Background: Malnutrition, particularly among pregnant women and toddlers, remains a significant issue in Indonesia. One approach to reducing wasting rates involves direct counseling and empowering mothers of toddlers with the skills to prepare balanced menus using local food for their families, especially for toddlers suffering from wasting. Enhance mothers’ knowledge in preparing balanced menus for toddlers, increasing the benefits of the menu for the growth and development of toddlers. This training activity was carried out over 4 meetings, at the PKM Sukarami Hall, via an online WA group, a menu competition was held at the PKM Sukarami Hall and at the Posyandu, and evaluation monitoring through weighing at the Posyandu. There were 30 participants consisting of 10 posyandu cadres and 20 mothers of toddlers from the Sukarami Health Center working area, Palembang city. Method used in the training is first a pre-test, lecture, question and answer discussion, and post-test, practical demonstration of menu processing and menu competition. Monitoring and evaluation looks at the growth and development of toddlers through weighing. The success of organizing this community service can be seen from the enthusiasm of the group of participants who attended.  Results :  the mothers' knowledge met the initial score criteria of 37% to 60% with an increase of 23%, skills in providing a healthy, balanced nutritional menu. Conclusion: there were 20 toddlers showed weight increases ranging from 100 grams to 260 grams.

This study aims to determine and analyze the Influence of Principal Leadership and Teacher Discipline on the Quality of Education in SD Negeri Se Gandus District, Palembang. This type of research is quantitative research with a research design using an ex post facto research design. The sample in this study is 169 teachers of State Elementary School in Gandus District, Palembang, which is a number. Data collection techniques use questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive analysis techniques and multiple regression. The results of this study stated that 1) there was a significant influence of the principal's leadership on the quality of education in Gandus Palembang District; 2) there was a significant influence of teacher discipline on the quality of education in Gandus Palembang District; 3) there is a significant influence on the leadership of the principal and the discipline of teachers on the quality of education in Gandus District, Palembang.

This research aims to improve the ability of students at Az-Zahrah Islamic High School Palembang in recognizing the intrinsic elements of the short film entitled "Sekawan Limo" using YouTube as a medium. By taking advantage of advances in information technology, it is hoped that students can take advantage of digital platforms as an efficient learning tool. This training activity involves the introduction of intrinsic elements such as themes, characters, plots, settings, perspectives, and messages. The methodology used during the training includes initial tests, teaching material, watching movies, discussions, and assessments. The findings of this study show that there is an increase in students' understanding of the intrinsic elements of film after participating in training. The use of YouTube as a learning tool was declared effective in improving students' analytical skills.

This final report aims to design a website-based electronic archiving system using PHP and MyAdmin. The data collection method used by the author in this research is the field research method through interviews, observation, library research, and descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques using the waterfall method, namely the Development Life Cycle (SDLC) system, which is used to develop information systems in the website creation process. This method uses a systematic and gradual approach. This electronic filing system can help companies overcome various obstacles when recording and rediscovering documents. Automating processes in the system in systematic recording and storage can save time and help provide information quickly so that the administrative process is smooth. Reduces the use of paper (less paper) because documents are stored in digital format, so documents will not pile up and can reduce the use of archive storage space. In electronic archiving, there is no longer a need to manually record the agenda for incoming and outgoing letters, because when recording transactions, incoming or outgoing letters will be automatically recorded on the agenda for incoming or outgoing letters. For the system to continue running optimally, it is recommended that companies carry out employee training, routine system maintenance, continuous development, implementation of information security policies, and regular system performance monitoring.  Implementing these recommendations is expected to increase operational efficiency and accessibility of company information

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan melakukan penelitian mengenai pengaruh Motivasi dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Minimarket di Kota Palembang. Dalam penelitian ini mendapatkan 125 responden yang merupakan karyawan minimarket di kota Palembang. Menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling dengan melakukan penyebaran kuisioner secara online. Dari penelitian ini, memberikan hasil bahwa Motivasi dan Kompensasi memiliki pengaruh Positif terhadap kinerja Karyawan di kota Palembang.

Physical activity is one of the factors that affect the nutritional status of adolescents. Lack of physical activity will lead to excess weight. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between physical activity and nutritional status of eleventh grade students in high school in Palembang. This quantitative research uses a cross-sectional research design with a sample of 91 students. Physical activity was measured using the Adolescent-Physical Activity Questionnaire (PAQ-A). The nutritional status used is based on BMI/age. The correlation analysis used was Kendall's tau-b. Univariate results were obtained by the majority of students with low physical activity (f=40) and normal nutritional status (f=60). Based on the results of the correlation test, a p-value of 0.004 < 0.05 was obtained, which means that there is a significant relationship between physical activity and nutritional status based on BMI/U. With a correlation coefficient of 0.276, which means that the correlation strength is low with positive traits. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended that adolescents do enough physical activity to maintain physical fitness and health as well as normal nutritional status.

Penelitian ini untuk mengkaji Brand Trust dan Kualitas Produk, terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada produk Daviena skincare di Kota Palembang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner melalui google form dan didistribusikan kepada 100 responden, dimana Purposive sampling digunakan dalam menentukan sampel dengan syarat responden harus pengguna skincare, dan berdomisili di kota Palembang. Penelitian Kuantitatif menjadi jenis penelitian yang digunakan, dimana IBM SPSS Statistics 25 merupakan alat yang membantu untuk mengelola data. Dalam menganalisis data ini, Peneliti menggunakan uji kualitas instrumen yaitu validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas residual, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, regresi linear berganda, uji kelayakan model, serta pengujian hipotesis yaitu, uji t dan uji F. Hasil dari Penelitian ini mengemukakan bahwa Brand Trust memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan Kualitas Produk memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan melakukan penelitian mengenai pengaruh citra merek dan persepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian Uniqlo di Kota Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 132 responden yang merupakan konsumen Uniqlo di Kota Palembang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa Citra Merek mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Uniqlo di Kota Palembang dan Persepsi Harga mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Uniqlo di Kota Palembang.

This study analyzes the influence of ease of use and security on customer satisfaction with the mobile banking services of Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah, particularly among students of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires from 100 respondents. The results indicate that ease of use does not have a significant effect, while security has a positive and significant impact. Collectively, ease of use, security, and trust contribute 78.5% to customer satisfaction variability. The study recommends enhancing security systems and usability of the mobile banking application, as well as educating customers on safe usage practices.

When it comes to crime, evidence is an issue that plays an important role in the legal process. This evidence determines the fate of the accused. In the event that the results of the examination of evidence based on the evidence provided by law are not sufficient to prove the guilt of the accused, if the guilt of the accused can be proven based on evidence, the accused is acquitted. According to Article 184 of the Criminal Procedure Code, a defendant must be punished first before being sentenced. Expert testimony is valid evidence, and Visum et Repertum can also be used as evidence to replace a manuscript in the form of a letter because Visum et Repertum is one aspect of the role of experts and/or expert testimony, so the relationship between the two cannot be separated. This study aims to determine the role of forensic legal experts in proving the cause of death and the position of evidence to reveal the cause of death of the victim. The method used in this study is normative legal research, using a statute approach and a case approach. The results of this study indicate that the role of forensic legal experts and the regulation of criminal law based on the evidentiary power of the visum et repertum in proving the cause of the victim's death.

Penelitian yang dilakukan memiliki tujuan untuk menemukan bagaimana pengaruh Literasi Keuangan dan Pendapatan Terhadap Keputusan Investasi. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif yang menggunakan data primer dan didapatkan melalui penyebaran kuisioner dalam bentuk Google Form secara online dengan skala likert. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh Generasi Z yang bertempat tinggal di Palembang dan telah melakukan investasi. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan kriteria memiliki KTP berdomisili di Kota Palembang dan telah melakukan investasi minimal 1 tahun terakhir. Terdapat 137 sampel yang diolah pada penelitian ini. Pengambilan keputusan dilakukan dengan uji T pada SPSS21 dan menyatakan bahwa variabel literasi keuangan dan pendapatan berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan investasi.

This study aims to determine how much influence Service Excellent and Relationship Marketing have on Customer Satisfaction of PT Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah KC Palembang. The population in this study amounted to 5239 customers with incidental sampling method using the formula obtained a sample of 100 respondents. This research uses quantitative methods, primary data which is then processed using IBM SPSS 25. The T test results show that service excellent has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, relationship marketing has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, service excellent and relationship marketing have a joint effect on customer satisfaction. Proven by the coefficient of determination of 63.8% while the remaining 36.2% is influenced by other variables.

Introduction: The prevalence of scabies cases in Palembang from data from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in January 2020 was 8.3% and December 2020 was 4.5%. The incidence of scabies in Islamic boarding schools is still very high. There are 20 dormitories that can accommodate 10 to 15 students, with foam mattresses lined up for sleeping and stacked when not in use. There are also 4 bathrooms and toilets with large toilets. The source of water used daily is well water which may be brown in color. The habit of changing towels, prayer equipment, clothes, hand towels, even soap. Research Method: The type of research to be carried out is Quantitative research with a Cross Sectional design and a sampling method, namely simple random sampling. The location of the research is at the Al-Falah Sukajaya Islamic Boarding School, Bayung Lencir District, South Sumatra Province. The analysis used in this study is the Chi Square Test. Research Results: The sample in this study amounted to 77 people. The symptoms of scabies with the highest frequency of experiencing symptoms of scabies were 48 (62.4%) respondents, while those who did not have symptoms were 29 (37.7%) respondents. The results of this study indicate that knowledge has a p-value of 0.000 (p = <0.05), the knowledge of students has a p-value of 0.000 (p = <0.05), the role of Islamic boarding school officers has a p -value of 0.0030 (p = <0.05), and the utilization of facilities and infrastructure p-value 0.004 (p = <0.05) with the incidence of scabie Conclusion: Lack of knowledge of students, student behavior, the role of Islamic boarding school elders, utilization of health facilities and infrastructure can increase the risk of scabies. Therefore, it is hoped that there will be improvements in the health aspects of students, such as education and supervision of students, training for officers, and optimal utilization of facilities and infrastructure.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada e-commerce Tokopedia di Kota Palembang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer. Populasi penelitian mencakup masyarakat yang tinggal di Kota Palembang dan melakukan pembelian produk di Tokopedia. Sampel yang digunakan adalah masyarakat yang menggunakan dan melakukan pembelian produk di Tokopedia. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling. Penelitian ini melibatkan 100 responden sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada E-commerce Tokopedia di Kota Palembang sedangkan promosi (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada E-commerce Tokopedia di Kota Palembang.

Yang dimana variabel independen atau variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Live Streaming (X1) dan Diskon (X2), serta variabel dependen atau variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah Keputusan Pembelian (Y). Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada para konsumen di Kota Palembang yang pernah berbelanja kosmetik Maybelline melewati E-commerce Shopee. Yang dimana pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan Purposive Sampling dengan menerapkan pengujian Hipotesis melalui Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 100 responden. Dalam penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa Live Streaming (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) kosmetik Maybelline pada E-commerce Shopee di Kota Palembang, sedangkan Diskon (X2) berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) kosmetik Maybelline pada E-commerce Shopee di Kota Palembang.

The problem in this study is the ability to dribble the ball in futsal games at SMP Negeri 3 Palembang is not optimal. Some of the causes of the athlete's less than optimal dribbling ability are because in dribbling, players have not been supported by good agility, coaches have never provided agility training methods that lead to these abilities, as seen by the frequent loss of the ball by athletes while being dribbled and easily taken by opponents. The population in this study were 30 extracurricular futsal students at SMP Negeri 3 Palembang. The sample in this study was 30 extracurricular futsal students at SMP Negeri 3 Palembang. The technique for taking samples in this study used Total Sampling. This research method is Experimental research, The design in this study is "two group pretest posttest design" the results of Hypothesis H1 in this study where the results of the t-test are known that the t-count value is 6.770 while T table α 0.05 (15-1) = 14 is 1.761, because the t-count value> t table (6.770> 1.761), this means that there is an influence, namely HA 1: There is an influence of ball feeling training on the ability to dribble the ball in futsal players at SMP Negeri 3 Palembang, the results of the second hypothesis t-test H2 are known that the t-count value is 4.297 while T table α 0.05 (15-1) = 14 is 1.761, because the t-count value> t table (4.297> 1.761), this means that there is an influence, namely HA 2: There is an influence of ball agility training on the ability to dribble the ball in futsal players SMP Negeri 3 Palembang, the results of the third hypothesis t-test H3 that the t-value of the pretest-posttest ball feeling is greater, namely 6,770, than the t-value of the pretest-posttest agility, namely 4,297, then this means that ball feeling training is more effective than agility training in improving dribbling skills

Default is a violation of an agreement which can give rise to various legal problems. This research aims to carry out a comprehensive analysis of court decisions in cases of breach of contract PT PALEMBANG Court Decision Number 68/PDT/2016/PT PLG, it is hoped that this research can provide a deeper understanding of the court mechanism in influencing the assessment of the existence of elements of bad faith in the default case and the difference in legal treatment between total and partial default in the PT PALEMBANG decision Number 68/PDT/2016/PT PLG. Apart from that, it is also hoped that this research can provide recommendations for legal practitioners and parties involved in agreements to avoid default in the future.

This activity aims to improve the writing skills of students of SMAN 12 Palembang, especially in composing Instagram captions using the 5W + 1H method. The activity of the Student Creativity Program (PkM) is carried out in the form of counseling and training. the target of counseling and training activities is SMA Negeri 12 Palembang class XI students as many as 34 people. The results of the activity show that students are able to compile informative, relevant, and accurate captions, as well as increase awareness of responsibility in disseminating information on social media. This is expected to be a real contribution in building a responsible literacy culture in the digital era.
