This study evaluates the investment feasibility of UD Al-Mustofa, a tobacco business in Kendal, by considering aspects of production, storage capacity, waste management, and market expansion opportunities. UD Al-Mustofa is strategically located, ensuring high mobility, optimal production scale, and an effective waste management system, which includes recycling solid waste into organic fertilizer, processing liquid waste, and mitigating gas emissions by conducting tobacco drying in areas far from residential zones. Although the business has not yet obtained certification for international markets, financial analysis indicates that investment in this venture is viable. The calculations show a payback period of 2.01 years, significantly shorter than the projected 10-year investment lifespan. The Net Present Value (NPV) reaches IDR 489,345,567, indicating positive returns, with a profitability index of 0.854. The Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 46% significantly exceeds Bank Indonesia’s interest rate of 5.75% in 2024, while the Average Rate of Return (ARR) of 78.8% is higher than the cost of capital. Based on these findings, UD Al-Mustofa has strong potential for further development, both in terms of production and market expansion..

In today’s date Artificial intelligence (AI) has substantially transformed marketing strategies and specifically Viral Marketing by enhancing the content personalization, targeting the audience and real time campaign optimization. The study explored the Artificial Intelligence impact on Viral marketing with a comprehensive review of 20 literatures that highlights the diverse applications of AI such as predictive analytics, natural language processing (NLP) and AI-driven visual content creation. This study employed meta analysis approach to evaluate how effectively AI could boost marketing reach, engagement and return on investment (ROI). The finding of the study indicates a positive correlation between the efficiency of Viral Marketing campaigns and the integration of AI, despite the fact highlighting ethical and transparency. The study concludes with practical suggestions for using AI in Viral marketing in a responsible and efficient manner to enhance its potential while mitigating related dangers. This study also highlights AI’s revolutionary role in changing market dynamics.

Companies often face various obstacles related to managing raw material inventory to meet demand, one of which is Peuyeum Ketan Istimewa. Working in the food processing industry, of course, raw material inventory management needs to be planned optimally to avoid various risks that can harm the company. The Quantity Discount model is used to take advantage of cost savings provided by suppliers when purchases are made in large quantities, while other efforts that can help manage raw materials in a company are by knowing the safety stock and reorder point of raw materials and also forecasting demand to predict future demand. This study will use the Quantity Discount model which optimizes inventory levels by considering storage costs, ordering costs, and quantity discounts. The calculations carried out are also to find the value of the company's Safety Stock and Reorder Point. The results of this study indicate that the use of the Quantity Discount method can reduce total costs by Rp26,319,267/year, while forecasting using the seasonality method increases the accuracy of demand predictions, thus enabling more efficient inventory management. The implementation of this model is expected to provide a significant contribution to operational efficiency and cost reduction at Peuyeum Ketan Istimewa

The implementation of digital technology in the judiciary system has become a cornerstone of public service improvement. This study examines the effectiveness of the E-Court application in optimizing public service quality at the Class 1A District Court of Batam City. The research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing data gathered through interviews, observations, and document analysis. Findings indicate that the E-Court application significantly enhances the accessibility, efficiency, and transparency of court services by reducing processing times, minimizing manual paperwork, and fostering accountability. However, challenges such as technical limitations, digital literacy gaps, and resource constraints impede its full potential. Recommendations include infrastructure enhancement, comprehensive user training, and policy support to maximize the benefits of digital integration in public service delivery. This study contributes to understanding the transformative role of technology in judicial administration and its impact on public satisfaction.

People's mining activities in Gamey Village, Uwapa District, Nabire Regency, Central Papua Province are carried out to meet daily needs and improve the welfare of the local community. This mining activity is based on alluvial deposit conditions and is applied for mining sediments on the surface and using alcon machines. for high pressure water spray. This community mining activity is divided into several stages starting from preparation of mining land, processing and production processes as well as selling gold products for sale. This research aims to examine the gold processing used by small-scale miners in Uwapa District, Gamey Village, and its impact on the environment and public health. The main focus of this research is on the use of the sluice box method, which is the gold processing technique most commonly used by local communities. This method was chosen for its simplicity and low cost, although the gold recovery efficiency varies between 50-70%. Additionally, this research evaluates alternative technologies such as shake tables and centrifuges that can increase gold recovery efficiency and be more environmentally friendly. The research results show that the implementation of alternative technology requires training, procurement of adequate equipment and infrastructure as well as ongoing monitoring. By adopting better technology, it is hoped that gold mining activities in Gamey Village can run more productively and sustainably, improving community welfare without damaging the environment.

PT XYZ) is a company which focuses on integrated aquaculture. Operating since 1987, PT XYZ has a fish and shrimp feed factory, fish and shrimp breeding and rearing as well as marine fish food processing and cold storage for local and global markets. At PT XYZ, especially the Quality Control division, there are still ineffective analysis activities, namely piece length analysis. An effort to increase productivity is by designing an automatic cut length analysis machine with the aim of maximizing efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, the objective function of this research was carried out to design and increase productivity and reduce inefficient activities. From this, it is necessary to design and optimize activities to have a positive impact on the company. This research uses Blender software and the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method which includes concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing and distribution. The results of this research show that this machine design is very effective and practical for the company and allows the company to improve maximum performance

The digital era in the industrial revolution 4.0 has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including education. With the presence of increasingly sophisticated digital technology and the widespread use of Artificial Intelligence (AI), the education system is currently faced with new challenges to adapt to the times. However, the emergence of AI also has a negative impact on education, especially in the context of Technology and Vocational Education, namely increasing plagiarism, excessive dependence, lack of skill development, and weakening of culture, norms, and interactions between students and lecturers. This study aims to analyze the moral and ethical role in the use of AI in Technology and Vocational Education. The literature review research method is used in this study with a qualitative approach. Secondary data collection was carried out with the help of Google Scholar web technology and the bibliometric processing application VOSViewer. The data analysis technique applies the Miles & Hubberman model which consists of: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that morals and ethics play a central role in the utilization of artificial intelligence (AI) in Technology and Vocational Education in the digital era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. The study also recommends strategic steps to ensure the use of AI in Technology and Vocational Education remains ethical and effective.

This study aims to reprocess middlings from the mineral processing process carried out at PT Timah Tbk which still contains cassiterite minerals using a three disc magnetic separator tool with variations in electric current strength and distance between the height of the magnet and the belt. Sn content will be analyzed using XRF. Variations in the strength of the electric current used are ranging from 0.3 A to 1.3 A which will be divided into 3 variations and variations in the height distance of the magnet with the belt used, namely 0.7, 1 and 1.3 cm. This research was carried out 9 times of testing which will be sought for the optimum level and recovery produced. The results showed the distribution of tin distribution in each size fraction. In addition, the Sn content and Sn recovery produced also varied for each test variation. The highest Sn content (%), 27.1%, was obtained in the test with the highest electric current strength variation and the smallest magnet height distance. Meanwhile, the highest recovery of 85.12% was obtained in the test with the smallest electric current strength and the largest magnetic height distance. Based on the results of the study, the higher the electric current strength used, the higher the Sn content obtained, but the lower the Sn recovery obtained. Meanwhile, the higher the height distance of the magnet with the belt used, the lower the Sn content obtained but the higher the Sn recovery obtained. As well as for the optimum levels and recovery obtained in research using strong electric current and the height distance of the magnet with a medium belt with Sn content of 12.2% and Sn recovery of 54.67%.

POME is liquid wastewater derived from processing of palm fruit. POME contains nitrogen, phosphate, potassium, magnesium and calcium compounds, that can be used as a good fertilizer for plantations. However, before application, POME must be processed because direct use of unprocessed POME can damage the environment. PT XYZ utilizes POME as raw material for biogas through an anaerobic fermentation process to produce alternative energy for electricity generation, however, biogas production at PT XYZ  produces CH4 levels that do not meet the desired standard, namely 60%, while the value obtained is still 57%, so it can occure an incomplete combustion process in the engine. Therefore, research was carried out to analyze the influence of POME's Chemical Oygen Demand (COD) and the pH of POME as biogas raw material on the CH4 produced. Meanwhile, based on measurements of POME pH, fluctuations are caused by environmental conditions, therefore before the feed enters the biodigester, the first treatment is increasing pH until 6-7 to adjust the optimal conditions for bacteria working to break down organic substances.  The results shows that the estimated potential for a Biogas Power Plant (PLTBg) with a production capacity of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) of 60 tons/hour, the high generating capacity is influenced by the large COD value, meaning that the COD value greatly influences the CH4 produced, but must also be in accordance with Other factors that influence CH4 production such as pH, temperature, stirring and others.

Development of products based on ingredients rich in nutrients and bioactive compounds needs to be developed. High sources of antioxidants can be found from various fruits and their waste. Dragon fruit peels is known to contain various antioxidant compounds that are useful for body health. Instant dragon fruit peels drink is an instant food product processed from dragon fruit waste. The instant drink processing technique in this study uses conventional methods.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of heating time on the chemical quality of instant drink powder in terms of water content and ash content and organoleptic tests were also carried out to determine the effect of the process on the sensory characteristics of color, taste, and aroma. Based on the results obtained, the water content of instant dragon fruit peels powder ranged from 1.97-1.98%, KND 3 samples with a heating treatment of 30 minutes had the highest water content (1.98%). The ash content value of the product ranged from 0.17-0.83% where the KDN3 treatment (heating time 30 minutes) showed the highest ash content (0.83%). The results of the analysis of this study showed a solubility of 97.6-99.15%. The results of the organoleptic test (hedonic test) on the color attribute showed a significant difference (P>0.05) between the 10 and 20 minute heating treatments with the product from the heating results with a heating time of 30 minutes where the panelists liked the color and aroma of the product from the 10 and 20 minute heating time treatments.

Bagelen bread is a processed dry bread product, processed by re-baking the finished bread to become dry bread. This study aims to determine the right  formulation of canna  starch substitution  for wheat flour in making bagelen dry bread, and to examine the effect of canna starch substitution on the physical properties, chemical properties and sensory properties of bagelen. The study was conducted at the Laboratory of Food and Agricultural Product Processing, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, University of 17 August 1945 Semarang. The research design used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and each treatment was repeated 3 times. Data were analyzed using Anova (Analysis of Variance) at a 95% confidence level. If significantly different, Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) will be carried out. The results of the analysis of physical hardness properties showed significant differences and the results of the color analysis (L a * b *) showed no significant differences. The results of the chemical properties analysis showed that there was no significant difference in water, ash and fat content, but there was a significant difference in protein and carbohydrate content in bagelen bread. The protein content of bagelen bread will decrease in line with the increasing portion of ganyong starch. Meanwhile, carbohydrate levels will increase as the number of canna starch substitutes increases. The results of the sensory properties analysis of color, aroma, taste and texture of bagelen bread showed significant differences. Substitution of canna starch up to 40% did not affect the level of preference for the attributes of taste, color, and aroma of bagelen bread, but the texture of the substitution with canna starch was less preferred.

The development of the era makes herbal plants not only used as medicinal ingredients, but can also be used as food ingredients. Many herbal plants can be used for food ingredients, one of which is the binahong plant ( anredera cordifolia ). Binahong plants grow creeping and easy to grow anywhere . Usually found in people's yards for fences, besides that it can be consumed to increase body immunity by boiling and then drinking. All parts of the binahong plant can be used for medicine. Binahong leaves contain alkaloid compounds, flavonoids, polyphenols, saponins and antarquinones.

The purpose of this activity is to develop digital marketing skills through training on the use of digital applications Canva and Capcut to promote Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in fish processing and tourism in the Fisherman Village located in Salira Village, Serang Regency. This activity aims for MSME entrepreneurs to enhance their skills in taking photos and videos, as well as processing these images and videos into more engaging, innovative, informative, and professional content.The method used in this activity involves training on the use of the Canva and Capcut applications with the theme "Application of CANVA and CAPCUT in Digital Marketing." The research results indicate a positive and significant improvement in marketing content compared to previous efforts. However, there are still challenges to address, such as the inadequate facilitation of supporting tools for content creation, which must be improved for the content produced to continue evolving for display on various digital marketing platforms.

This Research to determine the influence of Celebrity Endorser, Brand Image, and Product Quality on the Purchase Intention of Wardah Cosmetics in Rimbo Bujang, Tebo Regency. The research population consists of all consumers of Wardah cosmetic products, which is an unlimited number, where a sample of 100 respondents was selected using the Purposive Sampling technique. (Sampel bertujuan). Based on the data processing results using SPSS, it was found that, partially, Celebrity Endorser has a positive and significant effect on the purchase interest in Wardah Cosmetics. Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on the purchase interest in Wardah Cosmetics, and Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on the purchase interest in Wardah Cosmetics. Simultaneously, Celebrity Endorser, Brand Image, and Product Quality together have a positive and significant effect on the purchase interest.

Tempe is an inherent food source for Indonesians, with a large number of tempe consumers in the local community. This community service program aims to improve students' understanding and skills in processing cempedak seeds into tempe, including drying methods that allow long-term storage. This activity was carried out from July to November 2024.  This activity was carried out in several stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the completion stage.  The program on the utilization of cempedak seeds in tempeh production shows promising potential as a food innovation based on local resources. The success rate of this program is not only measured from the production aspect, but also from the transfer of knowledge to students who act as agents of change in alternative food development. Some of the advantages of this activity program are that it provides an alternative utilization of cempedak seed waste into products with nutritional value. In addition, the production cost is relatively affordable compared to the use of soybean. The disadvantage of this program is that the availability of raw materials depends on the cempedak harvest season.

This study aims to determine the ratio of the concentration of the processing industry, labor absorption, and the value expenditure on labor in the province of bali. The data analysis method used in this analysis is the CR4 concentration analysis method. The data used is the analysis data on the number of large and medium processing industries, labor, and expenditure on labor in 2018 – 2021 obtained from the Central Statistic Agency (BPS) in the province of Bali. The result of this study indicate that : (1) In terms of CR4 analysis calculations, the concentration of the processing industry in the province Bali in 2018 – 2021 has a role in labor absorption. (2) In terms of CR4 analysis calculation, the concentration of the processing industry in province Bali in 2018 – 2021 has a role in the amound of expenditure given to labor. (3) In terms of CR4 analysis calculation, the concentration of the processing industry in the province Bali in 2021  has a role contributing to the PDRB in the province of Bali, as well as a comparison of the CR4 ratio in the province of Bali from 2018 – 2021.

According to the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the level of education and welfare in the family greatly influences the quality of human resources in Indonesia. Therefore, efforts to strengthen family functions, such as increasing parental education and social welfare programs, are key in accelerating national development. This increase in human resources includes knowledge and skills in processing agricultural products, especially rambutan fruit, crystal guava and longan into processed food products with higher selling value such as chips. Apart from that, this program also trains them in creative product packaging, marketing, bookkeeping, simple financial management, and the use of digital technology, including online learning applications and social media. With these skills, they are expected to be able to contribute to improving the family's economy, as well as opening up new business opportunities that support financial independence.

Blessings in the business world are a concept that describes sustenance that is not only abundant in material aspects, but also provides positive impacts, peace, and goodness for business actors and the wider community. This study aims to investigate the blessings experienced by producers in milling cassava flour at UD Mulyo, a business that focuses on processing cassava flour raw materials and realizing producer blessings through employee and community welfare and environmental empowerment. By applying a descriptive qualitative approach, data were obtained through in-depth interviews and observations, which were then analyzed thematically. The research findings show that blessings in UD Mulyo's business are realized through the application of Islamic values, such as honesty in business management, maintaining product quality, and a commitment to improving the welfare of employees and the surrounding community. UD Mulyo not only contributes to the economy through job creation and increasing community income, but also creates social benefits through harmonious cooperation with the local community. This study confirms that blessings in business go beyond material benefits, but also include spiritual values, social balance, and business sustainability.

Diversification of agricultural products is one strategy to increase the added value and competitiveness of local commodities. Avocado (Persea americana) is a tropical fruit that is rich in nutrients, such as healthy fats, fiber, vitamins and minerals. However, the use of avocados in Indonesia is still limited to fresh consumption and simple processing. This research aims to develop an innovative product in the form of avocado-based sponge cake as an effort to diversify agricultural products. The method used includes organoleptic testing. The research results show that the use of avocado in making sponge cake can improve the soft texture, distinctive aroma, color and unique taste. Organoleptic tests show a good level of consumer acceptance with an average score of above 50% in the aspects of taste, color and texture. Apart from that, nutritional analysis shows that avocado cake has a higher content of healthy fats and fiber than conventional cake. Implementation of this product has the potential to open up new market opportunities and provide added value for local avocado farmers.
