Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) are the leading causes of morbidity and mortality, particularly among older adults. Integrated Development Posts for Non-Communicable Diseases (Pos Pembinaan Terpadu Penyakit Tidak Menular / Posbindu PTM) play a crucial role in the early detection of NCD risk factors at the community level. This activity aimed to conduct NCD risk factor screening through the measurement of blood pressure, random blood glucose, total cholesterol, and uric acid levels, as well as to provide health consultations for participants of Posbindu Rosella, South Kembangan. The activity was conducted in November 2025 using a descriptive design. A total of 30 Posbindu participants were involved. Health examinations included blood pressure, random blood glucose, total cholesterol, and uric acid measurements. Data were analyzed descriptively and classified into normal and abnormal categories based on clinical guidelines. The majority of participants were female (80%), with a mean age of 60.5 ± 9.7 years. The mean systolic blood pressure was within the hypertensive range. Approximately 50% of participants had impaired glucose regulation, 60% experienced hyperuricemia, and 40% had total cholesterol levels classified as borderline or higher.  Health screening activities at Posbindu revealed a high prevalence of NCD risk factors among participants. Posbindu plays an essential role in early detection and community-based prevention of non-communicable diseases.

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes to the delivery of da'wah messages to young people. Audiovisual media has become an effective means of attracting interest, enhancing understanding, and increasing the participation of mosque youth in development activities. This service aims to analyze the use of audiovisual media as a means of developing mosque youth at Barisan Mujahid Matita (BMM), Medan. The method used is a qualitative approach through observation and audiovisual production training, which can improve the skills of young people in creating da'wah content, strengthen understanding of development material, and boost enthusiasm in participating in mosque activities. In addition, audiovisual media has proven to help BMM enhance the quality of documentation and publication of activities. This psychoeducation is motivated by the need for service support for students with special needs at SLB Negeri Pembina Yogyakarta. Some students with intellectual disabilities require assistance in recognizing and expressing their emotions. The purpose of this counseling activity is to provide appropriate media needed to support the development of students’ emotional expression in everyday social interactions. The counseling method employed was a play-based learning approach. The evaluation of the effectiveness of this method involved 10 students with intellectual disabilities, consisting of 7 male students and 3 female students in Grade VII of junior high school. Based on the results of the counseling activities, which were conducted in three stages—namely the opening stage, the emotion recognition stage, and the application of the emotion wheel—it was found that the use of the emotion wheel media strengthened the emotional expression abilities of students with intellectual disabilities. This improvement was evident from observable changes in the emotional behavior of some students.

The 2025 Pelita Warna Program is a form of participatory-based community service implemented at the Class II Children's Special Development Institution (LPKA) in Jakarta. This activity aims to design and implement relevant development programs for foster children using a contextual, psychosocial, and vocational skills approach. The main problems behind this activity include minimal access to development that suits the children's needs, limited infrastructure, and psychological challenges faced by foster children. The implementation method begins with observation, needs assessment, coordination with LPKA and partners, program development, and implementation and evaluation. The programs implemented include barbershop training, creative literacy, psychological assistance, and ready-to-work training. Evaluation is carried out formatively and summatively through qualitative and descriptive approaches, using indicators of involvement, attitude change, skill improvement, and foster children's work results. The results of the activity show a significant increase in the foster children's self-confidence, self-awareness, technical skills, and motivation to live independently. This program is considered successful in creating a safe and supportive space that encourages positive transformation among participants. In the future, this model has the potential to be replicated in other institutions as a form of humanistic and sustainable development

Physical education in schools is still dominated by the introduction of popular sports, thus limiting students' sports literacy and opportunities for early childhood sports development and development. This condition results in less than optimal development of students' overall potential. This community service activity aims to encourage increased sports literacy, the formation of active lifestyle habits, and the emergence of the embryo of woodball athlete development at the school level. The method used is a library-based community service with data collection techniques through book reviews, scientific journals, research reports, and various relevant literature related to student development, sports development, and the introduction of woodball. The data obtained were analyzed using content analysis techniques to identify patterns, concepts, and relationships between variables. The results of the community service indicate that the introduction of woodball as an alternative sport has significant potential to increase sports literacy, support character development, develop motor skills, and encourage more inclusive and sustainable sports development in the school environment.

Implementation of the Youth and Youth Service Section (SPRP) Worship Program at the GKE Barimba Congregation in the context of developing the character of Christian teenagers and young people. Using descriptive qualitative methods, data was collected through in-depth interviews with youth and youth leaders who play an active role in development activities at the church. The results of the study revealed various challenges faced by teenagers and young people, such as peer pressure that affects worship motivation, a less engaging atmosphere of togetherness in worship, and differences in age and maturity levels between teenagers and young people that cause emotional distance. Their spiritual needs include relational aspects, a contextual understanding of faith, real spiritual experiences, and the formation of strong moral character to face the challenges of the modern era. Effective development strategies involve the active role of families in spiritual development at home, Christian educators as guides and motivators, the use of interactive learning methods such as Bible-based games and digital media that are relevant to the character of the younger generation, and the implementation of dynamic and creative worship services to increase engagement. The implementation of this program aims to form a strong Christian character and prepare teenagers and young people to become faithful, responsible individuals who are able to serve actively in the church and society. Close synergy between family, church, and education is a key factor in the success of spiritual development of the younger generation amidst rapid social and technological change.

The Professional Work Lecture (KKP) at the Makassar Class I Prison aims to support the process of fostering Correctional Assisted Citizens (WBP) through recreational activities based on fun games. This program was implemented in response to the condition of WBPs who often experience boredom, psychological stress, and limitations in positive activities during the coaching period. This study uses a descriptive approach with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, observations, and interviews involving 30 WBPs, to identify needs and evaluate the impact of the implementation of activities. Fun games activities are carried out through several stages, namely planning, preparation, implementation, and evaluation, by adjusting the conditions and rules that apply in the prison environment. The results of the implementation show that this activity is able to create a more positive atmosphere, increase a sense of togetherness, and help WBP in expressing and managing emotions in a healthier way. The results of the post-activity survey showed that 19 WBPs stated that they were very satisfied and 18 WBPs felt very happy after participating in fun games. Thus, fun games activities have proven to be effective as a coaching strategy that supports the improvement of the psychological welfare of WBP and can be used as an alternative to non-formal coaching programs in correctional institutions.

A clear national insight can guarantee the achievement of national interests, both internally and externally. This means that national insight provides a clear picture and direction for the nation's survival, as well as the future development of the nation and state. The organization of national and state life must proceed on the basis of mutual agreement, namely Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI), and Bhinneka Tunggal Ika (Unity in Diversity). Indonesia's existence as a state based on the rule of law (rechtstaat) based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution requires the development of Pancasila ideology and national insight as instruments that serve as catalysts or drivers in strengthening national insight and spirit, love of the homeland, democracy, legal awareness, respect for diversity, and participation in building a Pancasila-based nation in Wonogiri, especially among intellectuals. In accordance with its function, the Pancasila Ideology and National Insight Development organizes national, democratic, legal, multicultural and citizenship education to support the realization of citizens who are aware of their rights and obligations, as well as intelligent, skilled and have character so that they can be relied upon to build the nation and the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.

This study aims to optimize Indonesian language development, especially in correcting language errors in seventh-grade students through French fries as an interactive learning tool. This classroom action research was conducted in one cycle on 30 students of grade VII-E of SMP Negeri 12 Tasikmalaya in the 2025/2026 academic year. A qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, sentence correction tests, interviews, and documentation was used in this study. The results showed that the use of French fries media with incorrect sentences in it can improve students' ability to identify and correct errors in spelling, grammar, and word choice. The percentage of completeness of sentence correction skills increased from 33.33% (pre-action) to 86.67% after the implementation of the action. This media can also increase student motivation and involvement in learning. It can be concluded that this French fries media is effective to be used as an aid in Indonesian language development that is fun and highly contextual.  

This research is motivated by the importance of creating enjoyable learning so that early childhood learning interests can develop better, especially in Pembina State Kindergarten, Dungingi District. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of interactive learning media on children's learning interests and describe changes in their learning behavior when activities are carried out without media and with interactive media. This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method through conventional learning and learning using interactive media in the form of coloring activities. Data were obtained through observations by assessing aspects of enjoyment, focus, activeness, and enthusiasm during the activity. The results showed that children's learning interests in conventional learning only reached an average score of 6 and tended to be low, while in learning using interactive media, it increased significantly to an average score of 13.1. This change was seen from the increase in children's enthusiasm, better ability to focus, and their more active involvement during the learning process. The findings of this study confirm that interactive learning media has an important role in attracting children's attention and creating a more lively and meaningful learning atmosphere, thereby increasing early childhood learning interests

Pendidikan seks kepada anak sejak dini dan pemilihan jenis tontonan yang sesuai dengan usia anak perlu menjadi perhatian orang tua sebagai upaya untuk mencegah kekerasan seksual yang terjadi pada anak. Namun faktanya pendidikan seksual kepada anak usia prasekolah belum dilakukan secara optimal oleh orang tua sehingga pemahaman seksual pada anak masih terbatas selain itu juga anak suka menonton video di aplikasi yang beresiko munculnya video tidak sesuai usia anak. Belum optimalnya orang tua dalam melakukan pendidikan seksual juga ditemukan di TK GMIM Alfa Omega dan TK Pembina, dimana orang tua mengungkapkan tidak mengetahui cara untuk melakukan pendidikan seksual dan anak suka menggunakan youtube untuk menonton. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dibentuk kegiatan pemberdayaan orang tua dalam bentuk kegiatan pelatihan metode story telling.dan pemanfaatan youtube kids. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan orang tua dalam melakukan pendidikan seksua dengan metode story telling dan penggunaan youtube kids. Pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri atas 3 tahapan yaitu sosialisasi, pelatihan serta monitoring dan evaluasi yang diikuti oleh orang tua anak usia prasekolah di Tk GMIM Alfa Omega dan TK Pembina. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini yaitu adanya peningkatan pengetahuan orang tua dan keterampilan orang tua dalam melakukan pendidikan seks kepada anak usia prasekolah dan pemanfaatan aplikasi youtube kids. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini membawa dampak positif terhadap kemampuan orang tua melakukan pendidikan seksual dan pengunaan youtube kids sebagai alternatif tontonan bagi anak.

This study investigates the influence of the vocabulary terms “selumbari” and “tulat” on efforts to develop and cultivate the Indonesian language, particularly through expanding public lexical awareness via social media. These two terms, originating from local linguistic traditions, possess significant potential to be integrated into modern Indonesian as part of cultural preservation and the strengthening of national linguistic identity. The research employed a descriptive quantitative method, collecting data through the dissemination of educational videos and Google Form questionnaires on social media platforms such as Instagram, WhatsApp, and TikTok. Respondents consisted of students, university students, the general public, and various other social groups. Analysis of responses from 20 participants revealed that most respondents had never heard or read the words “selumbari” and “tulat.” However, the majority stated that both words were easy to understand and contributed positively to vocabulary development in Indonesian. The findings indicate that social media plays a strategic role in introducing and popularizing new vocabulary to a wide audience. This study also highlights the importance of vocabulary enrichment as part of ongoing Indonesian language development, ensuring that the language remains adaptive to contemporary changes while representing local cultural richness. The implications of this research may serve as a reference for educators, linguistic institutions, and policymakers in formulating strategies to enhance vocabulary literacy, especially among younger generations.

This research is motivated by the widespread use of non-standard Indonesian on social media, which has resulted in low public awareness of the importance of implementing Indonesian according to the rules.The purpose of this study is to analyze Instagram users’ awareness of using standard Indonesian words and to assess the effectiveness of language coaching through social media. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach, where data were collected through polls using the Instagram Story feature, observation of uploaded content, and analysis of audience interactions between account managers and followers. The findings show that most social media users still tend to use nonstandard word forms in daily communication. However, after receiving coaching through educational content, there was a significant improvement in understanding and applying standard word forms. This study concludes that Instagram can serve as an effective and engaging medium for language development, as it can reach diverse audiences and encourage users to be more aware, responsible, and wise in using proper Indonesian according to the norms of the Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia (KBBI) and the Pedoman Umum Ejaan Bahasa Indonesia (PUEBI).

This study was motivated by the low level of Islamic literacy among the people of Timbang Langkat Village, which has affected the development of character based on Islamic values. The purpose of this research is to enhance Islamic literacy as an effort to strengthen community character through a two-week community service activity using a participatory and collaborative approach. This study employed a descriptive qualitative method with an action research model. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires involving 30 participants, including community leaders, mosque youth, and local residents. The findings revealed a significant improvement in the community’s understanding of Islamic literacy, increasing from 40% of participants in the “good” category before the activity to 83% afterward. In addition to improved understanding, there was also a noticeable shift in social behavior reflecting Islamic values such as honesty, discipline, responsibility, and social awareness. The implication of this study suggests that Islamic literacy plays an essential role in shaping the community’s religious character and can serve as an effective strategy for moral and spiritual development. This Islamic literacy-based community service program is expected to be developed sustainably in other regions, adapted to local social and cultural contexts.

This study aims to describe strategies for Indonesian language development through the use of Instagram, particularly the Story feature, as a medium for introducing Indonesian lexical equivalents. The study is grounded in the increasing use of foreign terms and code-mixing on social media, highlighting the need for language cultivation efforts that align with digital communication habits. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, with data collected from polls, question box responses, and user interaction metrics from the Instagram account @katasetara_. The findings indicate that respondents’ understanding of Indonesian lexical equivalents remains relatively low, as shown by the high percentage of incorrect answers for terms such as caption (57%), typo (56%), and headset (52%). By providing explanations in feed posts, the @katasetara_ account serves as an informative and engaging medium for language cultivation. This study concludes that Instagram holds strong potential as an effective platform for linguistic education when combined with interactive strategies and adherence to standard Indonesian language norms.

This study aims to analyze the use of Instagram as a medium for language development in the correct use of the preposition "di" according to the guidelines of Ejaan yang Disempurnakan (EYD) edition V. Although the Indonesian language has clear writing rules, inaccuracies in the use of the preposition "di" are still frequently found in both print and digital media. One of the contributing factors is the low level of public understanding of these rules. Therefore, language development through Instagram is considered an effective way to raise awareness and improve understanding among the public. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, collecting data through Instagram’s polling feature, which allows the researcher to measure audience understanding of the correct usage of "di". The results show an increase in audience comprehension after receiving explanations regarding the correct usage, although many respondents still showed inaccuracies in the use of "di". Therefore, a broader and more sustained language development effort via social media is needed to enhance public awareness of correct prepositional writing. This research is expected to serve as a foundation for the development of more interactive and practical language development strategies, especially in the context of social media. Keywords: 

This study aims to describe the implementation of Indonesian language development through the learning of standard words and the Enhanced Spelling System (EYD) at MTs Sambongjaya. The method used is a descriptive qualitative method, with data collection techniques consisting of observation and documentation. The development activities were carried out by applying the Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning model. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the TGT model was able to improve students’ motivation and understanding of standard word usage and EYD. Students appeared enthusiastic during the learning process, although some still experienced difficulties in reading and applying correct spelling. The TGT model created a competitive yet collaborative environment that enhanced students’ engagement in learning. Despite the challenges, the model proved effective in fostering students’ awareness of the importance of using proper and correct language. It also encouraged them to be more careful in applying EYD rules, which contributed to their language proficiency. The study concludes that Indonesian language development activities through learning standard words and EYD, supported by the TGT model, can significantly enhance students’ language skills and understanding, thus improving their overall language use in educational settings. This approach can serve as a model for similar educational institutions aiming to enhance language proficiency.

Community service activities through Scouting training for the Pandega Scouts of Poltekkes Kemenkes Surabaya and Racana Universitas Brawijaya aim to equip the younger generation with leadership skills, character development, and social-ecological awareness. This program involved two main activities, namely the Basic Scout Leader Course (KMD) organized by Universitas Brawijaya at Pusdiklatcab Kota Malang and a canoeing training held in Jung Kwatu, Mojokerto. The methods employed combined theory and practice, using an interactive, participatory, and experiential approach. The evaluation of the training results showed a significant improvement in participants' understanding of scouting concepts, leadership skills, and environmental conservation awareness. Furthermore, the program successfully strengthened inter-institutional collaboration and empowered the local community through ecotourism potential. This program is expected to contribute to the development of a generation that is more socially and environmentally conscious and to strengthen the position of Scouting as a key institution in character-building for the nation.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi sekolah dalam mencegah dekadensi moral siswa di SMK Al–Azami Cianjur. Fenomena kemerosotan moral di kalangan pelajar menjadi tantangan serius di era modern, sehingga lembaga pendidikan Islam dituntut untuk berperan aktif dalam pembinaan karakter. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif yang dilaksanakan di SMK Al–Azami Cianjur selama Oktober–November 2025. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan kepala sekolah, guru, serta peserta didik, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pencegahan dekadensi moral dilakukan melalui lima strategi utama: (1) pembiasaan religius melalui kegiatan shalat berjamaah, shalat dhuha, puasa sunnah, dan budaya 5S (senyum, salam, sapa, sopan, santun); (2) penguatan pendidikan moral dan etika di setiap mata pelajaran dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler; (3) pendampingan psikologis melalui layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) serta kerja sama dengan lembaga STIFIn untuk mengenali potensi siswa; (4) kolaborasi aktif antara sekolah, orang tua, dan masyarakat; serta (5) penerapan disiplin yang tegas namun mendidik. Strategi tersebut membentuk ekosistem pendidikan yang harmonis dan berakar pada nilai-nilai Islam. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pendidikan karakter berbasis pembiasaan dan keteladanan efektif dalam membentuk generasi berakhlak mulia, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab di tengah tantangan moral abad ke-21.

Youth ministry plays a highly strategic role in the life of the local church, particularly in addressing the challenges of the modern era marked by rapid technological advancement, shifting moral values, and the declining spiritual engagement of young generations. This community service program aims to strengthen spiritual formation that directly enhances the activeness and commitment of youth ministry in the Gereja Kristen Setia Indonesia (GKSI) Air Upas congregation. The study employs a qualitative approach through literature review and limited field observation, focusing on analyzing spiritual needs, interaction patterns, and contextual strategies for effective discipleship. The results indicate that contextual, relational, and continuous spiritual development programs significantly increase motivation, participation, and a sense of responsibility among young people in church ministry. Furthermore, the support of church leaders and the active involvement of spiritual communities are crucial in fostering a Christ-centered service mindset. This program contributes to the development of a participatory and sustainable model of youth spiritual formation that can be applied in other local churches to build a generation of young believers who are spiritually mature, active in ministry, and committed to serving Christ wholeheartedly.
