obliged to pay compensation to the plaintiff and in return the plaintiff surrenders his land to be used as a regional government asset in the context of public services for the Rote Ndao community. Based on this, both parties should coordinate and involve related parties to find a bright spot. The government is also expected to be able to socialize the compensation case to the community. This is useful to prevent legal problems from arising in the future.

Abstract Based on our research in Beras Basah Village so many housewife is not have a job. So the researchers aim to make flower bouquet entrepreneurship training to increase their income. We use qualitative method, the population is housewife in organitation PKK at Beras Basah village, and the sample of 20 people.This research has a positive impact on their creativity. This can be seen from their enthusiastic attitude in participating in the training. The researcher's recommendation for this activity is to develop it independently and sustainably so that it can grow new UMKM.

Professional legal ethics plays a crucial role in carrying out the legal profession with integrity and fairness. For Civil Servants (ASN), especially those working at the Higher Education Service Institution (LLDIKTI), the implementation of professional legal ethics becomes even more critical, considering their role as bureaucrats who must uphold legal and ethical values in every decision they make. LLDIKTI is tasked with managing, supervising, and facilitating the organization of higher education in Indonesia, requiring its ASN to always adhere to principles of transparency, justice, and accountability in performing their duties. However, the implementation of professional legal ethics in LLDIKTI faces various challenges, including potential conflicts of interest, political pressure, complex bureaucracy, and limited human resources. This study aims to analyze the implementation of professional legal ethics in LLDIKTI and identify the challenges ASN face in applying these ethics. Additionally, the study seeks to provide recommendations on the steps that should be taken to optimize the implementation of professional legal ethics within the ASN environment in LLDIKTI. This research uses a qualitative approach, referring to legal ethics theories developed by Algra (2013) and Winarta (2007), as well as regulations governing ASN, such as Law No. 5 of 2014. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to the formulation of policies and training that enhance the professionalism and integrity of ASN in LLDIKTI.
