Capacity-building training for housekeeping staff in hotels and restaurants is a crucial aspect of maintaining service quality and enhancing customer satisfaction. Competent housekeeping personnel not only ensure physical cleanliness but also directly impact the reputation, image, and competitiveness of businesses in the hospitality and restaurant sectors. This community service program aims to develop the capacity of housekeeping staff through focused training on mastering cleaning techniques, effective waste management, and the proper and safe use of cleaning tools and materials. The training methodology is conducted directly using a participatory approach, allowing participants to actively engage in practical simulations, discussions, and case studies related to cleaning procedures, operational standards, and waste handling. Evaluation is conducted using pre-test and post-test assessments to measure improvements in participants’ knowledge, skills, and understanding of good cleaning practices. Results demonstrate significant improvements in mastering cleaning techniques, understanding waste management, and the ability to use cleaning tools and materials correctly. Additionally, participants reported increased awareness of the importance of consistently maintaining cleanliness standards, which is expected to be applied in daily workplace activities. The contribution of this community service provides tangible benefits in enhancing human resource quality in the hotel and restaurant sectors while supporting the achievement of professional, hygienic, and environmentally friendly service standards. This training is expected to serve as a sustainable model for the continuous development of housekeeping staff competencies in the broader hospitality and tourism industry.

The management and care of wounds play a crucial role in the healing process. Improper wound management can lead to infections, slow down the healing process, and even cause post-healing disabilities. Therefore, increasing knowledge about wound care is essential, especially in initial treatment, by conducting wound care training to prevent infections.The training was provided to the administrative staff and youth of the St. Francis of Assisi Church in Tebet. It was conducted using two methods: theoretical and practical. Participants were given pre- and post-training tests to assess their understanding and knowledge before and after the training. A total of 22 participants attended the wound care training to prevent infections. There was a significant increase in the average test scores after the training. It can be concluded that the training improved participants' understanding and knowledge of wound care to prevent infections.

Sudden cardiac arrest is a condition that occurs quite frequently. This sudden cessation of heart function is caused by the loss of electrical activity in the heart, which results in the cessation of blood circulation throughout the body. Quick and proper handling of this condition can reduce the mortality rate due to cardiac arrest. Therefore, Basic Life Support (BLS) training needs to be conducted to educate the general public. The BLS training conducted for the management officers and youth of Saint Francis of Assisi Church in Tebet was carried out by providing theoretical and practical BLS lessons, as well as conducting pre-tests and post-tests to assess the participants' understanding of the material and practices provided. From the activity conducted, a total of 22 participants attended the BLS training, and there was a significant difference in the average pre-test and post-test scores. It can be concluded that the training provided was effective in increasing the participants' understanding and knowledge of BLS.

Cholesterol is a lipid compound produced by the body and obtained from food, functioning to build cell membranes, produce certain hormones, and support metabolic processes in the body. Excessive cholesterol levels can increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases. This Community Service initiative aims to enhance the understanding and awareness of staff and employees at St. Yoseph High School, Cakung, regarding the risks of high cholesterol and preventive measures through routine screenings and health education. The program follows the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) approach, encompassing planning for education and screenings, conducting information sessions and cholesterol measurements, evaluating program effectiveness, and implementing follow-up actions for continuous improvement. Education on a healthy lifestyle, which includes a balanced diet, physical activity, and avoidance of alcohol and smoking, plays a vital role in maintaining normal cholesterol levels. Routine screenings are also essential for the early detection of high cholesterol risks. This initiative is expected to promote healthy behaviors and support improved workplace health by raising awareness about the importance of cholesterol prevention in the work environment.

This study aims to find out many cases of passengers who have special conditions due to illness, disability, the elderly, pregnant women, disabilities, the visually impaired and their children cannot do it alone, for that they need special services, namely in the form of wheelchair  users to help their journey while at the airport. This study uses qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documents and documentation as well as observations. The researcher immediately made observations, the researcher also explained the results of the data taken during the interview and observations for the interview, the researcher interviewed 3 resource persons with document data obtained by the researcher from the documentation of the activities  of the medical officer in handling the Special Passanger (Wheelchair) when carrying out duties and responsibilities in the field and also in the form of implementation documents for the data analysis techniques used, namely Data collection, data reduction, presentation of discussion data and conclusions. The results of this study include, the performance of the Pasasi unit in Handling Special Passengger (Wheelchair) at PT. The Angkasa Gate of I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport Bali has been very good in terms of work quality, work quantity, responsibility, cooperation, and initiatives which all aspects have been very well carried out by the Pasasi unit officers in handling special passengers. Officers must have experienced obstacles, obstacles here such as the wheelchair that is used is not suitable for use such as the wheelchair wheel sounds,  Wheelchair passengers  do not have a companion in carrying out flights, and wheelchair  passengers do not bring a statement letter and other obstacles often occur experienced by the transit officer.

;   This research aims to find out: what the procedures are for checking the security of aircraft passengers and luggage transported by aircraft and individuals, so reliable human resources are needed. Therefore, airport operators have special units that carry out the role.  an Aviation Security unit (AVSEC) which has a role as a unit that ensures airport security which is under the operational division. The Aviation Security Unit (AVSEC) must have a license as a standard of suitability in carrying out duties at airports, Avsec personnel always adhere to or are Fully guided by ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) regulations. This study used qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documents, and documentation along with observations. The researcher directly carried out observations, the researcher also explained the results of the data taken during interviews and observations. For the interview, the researcher interviewed Aviation Security officers from 3 sources with document data obtained by the researcher. from documentation of the activities of Aviation security officers when carrying out their duties and responsibilities in the field and also in the form of implementation documents for the data analysis techniques used, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, discussion, and conclusions.  The role of aviation security officers is very important to support flight security.  Officers must ensure that passengers' luggage entering the plane contains no prohibited items or items that endanger other passengers. This is because the responsibility of aviation security officers is very large and Avsec officers have carried it out. duties in accordance with existing procedures in the company. The implementation of standard operating procedures (SOP) is also very influential in improving employee performance where standard operational procedures are a guidebook and procedures for carrying out the work of each employee at each job desk.

The problem that occurs to the customer service officer at the time of location is when the customer service officer handles passengers who come to ask for information related to the flight or a problem at the airport and so on. This research aims to find out how the effective kuminukasi strategy by customer service officers in improving service to passengers at PT. Angkasa Pura I at Zainuddin Abdul Madjid Lombok International Airport. This research was conducted in 2023 at Zainuddin Abdul Madjid Lombok International Airport using a qualitative method and the data collection was sourced from passengers experiencing communication problems. The next source comes from extracting data sources through online interviews with customer service officers about effective kuminukasi strategies for passengers, observations or direct observations on related objects. The results of research that has been carried out by researchers regarding how the effective form of communication of customer service officers in improving services to passengers related to flight information to passengers and others. In addition, there are also factors that can affect effective communication with passengers, namely knowledge, perception, emotional, and a Clear and Simple Language environment in terms of the use of easy-to-understand language and the avoidance of complex technical terms to ensure that all passengers can understand the information conveyed well.

The problems faced in this study include (1) How does the workload affect the performance of immunization officers at the Health Center in the Working Area of the Banjar City Health Office? (2) What is the effect of training education on the performance of immunization officers at the Health Center in the Working Area of the Banjar City Health Office? (3) How does workload and training education affect the performance of immunization officers at the Health Center in the Working Area of the Banjar City Health Office? This study aims to study, know, and analyze (1) The effect of workload on the performance of immunization officers at health centers in the working area of the Banjar City Health Office. (2) The effect of education and training on the performance of immunization officers at the Health Center in the Working Area of the Banjar City Health Office. (3) The effect of workload and training education on the performance of immunization officers at the Health Center in the Working Area of the Banjar City Health Office. The method used in this study is an explanatory survey, while the data analysis technique is validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, Inductive Statistical Analysis with Multiple Regression. The results of the study inform that (1) The workload at the Health Center in the work area of the Banjar City Health Office is very high. With the highest score on the physical demand indicator and the lowest score on the task demand indicator. The workload has a positive effect on the performance of immunization officers at the Health Center in the work area of the Banjar City Health Office. This means that if the workload is increased, the performance of immunization officers at the Health Center in the work area of the Banjar City Health Office will also increase. (2) Training education at Puskesmas in the work area of the Banjar City Health Office is very high. With the highest score on the behavior indicator and the lowest value on the reaction indicator. Training education has a positive effect on the performance of immunization officers at health centers in the work area of the Banjar City Health Office. This means that if training education is improved, the performance of immunization officers at health centers in the work area of the Banjar City Health Office will also increase. (3) The performance of immunization officers at the Health Center in the work area of the Banjar City Health Office is very high. With the highest value on the quantity indicator produced and the lowest value on the reaction indicator. Workload and training education have a positive effect on the performance of immunization officers at the Health Center in the work area of the Banjar City Health Office. This means that if the workload and training education are increased, the performance of immunization officers at the Health Center in the work area of the Banjar City Health Office will also increase.

Airports have a very important role in the smooth process of passengers who will make flights, the workforce at the airport in carrying out their duties needs to be done quickly and precisely as well as the duties and responsibilities of Aviation Security (AVSEC). This includes the duties of AVSEC in ensuring flight security and safety, As an International Airport that has a large number of passengers, Supadio Pontianak International Airport needs to maintain passenger comfort in terms of security and service. This study aims to determine the effect of workload on the discipline of Aviation Security officers at Supadio Pontianak International Airport and to determine how much influence workload has on the discipline of Aviation Security officers at Supadio Pontianak International Airport. This research was conducted on Aviation Security officers at Supadio Pontianak International Airport, while the research time was for 30 days from October 1 - October 31, this study used a quantitative approach method, with Aviation Security officers as Research Subjects, the population in this study amounted to 81 and used a sample of 81 respondents, the data used in this study were primary data in the form of questionnaires through google form, before the research was carried out, the instrument was first tested with a validity test and reliability test involving 81 avsec personnel at supadio pontianak international airport. The results of this study indicate a positive influence on workload (X) on discipline (Y) on Avsec personnel at the international airport supadio pontianak, Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the R square value is 0, 180 or equal to 18%, meaning that the workload variable (X) affects the discipline variable (Y) by 18%, while the remaining 100% - 18% = 82% is influenced by other variables outside the regression equation or variables that are not studied.   Keywords: The Effect of Workload on the Discipline of Aviation Security Officers.

Personal hygiene merupakan aspek penting dalam kesehatan dan kesejahteraan individu, khususnya bagi anak-anak usia dini seperti siswa Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK). Kurangnya kesadaran dan pengetahuan tentang personal hygiene dapat menyebabkan berbagai masalah kesehatan. Penting dilakukan screening kebutuhan personal hygiene pada siswa TK. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan siswa, tentang pentingnya personal hygiene serta membangun kebiasaan kebersihan pribadi yang baik pada siswa TK Aisyiyah Kadipiro I Surakarta. Pada saat kegiatan, mengingat banyaknya jumlah siswa yang akan diperiksa, maka petugas yang terdiri 6 dosen dan 4 mahasiswa dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok kerja dengan pembagian sebagai berikut: 2 mahasiswa mengambil data TB dan BB; sisanya dijadikan 2 kelompok yang bertugas melakukan anamnesis dan pemeriksaan kesehatan. Hasil kegiatan diperoleh data bahwa jumlah siswa yang ikut serta dalam kegiatan adalah 103 siswa dengan rincian hasil sebagai berikut: 1) Kebersihan gigi dan mulut: sebanyak 39 siswa (38%) dalam kondisi gigi bersih (tidak terdapat caries gigi), dan 64 siswa (63%) memiliki caries gigi; 2) Kebersihan telinga: Sebanyak 61 siswa (60%) memiliki telinga bersih tanpa serumen, atau hanya sedikit serumen dan sebanyak 42 siswa (40%) ditemukan banyak kotoran telinga; 3) Kebersihan kuku: sebanyak 77 siswa (75%) kuku bersih dan pendek dan 26 siswa (25%) memiliki kuku kotor atau kuku panjang.

Provinsi Lampung memiliki sebuah bandara yang bernama Bandar Udara Radin Inten II. Keberhasilan kegiatan ground handling tentu mempunyai peranan penting hal ini lah yang menjadi tugas bagi PT. Gapura Angkasa sebagai salah satu perusahaan jasa ground handling yang melayani kegiatan ramp handling. Banyak risiko yang dihadapi oleh ramp dispatcher saat melaksanakan tugasnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana risiko dan faktor penyebab kecelakaan pada kegiatan ramp handling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi partisipatif, wawancara terstruktur dan dokumentasi. Dokumentasi yang digunakan berupa ramp activity checklist yang berlaku. Wawancara terstruktur dilakukan kepada narasumber Kepala Divisi Ramp Handling, petugas engineering, dan petugas divisi operation yang bertugas di Bandar Udara Radin Inten II Lampung. Keabsahan data kualitatif dengan metode triangulasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat beberapa risiko kecelakaan yang terkait dengan aktivitas ramp handling. Berupa terjepit atau terluka pada saat pemindahan kargo atau penumpang, dan paparan kebisingan yang berkepanjangan. Faktor-faktor yang berpotensi menimbulkan risiko terdapat petugas yang mengabaikan pentingnya alat pelindung diri seperti safety shoes, ear plug, safety cone, dan penggunaan peralatan GSE yang tepat.

  Abastrak, Salah satu permasalahan klasik di bandar udara yang dapat mengancam keselamatan penerbangan di wilayah bandar udara adalah gangguan dari hewan liar dan burung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis penerapan manajemen bahaya hewan liar dan burung dalam menunjang keselamatan penerbangan di Bandar Udara Internasional Hang Nadim Batam dan  mengidentifikasi bahaya dan hasil penilaian risiko yang ditimbulkan oleh adanya hewan liar dan burung dalam menunjang keselamatan penerbangan dengan metode HIRA di Bandar Udara Internasional Hang Nadim Batam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran (mix methods) dengan teknik deskriptif. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data penelitian adalah peneliti sendiri, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk menjawab rumusan pertanyaan penelitian. Peneliti melakukan analisis data dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif.             Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan manajemen bahaya hewan liar di Bandar Udara Internasional Hang Nadim sesuai dengan standar operasional prosedur (SOP) yaitu dengan melakukan inspeksi rutin pada pagi hari dan siang hari di area sisi udara. Jika terdapat sekumpulan burung dan hewan liar maka petugas apron movement control, safety dan PKP-PK segera melakukan pengusiran burung menggunakan unit kendaraan mobil masing-masing kemudian membunyikan sirine dan klakson mobil agar burung dan hewan liar pergi menjauh dari area sisi udara. Berdasarkan identifikasi tingkat risiko, dapat diketahui tingkat risiko risiko hewan liar monyet dikategori risiko sedang dan burung di kategori risiko ekstrem (sangat berbahaya), dengan menggunakan metode HIRA indeks risiko burung bangau memiliki tingkat risiko sedang (kuning) artinya  pengendalian risiko dan penerapan dilakukan manajemen bahaya hewan liar bertujuan untuk mengurangi bahaya hewan liar yang mengganggu pengoperasian penerbangan di Bandar Udara Internasional Hang Nadim.

Landasan pacu atau Runway memiliki peranan yang sangat penting sebagai bagian dari fasilitas di Bandar Udara karena merupakan tempat pesawat mendarat/landing dan lepas landas/take off yang berlangsung selama jam operasional bandar Udara sehingga perlu dilakukan pemeliharaan yang baik terhadap landasan. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahu mekanisme pemeliharan dan penyebab kerusakan runway, dan kendala yang dihadapi petugas saat melakukan pemeliharaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kegiatan pemeliharan  runway sangat berpengaruh terhadap kegiatan operasional keamanan dan keselamatan penerbangan. Kegiatan diawali dengan inspeksi petugas di runway yang kemudian dicatat dan dilaporkan kepada kepala kantor apabila ditemukan hal yang mengganggu keselamatan penerbangan akan ditindaklanjuti. Penyebab kerusakan di runway berasal dari air genangan yang dibiarkan lama, akar tanaman dan kesalahan teknis yang dilakukan oleh pilot Ketika pesawat berada di area runway. Kegiatan pemeliharan masih memiliki beberapa kendala berupa minimnya peralatan, cuaca dan aktifitas penerbangan yang padat.

Apron movement control personnel must have a license or competency certificate to prevent human error from occurring due to negligence of personnel at work. Drivers who drive GSE vehicles exceeding the maximum limit do not know the rules on the Air side, officers who do not wear vests when on the apron, and taxi way charie under repair. This study aims to determine the performance of Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers in supporting flight security and safety at Supadio Pontianak International Airport, to find out the obstacles encountered by Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers. In supporting flight safety and security at Supadio Pontianak Airport, and to find out the efforts made to improve the performance of AMC officers in supporting flight safety and security at Supadio Pontianak Airport. In conducting research, the author uses qualitative research methods, which aim to find, analyze and manage data obtained from direct events that occur in the field by understanding social interactions through interviews and observations. This research was conducted at PT. Angkasa Pura II (persero) Supadio Pontianak International Airport at the Apron Movement Control (AMC) Unit from 01 January 2023 to 30 January 2023. Data analysis techniques used in this study include: data reduction, data display and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the AMC unit at Supadio Pontianak International Airport has been very good at supporting flight safety and security as seen from the personnel. Actions to overcome safety and security risks that are implemented in the work environment of the AMC unit are implemented by plotting parking stands and coordination with towers and GH. The obstacles encountered by the AMC unit included the lack of Apron Movement Control unit personnel, as well as the condition of Charlie's taxiway which had a slight crack which could result in accidents and incidents. Efforts are being made to improve the performance of AMC unit officers in supporting flight security and safety, namely by minimizing existing human resources so that they can run well and stay focused on the duties of each AMC unit personnel.

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Lembaga Administrasi Negara yang betujuan untuk mengetahui yang dilakukan pada pelayanan publik Lembaga Administrasi Negara, mengetahui penerapan standar pelayanan publik pada wesite PPID dan mengetahui kendala pelayanan website PPID  Metode penilitian ini menggunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, Teknik pengumpulan daa yang digunakan studi pustaka, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, kemudian teknik kebasahan data dengan metode triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber serta metode interaktif untuk teknik analisis data meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil yang didapat dalam penelitian ini menemukan standar pelayanan pada webiste ppid belum sepenuhnya terpenuhi sebab sistem pelayanan belum dikembangkan oleh petugas, inovasi pelayanan belum di perbaru dan jangka permohonan informasi relatif lama. Kendala dalam proses pelayanan pada website PPID kurangnya petugas pelayanan, fitur website belum memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna dan kualitas website belum baik. Lembaga Administrasi Publik sebagai lembaga yang bertugas melayani publik seharusnya memperbaiki kekuranga tersebut agar dapat memberikan pelayanan terbaik. pelayanan publik yang baik akan mendapatkan citra baik di masyarakat.

Room Attendant adalah jabatan di dalam departemen housekeeping yang bertugas untuk membersihkan kamar dan memperhatikan kerapian dan kelengkapan kamar sebelum digunakan oleh tamu hotel. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui peran Room Attendant dalam meningkatkan pelayanan kepada tamu di The Alana Hotel & Convention Center Solo. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 5 staf dan 5 tamu dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik triangulasi data. Data yang diperoleh menyatakan bahwa peran petugas kamar yang meliputi peran, peningkatan pelayanan serta kendala & solusi sudah baik, dibuktikan dengan wawancara bahwa sebagian besar tamu merasa puas. Dari hasil pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa peran Room Attendant di The Alana Hotel & Convention Center Solo sudah cukup baik meliputi peran, peningkatan pelayanan, serta kendala & solusi.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether knowledge of taxation, firmness of sanctions, service quality of tax officers and the application of E-filling had a significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance at MSME Pratama South Semarang. The sample in this study were 100 respondents at KPP Pratama South Semarang. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Sampling method used is simple random sampling and the data analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that knowledge of taxation, firmness of sanctions, service quality of tax officers, and the application of e-filling had an effect on MSME taxpayer compliance. Simultaneously, the variable knowledge of taxation, firmness of sanctions, service quality of tax officers and the application of e-filling affect the compliance of MSME taxpayers.

Perusahaan pembiayaan merupakan perusahaan yang memberikan pinjaman dana kepada calon debitur dengan jaminan tertentu seperti halnya PT. Internusa Tribuana Citra Multi Finance Cabang Medan. Dalam bisnis ini sering kali dana perusahaan tertanam karena debitur yang menunggak. Oleh karena itu pihak perusahaan mempunyai petugas lapangan yang berfungsi untuk melakukan penagihan ke rumah debitur serta melakukan penarikan atas unit pembiayaan yang sudah melewati batas wajar dari waktu pembayaran. Pelaksanaan aktivitas penagihan yang dilakukan pasti berhubungan dengan keselamatan kerja setiap petugas lapangan. Permasalahan keselamatan kerja seperti pemukulan yang dialami petugas lapangan berdampak pada pelaksanaan penagihan yang dilakukan. Hal ini mengakibatkan proses penagihan menjadi kurang maksimal karena petugas merasa was-was akan keselamatannya. Selain itu lingkungan kerja juga berdampak pada kinerja karyawan, seperti kurangnya ruangan kerja yang membuat karyawan tidak leluasa dalam bekerja, hubungan yang kurang baik mempengaruhi proses komunikasi dalam pengambilan keputusan serta pengarsipan dokumen yang tidak rapi akan mempengaruhi proses pencarian dokumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh keselamatan kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Internusa Tribuana Citra Multi Finance Cabang Medan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 51 orang yang merupakan karyawan PT. ITC Multi Finance Cabang Medan dan juga sebagai responden. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, penyebaran kuisioner, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Variabel diukur dengan skala Likert. Model analisis data yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara serempak bahwa keselamatan kerja dan lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Internusa Tribuana Citra Multi Finance Cabang Medan, dan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja.

Pelayanan publik pada hakikatnya adalah pemberian pelayanan prima kepada masyarakat yang merupakan perwujudan kewajiban aparatur pemerintah sebagai abdi masyarakat. Pemenuhan kebutuhan masyarakat dalam pelayanan publik akan menjadi prioritas utama yang dipenuhi oleh pemerintah pada saat ini. Aparatur pemberi pelayanan, dalam melaksanaan pelayanan publik harus menyikapinya sesuai dengan azas dan prinsip pelayanan publik. Dimana pelayanan yang diberikan harus maksimal dan memuaskan masyarakat. Untuk mengetahui kepuasan masyarakat pada Dinas Penanaman Modal Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Perindustrian dan Tenaga Kerja Kota Bukittinggi, berdasarkan PermenpanRB Nomor 14 Tahun 2017 tentang Pedoman Penyusunan Survei Kepuasan Masyarakat Unit Penyelenggara Pelayanan Publik, menjadi acuan untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap kinerja pelayanan dalam bentuk Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui nilai kepuasan masyarakat dan tingkat kesesuaian yang diberikan dengan indikator yang acuan adalah persyaratan, prosedur pelayanan, kecepatan waktu, kewajaran biaya, kesesuaian produk, kompetensi petugas, kesopanan petugas, sarana dan prasarana, layanan pengaduan. Nilai indeks kepuasan masyarakat yang diperoleh oleh DPMPTSPPTK Kota Bukittinggi adalah nilai 3,32 dan jika dikonversikan adalah  83,09 dengan predikat B (Baik) dan tingkat kesesuaian yang rendah dan belum dilaksanakan dengan baik adalah indikator indikator kecepatan waktu dalam memberikan pelayanan dan kompetensi/kemampuan petugas dalam pelayanan.  Kata kunci: ; ;

Untuk mengetahui Kualitas Pelayanan Administrasi Pada Bagian Tata Usaha di Kantor Gubernur Jawa Tengah serta faktor penghambat. Fokus penelitian ini yaitu Kualitas Pelayanan Administrasi yang meliputi Prosedur pelayanan, Produk layanan, Waktu dan penyelesaian, Sarana dan prasarana dan Kompetensi petugas pelayanan. (1) Kualitas Pelayanan Administrasi Pada Bagian Tata Usaha di Kantor Gubernur Jawa Tengah sudah diterapkan dimensi kesederhanaan prosedur pelayanan, produk layanan yang sesuai dengan ketentuan, kepastian waktu penyelesaian pelayanan, ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana dan kompetensi petugas/aparatur yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dalam memberikan pelayanan beserta indikatornya. Namun ada beberapa indikator yang belum berjalan sesuai dengan keinginan pegawai sekretariat daerah Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Tengah dan organisasi perangkat daerah Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Tengah sebagai penerima layanan, antara lain sarana dan prasarana yang belum lengkap, ketidakdisiplinan waktu pegawai/staf yang menyebabkan keterlambatan penyelesaian dokumen dan minimnya tingkat kesadaran pegawai sekretariat daerah Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Tengah dan organisasi perangkat daerah Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Tengah. (2) Faktor penghambat pelaksanaan pelayanan Administrasi Pada Bagian Tata Usaha di Kantor Sekretariat Daerah Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Tengah adalah kurangnya sarana prasarana seperti kursi, file kabinet, ruangan khusus arsip, komputer dan mesin scanner, ketidakdisiplinan waktu pegawai/staf yang menyebabkan keterlambatan penyelesaian dokumen dan minimnya tingkat kesadaran pegawai sekretariat daerah Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Tengah dan organisasi perangkat daerah Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Tengah sebagai penerima layanan.
