Background The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that the number of fever cases in children reaches 62%. Management of fever can be in the form of non-pharmacological therapy. One non-pharmacological therapy for fever is to apply a compress using aloe vera. Aloe vera contains lignin and saponin which can vasodilate the skin and reduce body temperature. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of information and actions on giving aloe vera compresses on reducing body temperature in children with fever at the Nassau Kec.Nassau Kab.Toba Tahun 2024. This research is a type of quantitative research with a quasi-experimental research design with a pre-test and post-test design without control with subjects of 30 children aged 3 – 6 years who had a fever at the nassau public health center,nasaau district,toba regency in 2024. Community Health Center. The sampling technique in this research is total sampling, namely a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. The intervention carried out was applying compressaloe vera to the forehead for 15 minutes. Temperature measurement using a digital thermometer. The data analysis used is univariate and bivariate analysis. The test used is the non-parametric Wilcoxon test. The results of this research, namely the results of statistical tests using the Wilcoxon test stated that giving aloe vera compresses had an effect on changes in body temperature in fever sufferers with a p value = 0.002 (α < 0.005) with a temperature decrease of 0.486 ºC. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant influence on the results of measuring body temperature before and after giving aloe vera compresses to children who have fever at  the nassau public health center,nasaau district,toba regency in 2024.

This research aims to design and build a system for stirring and monitoring temperature and humidity for ESP32-based compost fertilizer. This system uses an ESP32 microcontroller to control compost mixing and monitor temperature and humidity conditions in real- time. Data obtained from sensors will be sent to the server for monitoring via Blynk. The implementation of this system is expected to increase the efficiency of the composting process and produce high quality compost through optimal monitoring and mixing.

This study employs a descriptive method with a case study approach. The participants in this research were pediatric patients who suffered from hyperthermia. The non-pharmacological intervention of tepid water sponge compresses is utilized effectively to lower body temperature in children. The compresses are applied to the forehead and axillary regions, and this procedure is conducted for 3 days, with each compress lasting 15 minutes. The findings from this study over the course of 3 days indicate that the use of tepid water sponge compresses is effective in reducing body temperature in children with hyperthermia.

In the kernel processing process, it is important to understand the effect of temperature on the water content of the palm kernel in the kernel silo, especially at the kernel station. This study aims to analyze the effect of temperature on the water content of the palm kernel in the kernel silo at the kernel station. This study used the Randomized Block Design (RBD) method. Data were analyzed using linear regression and analysis of variance (ANOVA). By using the Randomized Block Design (RBD) method, the results of the treatment hypothesis were obtained that  (285.241) >  (2.44) which means that  was rejected and  could not be rejected, it can be concluded that the experiment of each temperature given had a significant effect on the resulting water content. In the results of the repetition hypothesis that  (1.655) <  (2.901) which means that  could not be rejected and  was rejected, it can be concluded that the experiment of each temperature given did not have a significant effect on the resulting water content.

Bioscrubber merupakan separator yang dapat digunakan untuk menurunkan konsentrasi hidrogen sulfida (H2S) pada biogas. Permasalahan yang mempengaruhi kinerja bioscrubber diantaranya yaitu jumlah oksigen berlebih (excess oxygen) dan suhu yang tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan operasi sehingga menyebabkan tidak maksimalnya kinerja bioscrubber dalam menurunkan konsentrasi hidrogen sulfida (H2S). Untuk meminimalisir permasalahan ini maka dilakukan analisa data terkait kebutuhan jumlah oksigen berlebih dan suhu operasi yang optimal. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengumpulan data secara langsung yaitu dengan pengambilan data produksi biogas di Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Biogas (PLTBg) Sei Mangkei yang kemudian dilakukan pengolahan data terkait kebutuhan excess oxygen dan suhu operasi pada proses separasi H2S. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan, diketahui bahwa proses penurunan konsentrasi H2S menggunakan bioscrubber yang ada di PLTBg Sei Mangkei membutuhkan excess oxygen sebanyak 363,4% dari kebutuhan oksigen teoritis dan suhu operasi 38oC untuk dapat menurunkan konsentrasi H2S hingga 97,5%.

Efficient energy use in household appliances has become a primary concern as awareness of environmental sustainability grows. Smart electric stoves with automatic temperature control features offer an innovative solution to enhance energy efficiency while ensuring comfort and safety during use. This study aims to design and develop a smart electric stove system based on a microcontroller with automatic temperature control algorithms. The system employs temperature sensors to detect real-time temperature changes and a Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) algorithm to maintain stable temperatures as set by the user. A simple and intuitive user interface is designed to facilitate operation, while the automation feature allows the system to shut off the heating element independently when the temperature exceeds a safe threshold. Test results demonstrate that the designed system can reduce energy consumption by up to 25% compared to conventional electric stoves without automatic controls. Therefore, this research significantly contributes to the development of energy-efficient and safe smart kitchen appliances.

Aquaculture Biotechnology Fakulty of Agriculture University of Muhammadiyah Sukabumi. the test included testing the ex situ water quality at the IPB University Laboratory. Testing ammonia and alkalinity. The results of the above objectives show a comparison of the growth of water quality in the vertiqua system (Vertical Aquaculture), to determine the effectiveness of the vertiqua system in goldfish cultivation on growth, feeding effeciency, and water quality.

Waste banks are blessed with processing. This processing has the aim of making waste into products that can be sold and gain economic value. Yayasan gugah nurani indonesia is a non-governmental humanitarian organization that works in accordance with the pillars of the SDGS (Sustainable Development Goals), especially in areas related to children's rights and community empowerment. Gugah nurani indonesia is a legal foundation under the decree of the minister of law and human rights number: ahu-594.ah.01.04. On February 24, 2009. Gugah nurani indonesia is an incorporated foundation under the decree of the minister of law and human rights number: ahu-594.ah.01.04. On February 24, 2009. The blessing waste bank has some waste management outside the waste bank. This management is the management of organic waste which is made into compost from the results of the compost is also sold by the waste bank to consumers who need it. Based on the results of the study, it shows that customers have a major contribution to improving the waste bank economy. In this study, the results of customer activeness from the blessing waste bank related to customer activeness in the waste bank are very good. Educating the community by providing knowledge related to waste and providing training. Providing guidance and support to customers by facilitating customers so that customers can become independent and able to create their own creativity.

Background: The period of growth and development of children has the potential to get sick more easily. The onset of illness in children is usually followed by several symptoms, one of which is fever. Hyperthermia is a condition where body temperature increases due to an increase in the thermoregulation center in the hypothalamus. Normal temperature in children, where the body's cell tissue works optimally, is between 36.5-37.5ºC. The prevalence of fever cases in children in the 2023 Indonesian Health Survey, with fever in children aged 1-4 years, was 59,235 children. One non-pharmacological therapy that can be used is Water Tepid Sponge. Objective: This study describes the results of measuring body temperature before and after water tepid sponge therapy. Method: This research used a case study of 2 respondents conducted on 31 July – 2 August 2024 for 1 time a day, therapy duration 15 – 30 minutes. Results: the application of water tepid sponge therapy to the two respondents showed comparative results of development before and after therapy in An. Az the temperature drops by 1-1.1º while in An. My body temperature drops by around 1-1.2ºC. Conclusion: The results of the study can be concluded that there was an effect of water tepid sponge therapy on reducing body temperature in both respondents.

Garbage is a serious problem in Indonesia, including in Medan Belawan District. The Rubbish Bank Program is present as a solution for Rubbish management and economic empowerment of the community. This research aims to analyze the concept of green economy through the Rubbish Bank program in Medan Belawan District.The research method used is qualitatively descriptive with a case study approach. Data is collected through observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is thematic analysis. The Rubbish Bank Program in Medan Belawan District has provided economic, social, and environmental benefits. Economic benefits include increased community income, job creation, and savings in Rubbish transportation costs. Social benefits include increasing public awareness about the importance of good Rubbish management, and increasing public concern for the environment. Environmental benefits include reducing Rubbish generation, reducing environmental pollution, and preserving natural resources. The Rubbish Bank Program in Medan Belawan District is an example of the implementation of an effective and sustainable green economy concept. This program can be a model for other Rubbish management programs in Indonesia.

AEFI or Post-Immunization Adverse Event is a medical condition that is assumed to be related to immunization. Reactions that arise due to AEFI include high fever, abscesses/festering, seizures. The 2018 Lampung Provincial Health Office report noted that 32.6% experienced AEFI with the largest number being those experiencing high fever, namely 29.5%, festering 8.3%, seizures 0.97%, and others 0.57%. Reducing or controlling and controlling fever in children can be done in various ways, including pharmacologically and physically (non-pharmacologically), namely by using heat energy through conduction and evaporation methods. the effect of onion compress on reducing the baby's body temperature during fever after DPT immunization at PMB Yunita Vero Miza Lampung in 2024. Type of analytical survey research with a Post test Only Control Design approach. The research results showed a decrease in baby's body temperature after DPT immunization in the intervention group and control group after being given shallot compress with an average difference of 1.060. The results of the paired t-test obtained a p value = value 0.000 (p <0.05). there is an effect of onion compress on reducing the baby's body temperature during fever after DPT immunization at PMB Yunita Vero Miza Lampung

The incidence of fever following DPT (Difteri Pertusis Tetanus) immunisation is relatively high, often necessitating treatment with fever-reducing drugs, which may have adverse effects on infants. Therefore, non-pharmacological methods that are effective, safe, economical, and practical are essential. This research aims to investigate the effectiveness of an onion compress combined with virgin coconut oil (VCO) in reducing body temperature in infants following DPT immunization. The study employed a quasi-experimental method with a one-group pre-test and post-test design. The study population consisted of infants who received DPT immunization in the midwife's independent practice (PMB) working area at the Pudak Payung Health Centre, Semarang, with a total sample size of 48 infants selected via purposive sampling. Data were collected through observation, analysed using descriptive statistics, and the Wilcoxon signed-rank test. Prior to the intervention, 47 infants (45.92%) exhibited fever, and 1 infant (2.08%) had a high fever post-immunisation. Following the application of the shallot compress with VCO, all infants (100%) showed a reduction in body temperature, with none experiencing fever thereafter. The analysis indicated a significant effect of the onion compress combined with VCO on reducing body temperature (Z = -6.042, p < 0.01). The average body temperature of infants post-DPT immunisation decreased from a mean of 38.5°C before the intervention to 37°C afterwards. In conclusion, the use of an onion compress with VCO effectively reduces body temperature in infants following DPT immunization. This non-pharmacological approach presents a promising alternative to conventional fever management strategies.

In simplifying the process of monitoring the temperature of electric vehicle batteries, especially in discharging conditions, a remote electric vehicle battery temperature monitoring system was created. The problem with the previous monitoring system was that there was no electric battery temperature monitoring system, so users could not monitor the temperature condition of the vehicle battery when in use. The purpose of this study is to design an Internet of Things (IoT)-based electric vehicle battery temperature monitoring device system using the web and add a data logger to monitor battery temperature remotely and find out the difference in temperature values from the device with a thermogun. And the addition of a cut off feature when the battery overheats as one of the safety. The research method uses experiments, namely by comparing the speed between 30km/h and 50km/h and comparing the readings of the monitoring device with a thermogun. In proving the performance of the monitoring equipment, it is carried out with a distance of 1km, 2km, and 3km and in sloping road conditions. The data obtained were then analyzed using the paired T-test method. The results of the study showed that the tool worked quite well with the highest error value of 3.88%. And the battery temperature value between the speed of 30km/h and 50km/h is a significant difference with a P-value result of 0.035 which means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.

Gas Sulfur adalah salah satu polutan berbahaya bagi manusia. Akibat utama polutan (SO2) terhadap manusia adalah terjadinya iritasi pada sistem pernafasan. Terutama kesehatan bagi usia lanjut dan penderita yang mengalami penyakit kronis pada sistem pernafasan dan kardiovaskular yang sangat sensitif jika kontak dengan (SO2). Sehingga pada penelitian ini perlu adanya sebuah rancang sistem monitoring kadar gas sulfur dioksida (SO2), suhu dan kelembaban pada ruangan. Sistem monitoring ini menggunakan sensor MQ-136 sebagai pendeteksi kadar gas sulfur dioksida (SO2) dengan satuan ppm dan sensor DHT11 sebagai pendeteksi suhu dan kelembapan pada ruangan. Hasil pembacaan kedua sensor tersebut akan diproses melalui Modul Wifi ESP32 dengan mempunyai output Aplikasi BLYNK dan Google Spreadsheet. Sementara output Exhaust Fan menyala sesuai dengan ketentuan Fuzzy Logic Mamdani.

The purpose of this research is to examine several hypotheses regarding the relationships between accessibility, perceived price, facilities, visitor satisfaction, and revisit intention at Taman Safari Cisarua Bogor. This study involved 203 respondents residing in the Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi areas, with the requirement that respondents be at least 18 years old and have visited Taman Safari Cisarua Bogor at least once in the past three years. Data collection was conducted through surveys using questionnaires, and the data were analyzed using SPSS and Amos software. The results of the study indicate that perceived price and facilities have a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction. Additionally, accessibility and visitor satisfaction also have a positive and significant effect on revisit intention. However, the study found that accessibility does not have a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction, and facilities do not have a positive and significant effect on revisit intention.

Efisiensi adalah kemampuan untuk melakukan sesuatu dengan cara yang tidak boros atau dengan hasil yang maksimal. Dalam konteks rumah hunian, efisiensi dapat diartikan sebagai kemampuan untuk menghemat sumber daya, seperti energi, air, dan uang. Smarthome adalah rumah yang dilengkapi dengan perangkat elektronik yang dapat dikendalikan secara otomatis menggunakan perangkat seluler atau komputer. Perangkat- perangkat tersebut dapat digunakan untuk mengontrol berbagai hal di rumah, seperti suhu, pencahayaan, keamanan, dan hiburan. Rumah hunian adalah bangunan yang berfungsi sebagai tempat tinggal atau hunian dan sarana pembinaan keluarga. Rumah hunian tidak hanya memenuhi kebutuhan fisik manusia, seperti tempat berteduh dari cuaca buruk, tetapi juga memenuhi kebutuhan psikologis manusia, seperti tempat untuk merasa aman, nyaman, dan betah. Secara fisik, rumah hunian harus memenuhi persyaratan keselamatan, kesehatan, dan kenyamanan. Rumah hunian harus kokoh dan tahan terhadap cuaca buruk, serta memiliki ventilasi dan pencahayaan yang baik. Rumah hunian juga harus bersih dan nyaman untuk dihuni. Secara psikologis, rumah hunian harus dapat memberikan rasa aman, nyaman, dan betah bagi penghuninya. Rumah hunian harus dapat menjadi tempat untuk beristirahat, berkumpul bersama keluarga, dan mengembangkan diri.

Sectio caesarean is a surgical process involving an incision that is very risky and causes many complications for the human body. One of the complications caused by an intra-cesarean section is hypothermia. Hypothermia is a medical emergency that occurs when the body loses heat faster than it produces warmth. When the body temperature drops, the nervous system and other organs typically cannot function properly, which in turn affects the functioning of many other organs (Dafiani, 2021). This study aimed to determine the effect of a blanket warmer on the body temperature of intra-cesarean section patients to prevent hypothermia. This quantitative study used a quasi-experimental design (pre-test–post-test with a control group design). Data were collected on intra-section cesarean patients. As many as 35 respondents had been given non-pharmacotherapy therapy in the form of a blanket warmer. The results of the analysis showed that most pregnant women were aged 20–35 years in the no-risk group (91.4%), cesarean section with absolute indication (68.6%), and cesarean section duration < 60 minutes (57.1%). The minimum body temperature of 35.7°C before receiving a blanket warmer, and a maximum body temperature of 36.6°C after receiving one. After carrying out statistical tests using the Wilcoxon test, a P-value of 0.000, or ≤ 0.05, was obtained. In conclusion, blanket warmers influence the incidence of intra-cesarean hypothermia at SMC Telogorejo Hospital. Suggestions for further research include developing variables that can disrupt the thermoregulation system, as well as comparing the use of tools other than blanket warmers to prevent hypothermia before surgery.

Temperature and humidity are inseparable from server rooms. This is important because server rooms consist of computers that provide services 24 hours a day without stopping. After collecting all the supporting data, the author found that the temperature was too high and the humidity did not meet the standard, causing the computer to not function properly. The author finally created a tool that can monitor the temperature and humidity in the server room and applied it to the server room of Roemani Muhammadiyah Hospital in Semarang. The tool works by reading the temperature and humidity using a DHT22 sensor. After the data is read, the ESP32 will process the data, which will then be sent to a database and stored. The data can be viewed directly from anywhere. The tool not only monitors but also performs other functions, such as turning on the AC/fan when the temperature rises above the predetermined limit and sending notifications via Telegram to the staff so that they can take further action.This device will help the staff because all information about temperature and humidity will be recorded well, so the staff does not need to check the server room all the time.

Pengukuran jarak yang akurat merupakan komponen kunci dalam berbagai aplikasi teknologi termasuk robotika, sistem keselamatan, dan kontrol industri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi keakuratan pengukuran jarak benda menggunakan sensor ultrasonik HC-SR04 yang dikendalikan oleh mikrokontroler NodeMCU ESP8266. NodeMCU ESP8266 dipilih karena integrasi Wi-Fi yang memungkinkan data dikirim secara nirkabel ke server untuk analisis lebih lanjut. Metode penelitian ini meliputi pengujian sensor ultrasonik pada berbagai jarak dan kondisi lingkungan untuk mengetahui keakuratan dan konsistensi hasil pengukuran. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa akurasi sensor ultrasonik menurun seiring dengan bertambahnya jarak pengukuran. Selain itu, kondisi lingkungan seperti suhu, kelembaban, dan permukaan benda juga mempengaruhi keakuratan pengukuran. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kalibrasi tambahan untuk memastikan ketepatan pengukuran dalam kondisi lingkungan yang bervariasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa sensor ultrasonik berbasis NodeMCU 8266 dapat digunakan sebagai solusi yang efektif untuk aplikasi pengukuran jarak, namun kalibrasi dan penyesuaian diperlukan untuk menjamin keakuratan data pada berbagai kondisi. Hasil ini memberikan kontribusi penting terhadap pengembangan sistem otomasi yang lebih cerdas dan responsif.

As time goes by, the rapid development of technology has brought various conveniences to people's daily activities.  An example of the continuation of technology is microcontrollers and electronic devices that can be connected to the network. One of them is the industrial sector in the PLTS plant at the 7 Mwp On-Grid PLTS Pt. Infrastructure Terbarukan Cemerlang Sengkol which has PV Box generating equipment that requires temperature and humidity control to determine the cause of corrosion that occurs in the PV Box.This study is intended as a solution in monitoring PV Box generating equipment. This technology development uses the Internet of Things (IoT) which combines the physical and virtual worlds. In this research, the method used is the experimental measurement method, making the system created more real and detailed. In research using DHT11 equipment which has the advantage of being able to estimate temperature and humidity. NodeMCU ESP32 as a microcontroller connected to the blynk platform via the internet functions to manage hardware, show evidence of sensors, secure data, depict data, and others. The results of the research on designing a temperature and humidity monitoring system at the 7 Mwp On-Grid PLTS Pt. Infrastructure Terbarukan Cemerlang Sengkol were successfully created and produced positive effects by being monitored using the blynk platform. This research was carried out in real time using a cell phone wherever you are. This research shows that temperature measurements from the DHT11 sensor obtained an average temperature of 31.78%, while the average humidity value was 85.96%, which indicates that the room being measured had high humidity. By considering these two findings, it can be concluded that the cause of corrosion in the room is high humidity and redox reactions from various substances in the environment.
