Human Resource Development (HRD) is one of the main priorities in realizing the progress of a region. The Human Development Index (HDI) is one of the indicators used to measure the quality of HRD. This study aims to analyze the quality of HRD in Gorontalo Province using the HDI as the main indicator. Secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) were analyzed to measure three dimensions of the HDI, namely health, education, and decent living standards during the period 2019-2023. The results of the study showed an increasing trend in the HDI across all regions, although at varying rates. Gorontalo City recorded the highest HDI value, reflecting better development quality compared to other districts. Meanwhile, North Gorontalo had the lowest HDI, although there was an increase from year to year. Further analysis showed that significant disparities in the dimensions of health, education, and per capita expenditure between urban and rural areas were major challenges. This study suggests the need for equitable development through increasing access to health services, quality education, and economic infrastructure to reduce disparities between regions. These findings are expected to contribute to more inclusive policy-making for HRD development in Gorontalo Province.

According to the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the level of education and welfare in the family greatly influences the quality of human resources in Indonesia. Therefore, efforts to strengthen family functions, such as increasing parental education and social welfare programs, are key in accelerating national development. This increase in human resources includes knowledge and skills in processing agricultural products, especially rambutan fruit, crystal guava and longan into processed food products with higher selling value such as chips. Apart from that, this program also trains them in creative product packaging, marketing, bookkeeping, simple financial management, and the use of digital technology, including online learning applications and social media. With these skills, they are expected to be able to contribute to improving the family's economy, as well as opening up new business opportunities that support financial independence.

Students are required to memorize tashrif in the Shorof course, because tashrif is the main basis in understanding the structure of the Arabic language, especially in word formation and change. Mastery of tashrif helps students recognize the patterns of word changes from roots to derivatives, which is very important for understanding religious texts such as the Qur'an, Hadith, and classical books. In addition, this ability improves reading, writing and speaking skills in Arabic. By memorizing tashrif, students are also more confident in using Arabic actively, both in academic and practical contexts. Therefore, tashrif is an important part of Arabic language learning that not only facilitates text comprehension, but also builds language skills. This study aims to analyze the effect of the singing method on the ability to memorize tashrif in the Shorof course of class 5B students of class 2022. using quantitative approach research with data collection through questionnaires filled out by 28 students. This study evaluates the effectiveness of BPOM’s mentoring programs for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the natural medicine and cosmetics sectors in navigating complex regulatory requirements to obtain product licenses. Despite the strategic role of MSMEs in supporting Indonesia’s economy, regulatory compliance remains a significant challenge, particularly due to limited resources and market access. Previous studies have highlighted the need for adaptive regulatory approaches and mentoring programs, but gaps remain in evaluating their long-term impact and inclusivity. This study offers novelty by analyzing the program’s effectiveness across diverse demographic and educational backgrounds, providing evidence-based insights into its impact. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, data were collected through surveys involving 35 MSME participants from the “Rembuk UMKM” event. The Likert-scale questionnaire assessed regulatory understanding, program effectiveness, and its impact on license readiness. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, generating insights into participant perceptions. The findings show that the mentoring program is most effective among younger participants (aged 18–25 years), scoring 4.53, while maintaining high effectiveness scores across all age groups. Educational background analysis revealed the highest scores (5.00) from vocational high school (SMK) and master’s (S2) participants, highlighting the program’s inclusivity and adaptability. However, team competence scored relatively lower (4.26), indicating the need for continuous capacity building. The study concludes that BPOM’s mentoring programs significantly enhance MSME compliance and build long-term trust, with strategic recommendations for continuous training, technology-based module development, regional collaborations, and structured feedback mechanisms. These initiatives aim to strengthen program relevance and sustainability, supporting MSMEs in achieving regulatory compliance and contributing to national economic growth.
