The purpose of this study was conducted at the Ziyadatut Taqwa Islamic Boarding School, which is none other than to improve the quality of Quran memorization education at the Ziyadatut Taqwa Girls' Islamic Boarding School, the research used here uses a qualitative descriptive method, through interviews, observations and documentation, the results of this study indicate that a management service at the Ziyadatut Taqwa Islamic Boarding School can provide the necessary infrastructure based on the needs of Quran memorization at the Islamic Boarding School, both in terms of what is needed or not, service management has its own characteristics in accordance with the vision and mission in Quran memorization, although each Islamic boarding school has different goals, the main goal remains focused on how the quality of Quran memorization in the future will increase and more and more students will memorize the Quran.

Peran Muhammadiyah dalam perkembangan Islam di Nusantara, khususnya pada masa-masa awal masuknya agama tersebut. Muhammadiyah muncul sebagai organisasi modern di awal abad ke-20, memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam transformasi sosial dan pendidikan di Indonesia. Melalui pendekatan inklusif, Muhammadiyah berhasil menyebarkan ajaran Islam secara damai dan merangkul berbagai kalangan masyarakat, serta membangun lembaga pendidikan dan pelayanan sosial, seperti sekolah dan rumah sakit. Selain itu, organisasi ini memperkenalkan konsep-konsep Islam yang moderat dan rasional, menjadikannya sebagai agen pembaruan yang relevan dengan perkembangan zaman. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengungkapkan Peran Muhammadiyah Pada Awal Mula Masa Islam di Nusantara. Metode penelitian yang digukan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, dengan menjadikan buku, majalah, artikel serta sumber lainnya baik yang bersifat offline atau online sebagai sumber data utama selain mewawancarai tokoh-tokoh muhammadiyah disekitar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran Muhammadiyah tidak hanya dalam bidang dakwah, tetapi juga merambah kebidang pendidikan, juga dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, yang menjadi kekuatan utama dalam perkembangan Islam di Nusantara.

Education plays an important role in shaping a child's character and personality. Schools as formal educational institutions are not only tasked with imparting knowledge, but are also a place for the formation of social values, morals and behavior. (Cahyani et al., 2021) However, the reality shows that schools are often places where negative behavior emerges, one of which is bullying. The method used in this community service activity uses a participatory method by involving the school in the continuity of socialization activities. The approach taken is to direct and explain efforts to deal with the implications of bullying through the elementary school environment. The place of service was carried out at SDN Penikenek, Nagawutung District, Lembata Regency involving research subjects consisting of the Principal, teachers, students, grades 1-6. Community service activities with the title "educational services in overcoming the implications of bullying at SDN Penikenek in Penikenek Village, Nagawutung District, Lembata Regency". Penikenek Elementary School is an elementary school with 39 students and 11 teachers. This service activity takes place by providing material through outreach and donating wall magazines in the form of magazines related to bullying prevention. Implementation of the outreach program at SDN Penikenek is a strategic step designed to increase students' awareness and understanding regarding the dangers of bullying. In this activity, material about the definition, impact and ways to prevent bullying is delivered using a participatory method involving all elements of the school. This method has proven effective in creating open dialogue, building empathy, and increasing collective commitment to overcoming bullying.

Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Pelayanan Pada Kantor Kecamatan Rambutan Kabupaten Banyuasin Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pelayanan pada Kantor Kecamatan Rambutan Kabupaten Banyuasin. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama tiga bulan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara penyajian data, reduksi data, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan Camat Rambutan bersifat partisipatif, dimana Camat Rambutan tidak mengambil keputusan secara sepihak melainkan melakukan koordinasi atau sharing kepada bawahan, mulai dari sekretaris, camat, camat dan staf, sehingga gaya kepemimpinan seperti itu dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, karena pegawai merasa dilibatkan dan dihargai. Bukan hanya sebagai suruhan. Camat mempunyai tugas melaksanakan sebagian kewenangan Pemerintah Kabupaten di wilayah kerjanya, yaitu meliputi bidang pemerintahan, perekonomian, pembangunan, kesejahteraan rakyat dan pembinaan kehidupan bermasyarakat serta urusan pelayanan umum lainnya yang diserahkan oleh Bupati. Dan peran Camat dalam hal ini sebagai pemimpin adalah memastikan segala sesuatunya berjalan sesuai dengan tugas pokok dan fungsi yang telah ditetapkan. Faktor pendukung dalam peningkatan kinerja pegawai adalah adanya sistem koordinasi yang baik antara atasan kepada staf dan sesama staf, sehingga tidak terjadi salah pengertian. Faktor penghambat adalah kualitas pegawai dilihat dari jenjang pendidikan yang masih belum strata satu (S1).

The effect is that many autistic children cannot experience the world of education because of their parents' economic factors. This research summarizes several problems, namely "How is the implementation of educational services for children with autism at SLB Keleyan? The research methodology used is a qualitative approach and then outlined in the descriptive method. Data collection was carried out by observation and direct interviews regarding the service activities carried out by SLB Keleyan. Sources of information in this study amounted to 3 people, consisting of 3 men.

This research was conducted at SLB Negeri Keleyan which aims to find out how to provide educational services for children with visual impairments. This type of research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and uses data collection techniques including observation, interviews and documentation. SLB Negeri Keleyan provides various methods to provide the best services for children with special needs, especially for those with visual impairments. One commonly used method is through audio or voice, which helps improve a child's vocabulary. In addition, the curriculum at SLB is not differentiated from public schools, so all subjects are applied as a whole. In learning, teachers use tools such as braille learning media, counting boards and abacus. For object recognition, children are given the opportunity to touch the object they want to be introduced. If the object cannot be touched, the teacher uses words.  

Penyegaran dalam profesi notaris adalah upaya meningkatkan kembali pengetahuan dan keterampilan melalui kursus singkat setelah keberhasilan sebelumnya. Profesi notaris di Indonesia memerlukan serangkaian langkah, termasuk menyelesaikan pendidikan sarjana hukum, magister kenotariatan, magang selama 24 bulan, dan lulus ujian notaris yang ditentukan oleh otoritas hukum. Magang bersama dilakukan setiap enam bulan pada periode tertentu dan dapat memperpanjang durasi keseluruhan magang jika ada hambatan. Setelah itu, calon notaris harus mengumpulkan 18 poin dari kegiatan yang diselenggarakan oleh Ikatan Notaris Indonesia (INI) sebelum mengikuti Ujian Kode Etik Notaris (UKEN). Pelaksanaan UKEN dilakukan dua kali setahun. Kode etik notaris mencakup prinsip-prinsip seperti kemandirian, kerahasiaan, kompetensi, integritas, tanggung jawab sosial, pelayanan yang adil, dan penghindaran konflik kepentingan. Sebelum menjalankan tugas, notaris harus mengucapkan sumpah di hadapan Menteri Hukum dan HAM. Proses ini, dari pendidikan hingga pengangkatan, memakan waktu sekitar 9-13 tahun, dengan syarat-syarat yang ditetapkan oleh undang-undang.

The aim of this study is to elucidate the application of office management in enhancing educational administrative services at MTs Yp. Ummul Quraa. The method utilized in this research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. Data were gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings of this study demonstrate that the implementation of office management at MTs Yp. Ummul Quraa is clearly evident. Concrete evidence is observed in the organization of office space, employee discipline control, efforts to strengthen communication with all relevant parties, including administrative staff, students, and alumni, as well as the completion of tasks according to each employee’s responsibilities. Additionally, thorough planning in procuring office equipment and administrative supplies also supports the smooth flow of all administrative activities. Furthermore, customer satisfaction with the administrative services at MTs Yp. Ummul Quraa has met the expected quality standards, reflecting satisfactory service quality. These findings are consistent with the principles of customer satisfaction according to Philip Kotler, which encompass physical evidence, responsiveness to needs, reliability, empathy, and assurance.  

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan urgensi pendidikan antikorupsi sebagai langkah preventif pencegahan tindak korupsi, ditinjau baik dari aspek pendidikan formal dan pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode studi literatur. Peneliti melakukan studi literatur dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang pentingnya pendidikan antikorupsi dan pentingnya nilai integritas dalam masyarakat, sehingga peneliti mengelompokkan, mengolah, dan menggunakan berbagai literatur yang relevan saja.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pendidikan antikorupsi sebagai upaya pencegahan tindak pidana korupsi hendaknya dilakukan sedini mungkin. Dengan kata lain, pendidikan antikorupsi sangat urgen diterapkan kepada pelajar, mahasiswa, dan setiap kalangan termasuk diantaranya aparatur sipil negara sebagai pemegang dan pengatur kepentingan publik. Dengan begitu, tujuan Indonesia sebagai land of inegtity dapat tercapai sepenuhnya.

Children with multiple disabilities experience more complex limitations because they have two or more types of disabilities. This causes their rights to be neglected, including the right to education. Therefore, the Disability Service Unit of South Tangerang City is present in its role in fulfilling the educational rights of children with multiple disabilities so that child welfare can be realized. This research aims to find out the efforts of the South Tangerang City Disability Service Unit in fulfilling the educational rights of children with multiple disabilities. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants were selected by applying the purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the efforts of the South Tangerang City Disability Service Unit in fulfilling the rights of children with multiple disabilities are through providing social service programs in the field of non-formal education through pre-vocational skills. The activities that support it include eco-printing, soap making, cooking, and juice making.

This study aims to find out how the influence of education costs, services and facilities at Nurul Hikmah Pasar Kemis Vocational High School, in attracting new students' interest. The author conducted research on 91 new students at Nurul Hikmah Vocational School who were respondents using the slovin formula and the sampling technique used simple random sampling. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression with the help of SPSS. The results of data analysis in this study show that the cost of education has a significantly positive effect on attracting new students with a Tcount of 3,391, greater than a Ttable of 1,662. Service significantly does not have a direct effect on attracting new students' interest significantly. Facilities significantly have no direct effect on attracting new students' interest. Tcount is 0.546, which is smaller than Ttable 1.662. and value (sig=0.586 > 0.05). As well as the Cost of Education, Services and Facilities simultaneously influence the interest of new students significantly with fcount 4.310 > 3.101 ftable.

Good Governance merupakan kerangka tata kelola yang merupakan bagian integral dari pola perilaku suatu organisasi, yang mencakup aturan dan norma etika untuk mengamankan ketertiban, integritas, dan prestasi perusahaan atau entitas pemerintahan. Ini mendorong kondisi yang mendukung dan fokus pada pencapaian tujuan organisasi, dengan akibatnya memengaruhi akreditasi organisasi tersebut. Prinsip-prinsip Good Corporate Governance tidak hanya relevan di dalam entitas bisnis, tetapi juga diperlukan dalam berbagai sektor termasuk swasta, pemerintahan, dan bahkan pendidikan. Implementasi tata kelola yang efektif di semua level akan menghasilkan kinerja yang optimal.

Tujuan Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah pertama: Untuk memberikan penjelasan kepada para stakeholder pendidikan tentang: “Kebijakan Program Pendidikan Gratis dan Berkualitas Pada Stakeholder Dan Dewan Riset Daerah/ Litbang Bappeda Kabupaten Wonogiri”, agar lebih memahami dan mengaplikasikannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan ceramah, paparan, diskusi dan tanya jawab. Yang menjadi sasaran adalah Stakeholder Dan Dewan Riset Daerah/ Litbang Bappeda Kabupaten Wonogiri”. Hasil dan target yang diharapkan adalah agar para Stakeholder pendidikan dan Dewan Riset Daerah/ Litbang Bappeda Kabupaten Wonogiri” mampu melakukan inovasi tentang konsep pendidikan gratis di Kabupaten Wonogiri. Hasil yang diharapkan oleh para Stakeholder Dan Dewan Riset Daerah/ Litbang Bappeda Kabupaten Wonogiri adalah mampu menerima, memahami dan bersedia akan mengembangkannya kualitas pendidikan di Wonogiri. Sebagai tindak lanjut dan hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah akan dilakukan kajian sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan minat para pemerhati pendidikan untuk mewujudkan pendidikan gratis, tanpa mengurangi nilai kualitas dan pelayanan pendidikan.Kata Kunci: Kebijakan Program Pendidikan Gratis, Berkualitas.

The aim of this research is to analyze disorders, confounding factors, approaches to dealing with them and educational service models for children with emotional and behavioral disorders. This research was motivated by various cases related to the low level of education of children with special needs, many of whom even experienced discriminatory treatment. The research method used is descriptive with data collection techniques in the form of a literature review of references relating to the various symptoms observed. The collected data was analyzed descriptively and qualitatively so that differences in the characteristics and models of educational services provided to children with special needs and emotional and behavioral disorders were visible. The research results show that children with emotional and behavioral disorders show characteristics such as intelligence and learning ability, social and emotional traits, as well as immature and withdrawn behavior. Models of educational services for children who experience emotional and behavioral disorders can be grouped into three, namely. differentiated education services, integrated/integrated education services, and inclusive education using individual and group approaches.
