This research discusses the Problems of the Existence of Swallow's Nests and the procedures and permits for their establishment in Gorontalo Regency. The method used in the research is empirical, with qualitative descriptive data analysis that describes and describes data and field facts. The results of the research show that the problems with the existence of swallow nests in Gorontalo Regency consist of; Neighbors' rights were not fulfilled when the building was erected, because the swallowtail bird's nest building, apart from being erected without the permission of the closest neighbors, was also located right near a residential area. The noise from recorded bird calls can disrupt people's activities, and the presence of bird nests does not rule out the possibility of carrying various types of diseases. The lack of permit processing, where the construction of swallow nests in the Gorontalo Regency area has not yet fully obtained a building permit, because for the construction of swallow nests there were no proposals received by the government. Triggering conflict, where it is feared that building swiftlet nests could develop bird flu, cause odors caused by swiftlet feces, the smell of rubbish used as additional food for swiftlets, disrupt air quality, and pollute residents' reservoir water. Apart from that, this conflict can occur because the owner of the swallow's nest building is not domiciled on the premises, so it becomes a problem in itself. The construction of swallow's nests in Gorontalo Regency does not comply with the procedures and permits for establishment as stated in the Decree of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 71 of 1999 concerning Guidelines for the Management and Business of Swallow's Nests, where Chapter III Article 4 is managed with the permission of the Regional Head. Apart from that, it is not yet based on Law Number 28 of 2009 regarding Regional Taxes and Retributions, as well as Regional Regulation No. 5 of 2020 concerning Swallow's Nest Tax in Gorontalo Regency. This is due to weak awareness of environmental law, the community does not understand the procedures for establishing wallet bird nests and local government outreach has not been optimal.

This research analyzes the causes of flooding in Medan City due to environmental pollution, with the perspective of Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management (UU-PPLH). Medan City is one of the flood-prone areas in North Sumatra, which experiences flooding almost every year. Factors that cause flooding include poor city drainage systems and environmental pollution due to careless dumping of rubbish. Law Number 32 of 2009 regulates environmental management and protection, but its implementation is not yet optimal. The research method used is normative legal research with a document study and field observation approach. The research results show that public awareness of the importance of waste management and environmental preservation is still low, which contributes to flooding. There is a need to increase supervision and law enforcement as well as educate the public to reduce the risk of flooding in the future.

Waste management in Ciburial Village, Cimenyan District, Bandung Regency still faces various challenges. Waste produced by households is usually processed individually, such as burning or landfilling it with soil. However, this method is still not effective because urban communities have limited space. Indonesia is one of the countries that is the lungs of the world. This country has extraordinary environmental potential, starting from natural resource conditions (biological and non-biological diversity), geographical conditions, and demographic conditions that other countries do not have. The gifts given by Allah SWT to all His creatures, especially humans, must be used well or wisely. Utilizing these gifts to meet the needs of living creatures must be accompanied by great responsibility in protecting and managing them so that their sustainability is maintained (sustainability). Ironically, if we look at the current facts, the situation is the opposite. Our various daily activities, from small to large scale, individually and collectively (society), contribute to air pollution, water pollution, soil pollution, land degradation, loss of biodiversity and germplasm, resource and energy crises, and the peak is global warming. The behavior of throwing rubbish and waste carelessly, wasting energy, using vehicles with high emissions, and various other bad activities among the majority of Indonesian people is still very worrying. This is still done by many people who are highly educated or not, rich or poor, young and old, and men and women.

The aim of this research is to determine students' awareness of the importance of disposing of rubbish in the right place, which is an important part of maintaining a clean campus environment. However, this lack of awareness often becomes a detrimental problem, reflecting a lack of understanding of the negative impacts of this behavior. Several factors that may influence this lack of awareness include a lack of environmental education, ignorance of environmental impacts, and a lack of enforcement of regulations related to waste management. The importance of improving student awareness in this regard cannot be overstated, considering their important role in maintaining the cleanliness and sustainability of the campus environment. Therefore, coordinated efforts are needed between educational institutions, local governments and the community to increase students' awareness of the importance of disposing of waste in the right place through education, social campaigns and consistent enforcement of rules. In this way, it is hoped that a clean, healthy and sustainable campus environment can be created for the entire academic community.

The aim of this research is to understand the extent to which the Sentiong community cares about managing household waste. The method used is descriptive qualitative using data collection techniques carried out through investigations and interviews. The results of the research imply that the awareness of the Sentiong community in dominating household waste is still in the small category. This is due to the large amount of waste being thrown away haphazardly, the lack of waste sorting, and the lack of public knowledge. Throwing away rubbish is a daily activity that everyone does, this can lead to deviant behavior if it is carried out by people who behave badly towards the environment. Waste can cause problems, but it can also strengthen the economic life of the community. Various types of waste produced from industry and households, if not managed well and correctly, will have the potential to weaken the community's economy, this is because it will absorb quite a large amount of funds for handling waste that is not managed well and correctly, which is considered from a hygiene, health and environmental perspective.

Population growth that occurred in Tasikmalaya City in 2021 reached 731,606 people. Population density brings a number of problems, namely the problem of waste at the Pancasila TPS. Where the Pancasila TPS becomes a rubbish dump for the people around Pancasila who experience environmental pollution which has an impact on the people who live around the Pancasila TPS. The aim of this research is to determine the adaptation of the community around the TPS. The data collection techniques used in this research took the form of direct observation and interviews with the community around the TPS. The research results revealed that the form of adaptation carried out by the community around the Pancasila TPS was passive. The community can only surrender to environmental pollution around settlements, because the people around the Pancasila TPS are indifferent. Apart from that, the people around the TPS use well water to meet their daily needs. People do not take any action to reduce the pungent odor produced by air pollution because they are used to the smell. Therefore, they do not make changes to their residential buildings to reduce the penetration of odors into the house.

The NNC (Nouthetic Nature Community) method is a new method that comes from combining Nouthetic which consists of the elements of Confrontation, Concern, and Change as well as the addition of Nature and Community elements, the author named the NNC method. The author created this new method based on the needs of members of a local church who were experiencing feelings of disappointment. One of the elements of NNC is Community which has an impact on services to the community, distribution of food to people in need, this community is named Dapoer Berkat. Dapoer Berkat community activities aim to ensure that each member experiences recovery through counseling, worship, prayer as well as the loving service of distributing food to the surrounding community. Dapoer Berkat chose this community service place in Ciangsana village, West Java because it is close to the community and in Ciangsana village there are quite a lot of elderly people who still work as janitors, rubbish collectors, and online motorbike taxis. The love of Christ drives Dapoer. Thanks to carrying out this ministry, love is a real action that can be felt by everyone.
