Village financial management is a strategic instrument in supporting development and improving community welfare. However, in practice, village financial management is often not fully based on the actual needs of the community and lacks public participation in budgeting and oversight processes. This community service activity aims to enhance community understanding and participation in needs-based financial management in Pakning Asal Village. The activity employed a descriptive and participatory approach through socialization, interactive presentations, open discussions, and the dissemination of informational media. The participants included village officials, community leaders, and residents of Pakning Asal Village. The results indicate an improvement in participants' understanding of transparent, accountable, and community-oriented village financial management principles. Furthermore, the activity fostered collective awareness of the importance of active community involvement in planning, implementing, and evaluating the use of village funds. Overall, this community service program contributes to strengthening participatory village financial governance and supports the realization of more effective and sustainable village development.

This community service activity aims to improve the understanding and capacity of Dasawisma members in implementing the core Dasawisma programs as an effort to support family health development and community-based empowerment. The activity was conducted at Dasawisma Asoka RT 07, Bukit Timah Sub-district, Dumai Selatan District, Dumai City. The methods used included lectures, simulations, and discussion sessions tailored to the characteristics of adult learners and community practitioners. The results showed an increase in participants' understanding of the roles, functions, and importance of the core Dasawisma programs. Participants demonstrated high enthusiasm and active participation throughout the activity and were able to identify challenges and needs in implementing Dasawisma activities in their neighborhood. This activity contributed positively to strengthening the role of Dasawisma as a frontline community institution in supporting family health programs, environmental cleanliness, and social welfare at the neighborhood level. Continuous assistance is recommended to ensure that the knowledge gained can be consistently implemented and generate sustainable impacts for the community.

For the first time in Indonesia, banking regulations have begun to be systematically regulated in Law no. 14 of 1967 which discusses the principles of banking is used as a guideline for the regulation of banking in Indonesia. In 1992, the establishment of Bank Muamalat Indonesia was the beginning of the recognition of sharia banking in Indonesia. Then with the enactment of Law no. 7 of 1992 concerning banking, as amended by Law no. 10 of 1998 explicitly discusses that in Indonesia there are two banking systems, namely conventional banking and sharia banking. The regulations regarding sharia banking in this law are considered not yet specific, therefore it is necessary to specifically establish sharia banking itself in a law, with the establishment of Law no. 21 of 2008 concerning sharia banking. For a long time, banking in Indonesia has made law no. 14 of 1967 concerning the basic principles of banking as guidelines for every bank in Indonesia. Therefore, Law no. 21 of 2008 concerning sharia banking. The final conclusion in this research is that the public recognizes and prefers sharia banking as regulated in Law No. 21 of 2008 because this law can explain and answer specifically the problems that exist in society regarding banking in Indonesia and with the birth of law no. 21 of 2008 is expected to provide justice and togetherness to all Indonesian people based on sharia principles which refer to Islamic law in order to achieve equal distribution of social welfare.

This article examines the role of the agricultural sector in efforts to reduce poverty and enhance welfare in developing countries. The primary objective of this research is to analyze the extent to which the agricultural sector can contribute to the improvement of social and economic conditions in these nations. The research method involves the analysis of secondary data from various sources, including agricultural production data, food consumption patterns, and socio-economic and policy factors that influence the agricultural sector. The results of the study indicate that the agricultural sector plays a significant role in reducing poverty and enhancing welfare in developing countries. Firstly, the agricultural sector provides employment opportunities for a significant portion of the rural population, often the most vulnerable to poverty. Consequently, the agricultural sector contributes to increased income and access to economic resources for rural communities. Secondly, the agricultural sector also plays a crucial role in providing sufficient and affordable food for the population in developing countries. This positively impacts nutrition and public health, subsequently affecting the quality of life and overall welfare. By improving productivity and access to food resources, the agricultural sector can help reduce hunger and malnutrition. Thirdly, the agricultural sector has the potential to support national economic growth by supplying raw materials to the food processing and textile industries. This creates additional economic opportunities and enhances the competitiveness of developing countries in the global market.

When science and technology develop, there are new methods for committing crimes. One of the criminal acts is online gambling. This can happen because current media and facilities make it easier for people to access gambling sites and applications. To eliminate this act, a provision is needed that strictly prohibits this act and determines the consequences for those who violate it. Online gambling violates Indonesian law and societal values. The aim of this research is to observe the negative impact of online gambling on the community in Rulung Sari Village, South Lampung Regency. The research methodology used includes surveys, interviews and data analysis to understand the social, economic and psychological impacts caused by online gambling practices. Research shows that online gambling has had a significant negative impact on the social structure of society, harming the local economic sector, and causing psychological problems among individuals and families. The implications of these findings underscore the urgency of the need for preventive and intervention measures to reduce the negative impacts of online gambling and protect the welfare of the Rulung Sari Village community as a whole.

This research aims to determine the application of Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling (POAC) in Islamic Business Management. This research uses a qualitative research method with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The existing data sources come from indexed journal literature that has an ISSN (International Standard Serial Number) electronically which has been published via the internet with the code E-ISSN. Data collection was carried out via internet surfing from Google Scholar. The research data population is journals and books that focus on POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling). The results of this research state that the implementation of planning in Islamic business management must be in line with sharia values, ensuring that business objectives not only benefit the company, but also create social and economic benefits for society as a whole. The application of organizing in Islamic business management involves the creation of a fair and sustainable organizational structure. The separation of duties and responsibilities must reflect fairness, and strategic decisions must take into account their impact on society. Synergy between business interests and general welfare is the main key in the organizing process. The application of actuating in Islamic business management is the implementation of Islamic values in every company action such as work ethics, transparency and honesty and creating fair economic opportunities. The application of controlling in Islamic business management includes continuous monitoring of compliance with sharia principles. This includes ongoing evaluation of business sustainability and fair distribution of profits. Controls also ensure that the business operates in accordance with Islamic objectives and does not involve practices that are inconsistent with sharia law.

This research aims to analyze the implications of business law on business ethics practices in Indonesia. The research method used is library research, where data is collected from various literature sources that are relevant to the research topic. The research results show that business law has an important role in shaping business ethical practices in Indonesia. Business law regulates the rights and obligations that arise from agreements and engagements in business practices. In addition, factors such as national development developments, business ethics, internal and external factors, and legal awareness influence the implementation of business law in ethical and responsible business practices. Therefore, the solutions and recommendations provided to improve the implementation of business law and ethical business practices in Indonesia include strengthening regulations, effective law enforcement, education and awareness, collaboration between government and the business world, transparency and accountability, and the establishment of a supervisory body. independent. It is hoped that the implementation of this solution can create a business environment that is fair, transparent and has integrity, as well as making a positive contribution to economic development and social welfare in Indonesia.  

Al-Ghazali's views regarding economics and business are not only limited to the philosophical realm, but are a synthesis between realities that occur in a society that has philosophical principles supported by reasonable reasons. Al-Ghazali considered many commercial and economic aspects of society, including the hierarchy1 of utility4 and its characteristics6 in determining social tasks related to welfare (mashlahah). He emphasized that individual behavioral intentions that are in harmony with Divine rules in every economic activity have the value of worship. Apart from that, Al-Ghazali views safety as the ultimate goal. His theoretical ideas about market exchange and growth, activities and hierarchies of production, barter systems and the use of money, the role of the state in creating a just, peaceful, and stable economy, and public financing are all relevant today.

The uniqueness of the Sasak community in preparing for the departure of prospective pilgrims to carry out the Hajj can attract the attention of researchers. So this research attempts to look at the traditions that the community carries out when carrying out the Hajj as well as the implications of the Hajj for the Sasak community. This study uses qualitative research using descriptive qualitative analysis by first collecting data through observations regarding what is happening in society, then conducting interviews. Documentation and individual experience to add data about Hajj. The results of this research show that the traditions before going on the pilgrimage for the Sasak people are still preserved today, because this tradition has existed since ancient times, from the time of our ancestors until now, it has been preserved from generation to generation. like tradition. The existence of this tradition has implications for the Sasak community, namely that the community has a stronger sense of solidarity, the community can build its social welfare. Drug abuse is a serious problem that threatens the security and welfare of people around the world, including in Indonesia. The Bandar Lampung region, being one of the major cities in Lampung Province, is not immune to the negative impact of drug trafficking. The importance of handling drug cases has become a central issue in the context of national security and social welfare. To overcome this problem, the role and authority of the police as law enforcers is crucial. The method used in this research is qualitative method with descriptive analysis. This research aims to find out about the duties and authority of the police in facing drug challenges. The result of this research is that police synergy efforts between various law enforcement agencies and the government, such as those in the Bandar Lampung area, can provide many benefits and help improve the effectiveness of drug handling.

In era of globalization, there are many industries can improve the economic welfare of the Indonesian people. If Indonesian companies want to improve people's welfare, they must perform better to achieve maximum profits. The researcher created this scientific article, aiming to study and examine the influence of CSR disclosure, dividend policy and financial risk on financial performance which is moderated by capital structure. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method for literature study. The results of this research indicate that the variables corporate social responsibility disclosure, dividend policy, and financial risk have an influence on financial performance. As well as corporate social responsibility disclosure, dividend policy and financial risk can be moderated by capital structure on financial performance.

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are one of several pillars that support the economy in Indonesia. The aim of community service through the Merdeka Entrepreneurial Internship activity is to provide assistance to SME partners, regarding innovation menus, flavors, products, as well as marketing methods via social media. With this service, it is hoped that it can be a solution in improving the welfare of SMEs. The partners who receive assistance in this service are UKM Pejuang Rasa which is located on Jalan Semolowaru No VIII, Sukolilo District, Surabaya City, East Java Province. The methods used in this activity are interviews, problem analysis, production planning, production and promotion. Their Entrepreneurship Internship activities are carried out by approximately 4-5 people per group for a total of 30 working days. After going through the observation stage during the activity, a product was produced in the form of a smoothie bowl which had environmentally friendly paperbowl packaging to become an innovation related to fruit processing at Pejuang Rasa UKM. It is hoped that the results of this product innovation can increase sales and business competitiveness with other SMEs.

This research aims to determine the impact of lack of transparency in regional financial management on local development and community welfare and accountability will remain a topic of concern in society. The public does not want acts of corruption to occur in government, because acts of corruption will not only be detrimental to state finances, they will also have an impact on hampering state development and reducing the level of social welfare. Papua gets Special Autonomy based on Law Number 21 of 2001, while Aceh gets Special Autonomy based on Law Number 18 of 2001 an Law Number 2006. This Special Autonomy is a political solution, a legal solution and a solution to achieve prosperity to overcome security problems and demands for separation from the Unitary State of the Republic Of Indonesia (NKRI). This happened when Indonesia was experiencing a vibrant democracy. Legislative Regulations are rules made by the Government. It includes things such as local democracy, people’s welfare and the protection of human rights in our country. The research method used in this research uses the library research method. Literature study is the first step in the information gathering method. From the research conducted, it appears that the Special Autonomy regulations, which are supposed to be responsive in their implementation, are still experiencing many problems. The use and continuation of the Special Autonomy Law still needs to be explained better so that it remins the same and is in line with achieving social happiness.

For Social Welfare Students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of North Sumatera, Field Work Practice (PKL) 2 is one of the compulsory courses that aims to implement social welfare theories at the mezzo or macro level. Practitioners carry out PKL 2 at Aliansi Sumut Bersatu (ASB). Practitioners carry out mini projects to educate the types of sexual violence according to Law Number 12 of 2022 on the crime of sexual violence with 12 clients. Practitioners carry out social work mini projects at the mezzo intervention level and groupwork intervention methods using the generalized intervention model stages or general stages of social work consisting of engagement and intake contracts, assessment, planning, intervention, termination and evaluation. This mini project activity shows that clients already know the types of sexual violence according to Law Number 12 of 2022.

This study aims to describe the application of Islamic business ethics as the main foundation for the Ma'arif NU Banyuwangi business entity. The method applied in this study is qualitative research. In this study, data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, and documentation. This study uses interactive analysis for data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the application of Islamic business ethics in the Ma'arif NU Banyuwangi Business Entity is the main foundation for running a fair, sustainable, and ethical business. Principles such as monotheism, balance, responsibility, freedom within the limits of sharia, and Ihsan form the basis for business management, which not only prioritizes material profit but also social and spiritual welfare. With Islamic business ethics, this business entity is able to build public trust and create broad benefits for all parties involved.

One of the themes included in the Kukerta UNRI 2023 activity is the welfare theme particularly in community health and safety programs. Based on the theme and program, the activity performed by Kukerta UNRI in the village of Pulau Terap is devotion to the community through the 4R method of household nonorganic waste utilization. The purpose of this activity is that students are expected to find solutions to health problems, particularly those caused by household garbage, especially in the village of Pulau Terap. The goal is also to educate people on how to manage inorganic household garbage to be more useful products. As for products made in flower pots using fabrics in cloth litter that are widely found in the household. Students do this activity with the two stages of socialization and practice. Socialization involves the poor health impact of garbage, and how the 4R method can provide solutions to the garbage problem. But practice followed by illustrating steps made to create flowerpots from inorganic household garbage.
