This study aims to analyze the effect of wages, workload, and work discipline on employee performance at Bakpia Latief MSME in Kediri. The research method employed is quantitative with a survey technique. The sample consists of 32 respondents selected through a saturated sampling technique. Primary data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability, while secondary data were obtained from documentation and literature review. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression preceded by classical assumption tests. The results indicate that wages have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while workload and work discipline do not have significant partial effects. However, simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly influence employee performance, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.579, indicating that 57.9% of employee performance variation can be explained by wages, workload, and work discipline. This study highlights the importance of a fair wage policy in enhancing performance, although other factors such as workload and discipline still need to be managed proportionally.

In a more competitive business environment, employee performance is a crucial factor that influences an organization's success. Elevated employee performance not only facilitates the attainment of business objectives but also fosters a positive and productive work environment. This study seeks to examine the correlation among employee motivation, work discipline, and performance, along with external influences that may affect the interplay among these three components. By comprehending this link, it is anticipated that firms can devise more effective strategies for managing human resources, hence enhancing total employee performance. This study used a quantitative methodology with a sample of all employees from energy companies in Madura, comprising a total of 50 individuals. Data were gathered via questionnaires with a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5. Data study employed multiple linear regression, revealing that job motivation and work discipline significantly influenced employee performance. The analysis results indicated that the regression model accounted for 44.1% of the variance in employee performance, with work motivation and work discipline identified as significant independent factors. This study's conclusions offer theoretical and practical insights for firms to enhance employee performance. Organizations must cultivate a work environment that fosters internal drive and work discipline, while also considering external elements such as effective supervision and leadership structures. This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, incentives, and work discipline on employee performance in the Finance Department of Bandung Adventist Hospital. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis to determine the relationship between independent variables (motivation, incentives, and work discipline) and the dependent variable (employee performance). The analysis results indicate that motivation has a significant and positive effect on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.326 and a significance level of 0.009, supporting the hypothesis that motivation plays an important role in enhancing employee productivity and commitment. Conversely, the incentive and work discipline variables show a negative and non-significant effect on performance, with coefficients of -0.162 and -0.208, respectively. This suggests that the current incentive and work discipline practices are not fully effective or do not meet employee expectations. Simultaneously, the three independent variables have a significant effect on employee performance, with the F-test showing a significance level of 0.009. This study recommends that management prioritize motivation improvement through training programs, rewards, and the development of a supportive work environment. Additionally, it is essential to evaluate the incentive system and adopt a more flexible disciplinary approach to align with employee needs and expectations.
