This research aims to find out how innovative pick-up and drop-off services are in fulfilling the issuance of e-KTPs at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Sikka Regency. To identify problems in this research, qualitative research methods were used. Data collection techniques in this research used interview methods, field observations and document studies. It can be concluded that in implementing the issuance of e-KTPs in Sikka Regency, DISDUKCAPIL still faces various obstacles, such as limited accessibility in rural areas, long distances, inadequate infrastructure, and minimal public knowledge about the importance of population documents. Efforts to increase the number of e-KTP issuances in Sikka Regency include the presence of the Pick Up Ball Program and Jalan Mantan (roads serving vulnerable communities) which are effective in increasing access to administrative services in remote areas and vulnerable groups through direct services at their locations. These two programs succeeded in increasing the issuance of e-KTPs thanks to a culture-based approach, intensive outreach and the role of community leaders.

The government is required to always be able to prosper the community it leads, but most people still lack participation in every government program or policy issued. As mentioned in Law Number 24 of 2013 concerning Population Administration, population documents are official documents issued by Implementing Agencies that have legal force as authentic evidence resulting from population registration and civil registration services. This study uses an empirical juridical method seen from norms or das sollen and an empirical approach, namely law as a social and cultural reality by taking primary data from the field in analyzing existing problems. Based on the results of research and discussion, it was found that the government in this case is still making efforts to pick up the ball in collaboration with traditional leaders and religious offices to socialize the importance of taking care of marriage certificates and collect data on couples who hold marriages in Kupang Regency and are required to issue marriage certificates after receiving marriage reports from the authorities

Effective urban spatial planning is a key element in supporting sustainable urban development. Tangerang, as one of the rapidly growing urban areas, faces significant challenges due to conflicts between increasing population density and the need for green spaces as ecological balancing elements. This study aims to analyze the issues of urban spatial planning in Tangerang, focusing on the factors driving the conflict between population density and the provision of green spaces. A qualitative approach was used, involving secondary data analysis from urban spatial planning documents, government policies, and relevant literature reviews. The findings indicate that high urbanization rates, discrepancies in the implementation of spatial planning policies, and low public awareness of the importance of green spaces are the primary factors exacerbating the problem. Additionally, the lack of green spaces has negative impacts on environmental quality, such as rising urban temperatures, increased flooding, and a decline in residents' quality of life. As a solution, this study recommends integrating spatial planning strategies based on ecological approaches, including optimizing zoning policies, developing vertical gardens in densely populated areas, and enhancing community participation in green space conservation. These findings are expected to contribute to more sustainable urban spatial planning in Tangerang and other cities facing similar challenges.

This study investigates the role of citizenship in the context of dual identity in Indonesia's multicultural society, as well as how Islamic law and national law interact with law enforcement. Due to the extraordinary cultural and religious diversity, Indonesia faces challenges in integrating the dual identities of its people. Cultural and religious identities often lead to conflicts among citizens governed by national law, especially when it comes to religious rules and Islamic law. How dual identity affects law enforcement in Indonesia is explored through qualitative research using descriptive-analytical techniques. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews with relevant individuals and analysis of national legal and religious documents. The research results indicate that although Law No. 12 of 2006 on Citizenship provides a legal basis for all citizens. In reality, Islamic law often plays a larger role in the lives of Muslim communities. The disagreement between religious law and national law causes chaos in law enforcement, especially regardingin heritance and family issues. In addition, this research examines the legal systems in other countries with multicultural populations, such as Malaysia, India, and Canada. These countries demonstrate similar issues in creating fair legal policies for multicultural societies. This research concludes that an inclusive approach must be used in the formulation of legal policies in Indonesia so that dual identities in society can be accepted by the state’s legal system, allowing.

Implementation of Klampid New Generation (KNG) as an innovation in population administration services in the city of Surabaya. KNG is an online website that facilitates the management of population documents online, such as ID cards, family cards, birth certificates, and others. Through the Internship and Independent Study Certificate (MSIB) program, researchers were directly involved as Population Administration Service Assistants at the Surabaya City Village Office. Observations and active participation were carried out to collect primary data from village officials and the community. The research results show that although KNG is intended to facilitate independent document management, many residents still prefer to use village office services. This is due to a lack of socialization and public understanding about the use of KNG. In addition, there are also obstacles such as limited facilities and infrastructure in the village office that can hinder service performance. This research recommends the need for more intensive socialization and assistance to the community, as well as improving facilities at the village office to optimize the implementation of KNG in creating better population administration order in the city of Surabaya.

Ensuring the security of people's personal data is the government's responsibility, in accordance with Article 79 paragraph (1) of the Population Administration Law. The sale of government-held documents is one example of how data can be accidentally deleted. If a person's passport information is not adequately secured by the institution responsible for implementing the law, then the person can request compensation as described in Article 2. By using a legal and conceptual approach, this research is included in the category of normative juridical research. As far as legal resources are concerned, there are two main categories: primary and secondary. We use a descriptive normative analysis approach to sort legal information into categories based on the topics discussed. The findings of this research highlight the responsibility of supervisory institutions in ensuring the security of individuals' personal information and the accountability of the state or government in accordance with the Population Administration Law and prevention initiatives. Some possible suggestions to protect people's rights include a more transparent compensation process and clearer regulations prohibiting the sale of personal data.

In making death certificates, the Tangerang City Dukcapil Department provides services for making death certificates through Sobat Dukcapil to make it easier for the people of Tangerang City to process population documents, but with the existence of the Sobat Dukcapil application there are still problems regarding the system which is hampered, the lack of public understanding of using the Sobat Dukcapil application so that the service in making deeds death through dukcapil friends is still not effective. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the quality of service in making death certificates through Sobat Dukcapil at the Tangerang City Population and Civil Registration Service. The data collection techniques used are interview, observation and documentation techniques. Using Potter's theory (2003), namely the theory of service quality which has 6 indicators, the first is Appropriate and Relevant, the second indicator is Available and Affordable, the third indicator Can guarantee a sense of justice, the fourth indicator is Acceptable, the fifth indicator is Economical and Efficient, the sixth indicator is Effective. The results of the research from 6 indicators concluded that the indicators were appropriate and relevant because the presence of dukcapil friends could make it easier for people to submit requests for death certificates, only there were problems in the server error section. The available and affordable indicator concludes that it is still not affordable because there are still technical problems because the Android and iOS based ones are still temporarily deactivated and are still in the process of system maintenance. Indicators can guarantee a sense of justice that does not differentiate between certain groups, all are equally open and provide justice for society. Acceptable indicators conclude that the technical method is very easy to process on time, sometimes there are still some who don't understand how to use it. The economic and efficient indicators conclude that it is still not economical because registration of death certificates is still done offline. The effective indicator concludes that it is still not said to be effective because there are still problems with the system server still being maintained so that it becomes a technical obstacle.

This research discusses the implementation of the Digital Population Identity (IKD) application at the Disdukcapil of Tanjungpinang City in the context of E-Government. The implementation of digital identity technology as an effort to improve the efficiency of public services faces a number of challenges, including communication, resource availability, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. In terms of communication, Disdukcapil Kota Tanjungpinang uses social media and goes directly to the field to socialize and activate the IKD application. Challenges arise from people who are still unfamiliar with technology, requiring further efforts in assisting the use of the application. Resources, such as a lack of budget and dedicated teams can hinder effective implementation. Although existing teams have been empowered in the past, further attention needs to be paid to the balance of quality and quantity of human resources. The disposition of Disdukcapil officers in helping people activate IKD is positive. Within the bureaucratic structure, despite the shortage of personnel, coordination and division of labor are quite good. This research uses qualitative research methods by obtaining primary data in the form of interviews at the Tanjungpinang City Population and Civil Registration Office directly and documentation, as well as secondary data obtained from media information, the internet and other documents. In conclusion, the implementation of IKD faces several obstacles, but good communication and disposition efforts show seriousness in realizing the success of the program. Suggestions that the author can give are for the Disdukcapil of Tanjungpinang City to increase the effectiveness of implementation through strengthening communication, increasing human resources, and evaluating the bureaucratic structure on going basis.
