This study aims to analyze effective marketing strategies in increasing motorcycle sales amidst increasingly tight automotive industry competition. In this analysis, the main focus is given to identifying factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions, including price, product quality, promotion, and distribution. Data were collected through interviews with marketing managers at several leading motorcycle dealers and surveys of consumers who had just purchased a motorcycle. The results of the study indicate that a combination of marketing strategies that include attractive promotions, understanding local market needs, and improving the overall consumer experience play a significant role in increasing motorcycle sales volume. This study concludes that implementing the right marketing strategies, such as the use of social media, seasonal discounts, and improving after-sales service, can have a positive impact on motorcycle sales growth. It is recommended for companies to continue to innovate and adjust marketing strategies to evolving consumer trends and preferences.

Consumer purchasing decisions are a process in consumer behavior where consumers have taken action to make a purchase after searching and understanding information. The increase in sales occurred at Mixue Ice Cream & Tea Nusukan, where this increase was one of the impacts of consumer decisions. This research purpose to analyze factors that influence purchasing decisions, including price, promotion and service quality at Mixue Ice Cream & Tea Nusukan. The population in this research are consumers who make purchases at Ice Cream & Tea Nusukan. The samples obtained were 100 people using Leedy technique calculations. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling with data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this research use validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The results of the analysis stated that all questionnaire items as research instruments were valid and reliabel, as well as the classical assumption tests, including the multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test and normality test, all variabels were declared to have passed the classical assumption test. Multiple linear regression analysis obtained that all regression coefficients were positive with the equation Y= 3.809 + 0.134X1 + 0.365X2 + 0.230X3 + e which means that variabels X1 (price), X2 (promotion) and X3 (service quality) on Mixue Ice Cream & Tea Nusukan. Hypothesis testing shows that price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Mixue Ice Cream & Tea Nusukan. Promotions have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Mixue Ice Cream & Tea Nusukan. Service quality has a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Mixue Ice Cream & Tea Nusukan. The F test states that the research model for the influence of the independent variabel on the dependent variabel is correct. The coefficient of determination test shows that price, promotion and service quality are able to explain purchasing decisions by 42.6%.

This research aims to test whether Service Quality and Promotion influence Purchasing Decisions. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this research is consumers of PT JNE Tomang, West Jakarta. The sample used in this research used Accidental Sampling with the Slovin formula calculation, namely 100 respondents were obtained. Data analysis using Smart PLS 3.0 The analysis method used is descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, r-Square test, f-square test and hypothesis test. The research results show that service quality has no effect on purchasing decisions with t-statistics = 1.439 < t-table = 1.978, but there is a positive and significant influence between promotions on purchasing decisions with the calculated value of t-statistics = 4.781 > t-table = 1.978. This shows that the better the promotion given, the better the decision to purchase services on JNE expeditions.

This study aims to determine and examine the effect of intercultural communication variables and handling customer complaints on customer loyalty. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data collection in this study was obtained through distributing questionnaires to buyers at MMTC Fruit Market. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling. The data analysis used in this study used multiple linear regression. The results of this study concluded that intercultural communication has no partial effect on customer loyalty, with the t test results 0.970 < 1.984 with a significance value of 0.334 > 0.05. Handling customer complaints partially has no effect on customer loyalty, at a significance value of 0.590> 0.05 and a calculated t value of -0.570 < 1.984. Meanwhile, based on the F test that intercultural communication and handling customer complaints have no simultaneous effect on customer loyalty with a sig value of 0.520> 0.05 and a calculated f value of 0.658 < 3.09.

The development and the increasing number of business actors engaged in the industrial sector has resulted in competition in business becoming increasingly sharp and competitive, both in terms of quality, price and the way promotions are carried out. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, service quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions for FEZ Racing Exhaust brand exhaust. The method used is a quantitative method. The population in this study were consumers who purchased FEZ Racing. The sample used was 80 respondents who were selected using a convenience sampling technique. Data analysis used using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study prove that simultaneously product quality, service quality, price, promotion influence purchasing decisions. In partial variable testing for the variable product quality, service quality, price, promotion proves that there is a positive and significant influence on the purchase of FEZ Racing Exhaust brand exhaust.

This research aims to test the analysis of the influence of price, promotion, shop atmosphere, and service quality on purchasing decisions at the cake shop, Dapur Daya Tanjungbalai, both partially and simultaneously. This research aims to see whether there is an influence of price, promotion, shop atmosphere and service quality variables on purchasing decisions at the Dapur Daya cake shop. This research uses the Likert scale method. The subjects used in this research were 100 Power Kitchen consumers and were taken using accidental sampling and using the Lemeshow formula. In this research, data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, partial and simultaneous tests. Data analysis techniques using the IBM SPSS statistics 25 program. The results of this research show that overall each partial test states that there is a significant and positive effect between the variables. Based on the results of testing the coefficient of determination, the Adjusted R Square value was obtained, namely 0.984 or 98.4%. This means that the influence of the independent variables, namely price, promotion, shop atmosphere and service quality on the dependent variable, namely buyer decisions, is 98.4%. Meanwhile, 1.6% is influenced by other factors not included in the regression model.
